A little tease...

To whet your appetite, here's a little excerpt from one of the stories I'm currently writing:

Finding themselves alone in the locker room, Breanna &
Nicole quickly got out of their workout clothes and got
into the shower together in the stall against the far
wall at the end of the row. Nicole wasted no time as she
immediately began to rub Bree's bare tits beneath the
flow of the steamy hot shower.

"Oh, god, I love the way you touch me," Bree told Nicole
as the blonde caused her nipples to harden.

Nicole leaned in and gave her lover a deep, wet kiss.
"Do you want me to touch you anywhere else?" she asked.

By way of an answer, Bree took hold of one of Nicole's
hands and led it from her breast down between her legs.

"Oh you *naughty* girl," Nicole remarked as she rubbed
her finger teasingly across the outside of Bree's pussy.

Comix for Chix #7: That Kind of Girl

Molly Kiely's graphic novel That Kind of Girl is the story of Dez Diva, a "poet with writer's block," who is travelling cross county in a convertable to visit her sometime boyfriend. Along the way she meets (and has sex with) several people, including a hot blonde cowgirl named Ruby Justice, who quite literally rocks Diva's world.

This is x-rated comic erotica at its finest--literate smut in comic form. The sex is frequent and explicit, but never tawdry, and it is hot hot hot! (warning: in addition to Ruby, Diva has sex with guys too).

Now I need to get to the grocery and see if I can find a pint of the FudgeGasm ice cream that Ruby and Diva share :)

Doing My Part

According to this article in New Scientist, frequent masturbation by men may lead to a reduced risk of prostate cancer.

Happy to be doing my part to provide reading material that contributes to the health and well being of my male readers :)

Comix for Chix #6: Strangers in Paradise

At the center of Strangers in Paradise is the love triangle: David is in love with Kathchoo, who is in love with Francine. Francine is in love with Katchoo too, maybe, but the intensity of Katchoo's love scares her, and giving herself to Katchoo would mean giving up her dreams so marrying Mr. Right (whoever he may be) and settling down in the suburbs with a white picket fence and 2.5 children.

Oh, did I mention that this is all played against a backdrop of an international criminal conspiracy? Or that despite being a petite blond artist type, Katchoo is a chick who could easily kick your ass?

The tone in SiP ranges from broad slapstick to emotional heartbreak and just about everything in between. Accompanying all of this is writer/artist Terry Moore's wonderful drawing--here is an artist who actually knows how to draw women, and that women come in all sizes and shapes.

Strangers in Paradise has long been a favorite (even G reads it, and she's very picky about her comix!) So go wander around the SiP Web site, and give it a try.

On my iTunes

I can't stop listening to the new Delerium album, Chimera. I especially like the second track, "After All," sung by Jaël--it's very catchy (but I don't care much for the remix version). You can download it for free (and legal!) from the Nettwerk Website!

The bonus disc includes a video to a song from their last album, "Aria," with the always cool Mediæval Bæbes. (You can download the MP3 of this song too!)

Sequential Tart

The July issue of Sequential Tart is out. Among its many features are a look at the madness behind the method of the comics category of the GLAAD awards, a couple of Buffy articles, and 13 questions with the always cool Carla Speed McNeil.

For those not in-the-know, Sequential Tart is a Web zine about comics and pop culture by and for women (though you boys will enjoy it too).
