If you haven't voted yet it might not be too late!! Check out this link to see a map of the USA and when the polls in your state close (all times Eastern).

More and more and more "irregularities" today... I'm getting very frightened, guys!!

According to the AP: "In Arizona, three men, one of them armed, stopped Hispanic voters and questioned them outside a Tucson polling place, according to voting monitors for the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund, which photographed the incidents and reported them to the FBI.

"In Maryland, sample ballots misidentifying the party affiliations of Republican Gov. Robert L. Ehrlich and Senate candidate Michael Steel were handed out by people bused in from out of state, The Washington Post reported on its Web site.

"In Virginia, election officials contacted the FBI over complaints of voter intimidation. Jean Jensen, secretary of the Board of Elections, said her office received reports of phone calls apparently encouraging voters to stay home on Election Day. Other calls directed voters to the wrong polling place."

Argh... btw, I don't believe the hype about the exit polls, either. I think it's another GOP tactic-- get Dems to feel over-confident so that they stay away from the polls. So please, ppl, if anyone is reading this who cares about this country and hasn't voted GO VOTE!!!

...oh, I meant NOW! RIGHT NOW, GO GO GO!!!

At 2052 local time, the local returns a couple klicks east of the future sight of W's Presidenital Library are predictably abysmal. Looks like DeLay's district might be going Dem, and that's about the best of the news here. Rick Perry, who believes Intelligent Design is a "valid scientific theory," return to govern. Hutchinson who co-sponsored the recently defeated flag burning amendment is winning handily.

*sigh* c'est le guerre.

But, in Pennsylvania, Senator Rick "Frothy Mix" Santorum is being returned to private life.

That much is good news.

Hope the trend continues.

Peace

My god, and this is supposed to be a first world country. I thought those kind of things just happened in some backwards african countries.

Land of the free my ass.

Do not be too comforted by recent democratic gain. It is easier by far to control a presidential outcome.
