A Worthwhile Sequel
Posted my review of the sequel to The Receptionist, Receptionist's Bonus! It's a great read so definitely check it out...!
On another note, some of you are probably curious about the bid I placed for that digital camera. Right now there's almost 13 hours left in the bid, and I'm still in the lead. Cross your fingers, people!!! I want to win this bid so fucking bad.
If I lose, btw, I'll try for another 4-megapixal cam right away. There's no way I can afford an 8-megapixal, for those of you who suggested it (wtf?!? didn't I make it clear I don't have a ton of money!?!).

I have a 16.7 megapixel you can have. Its an 8000/dollar body.
I'll take it and send you more nudes than you can deal with.
That's pretty much a 'professionals only' camera.
I'm gonna jump on the 8MP bandwagon, here.
These are still point and shoot pocket cameras but they do take great pictures.
However, I would not recommend buying something over one's budget.
But for all those people that say why bother spending the money...
well, would you say that over a computer?!
Should one buy a five year old IBM to save a little cash?!
Regardless, a lot of emphasis has been put into pictures.
By everyone.
I think it might be productive to focus on that...
and not get diverted with the minor issue of having a digital camera.

If you liked them, check out Orestes' other stories, especially 'clubrule' and 'service'. Nearly all of his work is people drawn into humiliating themselvs by some internal force beyond thier control. charflaw (in the mind control folder) is particularly interesting as a kind of window into the writer's muse.
