Things like this could happened. Our president wasn't an honest man either, but he won the re-election.The only thing makes me feel better is that I didn't vote him even the first election.
OK, Kerry just conceded. But don't move to Canada... it's too cold up there. On the other hand, they have canned beer that comes in sizes bigger than 40's. ;P Vicorp
Forget moving to Canada. Come to Spain. I'm Canadian and although both countries rock, the lifestyle of the young expat is way way way more fun, and work is stupid easy to come by if you're a native English speaker. Seriously come to Spain, you can totally crash on my couch. If I couldn't talk you into crashing in my bed that is ;)
Whilst I will not pretend to comprehend your frustrations – given I too, am not American – from a far, the extent of the uneducated ignorance which exists in America and continues to support Bush never ceases to amaze me.
Yeah, come to Canada. Life is pretty much the same as in the US, except we don't live in constant fear of terrorist attacks, winter can be damn cold, and our national sport is hockey!
When the economy goes down the pan and US troops are still dying in Iraq in 4 years time it'll be Bush and not Kerry that will pick up the blame, clearing the way for Hilary in 2008.
Hilary? As much as I would love to see Bill back in the White House so we could be entertained by him (and I really do like Bill), I have only one thing to say about Hilary: Rudy, Rudy, Rudy!
Hey I hate Bush as much if not more than the next guy, but lets face facts about Iraq and the Draft. Kerry was going to send as many if not troops to Iraq than Bush is/has. The sad truth is that we have been caught with our pants down in Iraq by NOT having enoughf troops in Iraq. If we start to withdraw insurgents will really come out of the woodwork, and the the more people will die in 2 weeks that have been killed so far.
Even funnyer is this. Bush has already began a withdrawal of troops, it was the Democrats propaganda machine that claimed Bush was going to re-enact the draft and send more troops in. So I think most people "were" educated and saw through the poltical smoke screens.
An old saying goes something like this: If your not a Democrat when you're young, then you don't have a heart; If you're not a Republican when you get old, then you don't have a brain.

Now it's over.
And guess what? You're of legal age for the draft!

Look at it this way.

Just my two cents.
