Daddy's Firm Part Five!
Okay, I just posted Daddy's Firm Part Five to SOL.net! I also posted both parts 4 and 5 to this site, but I posted them in text format and they look a little funky in my browser, at least. I'll post the html versions (the ones that don't look funky!) here soon but for right now you might want to copy and paste the text into whatever word processor (i.e. MS Word, OpenOffice Write, Notepad, etc.) to make it more readable. As always, please go over to the SOL.net version if for no other reason than to give it all 10's in their voting system...!
There is a caveat to this, however. Part Five was supposed to be the conclusion to the Daddy's Firm story. Not anymore. In the near future I'll be adding an epilogue to the story which will explain what happens to the loser of the competition. Why am I doing this?
Originally this epilogue was going to be a part of Part Five. I changed my mind for two reasons. First, I had promised to post Part Five before the end of the year. But I'm only about a third of the way through the epilogue scene and there's no way I can get it done before the clock strikes midnight later today. I felt compelled to at least post something in the meantime, you know?
The second reason for doing this is a little more complicated. Basically, this story has been really hard for me to write. The genre isn't something I'm particularly comfortable with for personal reasons many of you are aware of. I've managed to write parts 1-5 only because I felt a sort of... internal challenge, you know? Like, once I started I told myself, "You have to finish this!". I don't know why but I've felt like I owe it to Alice and Rachel to resolve their stories.
Unfortunately, though, one of them has to lose the competition. The loser is going to suffer a great deal, and that's where the epilogue comes in. When I post the epilogue you'll know what I mean. Writing this scene is extremely difficult for me. It's what's been holding up Part Five for so long. But by making the epilogue separate from part five, I can at least warn everyone about it in advance. I can say, "If you liked the story and felt that it concluded nicely at the end of Part Five, stop there. Only read the epilogue if you have a strong stomach!".
So... yeah! The epilogue is not necessary, I don't think, for the reader. As the author of this sordid tale I feel compelled to write it, and eventually to post it, but part five should be a satisfying enough ending for most of you. For those of you who crave to know the fate of the competition's loser and aren't worried about the total lack of erotica such a fate will entail, well... the epilogue will be posted soon. So stay tuned!

P.S. If Part Five isn't showing up yet on SOL.net, or on this site, be patient. SOL.net always says "submissions could take up to 48 hours to appear". Usually it only takes a couple hours, though. As for asstr.org, well, try this link for part five and this link for part four if the regular ones aren't working. Thanks!
