Cannot believe
I can't believe this.
The guy I'm in love with? Let's call him Justin. He just left here... again. Just now. He literally just walked out the door.
Once again, he rejected me. I simply cannot take this!!!
It's even worse tonight, because he told me that he does care about me a "great deal"; that he considers me "his one"; blah blah. But, he says, he's not sure he's ready for a relationship.
I really think that he and I could work. I really think we could. I just don't know what to do.

At a guess, and it is just a guess, it sounds like he's scared shannon. I assume he knows you had a little bit of an episode recently and knowing that worries him?
No guy would be saying, "i think you're the one but i also don't want this just now" if he didn't really like you. More likely "i think you're the one, lets jump in the sack and have fun"
Could be geniune so something to hold on it.
