6/13/22 I know it's been a long time sime I posted any new stories - but I think the damn may have finally broken. Look for something new soon. And once again - THANKS BB!

3/20/21 I just realized that there are now 100 stories posted on my site, ranging from 3,200 words to 90,000 words. I'm kind of stunned.

12/11/21 I think I've managed to switch entirely to protonmail and also set up all my comment forms so that I won't lose any more comments and I can track which story they came from. What a pain! Time to write more stories.

11/1/21 Unfortunately, I lost even more comments in October. I'm switching over to yet another work around to keep the comments working. Bear with me. And my sincere apologies if you sent me a comment, with an email address, and I didn't reply.

10/6/21 Obviously I changed my mind about dropping the comments forms on my pages. I figrues out a work-a-round, so all the comment forms are back. I did lose a bunch of people's comments in September. I'm sorry if I didn't respond to someone.

9/11/21 I've been using comment forms from formspree for quite a while, but it just doesn't seem to be working well for me lately. I tried a different service, but it's just too primitive. So the plan is to slowly switch all the pages over, one at a time, to just having a PROTONMAIL email address. I realize this may reduce the number of comments I get, which is too bad. If anyone has suggestions for a better way to do this, please email me at ediestud69@protonmail.com.

9/1/21 Well, It's been a long time since I posted anything. Almost 7 months. Sorry. Things happen. I appreciate all the letters from readers! I'm not dead (obviously). Here are a couple of updates:

1. I've revamped the site. I don't plan to post any more of my bad poetry, so I've removed the link from the main header, along with the link to the defunct poetry contest. The poetry page is still here: Poetry Link if you are desperate for it. The contest stuff is just gone. I'll keep the random limericks here and there, simply for my own amusement. Feel free to send me your own.

2. I have a new multi-part story in the "The Little Girl and the..." series. I'll start posting it very soon, bit by bit.

3. Awhile back, the ASSTR community lost a great contributer: Alan Tempest. Alan was a great guy, always helpful and he did a lot to keep good content on or near the site. We will all miss him.

4. I have a lot of older, unfinished writing - some of it very close to finished. I'm going to try to concentrate my time on finishing some of those stories and novels.

10/26/20 Gosh, I had plans to revamp the site - and then the fucking pandemic. I can barely find time to write any stories. But I managed to pull together a fairly tame Halloween story. Hope you enjoy it. Don't expect a ton of stories the next few months.

5/12/20 Just a quick shout out to all of you as you weather the crisis. I am working hard to get a couple more Tales for the Pandemic finished - they've just gotten pretty long. But I promise, they're coming. Hang in there and stay safe. Also - thanks again BB. You rock.

3/22/20 I suspect I'm not the only writer having a lot of trouble getting any writing done in these trying times. Sorry folks. I am trying. Stay healthy!

2/17/20 I'm sorry I don't have anything new to post right now. But I realized that with so many people working from home or even out of work due to the virus scare, I should at least keep the front page of ASSTR populated with things to read and links. Stay healthy everyone!

1/28/20 I finally posted my first story of 2020. Woohoo! I also plan to revamp the site soon. I don't see myself doing another poetry contest, and I hardly ever post poems anymore. If anyone has suggestions for improvements - let me know.

1/13/20 Happy New Year everyone. I haven't had much time for writing lately, but I'm trying. A quick shout out to BB: thanks!

9/11/19 I've actually posted five new stories in the last month and a half. Thanks for all the comments, people!

8/19/19 With ASSTR continuing to crumble, I'm hearing from people who haven't been to the site for awhile that they can't find anything. Personally, I'm going to deal with that by trying to keep a minor presence on the main page (in the Most Recent list) so that people can always find me. My flash story page seems to be working, and I have a third new flash story almost ready to post.

7/3/19 My first new story in several months posted today - The Little Girl and the 4th of July Barbecue. I hope ASSTR lasts long enough for a few people to enjoy it. It feels good to finally break this long streak without any stories. And I have lots more coming soon! I promise.

6/25/19 It really looks like someone is trying to kill ASSTR. The posts to /.test/ are coming faster and fast. Most authors have disappeared from the the Authors List (although the search engine will still find everything). At this point it looks malicious. If anyone knows anything, please speak up.

6/23/19 There are signs of continuing decay of ASSTR. A lot of authors, including yours truly, are no longer listed on the authors list. Also the New Arrivals page is nonfunctional. Fortunately the search engine is still working. I'm trying very hard to get my sequel the Litttle Girl and the Bondage Magazines done. I've got 20,000 words!

6/15/19 It's almost Father's Day and I was really trying to finish a story for the occassion, but I don't think I'll quite make it. But at least I have a Father's Day poem for the day!

5/25/19 The ASSTR main page and recent addition page are showing a lot of background activity. Either someone is trying to hack the system or someone is doing maintenance. Let's hope for the later.

5/24/19 This blog entry is a test. I'm not alone in seeing issues with uploading via FTP. I'm just testing to see if this will upload. Sorry I haven't posted any stories lately - serious writer's block. But I will be back!

3/2/19 The Adventures of Cindy Lake is now all posted (11 chapters, 90,000+ words). Thanks for all the positive feedback about the novel - it inspires me to write more! But it will probably be awhile before I have anything else ready to post.

1/26/19 Today I start posting a novel I wrote a couple of years ago, that I am substantially re-editing and improving now. It's something different. I hope you all like it. I decided to serialize this through the month of February.

12/31/18 Happy New Year! With 'The Little Girl and the Bondage Magazines' finally behind me, I'm looking forward to turning my attention back to several other ongoing projects.

11/19/18 This is a totally random observation. I've been writing this porn stuff for about four years now (posting for only three years) and I haven't posted everything I've written. But, I just noticed that I recently surpassed 1,000,000 words of writing. That probably doesn' t mean anything to anyone but me - but there it is.

10/31/18 I've tried to make it a tradition, four years running now, to publish a new Halloween story on Halloween itself. I just barely made it this year. It helps that I'm in Hawaii, or it would already be November 1. Check out the new story. (Note, this was realy rushed. I will probably have to edit it some over the next few days.)

10/22/18 Another short chapter of Bondage Magazines is finished! I won't post it until the next chapter is ready too. But it is coming! It will be no surprise to my readers that I have, a penchant for, using far, far, far,,,, too many, commas,, Yeah, it's really annoying. So, I have decided that November and December will be COMMA PURGE MONTHS. Don't be surprised to see most of my stories get a slight facelift as I, remove, all, those, extra, commas. (If that doesn't sound like real work, think again.)

10/2/18 Amazingly, ASSTR is back up. To celebrate, I'm completely revampig the Stories page of the site. Let me know what you think.

9/22/18 Haven't updated these ramblings since before ASSTR nearly went brain dead. It's still close to dead, but I'm still here and I'm still writing. Long new story posted today.

2/3/18 Trying something new - a novella that will require reader input in order to write the final chapter. The Little Girl and the Bondage Magazines. Check it out! This IS the missing Christmas story.

1/1/18 HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone. I hope folks enjoyed the five (count 'em five) Christmas-related stories I posted in December. I have one more, but I just couldn't finish it in time. I'll go ahead and post it when it's done, even though I missed Xmas. I'm still thinking about a total overhaul of the site. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

12/1/17 I can't believe it's already December! Long new story posted today. Love all the email folks! Keep them coming. Hoping to post a lot more soon.

11/16/17 I've posted a lot of new stuff since ASSTR was revived in September, and I have a lot more coming in the near future. However, I feel like the entire site: Alvo Torelli's Emporium, needs a face lift and a complete reorganization. So, if you have any organizational suggestions, please send them to me at the address listed below. I'd appreciate it! Also, I promise a new story this weekend.

10/26/17 In honor of Halloween I'm posting a HUGE new Hallwoeen extravaganza of decadence, mirth and exceeding depravity. 50 pages of nasty fun - enjoy!

9/17/17 Well, it looks like ASSTR is back! Shout out to the moderators/owners of the site. Thanks for bringing us back! I'll post a new story or two soon. It's been so long since I posted anything that I've almost forgotten how.

6/26/17 The phantom proof reader struck again today. Whoever you are you are FREAKING FANTASTIC! Thank you, thank you. thank you.

6/18/17 Lots of writing, not much posting. Posting a short piece today that I wrote for Piper's Domain a few weeks ago. It's silly and fun (and hopefully erortic enough to be worth reading). I'm also hard at work on a full length novel, with several attached short stories.

6/2/17 Time for the latest and possibly last episode of Letters to Levi. We'll see if I come back to this idea. It has been fun.

5/22/17 It's the Frst Anniversary of Alvo's Emporium!!! To celebrate, I started posting a long story set in the Wish Master universe, something I wrote a couple of years ago. Some interesting facts for the anniversary: 650,000 page views and almost 15,000 hours of viewing time (if you believe Google Analytics). Most read story: "His Sleeping Sister," which has been on the site for the whole year. Hands down most popular story: "The Little Girl and the New Year's Eve Party," which has only been on the site since January 1.

5/14/17 Posting four stoies today. The third contest is coming to and end, and winners will be posted soon! May 22nd is the first anniversary of this site. I need to do something special for that.

4/20/17 Voting for the third poetry contest is now on line. Deadline for voting is May 14.

4/14/17 I'm up to six of the eight existing Letters to Levi stories posted now. And at least one more is being written. It's also the fine three days to enter the POETRY CONTEST.

3/12/17 I've posted three of eight Letters to Levi stories. I'd love to hear what people think of them. Maybe they're not for everyone. I've also started a third POETRY CONTEST. Check it out.

2/25/17 I'm just starting to post a long series of stories told through letters back and forth between a guy named Levi and lots of different little children. I've been "editing" these letters for about a year. I hope people find them amusing. There are seven of these and I have plans for two or three more.

2/21/17 I've posted two long multipart stories over the past couple of weeks. I'll start posting another long multi-part collection of stories soon, maybe this weekend. But I'm working hard now on something more like The Little Girl and the New Year's Eve Party - which is hands down the most popular thing I've ever published here. So maybe a little less mind control and chaos in future stories.

2/10/17 Started posting another 5-part story. This time the parts are reasonably independent.

2/4/17 Started posting a long story that was inspired by an awesome picture of a puppy girl drawn by Danaume Rook. Thinking about another poetry contest soon.

1/31/17 In preparation for posting two (or more) long stories in multiple parts, I am redesigning the Stories Page. Bear with me. And I promise some new content VERY soon.

1/24/17 Well, I have a LOT of new stuff to post, and I will start posting it over the next few days. For today - some new bondage poems as an appetizer. Then new stories! I've gotten an enormous amount of feedback for The Little Girl and the New Year's Eve Party. Thanks to everyone who's written!

12/31/16 And now for something completely different: a love story. Hope you all like it and Happy New Year!

12/25/16 Merry Chrsitmas everyone - my last Christmas story of the year is posted now that the contest is over at Piper's Domain.

12/23/16 Somebody, Bill? has been sending me typos in the stories. That is so freaking FANTASTIC. Thanks!

12/22/16 A special Christmas treat - a new Halloween Slut story posted today! And I have one more new Christmas story to post on Christmas Day.

12/18/16 I posted a new self-bondage Christmas story a couple of days ago, and now some new Pretty Little Girl poems. Two more Xmas stories coming soon, but one is entered in a contest over at Piper's Domain, so I can't post until the contest ends on the 24th.

12/12/16 For some reason, this Chrsitmas season has really stirred my creative juices. In addition to Twelve Days of Christmas I've written a poem and THREE more stories I'll be posting all of them over the next few days - the first one today. Why are Christmas and Halloween such sexy holidays?

12/2/16 In honor of the upcoming Christmas - a crazy parody of The Twelve Days of Christmas is posted in the stories section!

11/21/16 A few more poems posted over the last few days. Hard at work on several stories and hope to have something new to post soon. Thinking about a Christmas Poetry Contest - what do folks think?

11/15/16 A reader inspired me to pen a few more short poems. Thanks!

11/12/16 Just to confuse people I just posted the OTHER version of my Little Girl and the Cop story. Don't be confused, it's a completely different take on the same set up. Wrote this quite awhile ago.

11/9/16 I just posted the two halves of the last of the extant Viral Video stories. If there's interest, I might write one or two more of those. Also, I've had a couple of comments from readers who are pointing out incorrect word usage and other typos here and there. I have to say: that is FREAKING FANTASTIC! If you see something wrong, let me know, please!

10/30/16 A new Halloween story just in time for Halloween! Enjoy!

10/4/16 I can't believe it's already October. Poetry Contest winners are posted.

9/29/16 Finally got around to posting another story. Very busy writing lately! More people should vote in the poertry contest.

9/19/16 The fucking iFrames problem strikes again! I couldn't figure out why no one was voting in the Poetry Contest - until someone told me the form was blank. Fixed it wih a link to the voting form. Hopefully now all you Chrome, Firefox and IE users will start VOTING!

9/16/16 Voting for the second Poetry Contest is now live until October 2nd.

9/12/16 The contest is closed We had lots of last minute submissions! I'll get the voting started in a day or two. Also posted a new longish poem.

9/10/16 Posted another Viral Video story. Finally getting some contest entries - thank you!

9/9/16 I got a really nice letter from a reader today that inspired me to write a new poem for Pimped Out Daughters Part II. Thanks Beverly! The poem is posted.

9/6/16 Uploaded some new short poems. We need more Contest Entries people! Don't let me down.

9/3/16 Posted another short story-poem. I wish I was getting more entries in the Poetry Contest . I have been very busy writing (and working) lately.

8/27/19 Finally posted a new story and started a SECOND POETRY CONTEST.

8/19/16 No updates for a week - damn. Come back soon and there will be updates, I promise. I've been busy writing and will have more to share soon.

8/12/16 I pronounce the first Poetry Contest a success. Voting is closed and the winners are posted! Congrats to Skittles and Mesmer's Bauble. .

8/7/16 I'm a bit short on time right now, so I'll let the voting run a little longer on the contest. Not very satisfied with the voting so far.

8/5/16 Posted Part I of a long, crazy new story. More people need to VOTE in the Poetry Contest!

8/1/16 Voting is now open in the first ever Poetry Contest! Vote by 8/7/16

7/31/16 I got lots of great entries for my poetry contest! Thank you all! Voting will be posted soon.

7/29/16 Still need more entries in the POETRY CONTEST. Also just added 17 poems to the collections - seethe updates page.

7/28/16 I'm not exctly overwhelmed with contest entires so far, but I'm ever hopeful! SEND IN THOSE ENTRIES!

/26/16 CHECK OUT THE NEW POETRY CONTEST

7/25/16: The Poetry Contest page is up. I'm going out on a limb here, folks, don't let me down! There were some problems with the comment forms working - but I think I got them fixed! Hopefully I didn't lose any comments or contest entries.

7/24/16 So, the pages are all converted to vanilla web pages with no frames. Everything seems to be working. I added a page that describes Limericks, for those who don't know. And the contest page will be up and ready VERY SOON.

Thanks for the comments people! Nice to hear that people like the stories.
