  • I'm still here, and wishing that there was someone else here who was willing and able to fix the problems with ASSTR. If you find this on the main page showing today's uploads, you might want to bookmark my main page, because it's no longer listed on the "G" page of the list of authors, and won't show up on the list of authors who have recently uploaded anything. Until someone fixes it, anyway.

  • My usual next-day edits to finish up a few more things in Twice The Fun, but the edits took several days before I was satisfied it was complete.

• Changes made 4 April 2022:
  • A new story, but also very very old, Twice The Fun has deserved a much better presentation ever since it was written and rewritten in 1994 and 1995. The index tells the story of the story, with links to the chapters of the story.
  • Corrected my consistent misspelling in The Time Traveler's Daughter. It doesn't look right to me, but I'll accept the word of numerous dictionaries.
  • In light of recent world events, I felt something needed to be added to my general disclaimer. The act of criminalizing the mere expression of an opinion, regardless of the opinion, is morally reprehensible, worse than any opinion that could ever be expressed. I suppose in a few years, no one will have any idea why I put it there.
  • Corrected minor errors in the solution to the logic puzzle, though none affected the solution.
• Changes made 5 December 2021:
  • Wrote up the solution to the BR&T story and logic puzzle combination that has been here eight years without anyone solving it.
  • Other very minor changes to some stories.
• Changes made 9 September 2021:
  • Added a 2nd verse to an earlier limerick.
  • Moved 2018 and 2019 to What's Old. Sad that it doesn't leave much from 2020 and 2021, for reasons given above.
  • To the author I make cry: figures I get email just when it becomes impossible to send anything to you through your site. Best wishes.

• Changes made 31 December 2020:
  • Very regretfully altered all of my links urging or asking readers to donate to ASSTR, and wrote an explanation to replace them. About donating to ASSTR
• Changes made 29 June 2020:
  • Time travel is tricky. The Time Traveler's Daughter had a subtle but important error and had to be partly rewritten, so I added more to it while I was going. You still need to see the movie to understand this story, though.
• Changes made 25 June 2020:
  • After a long time with no updates worth mentioning, because it's been impossible, added a new story, based on another author's excellent story and movie, but taken to the logical conclusion. The Time Traveler's Daughter.
