"You tart" yelled Paula realising she had lost.
The other girls clapped as they struggled to bring their laughter under control.
"You were the first to strip naked" said Helen.
"So?" said Paula "I didn't make a tart of myself."
"You're just jealous because I won" said Susan, getting up and beginning to dress, a little disappointed that the game was now over.
"Susan's won" said Helen "No doubt about that, look at it!" They were looking at it. Apart from Bridget they had all seen it before, and she could not believe her eyes.
"It's... horrible!" Bridget said horrified at the sight.
"And dirty and disgusting, and he's a very, very naughty boy for having it" said Helen.
"But you made me!" exclaimed Giles.
"No we didn't" said Helen "No one made you, it's all your fault. You didn't have to have one."
"When can I start" asked Susan excitedly.
"Can I have a go" Paula said to Susan pleadingly.
"Okay" said Susan "We can all have a go if you like."
Paula clapped her hands and jumped up and down "Weeheee! Thanks Susan I'll be your friend forever!" she shouted in joy.
"We'll start after we've got him dressed" said Helen "We don't want to waste your hour dressing him do we?"
"Okay, that's fair" said Susan.
"Time to cover up that dirty disgusting naughty little boy body, Giles, I wonder what you should wear?" said Helen, a malicious grin forming on her lips.
CHAPTER SIXTY FOUR
The sky was clear and the sun was shining, and although there was a slight breeze, it wasn't enough to compensate for the heat of the day. It was early yet, but today was going to be a scorcher. Birds twittered and sang in trees and bushes, and the sounds of village life surrounded them as they ambled happily down the road.
Ben and Alison formed the vanguard, neither of them quite sure what was going to happen, but they had caught on to the infectious excitement of the others and they were grinning happily as Alison tried to describe some of the odd village characters as they passed them.
"That's Mrs Trencher" said Alison, as they passed a hunched and inconceivably old woman walking towards them. She took tiny little unsteady steps and despite the heat of the morning she wore a thick cardigan and coat. She was clutching a purse tightly to her, and she eyed the children suspiciously. "Every morning she goes to the post-office and she buys one stamp" continued Alison.
"What for?" asked Ben.
"Who knows?" said Alison.
Victoria, Emily, and Paul walked behind Ben and Alison in a small knot, deep in conversation, with Amy trailing a short distance behind them, listening.
"I don't really know" confessed Victoria "Just wander round and see what's going on."
"And victimise people" suggested Emily with a grin.
"Yes, sort of. I don't want to just pick on people unnecessarily" said Victoria "But try to find people who deserve it."
"Like vigilantes" said Paul.
"I don't really like the idea of vigilantes" said Victoria "But I suppose it's along those lines."
"Some of them might enjoy it" said Emily, looking at Paul "There are some weird types around."
"Oh, I hope not" said Victoria "That would spoil all the fun!" The three of them laughed.
As they rounded the corner and approached the small collection of shops at the centre of the village they saw a group of three girls coming towards them. The girls were deep in conversation about some matter of grave importance to them and one of the girls carried a bag with some groceries in it.
"Oops" said Alison "That's Evadne Frobisher in the middle with the bag, and the other two girls are Fiona Denis and Jeanette Howard."
"Why oops?" asked Ben, looking over at the three girls.
"Because Evadne and Victoria don't get on. They're in the same class at school, and there's a bit of a rivalry going on between them" explained Alison.
"Why?" asked Ben, surprised anyone could dislike Victoria.
"Because Evadne's a stuck up cow, and so are her friends. She's jealous because Victoria's more beautiful and got more friends, and because she's cleverer" said Alison.
The three girls noticed the gang heading towards them and their expressions changed, became harder. There was a stony silence in both groups now as glares were exchanged. They drew closer together.
"Out with your little friends?" said Evadne.
"That's right" said Victoria "You out with your big friends?"
Evadne sniffed and lifted her nose slightly in disgust "It's a pity you can only attract little boys" said Evadne, putting all her stress on the word 'little'.
"It's a pity you can't attract any boys at all" replied Victoria, evenly.
Evadne speeded up a little and her posse followed, throwing unpleasant looks at Victoria as they passed. "I'm going to get that bitch!" said Evadne with real venom once they were a safe distance away.
"She deserves it" said Fiona.
"What are you going to do?" asked Jeanette.
"I don't know yet, but she needs to be taken down a peg or two and I'm going to be the one to do it. I can't stand her, the arrogant cow!" said Evadne with anger.
"We should have got her" said Emily.
"Not with the other two there" said Victoria "It would be too difficult. Besides she's a sad enough case as it is without us adding to her misery."
"I'd love to see her begging you for mercy" said Emily.
"I'd rather just not spend any time in her company" said Victoria "Even with her begging for mercy. There's just something unpleasant about her."
"She's the jealous type" said Paul "Can't stand to see anyone else having fun."
"And she's frigid" said Emily.
"I know, she only gets pleasure form spoiling other people's fun" said Victoria "I feel sorry for her."
Alison and Ben turned up a side street and started to climb a gentle slope. The gang stopped half-way up the road.
"Are you going?" asked Victoria looking at Emily.
"Wouldn't it be better if Paul or Ben went?" asked Emily.
"I'll go" said Paul, and he started up a long drive towards a detached house partly hidden behind fir trees.
"That's Lumpy Dave's house" said Alison.
"It's big" said Ben looking impressed.
"His dad's in the merchant navy, an officer of some sort, makes a lot of money, I think" said Alison.
"Cool, does he travel a lot then?" asked Ben.
"All the time. He's not here much" said Alison "Probably got a woman in every port."
"What for?" asked Ben naively.
"Presumably for spawning lots of little Lumpy Daves" said Alison "Just think, there are probably dozens of them, half Chinese, half Indian, half Brazilian, half Russian, they could be spawning all over the world."
"God! Really?" asked Ben.
"If they all got together in one place there could be a huge natural disaster" said Alison with a giggle.
The door was opened by a rather harassed looking woman wearing bright yellow rubber gloves.
"Is Dave in?" asked Paul politely.
"David, you mean?" she said with a frown "He was christened David." She sounded like she was tired of repeating this.
Paul smiled apologetically.
"David, another friend's here" the woman shouted over her shoulder. "You might as well go on up and join the others" she conceded, when there was no reply. Paul went in, and followed the woman's directions up the stairs.
"But I checked for traps!" came a voice through the open door.
"I know, but you missed it" Paul heard Dave say.
"But my chance is ninety-five percent!" complained the other voice.
"You still missed it. Anyway a pit opens up and you fall in. There are sharp spikes at the bottom covered in poison, make a saving roll" said Dave.
Paul knocked on the door and pushed it open "Sorry, Dave, Victoria wants you" he said.
"Now?" asked Dave, the disappointment tangible.
"Right now" said Paul.
The other two boys looked up at Paul with frowns "So?" said William "He doesn't have to do what some girl says"
"You keep out of it" said Paul.
"Why should we?" said Jeremy.
"Because it's none of your business" said Paul "Come on, Dave, let's go!"
"Sorry guys, gotta go" said Dave getting up reluctantly "Maybe we can carry on later"
"We'll come with you" said Jeremy.
"No you won't" said Paul.
"It's a free country" said William.
"So we'll start at the Rec. and see what's going on there" said Victoria.
Emily nodded "Always something going on there."
Paul appeared from the drive looking a little sheepish. Victoria raised a questioning eyebrow to him, but he just shook his head in answer and peered behind him. Just then Dave appeared, followed closely by William and Jeremy.
"They followed me" said Paul finally.
"You're that kind of boy" said Victoria with a smile. Paul frowned, but Victoria's smile won him over and he smiled again.
"Dave, you join Ben and Alison for a minute" said Victoria, giving the rather put-out looking Dave a stern look "And what do you two boys think you're doing?" she added for William and Jeremy's benefit.
"We're with Dave" said William.
"No" said Victoria firmly "Dave's with us and you're not, so run along and play."
"We'll do what we like" said Jeremy.
"Yeh" said William "And if we just happen to go to the same places as you by coincidence that's just tough luck."
etfrVictoria sighed heavily, eyeing the boys up and down. They were both thirteen, and in the same year at school as Dave and Emily, and in the same class. William was thin and weedy; Jeremy was a little better built, but both boys were wet behind the ears, and neither was particularly grown up.
"Well, if you do follow us around you're not going to like the result" said Victoria, turning away from them and leading off back down the road.
"It's a start I suppose" said Emily.
"Not much of a start" said Victoria. Paul trotted up beside Victoria "Sorry, nothing I could do" he said.
"Don't worry, we'll scare them off soon enough" said Victoria.
"What's the plan?" asked Paul.
"Well, if they follow us to the Rec. we'll take them there. I can't see them giving us much of a fight. See how cocky they are with their trousers and pants down" said Victoria "Pun intended by the way."
"Can't imagine they've got much to look at" said Emily.
"Well..." said Paul "As one with inside knowledge... no I won't spoil the surprise."
"Tease" said Emily.
"We'll find out soon enough" said Victoria.
The recreation ground, or Rec. as everyone called it, was on the other side of the village bordering one edge of the forest and it was a good few minutes before Ben, Alison and Amy, back in the lead now, entered through the old gates. To their right was a small playground with swings, a roundabout and an old fashioned slide. This area was occupied by half a dozen council estate children lolling aimlessly in the morning heat. The three boys were trying to look cool while the three girls were trying to look attractive.
Alison ignored them and continued walking up the dirt path further into the depths of the large recreation area; she didn't bother to brief Ben and Amy on any of the children; she knew them by sight, but knew little about them otherwise.
Victoria, Emily, and Paul, who followed, nodded in the direction of the play area. They knew the kids from school. The eldest boy, Wayne, was in Victoria's year, the others were in Emily's and Paul's year or the year below. The group lolled a little more lazily and sniggered as the gang made their way up the path and Dave, who had dropped back to talk to William and Jeremy, avoided eye contact with these rough children.
Wayne sat up a little and shouted "Hey, Vicky? Give us a blow-job!"
The other children sniggered and sat a little straighter too. Paul put a hand on Victoria's arm "Just ignore them" he said.
"Come on, baby, just a quick one" shouted Wayne.
Paul could sense Victoria bridling and he felt her pull away from him "No, Victoria, we don't want any trouble" he pleaded. Victoria was not to be negotiated with though; looking cool and relaxed she made her way over towards the kids in the playground with a smile.
Paul hesitated only briefly. He didn't want this turning ugly, and definitely didn't want to get into a fight with these boys, but he couldn't abandon Victoria. He hurried to her side, and approached with her. Emily followed Paul with equal concern and equal loyalty.
"Come on" said Alison, taking Ben's hand and pulling him in the same direction; Amy followed placidly. Dave and his two friends stayed back, on the path, watching, but not wanting to get involved.
Wayne grinned at Victoria and sat back on the roundabout, his hands resting behind his head. Victoria walked right up to him, ignoring the other five children, the rest of the gang right behind her; edgy and nervous.
"Come on then, big boy, let's see it" said Victoria confidently.
"See what?" asked Wayne, a little worried by Victoria's confident approach.
"Your dick" she said "I thought you wanted a blow-job, you'll have to get your dick out."
"No" he said a little sullenly "I meant in private."
"I'm not wasting my time" said Victoria "You want a blow-job then you're going to have to get your dick out, and it'll have to be hard, or what am I supposed to do, use a straw?"
The other five kids laughed, and they were all staring at Wayne now.
"Yeh get your dick out, Wayne" said a thirteen year old girl.
"Let's see what you got" said a twelve year old girl.
"Fuck off!" said Wayne.
Victoria reached forward and started to undo Wayne's jeans, but he pushed her hands away and stood up. "Come on Wayne, don't be a fucking wuss" said a thirteen year old boy.
"Just fuck off, all of you" said Wayne, backing off around the roundabout.
"Suit yourself" said Victoria "You were the one who asked."
"Coward!" shouted one of the boys.
"He's probably gay" said one of the girls.
"You do it then" Wayne shouted at the other two boys, and they fell silent, looking embarrassed.
Victoria kept smiling at Wayne for a few seconds, unnerving him further, and then she turned and walked off again. The gang followed her.
Behind them they could hear the other kids laughing at Wayne, taunting him, until he too walked off hurriedly to leave the Rec.
"I wish you wouldn't do that" said Paul quietly.
"It put him in his place, didn't it?" said Victoria.
"What if he'd got his dick out?" said Paul.
"You worry too much" said Victoria.
"Where you're concerned yes" he replied.
"He wasn't going to, I knew that, and now he looks a complete idiot in front of the others, he won't bother us again" said Victoria.
"I'm going to die of stress you know, long before my time" said Paul, beginning to relax a little.
"Who wants to live to be old anyway" said Victoria.
The path disappeared amongst bushes and trees and began to parallel a broad but shallow stream before turning away from it again. The gang followed the path, and then branched off it towards the stream and a relatively open area shielded from the rest of the Rec.
"This'll do" said Victoria.
"For what?" asked Emily.
"Just play along, you'll see" said Victoria "Let's have a look in the bag." Paul handed the bag to Victoria and she rummaged around in it quickly. She pulled out two green plastic cable ties and discretely handed one to Emily and one to Paul. "Just keep these handy" said Victoria. Paul and Emily snuck the cable-ties into their pockets.
Realising that Victoria had stopped, Ben, Alison and Amy came back down the path towards them, as Dave and his friends caught up from the rear.
"Are we stopping?" asked Alison.
"Yes, this looks like a nice spot to hang out" said Victoria "I thought we could play a game or something,"
"What game?" asked Ben, growing a little worried that it might involve him having to take his clothes off.
"Um, how about Duel?" said Victoria "We've all played that game before" she said with emphasis looking at Paul, Emily, and Alison "But some of you haven't."
"Okay" said Paul, intrigued.
"Sounds good" said Emily, having no idea what Victoria was talking about.
"How does it work?" asked Ben, still sceptical.
"Well, firstly William and Jeremy go away, because they're not supposed to be with us, and then..." began Victoria.
"We'll just stay here I think" said Jeremy, sitting himself on the ground.
"Yeh, this seems a nice spot to relax for a bit" added William.
Victoria glared at them and sighed heavily.
"We could just let them play" suggested Dave "It won't do any harm."
Victoria pretended to mull it over. She had every intention of it doing harm "I suppose we don't have much choice do we?" she said.
William and Jeremy grinned broadly, glad that their persistence had paid off.
"We'll play boys versus girls" said Victoria "I'll be captain of the girls' team, Paul you be captain of the boys' team. We'll play first to select our champion, then you play second to select yours. Then our champions will fight it out to decide on the overall winner."
"What's the prize?" asked William.
"There isn't one" said Victoria.
"There should be a prize" said Jeremy.
"Okay..." said Victoria thinking fast "Alright, but I bet you're not going to like it."
"What is it?" asked William.
"Well, how about... if the boys win they can select one of us girls and that girl has to show you her breasts" suggested Victoria.
"What if the girls win?" asked Jeremy.
"Uh, well, we'll select one of the boys and he has to show us his willy" said Victoria.
Ben shuffled uncomfortably, but Victoria gave him a smile and a wink.
"No, I'm not showing you my willy" said Jeremy.
"Me neither" said William.
"I wouldn't worry about it" said Paul "We're going to win anyway, and we're gonna be seeing some tits."
"And even if you do lose" added Victoria "Do you really think with Paul and Ben to pick from we'd choose to see your willies?"
"I wouldn't" said Alison firmly "I'd pick Ben."
"Um..." said Ben.
"Don't worry darling" said Victoria, but Ben continued to look worried.
"It's not fair though" said Jeremy "If we've got to show you a willy and you're only showing us your tits. You should have to show us your fanny."
"And tits" added William.
"Well, that's a bit weighted in your favour now" said Emily with a small frown, not sure where Victoria was taking this.
"To make it fair then" said Victoria "The person picked has to strip completely naked."
"I need a wee" said Ben.
"Just a sec, Ben, hold on" said Victoria.
William and Jeremy sat pondering the proposition. The idea of any of them stripping naked was so unbelievably outrageous they couldn't really comprehend it. They wouldn't do it themselves, not in a million years, but if one of the others did, especially one of the girls, that was a whole different matter. Paul had said they would win, and if it was a duel of some sort then that seemed very likely, and the prospect of seeing one of these girls strip was just too exciting to pass up. They were bound to pick Victoria, or maybe Emily, and they would have cut off their right arms, oh, no, maybe their left arms, to see one of them naked. If they did lose, well, as Victoria had said, it was probably going to be Paul getting naked.
Victoria watched the doubt and concern cross the boys' faces as she stepped over to Ben. She put an arm around his shoulders and bent to whisper in his ear "Don't worry darling, we're not really going to go through with the game, it's just a way of trapping those two."
Ben looked up at Victoria with big eyes, he could see she was telling the truth and he relaxed "I still need a wee" he said.
"Well, there are bushes over there" suggested Victoria.
Ben disappeared off into a large clump of bushes.
Victoria turned back to William and Jeremy, who were still pondering, but their thoughts were clearly written across their faces, and Victoria smiled to herself. They were going to fall for it.
"Okay" said William.
"But you've got to go through with it" said Jeremy "No backing out."
"Agreed" said Victoria "We'll select our champion first. Um, first up then, Alison and Amy."
Alison and Amy stepped forward, not sure what was going to happen.
"Stand back to back, eyes closed" said Victoria. The girls complied. "Take a pace forwards and put your arms straight out behind you, hands clasped." The girls again did as instructed. "Paul, you and I will referee." Paul stepped forward waiting to see what Victoria was going to do next. Victoria took hold of Alison's hands and held them gently. Paul followed suit with Amy's. "On a count of three, we'll let go of your hands, and the first of you to grab the others hands wins. But if you turn around or open your eyes you'll be disqualified" said Victoria.
Everyone waited and watched. "One... Two... Three..." said Victoria, and she and Paul let go simultaneously. Alison and Amy flapped their hands about behind them, giggling as they did so, until Alison grabbed Amy's hand. "Alison wins" said Victoria "So she's through to the next round. Bad luck Amy."
Alison jumped up and down cheering, while Amy sat down on the floor thinking the game was rather silly.
"Me and Emily next" said Victoria "Paul, you and Jeremy can referee this one."
Victoria and Emily backed up to each other, closed their eyes and stretched their arms out behind themselves, while Paul and Jeremy held their wrists. Jeremy had hold of Emily, and he was conscious of the soft warmth of her hands. He didn't get to touch girls normally, and even this innocent contact was exciting him.
Paul led the count, and the girls started flapping behind themselves laughing. Victoria emerged the winner and she commiserated with Emily, by giving her a hug. Ben returned from the bushes looking a little perplexed. He stood beside Alison "What's going on?" he asked.
"Watch and see" she said "I won by the way."
"Oh, well done" he said.
"Did you wash your hands?" asked Alison.
"Uh... there wasn't a sink" he said.
"Eeewww!" said Alison, and Ben just stood there looking even more perplexed, unable to understand how Alison would happily touch his willy, and even put it in her mouth, but find it disgusting that he should touch it and not wash his hands. Girls, he decided, were very confusing.
"The girls' final then, will be me and Alison" said Victoria. She picked William and Amy to referee, and after a lot of giggling and flapping about Alison won the contest. Victoria gave her a congratulatory hug while Ben and the others cheered.
"Your turn boys" said Victoria "You can start with Ben and Dave."
Dave's clumsiness lost out to Ben's speed and coordination, and Alison gave Ben a big hug to add to his sense of triumph.
"Uh, William and Jeremy then" said Victoria. The two boys positioned themselves, eager to prove their worth in this contest, and growing ever more excited as they approached the moment when one of the girls was going to have to get naked. Emily and Paul were designated the referees, but on Victoria's signal they didn't hold the boys' hands, they looped cable-ties around their wrists and pulled them tight.
"What's going on?" exclaimed William.
"What's that for?" shouted Jeremy in surprise.
"That's for following us around and not going away when we asked you to" said Victoria "You were warned."
"Let me go!" said Jeremy.
"You were told several times to go away and leave us alone and you've just been a pain about it, and now we are going to teach you a lesson. Hopefully, if you want to spare yourself any further embarrassment, you'll learn to do as we say" said Victoria.
William and Jeremy struggled against their bonds but their struggles were useless. The cable-ties held them fast.
"Just let us go" said Jeremy, beginning to sound scared.
"What are you going to do to us?" asked William, equally scared.
"Well boys that depends on how you behave. If you cooperate and do as you're told we won't be too mean, but if you give us any trouble things will be very horrible for you indeed" said Victoria "So you just stand there and be good, and it'll all be over very soon."
William and Jeremy stared at Victoria with wide scared eyes, their heart rates increasing, expecting nothing worse than few pinches or light slaps; perhaps a dead leg, or dead arm. Even these were fearful prospects for the two unworldly boys.
"We'll start with William" said Victoria "Amy darling, why don't you take his trousers and pants down."
