SUMMARY: A man and a woman, who have been corresponding via the internet, finally meet in person for the first time. She is smitten by him, but is only interested in him if it is on her terms.

COMMENTARY: Wow! What a read! I can think of a number of good things to say about this story. One, it is extremely arousing. No question about it. Some of you may disagree, if you don't care for a story in which the woman calls the shots. That seems rather narrow minded to me, but to each their own. Two, the author does a very nice job building up the plot. There is sex, but not so much so that it dominates the story. At the same time the story is dominated by sexual tension. Did I just contradict myself? Anyhow, three, I think the author does a superb job tossing the point of view back and forth between the two characters. The end result is that the reader feels as if they have gotten to know both of the characters. I should mention that "she" seemed a little more complete than "he" did; possibly because the author gives a little more background about "her" than she does about "him"; possibly because the course the story takes seems to be more a fulfillment of "her" fantasies than it is of "his". Which is not to say that "he" doesn't enjoy "himself", just that it wasn't as clear to me that the end result meant as much to "him" as it did to "her". Well, I guess that about wraps it up. I was very impressed by this story.

If I wanted to be nitpicky, then I might point out there isn't much to the plot that does not directly involve their relationship. In other words it seems to lack a backdrop to put the story in perspective. Maybe this is asking too much of erotic fiction? Anyhow, this missing element did not interfere with my ability to enjoy this story. It is just something that occurred to me as I was reflecting on the story in a more analytic fashion.

OBJECTIVE ANALYSIS: 9.5 (out of 10)
