This whole movie seemed to have been some real bad amalgamation of a 1980's teen sex comedies, with 1970's styles directing and 1940's style script writing and editing. I laughed more than I expected. Sometimes from the painful idea of a plot that was written. Rivalry, revelations and loving the one you can't have.
On the good side, this movie didn't take itself too seriously. I still like the idea of the manipulation of women without having to touch them. Plus there was a minor scene when the Section Chief and his rival go on an office rampage and no one is moving.
