When I decided to bring my site out of retirement, I was most excited about bringing back my 'Visiting Authors' section. Okay, since I haven't written anything new lately I had to have a reason to keep you people coming back... : )
Seriously, I still believe that there's a shortage of quality erotica on the Internet and remain committed to proving that real stories can be developed with depth that goes beyond simple urges and instant gratification. As always, this month's author proves my point wonderfully.
I first encountered Katie and her stories on eroticstories.com. When I first read 'Silk', I had already made the decision to pull the plug on my site and was disappointed, in that it was exactly the kind of story that I wanted to share with my repeat visitors. Her talent and style speak directly to what I've been trying to promote in the way of realistic characters and sexy situations that are truly enjoyable to read.

Phone sex was never an encounter that I enjoyed, nor understood. That is, until two events happened that triggered the writing of 'Silk.'
Have you ever been attracted to someone's voice, yet never actually met that person? I have. He had a special edge when he spoke that made me putty in his hands. Of course he seemed to have no idea how I actually felt as we innocently flirted.
The second event involved a ringing pay phone. Curiosity got the better of me and I wondered who could be on the other end of the line. I've received comments before that I have a sexy voice and when the mystery caller asked me, "Do you have time to talk dirty to me?", I knew I had the makings for a story.
It wasn't hard for me to put myself in Elena's shoes and combine the two experiences to create "Silk".
