I've been doing some spring cleaning. Over the years I have printed out a huge number of stories. Over 70 reams of paper, I'm guessing. Enough to fill forty clamp binders (that hold 100 sheets of paper each) and a dozen or more 3-ring binders of varying sizes (that hold anywhere from a 300 to 600 sheets of paper each). I've been holding onto everything I print, up until now. Recently I decided it is time to start throwing stories out. I want to do it discretely, so that means throwing just a little bit out each week with the trash.
I am about halfway through throwing out stories that I read/reviewed in my Rogue Reviews days. I still have a ways to go. I have decided to keep a few of the stories. I'm not keeping all the good/great/outstanding stories, just a few of them. Here are the ones I've decided to hold on to, so far:
- We Needed His Help by Crystal D - Crystal and Shellie find themselves in a bind. They turn to Shellie's brother Tom for some help. He is more than willing to help, provided Crystal is willing to make it worth his while. [5,100 words]
- Remote-Control Wife by DG - Its Cindy's birthday and DG has a surprise for her, a remote-controlled vibrator. After testing it at home they go to the mall and see how much fun they can have with it in public. [4,800 words]
A few years ago I came to the conclusion that the perfect length for a sex story is 5,000 words. These two stories aren't the perfect length, but there are damn close to it. The two stories that led me to my 5,000-word-story-length conclusion are:
- Cannon Song by Miles Naismith - In the Spring of 1969 three couples decide to blindly swap partners and see what happens. [5,000 words]
- Becky Cried by Poison Ivan - Voyeurism and exhibitionism. [5,000 words]
Now back to the stories that I decided to some of those stories that I decided to keep:
- The Garden of Tranquility by DG - Jace experiments with some of the features of his Virtual Reality chamber. [6,100 words]
- Grandma's Window by Schulzie - Danny's desire to show himself off, leads to more than he had in mind. [8,700 words]
- Boy Magnets by Jenny Wanshel - Jenny seduces Bobby, one of her 13-year-old students. [8,500 words]
- Dear Aunt Catherine by Gordie D - In his letters to his Aunt Catherine, Alex reveals some of his fantasies. [2,000 words]
- A Visit with Aunt Catherine by Gordie D - Alex visits with his Aunt Catherine. [3,700 words]
- Lusting for Valerie by Emerson Laken-Palmer - Mr. Bristol's infatuation with his daughter's best friend, Valarie, has dangerous consequences. [8,400 words]

Literotica - My favorite among these is chapter two of Sleeping Bags, although A Perfect Gift runs a close second.

Stories Online - Donor was okay, not exactly what I was looking for at the time. I've only read the first two (of four) chapters of Abandoned. So far I like it a lot, even though there isn't any sex in the part I've read.

I detect a pattern here. This makes three nights in a row that I have had something to write about.
Looks like eroslit wrote a sequel to Sleeping Bags, which I read earlier this month. I'll have to check that out.

Well, I read and enjoyed A Perfect Gift last night. Good story; good Christmas story. Not exactly the right season, but so what? Mom seduces her virgin 20-year-old son. Not a great deal of dialogue, but the author does a very nice job with the narration. It is told from Mom's point of view. As with most incest stories that I enjoy, neither character is without second thoughts or doubts.

Sailing Lessons (Incest/Taboo) by EllieB
Dave and Audrey, his 18-year-old niece, spend some quality time together over the summer. Dave’s wife is in Germany for the summer doing grad work. Audrey is his niece by marriage. They are both alone at a lakeside resort owned by mutual relative. He’s spending a few weeks doing odd jobs for his wife’s uncle. Audrey happens to be there and offers to lend him a hand.
First story that I have enjoyed in the past couple weeks. Well worth my time. Not over inundated with sex, although there are more than a few sexy moments. Audrey seems to be the stalker here, not Dave.

What looks good? Not much, lately. But this story caught my eye. I read the first part. It is slow moving; not overloaded with sex; a lots of plot and character development; not as much dialogue as I would like to see in a story of this length. If I understand correctly
