SUMMARY: With a little help from one of her friends (Jacqueline Falsworth, a.k.a. Spitfire) and one of her enemies (Lady Lotus), Madeline Joyce (a.k.a. Miss America) finds acceptance for her preference for other women.

NOTE: This is a Fan Fiction (fanfic) story based on The Invaders, a series of comic books that was published by Marvel Comics in the 1970's. It was about a group of superheroes (Captain America, Sub-Mariner, the Original Human Torch, etc.) that fought along side the Allied Forces in Europe during World War II.

COMMENTARY: This is not a stroke story. There are a couple of very nice, hot, wet, sexy scenes in it, but it is definitely not what I would call a stroke story.

My primary reason for liking this story is the fact that it brought back some nice memories. I collected The Invaders comic books when I was younger. For this reason I'm not so sure how it will play with other readers. For those who are unfamiliar with The Invaders there is plenty of background information provided throughout the story. The author seems to assume that most readers are, unlike me, unfamiliar with the comic book series.

If you like lesbian fiction that doesn't go heavy on the sex then you should probably give this story a try. Otherwise, I leave it up to your own discretion. The story is well written, but my bias towards and familiarity with the subject material puts me in a class of readers of erotica that are probably few and far between.
