COMMENTARY: What did I think of this story? This is my kind of story, or at least so far it is. Lots of foreplay and not much sex. It isn't too long or drawn out. The author doesn't cut to the end of the chase too quickly.
What about the characters? Carter seems real. He hesitates before making his move on Jessie. He lusts for her, but his libido isn't the one making all the decisions. She, on the other hand, seems one dimensional. She seems to exist and live for one thing: sex. That sounds negative, but I don't mean it to be. Jessie has a role to play in this story and that's what she does. Her role calls on her to be a sex kitten and that's what she is.

WHAT COMES NEXT: The author has written a total of six chapters. Jessie's role diminishes and other characters are introduced in subsequent chapters. Also, the tone of the story changes as it, the story, evolves. Chapter 2 is not extremely different from Chapter 1, but the same isn't as true of Chapters 3 and 4. Jessie plays an important role in chapters 5 and 6 but the focus is not what it was in chapter 1.
