Part 3

When they made it out into the forest, safely away from the town, David showed off some of his amazing magical abilities. He shot fruit off a tree with lightning bolts and incinerated a bush with a fireball. The boys went crazy with cheering and clapping as they enjoyed the amazing sight.

"Why don't you just put on the invisibility ring and sneak into someone's house where some lady is naked and washing up or something and take a look?"

"Well I'm not gonna tell you or you'd be so mad I didn't have one."

"You know where to get one, don't you?" Tyler asked, accusingly.

"Well… I know one place that's most likely to have one. They're really difficult to make though. There's only a couple wizards who know the spell and only one of them can write it into a scroll. He only makes them when he needs money because they sell for so much."

"I'll suck on his penis if he makes one for me," Tyler said with a little laugh.

"Why don't we just check the store that he sells them to?"

"Where is it? Is it in the city?"

"No, it's pretty far away. I've got some teleporting to do anyway and I wanted to bring you guys cuz I've got a cool place to show you. Wanna come?"

They both happily agreed. David told them all to hang on to him as he pulled out a teleport scroll and told them to close their eyes so they didn't get dizzy then focused on his secret cave and suddenly they were there.

"Alright, here we are. Now make sure you absolutely do not step on the cobblestone path. If you do it'll fry you with electricity. Actually…" he said then cast a protection from electricity spell on them just in case.

Then as Puffy the fake dragon suddenly appeared and both boys screamed, he told them it was just an illusion. He described all the traps that kept people out then pointed them towards the pile of treasure. Puffy growled at them some more and blasted some fake fire into the air then stayed quiet as the boys looked at all the stuff.

"Whoooaa!" Tyler yelled when he saw the huge chest full of gold coins.

"Geeze, and that's all gold?" Silas asked when he spotted the other chest full of silvers and the smaller chest full of a bunch of copper coins."

"Yep," David proudly answered. They looked over all the different swords, shields, armor, magic wands, and everything else after he warned them not to touch them cuz they were really powerful. He could imagine one of the boys picking up a certain sword and waving it around the wrong way and launching an accidental lightning bolt at someone and he didn't want that happening.

David told them the history of that place and how he always liked to jack off there and imagined he had a cute boy to play with there but never actually did. They thought it was pretty funny how he spent so much on the defenses that he didn't have anything left over to store there.

"Don't you think this is a pretty romantic little getaway?" he asked as he walked up to Tyler and touched him enticingly.

They all got together and he teleported them to a rather large scroll shop in a far away city. It wasn't particularly large but it had a lot of magical item shops so it was a popular destination for adventurers with money. Because of that, everything was pretty extravagant. The houses were all large and well designed and everyone was wearing good clothes. Even the food at the restaurants looked fancier than normal. And there were way more adventurers walking around city than any regular one.

The boys looked around nonstop as they made their way to the scroll shop.

They kept saying, "Ooh, look at that!" and pointing at something.

Finally they made it to the scroll shop and David realized that it had been really long since he had been there last. He hoped someone was still selling that one special scroll type to the store after all those years.

He asked the store owner about it and while he looked around, David watched the boys ask one of the store helpers "What does this one do?" about every scroll on an entire rack. When they spotted one written on red parchment under a glass display, Silas asked, "Ooooh, what does this one do?"

"It makes little boys stop asking questions. Here let me show you," the helper answered and laughed.

Finally the store owner returned from a back room and said, "Well, believe it or not we actually have two in stock. I got them from a new source though so they haven't been tested but I compared them to one of the ones that I always get from Zalifur before I sold that one and it's identical so I assume it works. You look like you won't do anything bad with them so want to buy them both?"

"Well… I shouldn't even ask but I didn't get rich by spending way too much on scrolls. How much?"

"How about five gold and five silvers for both?"

Tyler overheard the price and his eyes widened. He figured they must do something really, really amazing to cost that much. Then he went back to listening to the shop helper tell them about what some of the most amazing scrolls did.

David was thinking about what else he should pick up and one item immediately stood out in his mind. He leaned in really close to the shop keeper and whispered, "Yeah, that's an okay price. I'll take them and um… my friend here is, you know… a boy and he's getting older so he's been thinking about new stuff all the time. You know what I mean with how that all goes. And his birthday is coming up so I thought I'd get him a real nice surprise present that I know he'd really like. You wouldn't happen to have any female humanoid summoning crystals, would you?"

"Aww man, you came at the right time I guess but not for the reason you might think. I do have some but you wouldn't have been very happy if you were the first person I sold one to. I don't know if someone messed with these for a joke or what happened but I got five of them from an adventurer…"

"Five?!" David asked in amazement. It was unheard of for anyone in the world to own that many at once unless they were the wizard that actually made them.

"Yeah, he said he found them all sitting together in a chest in some royal Leonid ruins. It was unbelievably protected and locked and it wasn't in the thrown room or treasury or anything. He said it was in a bedroom, like the king's or something. Seems about right, huh? You know what I mean," he said and chuckled then continued, "Well they had all the right markings that the really old ones like that do. I mean, I have those memorized exactly cuz I don't give out that kind of money for fakes. So I bought them all and I sold one pretty quick and that same day the buyer came back and he was steaming. Right when he walked in, he was followed by a rather elderly looking elf woman and I immediately thought oh shit. We never found out why but that thing sure didn't summon up the usual young, hot elf. So now I'm out a lot of money cuz I'd never sell these. I finally got a customer who knew how to view an exact image of what's inside them and he told me they're all like that. I've got a reputation at this shop so I could never sell those or word would get around that I'm selling bad high end crystals. As much as I lost buying those worthless ones, I can't have a huge drop in sales for the really good stuff or I'd go broke. This is awful but I guess I'll just have to take the loss and hope sales pick up this month. So yeah, I've got some but you don't want em, trust me."

David smiled wide and said, "You know, I'm an expert on summoning crystals so let me explain this. Back in the day, there was a detail nobody considered when they filled the crystals. Nobody ever kept them for long enough to notice but after a couple years, the image inside wouldn't be completely shielded from time. There would be a large difference just because they're inside a crystal but time would start to catch up faster and faster. Like after a year the creature inside would have aged a few days but two years and it would have aged a week and ten years and it will have aged a year. So if it sat in some ruins for a couple hundred years, you're gonna get an elf that's like a hundred years older."

"Ohhh, so that's what happened. Well it's good to know I guess. I couldn't imagine why someone would make one of an elf archer that old. It didn't make sense. I thought maybe one of those wizards that makes them was playing a joke on someone but that wouldn't explain why they ended up locked in a chest in some ruins, you know. I'll have to start asking where people get these and not take them if they're from old ruins."

"Yeah, that's a good idea. But still take creatures that don't age very quickly like drakes and stuff obviously."

"Yeah, of course."

"Some time a long time ago someone noticed that the image was aging and now they cast a short but powerful slowing spell on the creature they're copying into the crystal first so it doesn't happen for thousands of years. That's why when you summon anything with modern crystals, it doesn't move for a second or two."

"Oh, well how about that. That's pretty clever. I'm glad you stopped in. And not just cuz selling you these two scrolls will help make up the losses from all them," he said and chuckled again. "I tell you, if that guy who sold me these ever stops back in here, he's not leaving until I get some money back for them! You sure know a lot about this stuff so I appreciate it."

"Hey, that's just a little explanation of how it all works. You're about to like me even more. I'll tell you what. What did you pay him for all them?"

"Nine gold."

"Damn!"

"I figured I'd make fifteen on them!"

"Well of course. No wonder you're a bit upset about it. I tell you what… you bought five and the first customer used one and I assume you gave him a refund, right?"

"Of course. Like I said, I've got a reputation here."

"Okay so you're still out nine gold and have four left and that guy's probably still mad about not getting to have any fun so how about you let me see those crystals for a bit and I'll modify them to make them much younger and you sell me three of them for ten gold and I'll leave you with one fixed version so you can sell it back to that guy and he won't say anything bad about your shop."

Ten gold was unbelievably, crazy cheap for three of them but David knew he'd have to agree. He could afford paying a higher price for them but he wasn't one to waste money when he didn't have to.

"Holy shit! You can do that?" the shop owner exclaimed loudly. Tyler and Silas looked over and wondered what they had been whispering about that provoked that kind of response but then got interested again in the scrolls the helper was showing them.

"I sure can. I really read up on it and practiced and know how to do all sorts of things with summoning crystals now. It's sort of a specialty of mine. I actually figured out how to change the age when I was trying to figure out how to change the gender on them."

"Ooh, that'd sure make some money! You buy up a bunch of male ones and flip em over and resell them and you've got a gold mine!"

"Yeah, well, as far as I can tell that's impossible but at least I can alter their age."

"Well hell, they're only good as paperweights right now so it's a deal!" he replied enthusiastically and shook David's hand.

"Alright, go get them and I'll alter them all and when I'm done, sneak my three in a big pouch with the scroll holder so the kid can't see cuz I want it to be a surprise."

"Alright, I gotcha," he said and went into the back and brought back the four crystals. He set them all on the counter and David picked one up, looked at it for a bit then closed his eyes and pictured the image inside. It sure was one old elf! Then he easily de-aged it and kept going until she was about sixteen.

"There we go," he said and set it down.

"Wow, you make that look easy."

"I know. So much reading and practicing and experimenting and it seems so simple now," he laughed, also feeling how amazing it was. Then he leaned in even closer and whispered, "You know, they usually get at least thirty year old archers cuz they're the only ones that can fire a bow like an expert but I made her way younger than that. About sixteen-ish. You know, for a little perkier, tighter kind of experience."

"Hey, alright! I've never even heard of a sixteen year old one! I'll see if I can get a little extra out of that guy when I sell it back to him."

"Oh hey, I think this might work," he said and he focused on the crystal then used a simple illusion spell to make the image he was currently seeing of the elf girl appear to be standing there next to the shopkeeper but only he could see it, being a targeted illusion of course."

He glanced over and smiled and said, "That's great!"

Suddenly Tyler walked up and asked, "Whatcha doin?"

"Oh just fixing these crystals up for him."

"Oh, cool," he said then walked back over to bug the shop helper some more. The helper knew all about the situation with the junk crystals so now that he heard David was fixing them, he was more than happy to entertain the kids for him.

"Alright, that should do it," he said as he finished the last one.

The shopkeeper discreetly put three of them in a small leather pouch after making sure the boys weren't looking then stuffed the two rare scrolls inside a wooden tube that acted as a scroll holder and said, "You can have the pouch and holder for free, my friend. And I tell you what, make it fourteen gold for everything. You definitely deserve it!"

"Hey thanks," he said and paid the man.

"So, you've got one for each of you now I guess. That other boy looks old enough too, don't you think?" the shopkeeper said with a wink.

"Yeah, I think it might just work out that way," he lied. "Alright boys, stop pestering the helper and let's go."

They both looked so eager to get back and find out what the scrolls would do. David knew Silas would be so mad when he found out what they did because he knew he couldn't allow him to use one so it was such a stroke of luck that he found another elf girl for him to play with.

After the boys insisted on taking a tour of that amazing town and picking up a little snack, David kept thinking about what else he needed to pick up while he was there. It was the biggest magical supplies selling city in the world so he knew there was something he should pick up while he was there. Finally he thought of something and had to count his gold to make sure he had enough. He still owed the furniture seller a lot and he liked to carry around a decent amount of gold and it worked out that he had a little extra besides all that. He had brought a little more from the cave just in case he wanted to buy something for the boys, which is exactly what he intended to do. He loved spending money on them because it was like making up for the horrible time they had being poor and homeless. Plus they were just so cute!

"You guys like magic armor and stuff, right?" he asked them as they walked around.

"Yeah! It's so cool!" Tyler answered and Silas nodded.

"Well how about we start you off with your own little set?"

"Yeeeeaaaahh!" Tyler enthusiastically agreed.

"I don't think I'm strong enough to walk around in armor. And didn't you say we'd just outgrow it?" Silas asked.

"Exactly. That's why we'll start with the easy, small stuff," David explained.

After asking a guard where the best shop for high end enchanted items was, they made their way there.

The boys looked around curiously as soon as they stepped inside. There were gold and silver amulets hanging all over and in glass cases. There were dozens of rings too and a couple other small items like bracelets and gloves. And the boys knew from what the guard said that every item they sold here was enchanted with some kind of magical powers. They walked around and put their face up to all the glass displays and eyed all the pretty jewelry.

"Oh cool, this is perfect. I was hoping there was a store that specialized in just the small enchanted stuff," David said after looking around a bit.

The store owner smiled and said, "Yeah, I can sure fit more in here this way and I hate lifting those big, heavy, enchanted armor pieces."

"Oh, I know what you mean. I killed a dark goblin leader one time and he was wearing a heavy steel breastplate that made him completely fireproof and I had to lug that thing all the way back to town to sell it."

"So, is there anything in particular you're looking for?"

"Yeah, it's your lucky day cuz I'm going all out today. I need some good protection for both of these boys. I see you've got lifesaver amulets back there so I need two of those and two of the strongest defensive antimagic rings you've got."

"Well, well, you're very lucky boys," the shopkeeper said to them.

"What's all that stuff do?" Tyler asked.

"Well a lifesaver amulet will evaporate if something happens that normally would have killed you and it brings you back to full health. So if you get poisoned or a big rock falls on you or something, you won't die. And the rings will protect you from anyone and anything that casts harmful spells at you."

"Ooh, cool! Aww, you're the best, David," Tyler said and gave him a hug.

"Yeah, you're always so nice to us," Silas added and hugged him from the other side.

"Well I don't want anything happening to you guys of course."

The shopkeeper smiled at how adorable they were and grabbed the two amulets off the pegs on the back wall and then looked over the rings and picked out the ones with the strongest harmful magic protection.

"The best I've got is these two. They each completely block non immediate damaging spells like poison and curses and that sort of thing and they protect about seventy-five percent from damaging spells like fire and shock and the usual types. And it even has a slight chance of protecting from being turned to stone."

"That'll do just fine," David said.

"Alright, that should come to forty-one gold," she told him.

"Whoa! That's a lot," Tyler rudely blurted out.

"You can get slightly less protective rings for a lot less," the shopkeeper suggested.

David quickly said, "No, that price is fine," then turned to Tyler and said, "Every really rich person wants a lifesaver amulet just in case something bad happens to them and they've all got the money to spend on it so they drove the price up. You can hardly find them for cheaper."

"Wow! I'm gonna look so rich wearing it," he giggled.

"And those rings are pretty powerful but you should see the price tag on a ninety percent protection one… like this," David said and pointed to a ring on one of his fingers. "They're over a hundred gold."

"Whoa!"

"Are there any that completely protect you from every bad kind of magic?" Silas asked.

"Yeah, but there's only one. It's an artifact made by a powerful Leonid wizard a long time ago. Everyone lost track of who owns it now but it's probably some wizard."

"Zalifur has it now. Everyone knows that. Didn't you hear about it? He traded a cartload of powerful scrolls for it when an adventurer found it on Fendar's body in that dragon's cave," the shopkeeper told him.

"Fendar's dead? Wow, well I was turned to stone for twenty years so I guess I missed out on some stuff."

"Hmm, may I interest you in an item to protect from that in the future?" the shopkeeper slyly suggested.

"You know, I've found that seventy-five percent protection from stoning doesn't quite cut it and this wrist is still bracelet free so sure, why not," David laughed.

The shopkeeper got a blue bracelet out of a glass case and set it on the counter with the rest of the stuff. As they were talking, the boys looked around at all the cool stuff. Silas commented on how it was all so colorful and good looking compared to normal items.

Tyler came across some small boots and said, "Ooh, I bet those would fit me."

"That's cuz they're for a dwarf you little nut," David laughed.

"What do they do?" he asked.

"Oh, those have unlimited minor hasting," the shopkeeper explained.

"What's that mean?"

"You can run about double speed in them," David answered.

"Cooool!" he yelled. Then after a little hesitation, he shyly asked, "Can you buy them for me?"

He felt bad about asking for more stuff after David had already spent so much money on them but he knew he wasn't going to say no.

"I suppose I could get them too cuz they're pretty cheap," David answered and Tyler smiled happily.

"Yeah, we don't get a lot of rich little kids or dwarves in here a lot and I've had them forever. That's a pretty weak haste too so I could probably let em go for seven silvers."

"Alright, it's a deal if they fit him," David agreed and she got them out of the case and let him try them on.

"They're just my size," he said and walked around in them then zipped from one side of the store to the other to test the speed.

"Ooooh," he said excitedly and had a huge smile on his face.

"Silas, would you like to pick out something special too?"

"I want something that will make all the hot girls like me," he said and blushed a little.

The shopkeeper laughed and said they didn't carry anything quite like that.

Silas wondered if there was an item that would make his penis really big and long. He had overheard a while ago some people in a tavern they were sitting outside of saying that girls liked really big ones. When he spotted a beautiful, jet black hooded cape mounted high above everything else on the back wall he asked, "What's that do?"

"Ooh, I think I read about those," David said with a smile and waited for the shopkeeper to explain it.

"That's our most famous item. It let's you fly whenever you want," she said and both the boys' jaws dropped and they were totally speechless.

David and the shopkeeper laughed at their cute expressions and then David said just for fun, "How about we all guess at how much it costs."

"A hundred gold!" Tyler said.

"I think it's three hundred," Silas guessed.

"I'm gonna say a thousand," David said after thinking about it for a while.

"We were looking for about a thousand two hundred," the shopkeeper answered.

"Wow!" Tyler gasped.

Silas giggled a little because he already knew then answer but still put on the most charming smile as he could manage and asked, "Can you get it for me?"

David laughed and jokingly replied, "Maybe for your birthday."

He knew he could afford it with his gold stockpile but he could never bring himself to buy anything like that because even though he had the money, he knew how long it took to make that money and didn't want to spend all that on just one thing.

After some looking around and suggestions from the shopkeeper, Silas got all excited about a water breathing ring. It was only a couple silvers because most adventurers knew the simple spell to breathe water and not many had a reason to be underwater for a long time. So now that the boys had their new toys, David paid for it all. The shopkeeper asked about one of his rings which led to him telling her what every single enchanted item he had on him did and she was thoroughly impressed. Finally they finished up and walked outside.

David placed a lifesaver amulet around each boy's neck and then handed the rings to them so they could put them on.

"Ooh, I feel so rich," Silas said and laughed.

"You're sure spending a lot of money on us today. I guess this makes up for every adventurer before that didn't wanna even give us a few coppers for some food," Tyler told him.

"Well I've got so much and haven't really spent much lately. It's all been piling up because I only really need occasional scrolls and potions cuz I've already got the most expensive, best armor and jewelry money can buy. And now that I met you two, I might as well spend it on you."

"You're so nice," Tyler said and they both hugged him. He felt weird again about the two hugging him in public but it's not like anyone would see it and assume something sexual was going on.

After Tyler ran up and down the street double speed with his fancy new boots and Silas couldn't find any water to swim in, they teleported back to their inn room in Ellenwood.

"So what do those scrolls you bought do? Tell us already!" Tyler insisted.

"Well it's just a powerful little spell that hypnotizes a human or equally smart creature instantly. No swinging watch needed. And of course your target doesn't have to volunteer to by hypnotized either. It was so expensive cuz you can hypnotize a dumb bear pretty easily but it takes a lot of really good magic to do it to something as smart as a human."

"Um… okay," Tyler answered, confused. He had seen funny shows from traveling entertainers when he was younger where a guy would hypnotize volunteers and make them do silly stuff so that's all he thought it was useful for.

"Well I read a book about hypnosis a while ago and learned the details of how it works. You can't make someone do something they really don't want to do when they're hypnotized so it's not very useful. I mean you can't use it on someone and say give me all your money cuz they won't do it. But the book explained how it's all about situations and how you phrase things. I sure learned a lot but could never actually get my hands on a scroll to try it. I know it works though."

"Hmm, okay. So what are you gonna make them do?" Silas asked.

"Well, I figure Tyler has seen a couple boys around town that are absolutely beautiful. Like so cute, you just want to hop in bed and fuck them."

Tyler stopped kissing Silas and turned around so he could give David some love. As David held him he turned back and told Silas, "Okay, now you kiss my butt."

"You like when I kiss you there?" David asked romantically.

"Hey, we should go test out our new gear again, Silas," Tyler suggested.
