DisclaimerIf you are under the legal age of majority in your area or have objections to this type of expression, please stop reading now.If you don't like reading stories about men having sex with boys, why are you here in the first place? This story is the complete and total product of the author's imagination and a work of fantasy, thus it is completely fictitious, i.e. it never happened and it doesn't mean to condone or endorse any of the acts that take place in it. The author certainly wouldn't want the things in this story happening to his character(s) to happen to anyone in real life. It is just a story, ok? |
Author's noteSorry, since November 2013 I haven't heard from Peter Pierce |

EditorialWith the introduction the Hartford Act allowing for speedy transfer of custody of clients between sexual therapists there has been a surprising amount of misinformation concerning the historical record. Such ignorance of the legislative and cultural record is inappropriate for licensed sexual educators, therapist and trainers and changes in the legal codes covering certification are currently being proposed in many states. The following is a brief outline of the critical events that shaped our field. It is highly recommended that practitioners become conversant in these historically significant events so as to better represent the field to parents and the general public. 2013: After a rather brutal sexual assault on a young woman by a number of boys in their mid teens draws national attention Dr. Patrica Pexler pens her famous essay "What Mothers Need to Teach Their Sons". The essay goes viral and results in a new wave of interest in the sexual education of young men. Most people at the time are not focused on the critical sub theme of the essay which is that boys are prone to anti social behavior and need to be taught how to control their sexual urge to violence. 2015: Historians note this as the year in which Psychologist Nancy Baum begins work on her theory that focused sexual education can change adolescent male behaviors. Her highly controversial findings, particularly those that find that homosexual boys are less prone to rape women and that boys under constant supervision are less likely to engage in inappropriate behavior is soundly mocked by conventional media. She is however highly influential among radical feminists of the period. 2017: The National Childhood Wellbeing Institute proposes mandatory sex education classes for all boys focusing on controlling their sexual desires and awareness of their potential to become rapists. A national outcry and debate ensue over the role of government in mandating sexual education. It is notable that there is little debate about the need to prevent boys from misusing their sexual impulses as it is now established academic theory that young boys are incapable of managing their sexual urges. 2020: Utah passes the first Child Sexual Education Act. Notably the law in enacted only after intense pressure by religious groups to carve out an exemption and assure that tax payer dollars not be used. The law simply mandated that every boy receive sexual education about his risk and managing his behaviors between the ages of ten and twelve. No certification and no specific program is advocated or authorized by the state. The Act is seen as a model for the nation as it is passed in a decidedly conservative region and other states quickly implement their own versions. 2022: In Kanter vs New York the SCOTUS rules that states may license sexual educators for boys and require curriculum. This ruling relies heavily on the lobbying of numerous teachers unions and colleges which had funded a massive media campaign focused on the need for sound basic educational practices. In a slogan for the day "If a math teacher needs certification so does a masturbation teacher." 2023: In the highly controversial case of New Dale Baptist vs. Kentucky the Court rules that only religious institutions may discriminate against homosexual education. All other state certified programs must teach homosexual activity. 2029: Charles Backman writes his classic book "Boys and Abstinence" a national best seller promoting chastity devices for young boys unable to control their sexual urges. Backman goes on to found Bond Industries specializing in boy chastity devices and exploiting the sudden rush in demand. Backman dies in 2044 and leaves his company and fortune to a trust for poor boys. 2052: Senator Cynthia Amberjack proposes the first Delinquency Law aimed at boys who are incapable of demonstrating control over their sexual urges. Notably the law demands chemical castration for sexual offenses and that boys failing to pass testing by a certified educator be put into a national database of potential sex offenders. 2060: In one of her last acts in the Senate, Amberjack proposes the Volunteer Act. Parents are given a tax exemption for the surgical castration of boys deemed to violent or uncontrollable. The law encourages early diagnosis and treatment to avoid trauma to the boy. 2060-2064: The Castration Riots. Seen as a social backlash against a progressive trend the riots polarize the nation. Amberjack is assassinated in 2061 in Seattle. Both sides become more polarized. 2064: Comedian and political satirist Jonathan Bumbley Frome stages a wildly popular comedic campaign called "Just Put Them In A Room." The campaign demands that the extremists on both sides be locked into a room and told to iron out a solution that will be pre approved by Congress. The campaign does not envision such a possibility but is initially aimed at poking fun at the inability of Congress to resolve any issue. 2064: In a rather late night budgetary debate Congressman Lee Tavin inserts an amendment into the bill that would require the Bumbley Frome proposal to take place. The move passes and Tavin and his party ride a one week popularity boom from voters amused at the vote. The Senate promptly passes the same bill. 2065: President George Banch, faced with the need to appoint the authorized commission decides to appoint radical Feminist Theorist Randa Pow, New Fields theologian Father Arsenio Batiste, Gay rights activist Nomana Fields and Constitutional Law expert Dershal Amawitz. Banch believed that by appointing such radical non-mainstream thinkers to the panel he would be assured of no agreements within the forty eight hour time frame set for them to iron out an agreement before the law expired. July 7, 2065: To the shock of a nation that Panel emerges three hours before the deadline to announce that an outline has been approved and the new law will take effect immediately. The law consists of six statements that were to be implemented by the states in accordance with federalist principles.
2066: Cummings vs. Boulder. The Court ruled that a parent is liable for the actions of their minor son if the boy had not received sexual education including methods to restrain his sexual urges. 2068: Boy Time vs. Texas. The Court rules that a parent may give custody of their child, including rights to sexual education, in return for payments. The law is viewed as highly controversial and allowing of prostitution. Parents rights groups disagree. 2072: The industry supporting sexual education tops the 50 billion dollar a year mark. 2080: Pelsorian Inc. develops both Testistroyex and Phallisnot making home castration and permanent destruction of erectile tissue easy and affordable. 2091: Chip Wantermann publishes. "Man, Master:Boy, Slave" an emotionally moving advocacy for the proper status of boys. The book becomes a best selling e-book within days and shapes popular thought. His follow up book "Make Them Submit" begins its run as the acknowledged textbook on proper training methodology and theory. 2095: An elderly Chip Wantermann receives a standing ovation for his speech to the opening session of the Society for Male Pediatric Sexuality. The Society quickly becomes the certifying agent for over ninety percent of the certified sexual educators and begins writing new ethical guidelines. 2097: Senator Nigel Muary proposes extending the sexual education rules to girls. He his roundly thrashed for his misogyny, anti-feminist attitudes and neolithic thinking. Muary loses his seat in a landslide and is investigated for his deviant sexual ideas. 2100: With heavy lobbying by the SMPS the inclusion of bondage and discipline is mandated in all none religious programs. Public decency laws are ruled to not cover boys displaying such equipment. 2102: The Hartford Act is passed giving parents the right to contract their son to certified therapists at the age of eight with easy transfer clauses inserted at the parents discretion. —— As you can see from this brief outline our field has a rich and dynamic history. Professionals in the field should be well versed on these critical events and further reading is recommended. Specific other historical trends that influenced the field but are not critical to the time line include: the rise of boy bondage fashion, implications of boy training to the medical field, pharmacology and boys development and of course social traditions surrounding choosing a boys sex education paths. For those interested in deeper historical reading next months issue will include an article by Hans Gabber concerning the rise of adult male castrati in politics and industry. This cutting edge work will certainly put to rest the idea that castrated boys become a lower class in society in adulthood. We would also like readers to pay specific attention to this months medical report on anal conditioning and tightening as lose rectal functioning is repeatedly reported among therapists as a primary concern. Dr. Tondal's solution is easy, only mildly invasive and sure to be seen as groundbreaking in the future. On one last note it should be mentioned that the SMPS board of ethics has soundly ruled that the use of Kipsenal B is not in keeping with our ethical standards. Practitioners wishing to develop prostate response in boys younger than puberty should refer to more trusted products with fewer negative side effects. Sincerely

Peter Pierce's challenge. Of course the above is fiction, it popped into my mind from who knows what weird place and hopefully it gave you all a chuckle. It was launched as a fun way to create a world I'd play write in. The idea of a journal kinda popped up and I had fun laying out the first two pages. It then occurred to my feeble little mind that some of you might enjoy writing a one or two page article for the journal. I even picked you the topics ! Grab one off the index and have fun. And no, you don't need to be fact based at all. Jump in and throw around a statistic. Create your own citations. Drive your old college professor nuts. And above all create a nice erotic filled world for me to play in. In return I do solemnly swear on (insert something appropriately impressive) that I will smirk and giggle and carry on like an adolescent. I'll also write at least one story of over fifty pages using this fantasy world. (Well, I get credit for intention don't I !) PS: I hereby grant you all PHD status so pad your resume's when typing your titles. PSS: Come on dude, the least you could do is write a classified. I'm begging here. See the large pleading brown eyes, the quivering chin, the desperate longing for attention, affection and a stiff cock in my opps. Maybe I'll just end in PLEASE! |
