Bear Founder's School For Boys Part 3

Chapter 26
What Happened to Him?

Brian

I was supposed to spend the weekend with Ma and Pa, but they had another commitment. They had some friends getting married in Lake Town. They invited me to go along, but said that if I didn't want to, that I could stay at Owen's house. Now, don't get me wrong, I love Ma and Pa, but given the choice of dressing up for a wedding for people I didn't know or hanging out naked at Owen's house, I chose Owen's house. Don't give me any grief about how I should have gone with Ma and Pa either. Think back to when you were nine. Would you have chosen the wedding? I thought not.

The weekend was amazing. On Saturday, Timmy, Bill, Joey, and his sister Jen all came over to Owen's house. We wanted to play outside, but it was raining all day. So, we stayed in and played cards and Monopoly. I can't believe how much my life has changed in two months. I never thought I would ever be this happy or have so many friends.

At four, Owen's dad had us help him set up a card table in the garage. It was round and we attached trays that hung over the edges and were curved to circle the table. Mr. Jackson told us that it was designed to hold poker chips and drinks.

He called us all into the family room and said, "Here is what is going to be happening tonight. Timmy, Joey, Jen, and Bill, your dads are coming over tonight for the game along with Timmy's brother Toby, and Mr. Price. It will be the responsibility of you seven to make sure that everyone has everything that they need tonight. That includes drinks, food, and because we may not want to get up, it will be on you to make sure that no messes happen on my new carpet."

All the boys smiled, Jen nodded her head, but Amanda had no idea what we were talking about.

Mr. Jackson also said, "Because it is going to be late when the game ends, some of you may already be asleep. Therefore, you have the option of staying here for the night or going home." Everyone agreed we wanted a sleep over.

When Mr. Jackson went out to the garage to finish setting up, Timmy asked the group, "Are we were going to play the merry go round game?"

Bill, Joey, and Jan were all nodding their heads while me, Amanda, and Owen were all asking what that was. Timmy said, "Well, once the men are settled, we get under the table and you get sixty seconds to make your man cum. If you don't get him to cum in sixty seconds, you move on to the next man. If you get him to cum, you move out from under the table and that man is also out. We keep doing that until the last man cums, and that boy becomes the potty boy."

"Oh, I get it now, but there are only going to be six of them and seven of us," I said.

"Yeah, that sucks, but that means that one of us is the timekeeper." Said Timmy

Bill said while shuffling a deck of cards, "So, we pick a card. The lowest card is the timekeeper." He spread out the cards face down and we all picked one.

Joey got the two of hearts, "Gosh darn it, I wanted to play." He said pretty upset.

I put my hand on his back and said, "It's ok Joey, I will play the timekeeper, I don't mind."

"Thanks Brian, but I lost fair and square, so I have to do it, that's the rules."

"Are you sure, I really don't mind."

"Brian, let it go. He lost and we all agreed that the lowest card is the timekeeper. That is the way it works here."

"Ok, I was just trying to help out a friend," I said.

"Thanks Brian, but Timmy is right. I may not like it, but I lost, and I am the timekeeper."

"Ok, now that that problem is settled, we have another problem." Said Owen.

"What's that?" Asked Bill.

"Amanda will have no problem being under the table, but if she loses, she won't be able to handle that particular job. She has never had to do that before." Owen said.

"I can do anything you can do, little brother."

Owen just started laughing, "Do you even know what we are talking about?"

"Of course I …" Giggling, "No, I guess I don't."

"So, the loser stays under the table and is the potty boy or girl."

I could tell when she figured it out, because her smiling face turned to a gross face in a split second, and Owen fell over laughing.

"That's gross, you don't really do that do you?"

"Jen put her arm around Amanda, "You have so much to learn about being a Crossman."

Joey spoke up, "What if we change what happens to the last boy/girl."

"What did you have in mind?" Bill asked.

"Well what if instead of the last one under the table being the potty person, they just can be involved in any other sex tonight. That way Amanda won't have to be a potty person even if she loses?"

Everyone thought that was a great idea, especially Amanda. This turned out to be a good choice since she lost anyway. She couldn't believe that we were all under the table drinking the men's pee.

The rest of the night went great, and the best part was I got mounted by Mr. Price. It still hurt a lot going in, but I orgasmed twice before he did. Sunday we were all dropped off at the school except for the girls.

Everything was going good until Wednesday. You see, Timmy and I were coming out of gym class when something caught my eye by the front gate. If you remember, this was where Timmy first saw me when I took the train here by myself to try to get into this school.

I was looking at the front gate and was sure I saw a boy leaning up against it. I thought it was weird, because there is a sidewalk that we are not allowed to cross over between here there, and we can get into big trouble for crossing it. I was surprised to find out about it because Timmy crossed it to get to me.

Anyway, I was looking over there when I saw the boy fall. I dropped my backpack and took off running. As soon as Timmy saw me, he started chasing me. I think he was trying to stop me from crossing the sidewalk. By the time he caught up with me he too could see the boy laying there on the ground. Little did we know that Paul also saw us running and was trying to catch us before we got into trouble.

By the time Paul got to us we were leaning over the boy. I almost threw up when I saw his face. His left eye was closed, and all swollen up. He has a big black and blue mark on his jaw, but that is not what was making me sick. What I saw was little red welts all over his arms. I knew what they were right off because I saw them on a boy's arms that came into the church once for protection from his dad, they were cigarette burns.

I started crying and begging, "Paul please help him. We need to get him to medical before whoever did this comes looking for him."

Paul took a second to look him over, "I think his arm is broken. I don't like the way it is looking. Timmy, I am going to lift him, and I want you to try to keep his arm straight until I get him up."

"I can do it Paul." I said wanting to help.

"Sorry Brian, but Timmy is taller, and he will have better control. What I need you to do is run ahead and open doors."

When Paul lifted him, the boy screamed for a second and then passed out. I am thinking that was a good thing. We got him all the way to medical with no issues; since the bell had rung everyone was already in class.

I was the first one through the door yelling, Dr. Jacobs!!! Dr. Jacobs!!!"

He came out of one of the exam rooms, "What is all the noise out h…? What happened?"

Paul said, "I saw these two running for the main gate and tried to chase them down, when they found him lying on the ground there."

"I saw him standing at the main gate and thought it was weird, then I saw him fall. Someone really hurt him Doctor. Those are burns on his arms, I have seen them on another kid that came into our church."

"I am sure his arm is broken Doc. We tried to support it the best we could till we got him here." Paul added.

"You did good boys. Now go to class and I will deal with this young man."

"No." I said.

"Excuse me, Brian? Are you sure that is what you meant to say?"

I took a deep breath and said, "Yes Sir. I am not trying to be disrespectful, but I was there when that kid I told you about came in. All the adults were there to help, but it only made it worse. It was adults that hurt him, and he was terrified. I was able to help him calm down and let him know he could trust my dad. The difference between then and now is that the other boy was awake. This boy will be so scared when he wakes up and is surrounded by adults. He needs me to be here for him."

"Ok Brain, point taken. Paul, head back to class; Timmy, go tell the Headmaster what has happened here, then you go to class." Both Timmy and Paul did as they were told and left. The Doctor filled a shot with something and stuck it in the boys hip. "Ok Brian, if you are going to be here then I will need your help."

"You tell me what to do and I will do it."

"That will be a first." He said giving me a look. "We need to get him out of these clothes so that I can see what else is going on. Go over to the drawer left of the sink and get me the scissors out of it."

I went over to the sink and found the scissors. I thought they were weird because they had rounded ends almost like the safety scissors we used to use when I was little, only bigger, and sharper. I walked back to the Doctor and watched as he cut the boys clothes off of him. He had bruises everywhere. When the Doctor cut off his underwear, you could see his butt was a mess of bruises and blisters. His balls were swollen and even his dick looked like it had been whipped.

The Doctor got out his camera and started taking pictures of him from every angle. We turned him over to get pictures of his back, butt, and legs. My heart broke for this boy, how could anyone do such a thing to another human being? It is times like this that I am sure there is no god. How can this being, that everyone thinks is so loving, allow something like this to happen?

We had just turned him over when the Headmaster came rushing in. The boy was still uncovered, and it looked like the Headmaster's head was going to explode. I have never seen anyone's face get that red.

"Ron, what the hell? Timmy told me it was bad, but I have never seen one this bad." That is when he saw me, "Brian, get to class."

I was just about to say something that I would probably regret when the Doctor said, "Leave him be Joe, I need him here."

"Why?"

"Brian made a good point when he said that this kid needs a boy here when he wakes up to explain things. I agree, we don't need to add any more stress to this situation right now. Did you call the Police?"

"Yeah, David is on the way with Nancy from CPS."

"Good, when those two get together and go hunting for these animals, you know someone is going to prison for a long time. I wish Marry was here, I sure could use her help."

I guess both men were looking at me, "Brian, are you sure you will be ok helping me with this? You look like maybe you are not sure."

"That is not what I was thinking about, and I will do whatever you need me to do."

"What were you thinking about, Brian?" The Headmaster asked.

"I can't tell you. I am a Crossman, and I should not be thinking this way."

"It is ok Brian; you can tell us. We won't be angry with you."

They asked for it and I let my anger out, "I was just making a wish is all. I was wishing that when the Police get to this guy, he resists arrest, and they have to put him down like the dog that he is."

The Headmaster came over to me and said, "You are right, that is not the way a Crossman should think. However, we are human and looking at the body of a badly beaten child. If the Doctor and I were being honest, we were both wishing the same thing."

"He is right Brian, there is no reason for something like this to ever happen. We see the physical damage that was done to this boy, but that will heal. It is the emotional damage that will follow this boy for the rest of his life."

The Doctor stepped out of the room, and I could not help grabbing the Headmaster and giving him a big hug. "What was that for?"

"Mostly because I feel like we both needed it. Also, because I know that there is not a boy in this school that doesn't know you have their backs. Owen's dad told me how you protected him from outsiders when his dad was not there to do it. I came to you and told you my story and you helped me get into this school. Now I have real friends and I don't have to hide from bullies all the time. I know this may be inappropriate, but I love you."

He knelt down and wrapped me in a hug and said, "Not inappropriate at all, I love you too."

The doctor came back into the room wearing medical clothes instead of the suit and tie he always wore. "Joe, I will need your help here." They released the locks on the bed and started moving it to another room. I followed them into a huge room with machines all over it. The Doctor had the Headmaster help him move the boy from the bed he was on to this table.

"What are we doing first Doc?"

"I need to get a picture of that arm so that I can see what it will take to set it. Although the rest of his body is a mess, I don't see anything that would tell me there is an issue other than this bruising here on his chest. I am going to get a picture of that as well. Brian, I need you to step inside that office. Don't touch anything, you will still be able to see what we are doing.

I went into the office and saw all the buttons and monitors. I watched through this thick window. I watched as they turned his arm this way and that way. Then both men came into the office with me and pushed a button. As soon as they were done, they went back out and moved the machine to a different location on his body.

When they were through, the men came in and started looking at a computer monitor. "This is better than I thought it would be. The bone in his arm is not fully broken, just a severe partial fracture. I will be able to cast it up and it will heal on its own. Again, he is lucky in that his Third rib on his left side is cracked, but not broken. I will wrap his chest, but there is nothing to do here but let it heal on its own. It will be hurting for a while."

The men moved the boy back to his bed and pushed him into the room I stayed in while I was laid up here. "I have to get back to the office and file my report. I expect that Dave will be here within the hour."

The Headmaster left and the Doctor taught me how to create a cast. It was kind of cool how it all worked, and it dried faster than I thought it would. We spent the next hour cleaning him up and putting in an IV. The Doctor gave him some more drugs so he would stay asleep.

Brad showed up with a pair of tan shorts and a white shirt. "What are those for?"

"The Headmaster felt like you would be more comfortable out of the robe and in some clothes you can move around in."

Brad reached over and helped me out of my robe and talked to me about the boy while I got dressed. "Thanks for bringing me the clothes."

"No problem, brother. That is what I am here for."

The Policeman and the Social Worker came and looked the boy over. They took some pictures of their own as well as taking a flash drive with the pictures the Doctor took before cleaning him up. The Headmaster came back and signed papers for the Social Worker which made FSB his foster home. I could not believe that. I thought for sure that they would take him with them.

Timmy came by at lunch with to-go boxes for both of us from the dining room, as well as my backpack. The bonehead also went to all of my teachers to tell them what happened and get my assignments. Here I was thinking he loved me, and he did this to me (giggle). We had lunch and talked about what the Doctor found and how FSB was now the boy's foster home.

Ma came running in with a concerned look on her face, "Brian, are you all right? I heard what happed and was worried that it may have been too much for you to take in."

Giggling, "Ma, I am fine. I am not the one who got beat up, he was," I said, pointing at the boy in the bed.

Ma looked over at him. He was covered up so all you could see was his face, "Oh my god." She said as she went over to get a better look at him. "Did he get into a fight?"

"No, some adult beat him badly. The bruises on his face are only the start." I pointed out as I stood and walked to the other side of the bed. Looking across at Ma, "His body is a mess. He has a cracked rib and a fractured arm."

She looked down at the covered body and asked, "What is he wearing under the blankets?"

"Nothing but a bunch of bandages, why?"

"I want to see."

"No Ma, you don't. It took everything in me not to run out crying when I saw him."

"Brian, I need to see."

"Ok, but I warned you." I lifted the blankets and pulled them down to his feet.

"Oh my god, who could do such a thing to a child?" She asked, tears rolled down her cheeks and she leaned over and helped cover him back up. Then she leaned over and kissed his forehead, "You are safe now, baby. You are under the protection of the Crossman."

Timmy, on the other hand, ran over to the sink and puked after getting his first look the boy's body. He washed out the sink and his mouth then turned, and I could see he was crying. I ran up to him and hugged him till he got it under control. He walked over, grabbed his boxed lunch and threw it away, grabbed his backpack, and left without another word.

Ma looked at me, "Brian, why are you here? You shouldn't be seeing this. This is too much for you to endure."

I explained to her about the boy that came into the church and how I helped, "This boy needs me, and I will be here when he wakes up. He can't wake up to a room full of adults."

"Ok Brian, I get you feel you need to do this, but I will be checking in on you. If you feel this is getting to be too much, will you come talk to me about it? Will you promise me that?"

I wrapped her in a hug and kissed her cheek, "Yes Ma, I promise." She left and I finished my lunch. I sat at the table and did my schoolwork.

About three, the Headmaster dropped by to check in, "How is he doing?"

"He is drugged up and sleeping. The Doctor wants him to sleep until tomorrow. He says that he wants to give his body a chance to heal a little before he starts moving around."

"Good, now let's talk about you?"

"Am I in trouble?"

"Not that I know of. However, I have talked with the Doctor and he agrees that it would be better if you were here when the boy woke up instead of just a bunch of adults. That being said, I will allow you to spend the day here tomorrow helping the Doctor with the boy. However, I want you to go to the dining room for dinner, then back to your house. At six thirty, there is an assembly in the auditorium that you need to attend. After the assembly, you will return to your house for the night. Tomorrow morning you will go to breakfast with your house, and then you may come here."

"But what if he wakes up when I am not here?"

"You said it yourself, the Doctor is going to keep him asleep till midmorning. You will be here in plenty of time. Any more questions on this subject?"

I could tell that although it was phrased as a question, it wasn't. "No Sir."

"Brian, I am very proud of you. You didn't have to put yourself through this, but you did. I would like to say that it is because of what you have learned from the Crossman, but this is who you are. When I send off my weekly report to your family, I will be informing them of what has happened here. I will also be letting them know what a wonderful caring boy they have raised. I know that they will be as proud of you as I am." He then turned and walked out of the room.

From behind me I heard, "Wow, that was very impressive, boy." I turned to see the Doctor cleaning his glasses. "I was not sure you would make it as a Crossman, but you have impressed us all. Just so you are clear on this. I am not allowing that boy to wake up until tomorrow morning. Until then ,he will be safe and cared for. I know you don't want to leave, but follow the Headmaster's orders so that I can have you back tomorrow. Get plenty of sleep because tomorrow will not be easy."

"Yes Sir."

The bell rang at four, I had already packed up my stuff and put on my robe over the clothes that Brad brought me. I made my way to the dining room and got into the Crossman line. I was actually very hungry, so I got a double cheeseburger with fries, a piece of red velvet cake, a white milk, and of course my golden water. I sat down at our table with Timmy to my right, Owen, across from me, and Tyler next to him.

Owen was the first to ask, "How it the boy? Timmy told us what happened this morning but has not wanted to talk about it since."

I looked at Timmy, "Are you ok?"

His eyes filled up with tears, "No, I'm not ok. Why would someone do something like that to him. I wish I had never seen his body. I was ok with what I could see, it made me sad and angry, but I was ok. When I saw his body, I just can't get it out of my head," He said, as he pushed his tray away.

Brendon put his arm around Timmy's shoulders. Timmy turned and started crying on Brendon's shoulder.

Owen could not believe Timmy reaction, "It is really that bad?"

"Yes, he has burns all over his body from someone putting out their cigarette on him. His arm and his rib are fractured. His butt is just a mess where he was beat. I don't blame Timmy for crying, I cried a few times today, too.

"That poor kid. When is he being moved to the hospital?" Tyler asked.

"He isn't, the school has custody of him. FSB is his foster parents I guess."

Tyler shrugged his shoulders, "I guess that makes sense."

"Wait a minute, has the school fostered boys before?"

Brad answered, "There are actually three other foster boys here at this school."

I was shocked, "There are? I didn't know that."

"No reason for you to know. In fact, their own roommates don't know."

"Why?"

"Because they need to be treated like any other student. If they chose to tell anyone that is up to them. Don't forget Brian, this is first and foremost a Crossman School. We never turn away someone in need. They, like the boy you helped today have to decide if they want what we have to offer. If they do, they will get the same education as everyone else in this school. One of the three is even being adopted by one of his roommate's family after the first of the year."

"Wow, just when I think being a Crossman can't get any better, I find out that it can. Now if you guys don't mind a change in subjects, what is the assembly about that we have to go to?"

"Sorry buddy, not we, just you and Owen."

"Wait… what assembly, no one told me about it." Owen said.

"Why just me and Owen?"

"Because you two just became Crossman. This will be your first holiday with us, and you need to know what to expect." Said Brad

"I don't understand."

"You will after the assembly."

We went back to the house, stripped, and headed up to our room. I started folding my shorts and shirt so that I could wear them again tomorrow. Tyler said, "If you want, you can wear them to the assembly. You are not required to wear your robe and can even wear your street shoes if you want."

"Can I do that too?" Owen asked.

"Yes, although this is on the school grounds, this is not really considered a school function since only a small number of students will be there."

"This is driving me crazy, Tyler. Please tell us what this is about." I begged.

"Sorry, can't do it." He said with a sly smile.

At six, Owen and I started heading over to the auditorium. As we were leaving the building, a boy of about seven called out, "Hey guys wait up. Can I walk over with you?"

"Sure. I am not sure I have met you before, I am Brian, and this is Owen."

"I know who you are. I have wanted to say hi to you a bunch of times, but I figured that you would not want a little bugging you."

Owen said, "Then we must be doing something wrong, if you were afraid that we would have turned you away. We would never treat someone like that."

He looked to the ground and said, "I am sorry, I didn't mean to make you mad."

He looked like he might cry. I got down on my knees in front of him. "Nothing you did made us mad. We are sorry if we gave you the impression that we would not welcome you. So let's start over, I am Brian."

He lifted his head and looked me in the eyes. I guess he was looking to see if I were teasing him. When he decided that I wasn't he showed me this million-dollar smile, held out his hand and said, "I am Theodore, but everyone calls me Theo."

I pushed his hand away and gave him a hug. He tensed up at first, then hugged me back. As soon as I stood up, Owen took my place. "It's nice to meet you Theo." Owen grabbed him and hugged him as well.

"Ok Theo, now that we all know each other, I know that Owen and me have to go to this thing because we are new Crossman. Neither of us were born Crossman, so why are you stuck going?"

"I have only been a Crossman for about six months. My new daddy is a Crossman. When he married my mommy, I became one too."

"Well Theo, I want to hear this story, but we have to get moving."

Me and Owen put Theo between us, grabbed his hands, and swung him back and forth as we walked to the auditorium. I kinda liked it, it felt good to make him giggle like that. This must have been how my dad and Donny felt as they did this with me when I was his age.

We got to the auditorium and found the Headmaster outside greeting the kids. He smiled when he saw how we were treating Theo. "Hi boys."

We all said, "Hi Headmaster." At the same time.

"Boys, when you go inside I want you to sit in the first row to the left when you enter. You three may not understand how this will pertain to you, but I will explain that to you after everyone else leaves. Just listen to what is being said ok?"

"Yes Sir." We all said confused. We went in and sat where he told us to.

Just after we sat down, Tony, from my English class, came and sat next to me. He is twelve and really smart. "Brian, I have to talk to you."

"Sure Tony, what's up?"

"I heard about the boy you found this morning. Is he ok?"

"I am not supposed to talk about him, but no he is not ok."

"He was beat pretty bad by an adult wasn't he?"

"Again Tony, I am not supposed to talk about it. Why are you so interested?"

"Before my parents went off to become the US Ambassadors in Damascus, we used to take in a lot of foster kids. I have seen some pretty badly abused kids. I learned to work with them and provide a bridge between them and the adults that wanted to ask them a lot of questions. I wanted to let you know that, so you could let the Doctor know."

"Wait a minute, your parents are in Syria?"

"Yeah, why?"

"Because my parents are helping refugees near a place called Binnish in Syria."

"No Kidding. From what I hear, people like your parents are a god send to the refugees. They need all the help we can give them."

"We will need to talk about this later. As far as the boy goes, I will let the Doctor know."

Just then the Headmaster walked in and closed the doors. He looked over at us and saw Tony. "Tony, why don't you head down front with the other boys."

"Yes Sir." Tony said and went down to sit towards the front. There must have been fifty to sixty boys sitting in front of us. When the Headmaster spoke everyone shut up without being told.

"Hello boys, thank you all for being here. You all have something in common and that is that you, I am sorry to say, will not be able to join your families for the upcoming Thanksgiving holidays. Some of you are from other countries and wouldn't celebrate this holiday, as it is an American one. However, all next week the school will be closed, and you have all been assigned local families to stay with. Those of you that have been invited to join the families of friends or roommates are all set. Those who have not made arrangements yet, have been assigned housing with families who have volunteered to take you in."

This got many of the kids talking to each other, which stopped the Headmaster from talking. The kids quieted down, and the Headmaster continued. "Your situation is not new, and we have been making sure you all have a wonderful time out of school. That being said, you 'Will' behave like you would if you were in school. That means no back talking, no disrespecting of others, and always being polite gentlemen at all times. Just because you are not at school, any bad reports, which of course, I don't expect, will still be met with the same punishments as you would receive if you were in school and will be carried out upon your return. This can include extra duty assignments, paddling, or termination of your time here. Am I making myself very clear?"

All the boys acknowledged his understanding of what was just said. "Now that I have that out of the way, boys I want you to have fun and enjoy your time away from the school, see how other people live and get to know the people you are with. For many of you, your time with your holiday families will be what you expect them to be, for others you may be very surprised. I know that there are many rumors of how the Crossman live. Many of you here will get the opportunity to find out firsthand. Quite a few of you will have the opportunity to see how the Crossman live because you will be spending the week at the Crossman Ranch."

I about fell out of my chair. At first I thought it was just me, but Owen and Theo looked just as shocked. The Headmaster concluded, "Tomorrow evening you will all be getting an envelope from your room monitor with your assignment in it. It will tell you where you will be staying, and where and when you will be picked up. It will also have a list of recommended clothing to take with you. You are all dismissed."

Everyone started filing out of the auditorium. When everyone was going the Headmaster asked us to come up to the front. "Any questions?"

"Umm"

"Go on Theo, what is your question?"

"Won't it be weird for them when they see us naked and sucking on our dads cocks?"

He laughed, "I guess it would be if they were to see that, but they won't."

"I don't understand how they won't notice that Sir," I said.

"Well Brian, it is because during this week, and the two over Christmas, the rules on the Crossman Ranch change. You see, during this time everyone wears clothes on the ranch and sexual contact is between adults only."

"But that aint fair Sir. Why are we being punished?" Owen said, trying not to whine but only being a little successful at it. Even Theo was tearing up.

"Listen boys, I know this goes against the rules you have been taught to follow and will be uncomfortable for you, believe me I know. Remember, I am a Crossman and know how much I hated it when I went here. However, we are Crossman, and we have to look at the big picture. The boys that go to the ranch will see what the Regulars would call a normal family dynamic and will put some rumors to rest. Just try to remember, this will end and we will go back to our normal. However, for these boys, they are suffering with having to be away from their families over the holidays. Brian, you above all, should know how that feels. This will be the first time in your life that you and your family have not been together for Thanksgiving."

With tears in my eyes I said, "Yes Sir, I guess that didn't hit me till I heard you talking to the other boys."

"So you see boys, as Crossman, it is our duty to put others before us and I am asking you as well as all of the Crossman families to do that for these boys. Will you help us out here?"

We all nodded our heads and said we would.

Right after breakfast I was back in medical. The boy looked just like he did when I left, I am not sure what else I expected. Maybe I just hoped he would be better.

I sat down at the table and started unloading my backpack when the Doctor came in. "Good morning my boy, how are you today?"

"I am good Doc. How is he doing?"

"I think better then yesterday, but not by much. Dr. Kirk came in to look him over. He believes that he can help him with some of the bigger wounds, but we will have to see what he wants when he is in a better place to make decisions about his body."

"There is this boy named Tony Bush. He says that his parents took in a lot of foster kids that were abused like this. He says that he got really good in working with them, kid to kid. He wanted me to let know that he would like to help if he can."

"I will talk to the Headmaster about him and see what he thinks. Until then, I don't want any more boys in here. I heard what it did to Timmy.

"Yes Sir, I never meant for Timmy to see all of him, but Ma had to look. When do you think he will wake up?"

"We gave him his last dose of pain meds at six, so I would guess that he will be waking up sometime around ten. I have got some other boys to see, come get me if he wakes up."

He left the room and I started doing my studies. I kept going over and looking at him and even checked his pulse the way the Doctor showed me. At about nine thirty he started moving around some.

I went and told the Doctor that he was starting to move around. He came in to examine him, "Ok Brian, here is what you have been waiting for. Unless you feel like he needs medical attention or you can't handle it anymore, we will all stay out and let you try to bring him out with as little stress as possible."

The Doctor left and I pulled a chair over by the bed and started reading. About thirty minutes later the boy started moving around again. Soon after, he opened his eyes, well his right eye, his left eye was still pretty swollen. At first he just looked around, then I could see the panic in his whole body.

I moved so that I was in his line of sight. "It's ok, you are safe. My name is Brian, and I am here to help you. Can you tell me your name?"

"Where am I?"

"You are in the medical center of the Founders School for Boys. You are safe here, no one can get to you here."

He tried to get up, but fell back down, "How long have I been here?"

"About twenty-four hours."

He tried to get up again, "I have to get out of here before he finds me. I am in so much trouble, he is going to hurt me again."

"Who, your dad?"

"Stepdad." He said with a disgusted look on his face. "I have to get out of here before he finds me."

After a few more attempts at getting up, he finally gave up and started crying. "He would not stop hitting me, I begged him to stop. 'Please stop, you are hurting me.' But he wouldn't, I was only late by ten minutes."

I could not believe what I was hearing, all of this pain for being ten minutes late. "Please tell me your name so that I can tell the police who did this to you."

He scared me when he just stopped crying and stared straight at me. "What does it matter anyhow, I am as good a dead? My name is Hudson King."

"You are not dead Hudson; the Crossman will protect you. We will let the police know what your stepdad did you to you and they will arrest him."

He just laughed, "You don't understand, he is the police."

I was so shocked that I fell backwards into the chair, "Your daddies a cop and he did this to you?"

He looked a little angry, "No! My stepdad is a cop, my dad died in a car wreck before I was born."

"I am sorry Hudson, I didn't mean to upset you anymore then you already are, but your stepdad being a cop makes no difference. You are under the protection of the Crossman now and he can't get to you here."

"Are you stupid? He's a cop, he can get to me anywhere."

"No, I am far from stupid, and he can't get you here. The FBI arrested my friend Owen's dad, and tried to get to him, but they couldn't because he was protected by the Crossman. Trust me when I say that the man that did this will never get near you again.

"You don't know how much I want to trust you, but I have been down this road before. People always say, 'Trust me' 'We will protect you from him'. You can see how well that worked out. So, take your promises and shove them up your ass!"

Staying calm I said, "I get it dude, trust is something that has to be earned. You will learn that I don't lie or say things that I don't mean. I will tell you this, I will have your back for as long as you want it, but don't curse in front of me or anyone else here. It is not permitted and will not help you get what you need. Be mad, yell, if you need it I will get you something to hit, but don't disrespect the people that are trying to help you."

I could tell he still didn't trust me, and I was a little angry about the way he spoke, but I will not give up on him. I sat back and tried to just read my history book. I looked up when he asked, "Why are you here and not some adult asking me a lot of questions?"

I lowered my book, "Because I am a preachers son, and had a boy come into the church looking a lot like you do. The bruises, the burns, and the broken bones. He was awake when he came in and really started panicking when he saw all the adults. You were going to wake up in a strange place after suffering through what you obviously went through. A bunch of adults gathered around you would have done more damage to you then waking up and seeing me."

"But they're here, right?"

"Yes, the Doctor is waiting for me to come get him."

"So why haven't you done it yet?"

"Because you didn't ask me to, and you are not showing me that you have a need of the Doctor yet."

"Wait a minute, are you telling me he won't come in until you tell him he can?"

"For now, he won't come in till I ask him. He will have to come in at some point to check your wounds and give you something for you pain. He won't touch you unless you say that he can."

"Why would he need my permission?"

"Because it is your body, and no one has the right to make you do something without your consent."

"That makes no sense, adults are always telling kids what they can and can't do."

"You are at the Founders School for Boys. This is a Crossman compound that is governed by the Crossman, and yes they control the kids and have rules that have to be followed. These rules are there to keep us safe, so one day we can walk out of here and be proud of who we are. Those are guidelines, more for the way we live then to control us. We follow those rules and the boys here are happy, even the Regulars like you."

"I have a lot more questions, but what if I told you I was hungry?"

"Are you?"

"Yes, I have not eaten in a long time."

"Is there anything that you are wanting to eat?"

"Sure," he said trying to get a rise out of me. "I want a cheeseburger with fries and a coke."

"I will ask the Doctor if you can have that, and if he says it is ok, I will get someone to bring it to you. However, I can't get you a Coke because we don't have soda here. We have juice or milk."

"Then would you please ask him?"

"Would it be ok if he came in and looked at you?"

"Fine if that is what it takes to eat around here."

The Doctor came in and looked Hudson over, "Boy, Brian told me what you asked for, and I am going to say not right now."

Hudson looked at me and I could tell he was mad, "I knew I could not trust you."

Before I could say anything the Doctor said, "Now you wait a minute boy. He has been with you since you got here, he only left your side to eat and sleep, so ease up. As for your order, the only reason I said no is because you have not eaten in at least twenty-four hours. However, you have been and still are on a lot of medications." He reached around and grabbed a bag that he brought in with him. "Here are some saltine crackers. I would like you to start on a few of these. If you can hold these down, then I will get you what you asked for. Deal?"

Hudson nodded his agreement.

"Ok, now I have got one other boy to see and if you are ok when I get back, I will take the tube out of you penis."

That shocked the boy and after the Doctor left he lifted up the blanket and saw two things. First he saw that he was naked and then he saw that he indeed had a tube coming out of his dick.

Panicked he asked, "What did they do to me? Why does everyone what to hurt me?" Tears were rolling down his cheeks.

I sat on the bed and took his hand in mine, "Hudson, no one is trying to hurt you. You are naked because we needed to see the damage. The tube is just for piss. You have been asleep and would have made a big mess if it weren't for the tube."

I got off the bed and went around to the other side. I detached the bottle from the bed and lifted it up so show him. "This would have been all over the bed without the tube in you." I hooked the bottle back into the bed and went back to where I was sitting.

He had his arm covering his eyes and he was crying. I took his hand in mine. He pulled his hand back and looked at me. His teeth were clinched showing his anger, "Did you have fun when you went to dinner last night, laughing about the kid who got his ass kick so bad he had to have a tube in his dick?"

Ok, I know I shouldn't have but I got mad, "I asked you not to talk that way and now I am telling you, knock it off. As for me and my friends laughing at you, I don't know what kind of friends you have, but we would never laugh at someone else's pain. My friend Timmy brought me lunch yesterday, and when he saw your body, he went over to the sink and threw up, and then cried. He, like me, and everyone else could not understand how someone could do such a thing to another person. You have every right to be angry, and if you want me to leave, just say so. Until then, knock it off."

I turned and went back to the desk to calm down and work on the history paper that was due Friday. He seemed to calm down and the crackers did not make him sick. Owen showed up with three lunches. "Thanks Owen, but you might not want to stay here. Hudson is not a very nice person right now."

"Why would he be? I can't imagine that I would be a very nice person if I went through what he went through. Anyway, I thought I would hang out and have lunch with you. The Doc said it would be ok if you guys didn't mind."

"Are you sure Owen? It really messed up Timmy yesterday."

"Timmy didn't know what to expect, I do." He got up and took one of the boxes and put in on the rolling table and moved it over to the bed. "Here is the hamburger you asked for. It's not a cheeseburger, because the Doc thought that might be too heavy. The kitchen cut the burger up into quarters so you can eat only what you feel up to. The fries are the best I have ever had, so you have some of them too. I also brought an apple juice if you like that or I brought myself orange juice so we can trade, I like both."

Hudson didn't say a word just opened the box and started eating. I was mad about it and said, "Thank you Owen for my lunch. I am sorry that Hudson is too selfish to say it also."

Owen grabbed my arm and dragged me from the room. "What is wrong with you Brian? There is no need to talk to him that way." He saw that I was smiling, "What are you smiling about, goofball?"

"See Owen, he needs me, but doesn't realize it yet. I have to be a jerk so that he can see that he is also being a jerk. Trust me, by the end of the day we will be friends." We went back into the room and finished lunch and talked about the upcoming weekend. I could tell Hudson was listening, but didn't give us any indication he wanted to be a part of it.

The bell rang and Owen grabbed his stuff, "I will see you later Brian. It was nice meeting you Hudson, I wish it could have been under better circumstances."

"Thank you for bringing me lunch Owen. I feel a lot better now."

"You are welcome my friend, see ya later."

Owen left and the Doctor entered. "Hudson, with your permission, I would like to get that tube out."

Being a jerk again, "Do I have a choice?"

"Sure, you always have a choice. If you want to wait a while, I am ok with that."

Just as the Doctor turned to leave, "NO, I am sorry. Please take this thing out."

"Ok, since you asked so nicely." He pulled the shot thing out of his coat, pulled the blankets down to Hudson's knees. He attached the plunger to the port and sucked out, the water. He detached the plunger and told Hudson, "Take a deep breath and push." He grunted and yelped when the tube came free. I could not help but giggle.

"You think this is funny, jerk?" Hudson said angrily.

"No, I am not laughing at you. He always tells boys to take a deep breath and push. Think about it, there is nothing in that move that helps push that tube out of your dick. He just says that to make us think about something else." I giggled again.

"You have had the tube in your dick?"

"Yeah, I had surgery last month and had to have one. He told me the same thing."

Hudson actually laughed and smiled, "Yeah, now that I think about it, is a bit silly."

After the Doctor left, Hudson opened up about his mom dying last year after a long battle with cancer. He told me how he didn't have any other relatives, so he was stuck with Mike, his stepdad.

About an hour later, Dave and Nancy came in. This got Hudson all upset. "I knew it was too good to be true," He said crying.

I ran to him and asked, "What's wrong, Hudson?"

He pointed at Dave and said, "Him, he works with Mike, I have seen him before. I knew there was nowhere I would be safe. Maybe he will just kill me this time and it will all be over."

Dave looked shocked and approached Hudson. I jumped between them, "No way are you going to hurt this kid." I was not sure what I was doing, but I was doing it.

Dave said, "Hold on a second," Looking at Hudson, "do you know me from somewhere?"

"You can stop your stupid game I know he sent you to bring me back."

"I have no idea who you are, and no one sent me here, I swear. Who is it that you think sent me?"

"He knows that his stepdad sent you. You should be ashamed of yourself," I said.

"I am very confused, who are you?"

"Yeah right, like you don't know that I am Mike Paterson's stepson."

"Wait a minute, did Mike do this to you?"

"Of course he did, like you didn't know."

"I swear, I didn't even know that Mike had a son. I knew his wife died last year, but that is all I really know about him. Boy, I need to be very sure about your next answer for both our sakes. Is Mike Paterson of the Clayton police department the one who did this to you?"

Staring daggers out of his one good eye and through clinched teeth he said, "Yes he did, and he is my stepdad, not my dad. That jerk was married to my mom."

Dave sat down hard in a chair with a look of complete shock on his face as all the color ran out. I looked at Hudson, "Look at him dude, I really don't think he knew."

I am not sure Hudson knew what to feel. We were all starting to relax a bit as Nancy introduced herself and started asking Hudson questions.

Then everything froze as a man came storming into the room. "Oh my god, I heard you were here, what happened to you?"

I looked from Hudson to this man, and right away I knew who it was. Again without thinking I jumped between Hudson and this man that I was sure was Mike.

"Get out of the way boy, I need to see my son."

"No Sir, you need to leave please."

"Don't back talk me boy or you will see what the inside of a jail cell looks like."

Dave came up behind him and asked, "Mike, I am not sure if you remember me. We worked that case over on the west side together."

"Sure Dave, I remember you. What do I need to sign so that I can take my boy home?"

"Well Mike, currently he is home." Dave put his hand on his gun and said, "What I need you to do right now, is to put your hands on the back of your head for me."

Just then another man walked in. "I thought I told you to wait in the car Sam, and no I will not put my hands on my head."

Sam asked, "What is going on here?" He turned and looked at the boy in the bed, "Hudson, is that you? What the hell happened to you?"

"Sam, please just go wait in the car. I will take care of this."

Sam looked from Hudson to Mike, "Mike, what the hell did you do?"

Sam reared back and punched Mike in the stomach. When he bent over, Sam grabbed Mike's gun from his holster. He passed it back to Dave who took it. Then Sam grabbed the handcuffs off of Mikes belt and wrapped them around each of Mike's wrists pulling them behind his back. The last thing he did was grab his badge off of his belt. He leaned close to Mike and said, "If there were not children here, I would knock your teeth out."

Dave took control of Mike and read him his rights. Then he said, "Mike Paterson, you are being charged with child abuse, child endangerment, assault, sexual assault on a child."

"Hold on there, boy. I never sexually assaulted that rotten kid."

"I have pictures of that boys whole body, and the way you whipped his genitals is sure enough sexual assault."

"Do you really think the rest of the guys will allow you to arrest a fellow officer?"

"You forget one thing."

"What's that?"

"Those fellow officers all have families and kids, or they have dealt with abused kids. What are the chances any of them will come to your rescue once they have seen what you did to that child?"

"I never laid a hand on him, try to prove it. I want a lawyer."

That was the last thing we heard as Dave escorted him out of the building. Sam walked up to the bed and got on his knees beside it. Hudson, still afraid, moved as far away as he could.

Sam said, "Hudson, I am so sorry. I always thought something was not right, but he was my best friend. He always told me how much trouble you were getting into since your mom died and I believed him. But I knew something was not right, because every time I took our boat out and invited you to come along, he came up with an excuse. Now that I see what he did to you, I understand why he didn't want you seen in a swimsuit. I knew in my heart something was wrong and failed to investigate. I am so sorry Hudson." With that said, this grown man, this police officer, put his head in his hands and started to cry.

Hudson looked at me and all I could do was shrug my shoulders. Hudson stared at him for a few minutes and reached out. He put his hand on Sam's arm and said, "You couldn't know before, but you know now and stopped him today. Thank you for showing up today."

Sam stood and looked at the Social Worker, "What can I do to help. He can stay with me and my family, we will give him a good home."

The Social Worker looked at him and said, "I know you are a good man, I have worked with you before, but there is no chance that I would put him with you. I am sorry, but you are his abusers best friend. He will be in the custody of this school until such time as he graduates, or a family is found to adopt him. If you want to help him, make sure that his abuser does not get within twenty miles of this school."

"I guarantee that he will not get anywhere near that boy. I need to go to the station and make sure the boys know what has really happened here."

I saw her pass Sam a flash drive, "You never got this from me, but some of the other officers may need convincing."

He took the flash drive and walked back to Hudson. He passed Hudson a card, "Hudson, this is my card. It has my cell phone number on it. If you need anything, and I mean anything, you call me anytime, day or night."

"Thank you, Sam."

Chapter 27
Who Is Getting Mounted?

Brian

I left medical just before dinner. Hudson was so agitated by everything that happened, the Doctor decided to give him something for the pain and to help him sleep until his body could recover a little.

As I was getting ready to leave, the Doctor and the Headmaster said they wanted to talk to me. We went to the Headmaster's office and sat down.

"Brian, I have to say that I am so impressed with how you have handled this whole thing. I must say that I am not happy with the way you talked to the men, and any other time you would have been punished for it. However, this was not a matter of disrespecting an adult, you were there alone, and you were protecting a boy that was already defenseless. Do you understand the difference between what you did and what Tyler did?"

"I am not sure Sir. Wasn't Tyler doing the same thing that I just did?"

"Yes and no. He was defending you, but I was standing right there when Tyler did it. So, no it is not the same thing. You were in the middle of a battle with three men that you didn't know. All surrounding a boy that you know was abused by one or more of these men. You put yourself between them and that boy. Maybe not the smartest thing you could have done, but you acted according to the information you had with no one you trusted around you. That is why we are so proud of you. You have been amazing throughout this whole affair. I will say it again, we are very proud of you Brian."

"I agree with everything the Headmaster just said. I will add that although you turned a little green as we were cleaning Hudson up, you stayed and helped me help him. Maybe medicine is your calling," said the Doctor.

"Oh no," I said waving my hand side to side, "I liked helping you with Hudson, and if you ever need my help I will be there, but I could not do this all the time. Thank you for saying so, though."

Both men laughed, "Brian, here is what I need you to do. The bell will ring shortly so you can go to dinner. Have fun with your friends, then go back to your house and decompress. Get a good night sleep, and tomorrow I want you back in class."

"But Hudson will need me."

The Doctor put his hand on my leg and said, "No, right now he needs Dr. Butler. Tomorrow morning he will be spending with Dr. Butler being evaluated. We need to know where he stands with all of this. Trust is going to be hard for him to give, but he trusts you, so there is hope that he can trust Dr. Butler. We need to know if he is ready for the next less painful part of his life to begin. We hope that he can become comfortable with the way FSB works and if he will accept the help that we are offering him."

"Will he be a Crossman?"

The Headmaster said, "No. Put yourself in his place, would you be able to accept the lifestyle we have after being treated the way he was by men?"

"No, I guess not." I said with my head down.

"Dr. Butler will be able to figure out which house would be best for him, and we will figure out which big brother would be best for him as well. I will, however, give you permission to have lunch with him. Go to the dining room and figure out what you want and bring him something as well."

"Would it be ok if Timmy and Owen come too?"

The Doctor said, "I don't see why not. It would be good for him to see the friendships you have created for yourself here."

Just then the bell rang, and I headed out. I enjoyed having dinner with the guys. I was a little disappointed that I didn't have an appointment that night, but I was asleep before anyone else got back, so maybe it was for the best.

The next morning, I noticed that the schedule said that there was a mounting at six thirty, but none of the guys knew who it was. I never would have thought that I would miss my classes as much as I did, but man I was glad to be back.

At lunch, I went to the dining room to find Owen and Timmy waiting for me. We all went in, got our to go lunches and even had our golden water before we left. As we were getting up from our table, Tony came up to us and asked, "Where are you guys going?"

"We are going to eat our lunch in medical with Hudson."

"Do you think I could come and meet him?"

"You can come with us, but I am not sure the Doctor will let you stay."

He got all excited, "Ok, you guys wait here, let me get a lunch."

We waited a few minutes for Tony to join us, "Tony, do you know Timmy and Owen?"

"No, I just saw them sitting with you in the Auditorium yesterday."

I made the introductions and we started walking to medical, "Tony, do you know where you are going for the off week yet?"

"No, everyone that I was thinking of already had someone staying with them. There are a lot more guys stuck here then there are families in the area. My roommate's family lives in DC and he is taking Jayson home with him, they have been friends since the first grade. I guess his parents are sending their private jet, and taking other kids as well."

"I hope you have somewhere nice to have Thanksgiving. If you land up on the Crossman Ranch, let me know and we will hang out."

"Cool, I will do that."

We got to medical and the Doctor said it would be ok for Tony to stay. Hudson was actually happy to see us. We introduced him to Tony, and they hit is off right away. Makes sense since they are the same age.

About halfway through lunch Detective Dave came in. Right away you could see the fear in Hudson's face.

"Hudson relax, everything is fine. I thought you might like an update on what is happening with Mike."

With a shaky voice Hudson asked, "Is he coming after me."

"Not a chance. All the friends that he thought he had won't even talk to him. I have heard through the rumor mill that he has been warned by multiple officers of the law, that if he comes within a mile of you, they will shoot him on sight. Of course, those are just rumors," He said with a wink of his right eye

Hudson was relaxing a bit as the other boys and me laughed about it. "Are you sure he won't come after me?"

"Absolutely sure. Now, do you want to hear the rest of the news I brought?"

We were all jumping around saying, "Yes, please." Even Hudson was all smiles.

"Ok, so it turns out that Sam knows a lot about things that have to do with you. He really didn't know about the abuse and blames himself for that. However, let me tell you what he did know. He knew that the house you lived in was not Mike's."

"I don't understand."

"Your mom and dad bought that house before you were born. When your dad died, your mom took your dad off of the deed and put you on it. She did that so that if anything happened to her, you would not have to pay a bunch of money towards inheritance tax."

"What does that mean exactly?"

"It means that the house is yours, not Mike's. Sam also knew that your mother left you a trust fund. The problem is that Mike was the executor of your mom's estate."

"Quit taking the long way around this."

"Ok, I am sorry. What that means is that he can do things like use the house as collateral on loans and things because he had control."

"So he could sell the house?"

"Yes, up until this morning."

"What happened this morning?"

"Sam went to the DA with this information. The DA took it to a judge and now not only has Mike been removed as the executor, but he has been evicted from your house by a restraining order that says he can't come within a hundred yards of you or your property. Some of the guys went over to your house to collect evidence of the abuse there, and they changed all of the locks, so he no longer has access."

"What good does it do me, I don't ever want to go back there?"

"Well, it stops him from doing anything with your property."

"But I am a kid, I don't know what to do now."

"No, you don't, but the school is now the executor for your trust and that includes the property. They will protect you and your assets."

"What do I do with it?"

"That is up to you. Next week, when you are up and around, the Headmaster and some police officers will take you over to the house, and it will be up to you to decide what you want to do with everything. What you want to keep, the school will put in storage for you. A group of officers have offered to help you sell the rest. That money, the school will add to your trust fund for when you are older. As for the house, if you want to keep it, we will help you keep it rented and earning you money. If you want to sell it, we will help you with that as well. That money will also be added to your trusts."

"I don't want much out of it, but there are pictures of my mom and dad in my room that I would like."

David got up and left the room. He came back in a minute later with a suitcase. He put it on top of the desk and opened it up. Hudson was getting up and Tony and I helped him. He walked over to the suitcase and started crying. Inside were clothes, shoes, and the pictures he was talking about. He sat down in the chair and continued to cry, as he showed us the pictures.

The bell rang and the four of us said goodbye to Hudson. As we were leaving, Dr. Butler was coming in. Owen got all excited and ran to him wrapping him in a hug. "Doc, where you been? I have not seen you in forever."

Laughing, Dr. Butler said, "I saw you three weeks ago."

"Like I said, forever."

This exchange was not missed by Hudson. He even smiled at how excited Owen was to see him. I leaned over and whispered in Hudson's ear. "I know trust is going to hard for you, but you can trust Dr. Butler. He helped Owen when he was lost and alone. He helped me with my panic attacks, and he will help you too, if you will let him."

Owen was still talking Dr. Butlers ear off, "Did you hear that my dad got out and he even found my sister? We all have a nice house on the Ranch now."

"I know. I have heard a lot of great things about you. The star of the school play."

"Yeah, it wasn't easy. I had to beat Brian. Which now that I think about it, was not as hard as I thought it would be," He said with a giggle, while dodging my punch to his arm.

The rest of the day went pretty well. I wanted to go say goodbye to Hudson, but Tyler made me go straight back to the house after dinner. I was worried about Hudson and didn't know what would happen to him next week when the school was closed.

At six thirty, we all moved to the meeting area and just hung out waiting for things to get started. I was laughing at something Aaron said when I noticed this cute little seven-year-old over in the corner crying. He had his face in his hands and didn't notice me as I walked up to him and got down on my knees in front of him. "Theo my brother, what are you so sad about?"

He looked up in surprise, when I saw the tears running down his cute little face. He threw his arms around me, "Oh Brian, they are leaving me."

"Who is leaving you?"

"My mommy and daddy."

"Why are they leaving you, Theo?"

"My grandma got really sick and they had to go to her. They said that they found a place for me to stay while they are gone, but I am scared. What if they don't like me?"

"Well, I don't believe for a second that could be a possibility. Do you know who you are staying with?"

"They told me that their names are the Walters."

I was a little shocked to find that out, but also a little excited. I looked down and shook my head, "I am so sorry that your mom and dad did that to you, that was not very nice."

His eyes got real big and he asked, "What do you mean, do you know them?"

"Yes, I am afraid I do. Come on, the sooner you get this over with the better."

"Brian, are they mean?"

"I think it would be better if you found out yourself."

We walked over to "The Walters" hand in hand. As we approached, he moved in behind me. "Excuse me Mr. and Mrs. Walters." They both gave me a questioning look. "I would like you to meet a sweet little boy named Theo, I guess he will be staying with you for the week. He really is a good kid, so maybe you could hold back a little on the beatings."

Pa started laughing and Ma smacked me playfully on the side of the head. "Brian, how could you do that to him? Look at how scared he is."

"Aww Ma, I was just funning with him."

Pa said, "Theo, don't listen to a word he says, and if anyone will be getting a beating later, it will be Mr. Smarty pants over here."

Theo looked up at me in confusion. "I am sorry Theo; I was just playing with you. Let me introduce you to Mr. and Mrs. Walters, although I just call them Ma and Pa."

"You mean that they are your parents?"

"Not exactly. You see my mom and dad are in a different country, so they are like my other family."

"Wait a minute, you live with them?"

"Yep, when I am not in school."

"So I will be staying with you while my mommy and daddy are gone?"

"Yep, will that be ok?"

He turned his back so I could not see his face, but Ma and Pa could. "No, I will find someplace else to live, you are mean."

My heart sank, I dropped to my knees and put my hands on his shoulder. He was shaking and I thought he was crying again. Then I heard it… It was a giggle. I turned him to face me and he was laughing. "See, I can be mean too."

Ma and Pa were laughing and so was I. I looked him in the eyes and asked, "Does that mean we are even now, and you will stay with us?"

He grabbed me in a hug and said, "Yea!!! I get to say with you!!!"

The lights blinked on and off and we all turned to face the big screen. Owen and Timmy came up on each side of me, with Theo right in front. When the screen came to life there was the face of Amanda. She was doing what we all did and trying to figure out what the little red light was for. I looked over at Owen and whispered, "Did you know it was her?"

"Of course I did bonehead, she is my sister after all."

"But you said you didn't know who was getting mounted tonight."

"No, actually I never said anything. All I did was shrug my shoulders."

That's when it happened, we heard the first of the three things that happen during the first mounting. First is always the scream of the initial penetration, then the crying, and finally the begging for him to take it out. Although, you could still see the tears, the screaming died down and then all you see is her face move as her dad mounts her to completion.

The screens go off and I realize that Theo is facing me with a death grip hug which puts my dick against the side of his face. You might think that it excited me, but it didn't. However I did drop to my knees when I realized he was crying.

"It's ok Theo, it's all over now."

"Is my daddy going to do that to me?" He asks with tears falling down his face.

"Sure buddy, but not for two more years. Then only if you say it is ok."

He just shook his head, "Then I am never going to say that is ok."

"I felt the same way when I found out about my first mounting, and yes it hurt, but now I love it, and look forward to it every time."

I sat in a chair and he climbed into my lap. When the door to the mounting room opened and Amanda and her dad came out, the crowd went crazy. Amanda looked so sad until she saw this boy that I hadn't even noticed before and ran to him.

"PJ! I missed you so much." They hugged each other and kissed for a minute, "What are you doing here?"

"Did you think we would miss your big day?"

A girl about Amanda's age came up behind Amanda and put her hands over Amanda's eyes, "Guess who?"

Amanda screamed and turned around, "Sara!!!" They also hugged and kissed.

Me, Owen, and Theo walked up to the Group. Owen asked, "Are you all right, Amanda?"

She grabbed Owen in a hug and said, "I am ok, but I want you to meet my best friend Sara, and my boyfriend, hopefully one day my husband, Paul Jr." Owen shook Paul's hand, and of course, being a girl Sara had to hug him. She is really cute, and I am not sure he minded it. Then Amanda said, "These two handsome boys are Owen's best friends Brian, and Timmy." Looking at Theo she said, "I am not sure who this little cutie is, but he has a firm hold on Brian's hand.

"The little cutie as you call him is Theo. He is going to be spending a little time with me while his parents are dealing with a sick relative."

Both Amanda and Sara got on their knees and kissed Theo on his face, "Gross, girl cooties." Theo cried out as he tried to rub the kisses off of his face.

That got a laugh out of the crowd. Over the next few hours we had a bunch of fun and Owen, Timmy, and I were competing to see who could swallow the cum from the most men.

Amanda was having a great time, even with the cunt plug sticking out. Once we had cake and juice, we all started cleaning up the mess. It took us about fifteen minutes to clean up the trash and fold the extra chairs that had been put out. As I was helping, I noticed how quickly it went with everyone pitching in to help. That never happened at my dad's church.

I was helping Theo get dressed when Ma and Pa came up to us. "You boys about ready?"

"Just let us finish tying our shoes and we will be. Where are you parked?"

"We are actually parked in the front of the school."

"Ok, I think we are ready to go. Do you think we could stop in medical so that I can say goodbye to Hudson?"

"Sure," Pa said with a smile. We got to medical and found both Hudson and Tony siting there chatting. Pa said, "You boys ready to go?"

They both stood up and Hudson said, "I thought you would never get here."

I looked back and forth between Hudson and Pa. "You mean they are staying with us?"

"Yes, any problems with that?"

"No way," I yelled as I danced around. "This is awesome." I ran to Pa and gave him a big hug.

We all headed out the front doors to the car. It was slow moving, with Hudson still in pain. We got to Ma's Hyundai and she said, "Brian, why don't you a Theo jump in the far back seat and let Hudson and Tony have the middle seat."

"Ok Ma."

We stopped for some ice cream on the way to the house. I caught Hudson looking a little lost at times. "Hudson, can I ask you something personal?"

"I guess so."

"Have you ever done anything like this before? Hanging out with friends and just laughing?" I could tell the question was making him uncomfortable, so I said, "Never mind, it was a stupid question."

He smiled at me, "I thought you said you were far from stupid."

"I am in most things, but sometimes what I am thinking in my head should never leave my mouth. I am sorry for asking."

"My daddy says I do that sometimes too." Theo said as he giggled.

"Don't be sorry about asking me something, I kinda guess you earned that when you stood between me and three armed men."

Theo's eyes got huge, "You did that? Cool and stupid."

"I guess it was, but I could not let anyone hurt him again."

"To answer your question, yes, I have done this before, but that was before my mom died." He wiped a tear from his cheek. "Mike was different then, he treated me like a son. After mom died something in him broke I guess. I am just not sure what I did to make him hate me so much."

Ma put her arm gently over his shoulder, "Sometimes the loss of someone you love very much changes you. That is no excuse for what he did, but now your mom knows you are safe, and she will rest better."

Hudson turned and looked at her, "Why are you helping me? I don't understand what you get out of it. Is it about my money, is that what everyone is after?"

Pa jumped in, "Hudson, people at this table are Crossman, with the exception of you and Tony. Because of what we have been given as Crossman, money is not what we focus on. As we go through this week, you will see that almost all the houses on the Ranch are probably about the same size as your house, but you need to know that anyone of those families can buy a big house and have the fancy cars as other people with lots of money. As Crossman we grow up to understand that money is nice, but that's all it is. We have all heard the saying that money can't buy happiness, but that is not true. Look at Brian, he is in FSB on a Crossman scholarship paid for through a fund that not just Crossman donate to, but almost all of the boys, now men that have graduated that school, also donate into it. Because of this, Brian is on a path that would not have been possible before. He is happy, so I can honestly say, yes, money can buy happiness."

"So what you are telling me is that if I make it all the way to graduation, the school will expect me to pay back that money?"

"First off, there is no 'if' you graduate, you will graduate. Not only with a fantastic education, but most likely with a college scholarship."

"What I don't get, is how they get their money back?"

"You are missing the whole point. The school doesn't care if you donate to the fund, that is up to you. The school only cares that you will be in a position to do so if you choose. I get the feeling that it has been a long time since you even thought about a future."

"No, I always thought about it, but it was more about when the next beating would come and if I would live through it."

There was a long silence until I asked, "Before all this started, did you ever dream of becoming something? I was wondering, because before I got here, I really hadn't. Sure, I am smart and may have ended up doing something with science, because I didn't have people skills and didn't think I could do anything else. Now the Doctor has asked me if I wanted to learn medicine because of how I helped him with you. Another Crossman who is a lawyer, asked me if I would like to work with him a little and learn the law. Now I can picture myself doing other things."

"I know you are all trying to help me, but I am not sure what I want to be, or even what next week will hold."

Pa decided that we talked enough about it, so he changed the subject. When everyone was done, we headed to the house. When we got there, I showed everyone around. We got to my room and everyone saw the beds. In that room, we have bunk beds with the top being a full and the bottom being a queen. Theo got all excited, "Brian, can I share with you, and can we have the top bunk?"

"That would not be a problem for me, but I am not sure that Hudson and Tony are interested in sharing a bed. I think the couch in the living room may pull out into a bed, so I guess I will be in there."

Tony said, "I don't mind sharing if Hudson doesn't. Otherwise I will take the couch. I am not kicking you out of your own room."

Hudson said, "As long as you don't kick me, roll on me, or fart, I am ok sharing. I have slept on pull out beds before and they are very uncomfortable."

Theo was jumping around and then climbed on the top bunk. "Hold on slugger." I said, "I am not sleeping with a stinky boy. Shower time first."

"Aww Brian, do I have ta?"

"Yes." I looked at the others and said, "There is a shower across the hall."

Just then Ma came in, "Hudson honey, are you going to take a shower or a bath tonight?"

"Not sure, wasn't planning to do either."

"You need to choose one of them, because afterwards I will apply medicine to the burns and the cuts. You will also need your ribs rewrapped. Come into the dining room and we will wrap your arm, so the cast doesn't get wet."

"Wait, you are going to see me naked."

"Of course, it is not a big deal Hudson. Around here a naked boy or girl is just normal."

Tony got a big grin on his face, "So it is true, you guys don't wear clothes at home?"

I shrugged my shoulders and said, "Sure, why would you want to if you don't have to?"

"But your wearing clothes now."

"That's because you guys are here. The whole ranch has to wear clothes this week while the Regulars are here."

"The smile left his face, "Why, it is your Ranch, we are just guests."

I looked at Ma to see if she was mad because I was talking about it. When I saw that she wasn't I said, "It's about respect. We are used to being naked, you guys aren't. It would make most of you uncomfortable if we were all naked."

Tony shook his head, "Not me, when I found out I was going spend the week on the Ranch, I was hoping that everyone would be naked," He said with disappointment on his face.

Pa just got there as Tony was saying that, "We don't really care if you want to go naked in the house, just can't do it outside."

That was all Theo needed to hear. He was naked before anyone knew what was happening. Hudson was surprised by the whole thing. Pa said, "Hold up boys, I should have qualified that with if everyone agrees. I know what Theo and Brian will vote for, and I am pretty sure that I know what Tony will vote for, but what about you Hudson?"

Hudson looked like a deer in the headlights, "I don't really care if they are naked or not, but if they go naked, do I have to?"

"Absolutely not, and if you are going to be uncomfortable with it, then they won't either."

"I am not uncomfortable with it and don't care if they want to do it, I am just not sure that I want to."

Ma said, "Good, now that's settled. Let's get you into the bath, Hudson.",

"Do I got to?"

"Hudson, I know that this is going to be uncomfortable for you, but let's get this over with so you can move past it."

Tony said, "Mrs. Walters, why don't you show me what he needs this time, and then I can do it after that, if it is ok with Hudson."

"Can you suffer through it this one time with me?"

Just then the laptop on my desk started ringing. Pa opened it and it turned out to be Tony's Parents. Tony sat down and started talking to them. I heard Ma ask Hudson, "Let me know if you want Tony to do it after this?"

I thought his head would explode from the stress. I grabbed Theo and headed to Pa's bathroom. I got him and me washed and Pa even snuck in and cleaned us both out.

We walked back into our room wrapped in towels and found a naked Tony with a towel wrapped around his head drying his hair. He is handsome and fit, with the start of a sixpack. He has a lot of hair on his legs and around his dick. He was not hard, but not soft either.

It was Theo who said, "Look Brian, he has hair, and his dick is uncovered."

Tony quickly took the towel off of his head and covered his dick, "I am sorry, I thought we said it was ok."

"No, you're fine. I am not sure what you know about the Crossman other than we don't wear clothes that much."

"Not a whole lot I guess. I mean we got the talk about the Crossman when I first started at FSB, other than that just the rumors."

"Ok, so the Crossman are really about family. It is the most important thing to us. However, we are still boys and girls and we are all naked. So, you can see where this could be a problem. In the Crossman culture a girl is not allowed to have intercourse before marriage. That could be a big issue if the boys have anything to say about it. In the world of the Crossman a male is not a man till they are eighteen, and body hair is a man thing, so none of the Crossman boys have any body hair at all. Also, once a Crossman boy hits twelve he is caged so that he can't spill his seed through intercourse or masturbation. That is why Theo was surprised, he has never seen a boy with body hair or without a dick cage."

"Really, I don't think I would like that, I like playing with my dick."

"I am sure you do, but if it was something that you have never done, you would not really miss it."

"I guess, although I wonder what it would be like?"

"We will be over at Bill's tomorrow; he was just caged a month ago on his twelfth birthday. His is just a regular cage, but his brother has a really, cool one. It looks like a snake is trying to hide inside."

"Do you think he will show me?"

"You can ask, but we are not really allowed to during this week."

Hudson walked back into the bedroom naked with fresh bandages and his chest rewrapped. Tony asked, "How did it go, did you already take a bath?"

"No, I just took a shower."

"By the time I got off the video call with my parents, you and Mrs. Walters were already coming out of the bathroom."

"I just decided not to make a fuss over it. She is really nice and after a few minutes of standing naked in front of her, it really just didn't matter anymore." Tony was just putting on some boxers when Hudson asked, "I thought you were going to go naked while you're here?"

"I will, but I figured that you would not like a naked guy sleeping next to you."

"I don't mind. I think I would do it too if I didn't have all this medicine on my butt." He turned and showed us his butt, "Mrs. Walters said it isn't that bad."

Tony got super mad when he saw it, "I hope that bastard gets the chair."

I said, "We all hope that, but could you please not curse. It is not something we do, and Theo should not be hearing it."

Tony covered his mouth, "I am so sorry, I will do my best to not let it happen again. I know it is a violation, but I just got so mad."

"It's cool, mistakes happen." That is when I saw Theo yawning. "Come on Theo, let's say goodnight to Ma and Pa so we can hit the sack."

As we were getting our hugs and kisses goodnight, Tony and Hudson came out. Tony said, "We just wanted to say goodnight."

Of course that didn't work for Ma and Pa. Before they knew what hit them, they were both getting hugged and kissed goodnight.

Chapter 28
The Invitation

I was woken up about two in the morning by Tony shaking me. "What's up?" I asked as I rubbed the sleep out of my eyes.

"It's Theo, something's wrong. He is crying and won't come out from under the desk."

That sure got me up. I jumped down and crawled over to where he was crying. I pulled the desk chair away from the desk and asked, "Hey buddy, what's wrong?"

Theo had his knees pulled up to his chest with his head in his arms softly crying. He looked up at me and I could see his face, it was obvious that he had been crying for a while. "I am sorry Brian, please don't hate me, I didn't mean to do it."

"Theo, there is nothing you can do that would make me hate you. You are my brother and I love you. Please tell me what has got you so upset."

"It don't matter now; you're never going to want me around again. It's not fair, I didn't mean to do it," He said in the saddest voice I have ever heard.

I adjusted myself so that I was now sitting facing him. "Theo, can I tell you something that my brother told me?" He slowly nodded his head. "You see, my brother Donny is the smartest, most wonderful, and caring big brother a guy could ask for. I am sure that he is even smarter than I am, and I am really smart," I said as I rubbed his leg.

"When I was little like you, I was scared a lot and when I got scared at night I would go into Donny's room and climb into bed with him. You see, I always felt safe when I was with Donny. Well one night he woke up because he heard me crying. He found me in the closet where I would often hide when things got to be too much for me, and do you know what he said to me?"

Theo was still pretty sad, but the crying was less as he listened to me talk, "No, what did he say?"

"He said Brian, you know that I love you and will always be there for you, but right now you need to know that I am not mad, and the sheets can be washed."

I wish I had a camera at that moment so I could show him the look of complete surprise on his face. "You know?"

"Yes, I felt it as I was getting out of bed. It happens and accidents are just that, accidents. You didn't mean to wet the bed, so all we can do is take the sheets off of it, dry the mattress, and remake it."

"But everyone's going to laugh at me."

"Theo, look around this room. The only ones that know this happened are right here, do you see anyone laughing? I am not going to say that we won't tease you a little, but that is because we are brothers, and it is what we do. What do you say you and I go get a shower and wash up, then we can come back here and change the bed together?"

"You are really not mad at me?"

"Not right now, but let's get cleaned up and back to bed or I will be all kinds of cranky in the morning." I pulled him from under the desk and gave him a big hug. We saw Ma and Pa at the door smiling. We then went in and had a nice shower.

When we were done, and all dried off we headed back to my room and Theo headed straight to the top bunk to strip the bed. When he got up on top he froze, "Brian, it's not wet anymore."

"Did you expect it to be?"

"What happened?"

Tony said, "Mr. Walters and I stripped the bed and Mrs. Walters took the sheets to the laundry. Then we put a towel on the base and turned the bed over and remade it. Tomorrow morning we will pull the mattress off and clean it good. No problem little bro, now let's get back to sleep."

Theo threw his arms around Tony and gave him a big hug, then ran out of the room. He came back smiling and climbed up with me on the top bunk. "Where did you go?"

"I had you say thank you to Ma and Pa for helping me." Tony turned off the lights and crawled back in with Hudson.

I heard Tony and Hudson whispering. Hudson said, "I can't believe that Mr. and Mrs. Walters didn't punish him for wetting the bed."

"Why would they, it was just an accident."

"My stepdad would have used the belt on me."

"And how is that working out for him? He is a grade A jerk, and maybe that is how he was raised and did the same with you. Now it is up to you to break that cycle."

"To be honest, I am not sure that I want kids. What if I can't break the cycle, I don't want to ever do to someone what he did to me."

"My parents are rich and gave me anything I asked for. I was spoiled and treated people like I saw them treat people. They were not mean or abusive, but they also never said thank you to the maids or the cooks. They figured they were being paid so the heck with them. I never cleaned up after myself and basically was a complete, disrespectful, pain in the butt. The maids cleaned my room, made my bed, did my laundry, and cleaned the bathrooms, and not once did I ever say thank you."

"Ok, so you suffered because you are rich." He said sarcastically.

"No, the staff suffered because we were rich. I was following in my parents footsteps and thought that is the way I should behave. Then they sent me to FSB where I had to make my own bed, clean up my own messes, even clean bathrooms. The first thing I did when I got home was give Samantha, our maid a big hug. I told her how sorry I was for treating her the way I had. Then just like at school, I made my own bed every morning, cleaned up my own messes, and thanked the help for their hard work. What I am saying to you is, you don't have to be him. You have the opportunity to change who you are and how you think about things. FSB is that opportunity and all you have to do is take it."

"I am not going to lie, I am scared. What if I can't cut it?"

"Oh that is easy, turn to your brothers and we will help you. Just don't be afraid to ask for help when you need it. We have a boy in my house that has some learning disabilities that were holding him back. He started acting out to hide them from us, but we saw through it and we teamed up to help him understand what he was learning and help him not feel so alone. Now he is on the Headmasters list and has been for a full year."

"Why would you do that?"

"Because even though we are not Crossman, their ways of doing things and the way they treat everyone, no matter how big a jerk they are, is contagious. I used to curse with the best of them, but here you see that it really makes you sound and feel stupid. The way you talk tells people about your education, environment, and your upbringing. You won't be here long when you realize what that sounds like coming from others. Now let's get some sleep and talk more about it in the morning."

I had never thought about how others perceive the Crossman and the way they live, it made me prouder than ever to have been allowed to be one. I rolled over and wrapped Theo in a hug and fell asleep.

***

I woke up the next morning to the smell of bacon cooking. I looked over the edge of the bed and found that Tony and Hudson were already gone. I looked the other way to find Theo laying on his stomach using his arm to hold his head up. He was just staring at me with a smile on his face.

"What are you looking at goofball?"

"I was waiting for you to get up." Without warning he crawled on top of me, lying flat with his head on my chest.

"Are you comfortable?" I asked.

He looked up at me, "Brian, can I tell you something?"

"Sure buddy, you can tell me anything."

"I was really mad at my mom and dad for leaving me. They said that I would hate sitting at the hospital all day, and maybe I would have, but at least I would have been with them. I get really scared when I am alone and was sure that I would get stuck with someone that would not like me and make me be my myself the whole time. I heard a lot of the littles talk about you, Timmy, and Owen and often thought how much I wish you were my brothers, but I thought it was just a dream. I mean, why would you cool guys want to have a little hanging around."

"Listen here little, you are talking about three boys that have never in their whole lives been thought of as cool. Let me tell you about us. I was bullied relentlessly and hid as much as I could from other boys. I had no friends except my brother Donny, and I don't believe in god so that was a big issue with my family since my dad is a preacher. Owen never went to school before he came here. It got so bad for him here that he tried to kill himself. As for Timmy, well… He is just weird, but that is why I love him so much. He is so weird that he wanted to be my best friend five minutes after meeting me."

"Wow, I didn't know all that." Then he got a serious look on his face, "Brian, I know you will want to hang out with you friends without me there, so just tell me when and I will get lost."

I could see in his face that he meant every word, but I was sure that he didn't want me to do that, "That is so weird that you would say that."

"Why is it weird?"

"Because I was going to say the same thing to you. I figured that you would have friends that you wanted to see, and you wouldn't want me hanging around."

"That's not true, I want you to be with me all the time, but I know that won't happen."

"OK then, let's make a pact to stay together. We can only go off with our friends if we take the other with us."

"So, you are promising you won't leave me this week, and we will be able to hang out all week?"

"You have my word. Now I am hungry, let's go get some breakfast."

We jumped down and ran to the dining room. We stopped cold when we realized that everyone else was wearing clothes. We ran back to our room and threw on some boxers. When we headed back to the dining room, Tony said, "Sorry guys, we put on our boxers because we were not sure if we were allowed to eat naked."

Ma said, "We told you last night that if you all agreed that we didn't mind if you were naked."

"Ok, but can we do it after breakfast?"

After breakfast Pa told us that everyone was meeting at the rec center for some fun and bigtime swimming. I was not sure I wanted to go swimming because it was cold, but I grabbed a suit, Tony had a suit with him, Hudson was outfitted by the school with all the clothes he would need for the week, and we were going to stop by Theo's house to get his. Pa called Owen's dad to make sure that it was ok, since the family that came in for Amanda's mounting were staying there.

I had heard about the rec center, but until today I hadn't seen it. It was huge, the pool that I was worried was outside was actually inside this glass enclosure and was bigger than the schools pool. It has water slides, swimming lanes, a kiddy pool, and hot tubs. It also had steam rooms, and a sauna. Then there was also a huge common room that was much bigger than the one in the Crossman House, it has a huge kitchen, and even a game room with pool, old school video games, and pinball machines.

I said, "Pa this is amazing, but I thought the Crossman put their money into helping other people."

The other boys were also interested in the answer, "Brian, we do a lot with charities that help people, especially kids. As a group, the Crossman donate heavily to charities like the Shriners, Girls and Boys Club, The Scouts, and many others. However, we have a family as Crossman, that also deserve to have things that make our lives better. This building is our reward to ourselves for the hard work and sacrifices that we make to help those charities. We mostly don't have big houses or hundred-thousand-dollar cars, but this is our guilty pleasure. The GPA of the children is higher than you will find in almost every other group, and you kids need to be rewarded for it. Don't get me wrong, us adults love it too."

Tony jumped in and asked, "Can we go swimming now?"

"Of course, the changing rooms are over there." Pa said pointing to a door off to the side. "Hudson, if you are going to get in the pool we will need to get your bandages off and the wrapping from around your chest. The Doctor said you can go in as long as you are not doing anything crazy. He sent over a balloon thing to go over you cast and seal it from the water. The hot tub and steam room would probably feel really good."

Looking down to the floor Hudson said, "I don't think I will go in I don't want people seeing me like this."

Tony turned Hudson so he was looking him in the eye, "I get it, but the whole school knows about you already. If you want my opinion, you should at least change into the swimsuit, wear a shirt if you are uncomfortable, and don't worry about the others. I will hang out with you and we can do whatever you choose."

We all walked into the changing room that was already full of naked boys. I was used to seeing Crossman boys naked, but there were a lot of older Regulars there, too. I could not help but look at their uncovered dicks with all the hair on their bodies. I could not help comparing them with the Crossman boys that were close to the same age with their dicks caged and their hairless bodies. Most of the Regulars were at some stage of erections, but one boy caught my eye. It was Bobby and he was totally hard. I wondered what he would taste like or how it would feel to have him in me. Just then Owen walked in

"Brian, how's it going my brother?"

We hugged and I whispered in his ear, "Bobby's over there."

He looked to where I was pointing and almost killed himself and others as the pushed his way through and jumped into the arms of a naked and hard Bobby. He squealed, "Bobby, I have missed you so much. What are you doing here, I thought you would have gone home or to Mike's house for the holiday?"

"My family could only afford one trip, so I am going home for Christmas instead. Mike and his family went to his grandma's house in California for Thanksgiving. Now, can you let me go, so I can put something on?"

Blushing, Owen said, "Sorry, I was just so excited to see you. Will you hang out a little with me today? I hardly ever get to see you and would love to talk with you a little." Bobby wiped a tear from his eye, "I am sorry Bobby, did I say something wrong?"

Timmy just walked in and was standing beside me as Bobby responded, "No Owen, I am just so happy seeing you like this. I can't help but think that if we would not have found you like we did I would have missed this. I have seen you around campus with your friends smiling and laughing. I am just so proud of the amazing guy you have turned into, and thankful that I was even a small part of the happiness."

All the boys stopped what they were doing to watch what was going on. Owen was shocked and just looked a Bobby for a moment before saying, "Are you kidding me, you were not a small part of what I became, you are the most important part of it. If you would not have found me that day I would be dead. I hardly ever talked to you, and you were still with me every day in medical. You cared for me even when I treated you like crap for saving me and you still never gave up on me. Bobby, I owe you my life."

He reached down and gave Owen a big hug, and when he looked up he realized that Timmy and me were hugging him too. When we broke that hug we all had tears in our eyes and finished changing.

We had a great time in the pool, and even Hudson finally took off his shirt and relaxed in the hot tub. Owen, Timmy, and I spent time throwing Theo around the pool, which caught the attention of other boys about Theo's age. Luckily, this also got the attention of some of the other bigger kids and the littles were having the time of their lives.

About an hour in, Pa came up to me and said, "Brian, I need you to get out, dry off, and get dressed."

"Why, did I do something wrong?"

"Of course not, I just need you to come back to the house with me for a bit."

As I was climbing out Theo came up, "Where are you going Brian?"

"I have to go back to the house with Pa for a little bit. I will be back soon."

I could see he was getting upset and was just about to ask Pa if he could come with us when Owen came up behind him and whispered something in his ear. He smiled, "Ok, but you hurry back, you promised you would not leave me."

"I gave my word, and I will not change it."

I got out of the pool and headed to the changing room, Pa was already in there and toweling off. I didn't argue with him about missing all the fun for two reasons. First, I didn't want to get into trouble for not doing what I was told. The second was because I was hoping that Pa was just needing some attention and I didn't want to go the whole week without getting some.

When we pulled into the driveway there was a car parked there that I had not seen before. When we got out of the car I looked and saw a man that I recognized, but I could not remember his name. The man walked up to Pa and said, "Ken, it is so nice to see you again. I am sorry I interrupted your day, but I need an answer quickly."

"No problem Jake, this is an amazing opportunity for him. Brian, do you remember Mr. Anderson?"

That's it, now I know who he is, "Yes Sir, he was the second man to mount me."

He smiled, "That's right, I am glad you remembered me."

Pa said, "Why don't we go inside, and you can tell Brian why you are here."

The men went inside, and I stopped at the door. Pa looked back and saw me, "I understand your confusion, but yes you need to follow the rules with only us here." So, I stripped off my clothes and followed the men inside.

Pa and I sat on the sofa and Mr. Anderson sat in a chair facing us. Pa said, "Brian, Mr. Anderson called the Headmaster who called me asking for this meeting with you. He is here to offer you a fantastic opportunity. I turn in over to you Ryan."

"Thanks Ken. Brian, when we spent our time together we talked a little bit about you coming with me some time to see how the law works in real life. I have an opportunity to present to you what I think you may enjoy. I am representing a boy who is fifteen years old and is charged with armed robbery. I believe that he is innocent and just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. I don't believe that he had anything to do with it and I intend to prove it. A jury has already been picked, and we start the trial on Monday. I am hoping it will only last two days and would like you to be part of my team. I have talked with my client and he is ok with it if you are interested in joining me. The trial is in Lake Town so we would leave here tomorrow night and stay in a hotel till the trial is over."

I was shocked to say the least and also saddened. "This sounds like a great opportunity and I would love to be involved, but I am sorry I can't this week."

Now it was Pa's turn to be shocked, "Brian, you don't have school, and nothing is planed here until Thursday, so why can't you go?"

"Sorry Pa, but I gave Theo my word that I would be here with him this week."

"Well Brian, I am sure Theo would understand if you chose to go with Mr. Anderson. This is a big opportunity for you."

"With all due respect Sir, I don't have much that is really mine, but I do have my word. My dad said that my word is my bond and if people can't rely on me to keep my word than what do I have left. I gave my word to Theo and I intend to keep it. I won't go this week unless you tell me that I have to."

"Son, I think that you are missing out on something really important here, but no, I won't tell you that you have to go. If I did that, then you would be doing this because you have to and would not be as excited about it as you should be."

"Mr. Walters is right, I want you to go and have been looking for something that would work not only in your schedule, but something that you could really be interested in. There is no point in you going with me if you are being forced to do so. I will be leaving at three tomorrow afternoon. Let me know if you change your mind."

"Thank you Sir, but I am sure that I won't. Please don't think that I would not like to go, and I hope you are not so mad that you won't invite me to go again sometime."

He came over and kissed me on the mouth with tongue. I liked it and wondered what would have happened if I would have gone with him. I never even thought about that.

"I think that you would have enjoyed working on this case, but what kind of lawyer would I be if I gave up that easy? I will get out of here now and let you get back to your fun."

We all shook hand and then he left. I looked at Pa and ask, "Are you disappointed in me?"

"Am I disappointed that this did not work out for you? Absolutely. Am I disappointed in you? No, not at all. Brian, you gave your word to Theo, and at the time you had no idea that this opportunity would come up. He was very sad and by giving him your word you made him feel safe, knowing that you would be there for him. Now, what do you say we get back to him?"

"Pa, can I ask you something?"

"Sure."

"Do you think it would make any difference if we took a bit longer and maybe you could mount me?"

He got a big smile on his face, "I didn't say how long we would be gone, did I?"

I guess I got a little too excited, because I started jumping around and almost fell over the coffee table. We headed to the master bedroom and into the master bath. We got in the shower and he bent me over and washed me out. I guess I am so used to it now, that I didn't even realize that I was feeling uncomfortable all morning not getting one.

Once I was cleaned out, I dropped to my knees and put my face in his crotch to get his smell, but all I smelt was chlorine. I started slowly licking and sucking on his balls. I am not sure how long I was doing it, but I didn't stop until he moved me to his cock. I sucked it for a while, licking it up one side and down the other. I loved the taste of his skin and his pre was driving me crazy. I licked around the head and took as much as I could into my mouth. Before I knew what I was doing, I moved my head forward and took his cock into my throat.

He stepped back while pushing me off of his cock. I couldn't believe how much I wanted him in my mouth, I was like possessed, I needed him back in my mouth. I guess I came out of it when I heard Pa laughing.

"Slow down boy, I will let you have it back in your mouth, but you won't get mounted."

I got my breathing back under control and looking up at him started giggling like a little would. He said, "Stand up, turn around, bend over, show me that sexy little cunt of yours."

I didn't have to be told twice and got into the only mounting position I could get into while in the shower. I spread my legs and bent over with my hands flat on the bench. I felt him lube me up with a few of his fingers. It felt amazing to have them in me and couldn't wait for his cock. Well, I didn't have to wait long as I felt his head pressing against my cunt.

"Thank you Pa, I don't know why, but I need this really bad."

"You and me both, you sexy little boy."

Then it happed, he pushed into me and I yelled out. He stopped for me to get used to it. Once I did I started pushing back, letting him know that I was ready. He pushed forward and I could feel every vein, bump and the ridge of his head moving into me. Within the first minute I was overcome with the tingles and would have fallen to the floor if Pa hadn't grabbed my waist and held me up. He stopped moving till the tingles passed.

He reached down and grabbed me under my arms and pulled me into a standing position. With one hand on my stomach and the other pulling at my nipples he started moving his cock in and out again. Between the movement of his cock and the hard pinching of my nipples I was rocked by the tingles a second time as he held me tight as I went through it. Once I came back to earth he started moving in and out again with the pinching of the nipples, only this time he added kissing my neck and nibbling on my ears. I thought I was going to have at least one more orgasm before he did, but as my tingles started to take over. I felt his cock swell and he started filling me up, as I was rocked for the third time in ten minutes by my tingles.

As we recovered, he started kissing my cheek and turned my head to tongue kiss me till he finally got soft enough to fall out. I reached up on the shelf for a plug, but there were not any there. "I can't plug you sweet boy, one of the others might see it. Here is what I need you to do. When I let you go I need you to turn around, get down on your knees, clean my cock, take the head in your mouth. I will feed you my golden water, but I need you to push out as much of my cum as you can into this bowl."

He handed me a bowl. I looked up at him in confusion and asked, "Why Pa?"

"Because you can't waste it and you can't let it leak out onto your clothes."

I put the bowl under my butt and pushed out as I took Pa's cock into my mouth and accepted his golden water and swallowed it down. When he finished, he reached down and picked up the bowl with a good amount of cum in it. He lifted it to my lips and tilted it up for me to swallow the contents. Even though it was in my butt it still tasted great. He washed my body, including my butt, which he washed out with the hose. Then he had me brush my teeth which I didn't want to do, but he pointed out that the Regulars would not react well to my piss breath. I laughed and did what I was told.

We got out of the shower and were drying off when his phone rang. He answered it, "Hello… Yes he is with me… Wonderful, give me a few minutes to get him rounded up and I will get him on." He hung up the phone and said, "Run to the garage and get your clothed on and come back in."

"What's happening Pa?"

"Unless you want to talk to your family naked, you might want to hurry."

I ran to the garage and pulled on my shorts and a shirt. I ran back in to find Pa with his shorts and shirt on just opening up my laptop. He opened the app and put in the code. Up popped my awesome brother Donny. As soon as Pa moved out of the way I sat in the chair.

"Donny, I have missed you so much. You are lucky Pa and I were here, we just came back to meet someone."

"Well, I am lucky then. I have missed you so much little brother. I was laying in my bed the other night remembering all the times you crawled in with me and we just snuggled, I really miss that. I guess Tyler is stealing all of my snuggles now."

"Not really. I love Tyler and all, but it is not the same. I think I mostly snuggled with you because your smell calmed me. I never told you this, but I used to carry one of your dirty t-shirts in my backpack. When I would start to panic, all I had to do was get to the nurses office and she would put me in a room, pull your shirt out of my backpack and put in over my face until I calmed down.

"I didn't know that. Then why did she call me down sometimes to be with you?"

"Those were my worst times, and the shirt wasn't working."

"How come she never told us?"

"Because I begged her not to. Anyway, it has been a while. Why so long?"

"Sometimes it is hard to get into town and we have to move in and out fast. We wanted to make sure that we got here to tell you how upset we are that this will be our first Thanksgiving apart. It is killing us that our family won't be together."

"It didn't hit me till the other day. So much has been going on and then school being closed next week is when it hit me like a ton of bricks."

"Are you going to celebrate it with Ma and Pa?"

"Yep, and there are three other boys staying with us for the week." I told him all about Hudson and what happened to him. I also told them about Tony and finally about my little brother Theo. I told Donny about what happened last night and how I told Theo what he told me when I wet his bed. We talked for a few more minutes and then my mom came on.

"Hi baby, I am missing you so much."

"I miss you too, mommy. Hey, can everyone see the screen?"

"Yes sweetie, we can all see it." I jumped up and stripped off my shirt. I adjusted the laptop camera so that there was a clear view of my upper body. "Baby, did you lose weight?"

I sat back down and readjusted the camera, "Yes, I lost five whole pounds since I have been here."

"How did you do that?"

"Since I am more into gym now than I was, and Tyler makes me swim with him a few nights a week, I get plenty of exercise." I giggled, "I guess running from bullies is not as much exercise as you would think."

We talked for a little longer and they promised to try to call before Christmas. I was sad like I always was after a call, so Pa just held me for a while. I took off my shorts and put on the underwear that I didn't put on before the call and we headed back to the rec center.

As soon as I walked through the door, I heard my name yelled and running at me was Theo. He was running so fast that I thought he was going to fall over. When he got to me, he was so excited to see me that I felt really good.

"Brian, I thought you would never get back. I waited and waited, you said that you would be right back."

"I know buddy, but Pa wanted me to talk to someone and then my parents called. It has been almost a month since they called, and I had to talk with them."

"Ok, I understand now. A whole month, I would hate not talking to my mommy and daddy for a whole month."

Over the next four or five hours we watched movies on a big screen, played games in the arcade, and had an amazing meal. By the time we all got back in the car we were all pretty beat. We got home and took showers. No one, except Ma and Pa, put on any clothes. After his shower, Hudson got his wounds taken care of so he was done for the night.

There was a knock at the door and Pa went and opened it. There at the door was Owen and Timmy. Hudson and Tony pulled their blankets tighter around their bodies. I jumped up and asked, "What are you guys doing here?"

"Pa told us to come over, that there was an issue that you had, and we needed to help you with it." Timmy said

"What did you do this time Brian?" Owen asked with a smile on his face.

Theo jumped up and ran to Owen and gave him a hug and then to Timmy and gave him a hug.

Timmy asked, "I thought we were not allowed to be naked around the Regulars."

"That was the rule, but they decided on their own to be naked in the house." Pa added.

I gave Pa a look, "What issue do they need to help me with."

"The five of us are going to talk about what happened today and see if there might be a workaround."

I was mad and Pa could see it on my face. "There is no issue, and that matter has already been settled."

"Timmy, Owen, Brian and Theo, table now," He said pointing.

As soon as I sat down, Theo climbed into my lap and asked, "Did we do something wrong?"

Seeing that he was upset, I hugged him tight and said, "No, we didn't do anything wrong, Pa did."

Pa said, "Brian, I said that I would not force you to go. I never said that I was done trying to convince you. Now, do you want to tell your brothers what was offered to you today, or do you want me to do it."

After giving Pa and angry stare, "Mr. Anderson came over earlier today which is why I left for a while. He is trying a case in in Lake Town next week and wants me to join him. We would leave tomorrow afternoon and be back sometime late Tuesday or early Wednesday."

Theo was the first to react, "You're not going are you? You promised you would stay with me this week. You promised." He said with a pouty look on his face.

"Yes, I did promise you, and that is why I told him that I could not go this time."

I waited for Timmy or Owen to start in on me now, but it turned out to be Tony. He came over to us in all his naked glory getting a giggle from Timmy and Owen.

"Are you nuts kid? This is an incredible opportunity for you, how can you pass that up?"

"I can pass that up because I gave my word to Theo and I will never go back on my word."

"Brian, Theo can hang out with me for the few days you are gone. Tony is right, you can't pass this up."

Owen got down on his knees in front of Theo and said, "Theo, Brian gave you his word, and he would never go back on it, but Brian will get to go into a real courtroom and see how everything works. He has wanted to do this ever since Mr. Anderson talked about it a few months ago. Is there any chance that you would be willing to hang with me for a few days while Brian does this?"

Theo looked at me with tears in his eyes, "Do you really want to go?"

"I think it would be exciting, but I gave you my word and only you can say it is ok to go. If you say no, then the discussion is over," I said, emphasizing my last statement.

Theo looked at Owen, "You would really let me stay with you? Do you promise?"

"Well maybe not, because Timmy and I were thinking about going to the mall tomorrow and spending some time on the trampolines, and I am sure you would not want to do that. So other than that, sure."

Theo got all excited, "You mean that place where all the floors are made of trampolines and you get to bounce everywhere?"

Timmy said, "Yep, that's the place, but I am sure you would hate going there with me and Owen, so forget we said anything."

Theo was vibrating in my lap, "Brian, I don't want you to go, but if you promise me that when you get back you won't leave me again, I will stay with Owen." He looked at Owen and said, "You are only borrowing me while he is away, you have to give me back."

Owen shook his head no, "I am not sure I will be able to do that. It might turn out that I like you and don't want to give you back."

"You have to or no deal." Theo said as he crossed his arms over his chest.

Owen was hamming it up, and even pulled Timmy off to the side whispering in his ear. He turned and looked at Theo and held out his hand, "You drive a hard bargain, but ok."

Theo jumped off of my lap and started dancing around. He thought he just made the deal of the century. Pa looked at me, holding the phone in his hand. I nodded and he went to the back room to call Mr. Anderson. Timmy and Owen hugged everyone and left.

Theo and I got back under the covers and snuggled, while Tony got back under with Hudson. Pa came back in with a smile on his face, I was still a little mad about it. I guess Pa saw that Hudson was thinking hard and asked, "Hudson, something on your mind?"

"I guess, I just don't get it."

"Get what?"

"You wanted him to go, and you are the adult. So how come you just didn't tell him he was going?"

"Because he gave his word to Theo that he would be with him for the week. How can I expect him to be a man of his word, if I tell him he has to break it? Theo was the only one who could change the terms of their agreement, and because he cares about Brian, I knew that in the end, he would put Brian before himself."

"But he didn't, he only let Brian off because Owen and Timmy dangled the tramp place in front of him."

"I guess you could look at it that way, but he could have still said no." Pa looked at Theo, "Is that true Theo, is the only reason you said that Brian could go was because Owen told you about the Tramp place?"

Theo got this big grin on his face, "Heck no. If I would have told Brian he had to stay with me, I knew he would have. I also knew that Timmy and Owen would not have gone without Brian, and Brian would have taken me," He said giggling.

Hudson looked confused, "Then why go through all that?"

Giggling again, "Because now I bet I get them to buy me one of those pretzels afterwards," He said while moving his eyebrows up and down, looking so cute.

I hugged him tight and said, "You little con-artist."

We all snuggled under our blankets and watched an old movie called Beverly Hills Cop. We laughed our butts off, "Banana in the tail pipe", now that's funny.

I stopped Theo from drinking anything more than a sip before bed and made sure that he peed.

Chapter 29
Off To Court

During the movie, Pa called Mr. Anderson and told him that I was going to join him on his case. They talked for a little bit while we watched the movie. When he was off the phone, he came back and joined us, snuggling up with Ma under another blanket.

When the movie was over, we all showered and headed to bed. Pa came in to say goodnight to everyone, and when he got to me he said, "Mr. Anderson is very happy that you have decided to go with him. He is picking you up at nine in the morning so you can get an early start."

I was not happy that we were leaving so early. "I thought we were not leaving till three."

"That was when he was going to leave, but that was before you decided to go with him. He wants to get there early enough so that you can meet the client. I guess that he works every Sunday, so Mr. Anderson has to get you there early enough for you two to meet."

"Ok." I said resigned to the fact that even though they all made it sound like I had a choice in doing this, I knew I didn't.

Pa looked at me, "Brian, why don't you come into the other room with me for a minute," He said as he walked away. When I got in there, Pa was in bed with Ma,

"Come here Brian, let's talk."

I climbed in between them, "I'm in trouble, aren't I?"

"No, but I do feel like you are not telling me what you are thinking. Have you changed your mind about going?"

I was feeling a little panic attack starting up and my eyes started watering. "I… I guess…"

Ma started rubbing my chest, "It's ok Brian, we won't be mad."

"I…I just don't think I want to go."

Pa just looked at me, "May I ask why?"

"Mostly because I am scared."

"Ok, what are you afraid of?"

"I don't really know Mr. Anderson. I don't know what to expect. It's like I am going off with a total stranger and I am really scared. I didn't really want to go in the first place, and I feel like all of you cornered me into it. If I don't go, then you guys are going to be disappointed in me, and the others will think I am stupid for not going."

Pa sat up and pulled me into his lap with my back to his chest, "Brian, let's start at the beginning and address the things that you have brought up. You are right, he is a stranger, and I should have realized that this might be hard for you. So, let's start out with what is expected of you. I think it would be the same things that are expected of you at school. He is going to teach you the processes for how to help the client keep his freedom. To put it in a way that you and I would understand best, let's say Y = what this young man did to be in this situation. Z = the potential for incarceration. So, what is X?"

I thought for a second and answered, "Proving that Y is a negative and that Z is equal to 0."

"Correct, so tell me how you got there?"

"I guess that Y is how we prove that the client didn't have anything to do with the robbery. Once that is figured out then Z holds no value, and X becomes the release of the client."

"Very good, however, this is one of those problems that is easy to figure out how to do on paper, but very different when taken into real world practice. What Mr. Anderson is going to teach you is how to move that from paper into the real world, but unlike this math, there are lots of variables that can change the outcome. I think for you this is going to be a puzzle that you are going to have to figure out, and Mr. Anderson is going to walk you through it. In the end, you have to know that what you are going to witness is how this is going to impact this boy's life, his freedom, and his future. Can I tell you something that I truly believe?"

I was now on the edge of my seat, "What Pa?"

"If I were that kid, I could not wish for two better people to be on my side than you and Mr. Anderson."

"Do you really think I can do this?"

"Of course I do. Brian, I can't tell you the number of ways you have impressed me. It all started with a boy who figured out how to become a straight C student without any of his teachers, parents, or school administration figuring it out. I thought that was the most amazing thing I have ever seen a boy do. What I didn't know at the time was that it was just the beginning of the ways you would amaze me."

I was confused, "What do you mean?"

"Three other events come to mind. Owen, Hudson, and Theo."

"I don't understand."

Ma said, "Owen was done, all he wanted to do was die. What I see now is sure not the boy you introduced me to a few months ago. Look at how far he has come, and like it or not you are directly responsible for that.

"Then we have Hudson. Without you being you, he may have been sent back to that abusive life. You are the only one he would talk to about it, and because of that, he is here, healing, smiling, and laughing. Oh, and don't forget our sweet little Theo, who was so sad and lost yesterday, and now he knows that he has a friend who loves him and will protect him."

Pa went on, "As for going with Mr. Anderson, you know what is expected of you. It will be no different than the appointments you have at school, only it will be one man over three days."

"I guess it will be alright. I will go, and you will be proud of me, you will see."

"That is a ridiculous thing to say Brian. We are already very proud of you. We love you like you were our own son, and if you were to tell me that there was a real reason that you didn't want to go, we would support you. However, you are going to rock at this; I can tell."

I wrapped him in a big hug, "Thank you Pa, I guess I just needed to talk it out."

Ma pulled me over to her and gave me a big hug and kiss, patted me on the butt, "Now go to bed, you have a long day ahead of you tomorrow."

As I headed out the door I turned and said, "I love you both so much, thank you for being my other family."

I turned and headed down the hall to my room. I walked in to find Theo between Hudson and Tony getting tickle tortured to death.

"Help me Brian, they are killing me." He said between laughs.

I reached in, grabbed him, and pulled him to safety. Giving Tony and Hudson dirty looks, "You have no right to tickle him like that."

Theo stuck out his tongue at them and said, "Yeah, what he said."

With a serious look on my face, "Yeah, he's mine and only I get to do that."

Theo was still sticking out his tongue when he turned to look at me, "What?" When he saw me smile he finally realized what I had said and tried to run. I grabbed him and started tickling him myself. Through his giggles he screamed, "No fair, I thought you loved me and were on my side."

"I do love you, that is why I told those guys that only I get to do this."

I let him go and he fell to the ground, "You mean you won't ever let them do that to me again?"

"Well… I didn't say that. You know, they are both bigger than me, and if I interfere they may decide to tickle me." I held out my hand and said, "Come on, let's pee and then get to bed."

We climbed into bed and snuggled up. "Brian."

"Yes."

"You know I have always dreamed of having a big brother, and now I feel like I do. Is that ok?"

I just hugged him tighter, "It is more than ok. I have an awesome big brother, and now I have an awesome little brother."

I held him close and a short time later I could hear his breathing get slow and knew he was asleep. I was tired, but I was so nervous about tomorrow that I was having a hard time getting to sleep.

That is when I heard Tony and Hudson talking. Hudson asked, "Do you think that they are asleep yet?"

"Yeah, they are, why?"

"Because I want to ask you a question and I don't want them to be mad at me for asking."

"What's your question?"

"I heard a few guys talking at the pool today. They were saying that the men have sex with the kids. Do you think that it true?"

"Probably."

"Don't you think that is wrong?"

Tony didn't say anything for a bit then answered, "Maybe part of me thinks it is wrong, but I look at you and the way you act around men, and I guess maybe it isn't wrong."

"What do you mean the way I act around men?"

"It's pretty obvious that you have been hurt by men, and I am not talking about your bruises. Every time a man came anywhere near you today, you get this defensive pose. It's like you are just expecting them to hit you. I noticed that when Mr. Walters put his hand on your shoulder you looked like you were going to hit the ceiling, and you know he is not going to hit you."

"Do I really do that? I don't mean to."

"I don't think that someone can go through what you did and not have trust issues."

"Ok, but what does that have to do with the men having sex with the kids?"

"Well, all we ever hear about is the sexual abuse of some kid at the hands of a man. But as hard as I look, I can't see any of these Crossman kids that act like they are being abused. They are happy, good students, respectful, and look out for each other. All Mr. Walters has done is hug, kiss, and tell the kids how proud he is of them. All I can say is if that is abuse, then I would not mind being abused."

"I am not sure that I agree with you, but Brian sure is lucky to have Mr. Walters in his life. I wish I had grown up with someone like him in my life."

"Well, you have a whole week to soak it in. You will get everything you have always dreamed of from him, and you won't even have to have sex with him. Now I am going to sleep, see you in the morning."

I had so much to think about before I heard them talking, and now I have even more. I have always had a family who loves me, and even when they are not around, I have my Crossman family. I guess until I heard it from someone like Hudson, I didn't realize how lucky I really am.

The morning came and more stress and panic along with it. Not only was I dealing with my own fears, but Theo was not making this easy on me at all. He has not let go of me and was crying as well. It is breaking my heart, but there is nothing I can do to change it.

We were just finishing up breakfast when Owen and Timmy knocked on the door. As soon as Owen walks in he sees how upset Theo is. He picks Theo up out of his chair then sits down with Theo in is lap. "Hey little dude, what is all the sadness about?"

"I don't want Brian to go."

I watched Owen hug Theo tight. "I know how you feel, I don't want him to go either."

Theo looks at Owen with a tear-streaked face, "Then make him stay. You can do that because you are his friend."

"That is true, and I could ask him not to go, and maybe he wouldn't, but then what kind of friend would I be?"

"What do you mean, you would be a friend that wants him to stay."

"But is that the kind of friend I want to be. If I get Brian to stay, then that would make me a selfish friend. You see Theo, this thing that Brian is getting to do may never come up again, but even more than that, there is a boy who needs Brian's help. I have firsthand experience with how good a helper he can be, and it would not be fair to this other boy for Brian not to help him. Because I know what kind of friend I am," Owen says as he turns to look at me. "I am going to say to Brian, have fun and help this boy like you helped me."

Turning Theo to look at him, "So now, you have to decide what kind of friend you are."

Theo looks at me, "I still don't want you to go, but you have to help this boy I guess. I will miss you," He says as he climbs over into my lap and gives me a hug and a kiss. I return it and he says, "Please hurry back, ok?"

"I will be back as quickly as I can."

We heard a horn honk and Timmy said, "Ok guys, Toby is not going to wait forever. He said he would drop us off at the mall, but he has other things to do."

Ma said, "Hold on a second, he is just dropping you off at the mall, he is not staying with you?"

"Yeah, Tommy is working, Owen's dad and Paul Jr are going golfing with Mr. Taylor, Amanda, and Sara are going shopping with Mrs. Taylor so there is no one else to take us."

"No, I am not comfortable with you three going alone to the mall. Why don't you just go to the rec center today?"

"Because we promised to take Theo to Tramp City at the mall, and we were all looking forward to it." Owen said with a slight whine in his voice.

"Yeah, and they promised me a pretzel," added Theo.

"Ok then, Timmy go tell Toby he is free for the day. I have some shopping to do, so I will take you to the mall. I will check you in at Tramp City and then go do my shopping. You three will stay there till I get back, then we can go for lunch and pretzels. How does that sound?"

All three of them gave their consent and Timmy ran out to tell Toby. The guys liked this better because it was early, and they would not have to wait around an empty mall. Now they could leave at ten instead of eight thirty.

Ma looked at Tony and Hudson, "Why don't you two get ready and you can come as well."

Hudson said, "I think Tramp City would probably kill me. This sucks because I always wanted to go."

"I was thinking more along the lines of you and I going shopping. You only have a few clothes and although the school will provide you uniforms, you will need some regular clothes as well."

"I can't ask you to do that. Besides, Detective Dave said that he would be taking me to the house this week and I will get some clothes there."

"Good, so you have nice clothes at home then?"

Hudson looked at the ground, "Not really I guess. Stepdad only bought me clothes when the old ones were way too small for me."

Ma smiled and said, "Good, then we are going shopping. Before you say anything, the scholarship you are receiving gives extra for things like clothes and going to movies and such."

"Really?" Hudson asked with some excitement in his voice. "It has been a long time since I was able to go to a movie. Detective Dave said I have some money, so I can pay you back."

"Sorry, I know about your money, and that is for your future. Someday, when you are ready and feel in your heart that it is right for you, you can donate back into the scholarship fund. Until then, let it do what it was set up to do. Tony, you want to shop with us, go to Tramp City with the boys, or go hang out at the rec center?"

"I have plenty of clothes, and I feel like I will have plenty of time to go to the rec center, so if it is ok with the guys I would like to do the tramp thing."

All three of the boys got excited about Tony and Hudson going with them, and even convinced Ma to take them to the movies after lunch.

Ma and Pa took me into my room to pack a suitcase for me. They pulled the suit they bought me out of the closet along with some nice shirts, and dress pants. Pa put these in what he called a suit bag, so they didn't get too wrinkled. We took my bags and put them by the door. Owen, Theo, and Timmy were playing Go Fish. I sat on the floor by the coffee table and played a few hands till we heard the knock on the door.

Pa opened the door, "Good morning Jake, come on in."

He stepped inside, "Good morning to you too Ken. Is my law partner ready to go?"

"I am ready Mr. Anderson," I said, standing and walking to him.

I guess he could tell I was a little nervous, because he got down on his knees, put his hands on my shoulders, and said, "Brian, I get that you may be a little stressed about going off with me, and if you want to change your mind I won't be mad. However, I think you will have a good time and learn a lot. You will be the fourth boy I have taken with me, and I have made some mistakes as far and not engaging the boy enough to not be bored, but I have learned from those mistakes and I know you will have fun."

"I am not changing my mind Sir, and I am ready to go."

He and Pa went to the kitchen for coffee while I took my bags out to the car. When he was ready to go, I kissed and hugged everyone goodbye and headed out to Mr. Andersons Cadillac. I started to get into the back but was told to sit up front. I was kind of excited because I never get to sit up front. I got in the passenger side and buckled up. Mr. Anderson grabbed something out of the back seat and then he climbed in. He had a file folder and a big book. He placed the folder on my lap.

"I have told you the basics of this case, but in this folder is everything I have with the exception of the video. I have that in my briefcase and will show it to you tonight. While we are driving, I want you to read this whole file. Here is a notepad that I want you to write your questions on. Once you are done, we will go over what you have found. I have a law book here, that I will help you find all of the answers."

"Ok, I can do that." My nervousness was gone and replaced with excitement over this new adventure. We pulled out of the driveway and started on our journey. I opened the file with the name of James "Jamie" Paul Walton Jr.

"Mr. Anderson, why are there three names on this file?"

"His legal name is James Paul Walton Jr., but everyone just calls him Jamie."

Before we got on the highway we stopped at a convenience store and picked up something to drink and some munchies. We stopped at a rest area once to pee, then drove through to Lake Town. We got into lake town around one o'clock and pulled into this restaurant for lunch.

"Grab the file, the law book, and your note pad so that we can go over it while we are waiting for lunch."

It was a nice place, and I felt a little underdressed. I guess he noticed, "Relax, the lunch crowd is not nearly as stuck up as the dinner crowed, you look fine."

"You know I have nice clothes in the car, I can change really quick."

"Really, you are dressed just fine."

A lady at a podium greeted us, "Welcome back Mr. Anderson. Who is this handsome young man with you?"

"Hello Shelia, it is wonderful to see you back. How is the baby?"

"She is wonderful. She was born six pounds three ounces of beauty. Of course, she will be more wonderful when she starts sleeping through the night."

Mr. Anderson laughed, "You have a little way to go before that happens. It was almost seven months before my wife, and I slept through the night after my little Harper was born. My son Logan started sleeping through the night after only four months. Oh, and this is Brian. He is an FSB student spending a few days with me, so he can learn about the law."

"Welcome Brian, I am sure you will learn a lot from Mr. Anderson. He helped me out when my husband got hurt on the job, and the company didn't want to pay." She giggled, "After he was done with them, boy did they pay." She looked back at Mr. Anderson, "It looks like you have work to do, so I will put you in the meeting room so that you will have privacy."

The restaurant was not very busy and there were a lot of empty tables, but we went through some doors to a walled off dining room I assumed they used for parties. She guided us to a table in the corner. We sat down and she gave us each a menu and asked us what we wanted to drink. We both chose iced tea and she left.

We went over the notes I had taken, and he took his time, answering most of my question. On some of them he would ask me what I thought, and I would tell him. One of the things he was trying to teach me was that the law in most cases was just common sense.

"However, that only works if you are dealing with people who actually have common sense. Too many people try to manipulate the law for their own gain. This overrides their common sense and that is when the law fails."

The waiter came a took our orders. I just ordered a wedge salad because I was liking losing weight and didn't want to gain back everything that I lost. Mr. Anderson ordered a steak with a shrimp bowl on the side. We went back to work and on some of my questions he would show me how to look them up in the law book. I was having a great time, it was like doing a puzzle, where once you found one piece, that piece would lead you to the next piece.

Once lunch arrived we put everything away and ate lunch. His steak looked good, but I was really enjoying my salad. He got me to try some shrimp which I have never had before. It was delicious, and we ended up splitting the bowl.

Once lunch was over he got real serious, "Brian, there are two things that I have to make clear to you before we go any further. The first is that you will have no control over the outcome of this case."

I was a little confused, "I am not sure what you mean."

He took a deep breath, and I could tell he was looking for the right words. "You are here for observation only. In other words, I want you to ask me questions so that you can better understand what is going on. However, the outcome of this case, whether Jamie is proven innocent or guilty, is completely on me, you will not have any control over that. I tell you this because if we lose and Jamie is sentenced, I can't have you thinking you did something or should have done something to change the outcome."

"I don't understand, with everything that we have gone over, how can he be found guilty?"

"When I talked to Mr. Walters this morning, he told me about how he put this whole thing into a math equation to help you understand what would be happening here."

I nodded my head, "I was not going to come with you, but Pa helped me understand some of what is happening here."

"I know, but he also talked about variables, right?"

"Yes Sir."

"So, this case is being heard by a jury and that is the biggest variable to this case."

"Why?"

"A defendant, in this case Jamie, has the right for his case to be heard by a jury of his peers. This is where I have to fight my hardest when I pick a jury for defendants like Jamie."

"Why do you have to work harder for people like Jamie? I know you are trying to lead me somewhere, but I am not seeing it yet."

"Here is where I am trying to lead you. Let's forget Jamie for a second. Think of your own life and tell me who your peers are."

I thought about it for a second, "I guess that would be Timmy and Owen, oh, and I guess even though he is older, maybe Tyler."

"That is correct, those are your peers. However, the law in most states have a requirement that the minimum age of a juror be eighteen. In the end, someone like Jamie can't be judged by a jury of his peers, because his peers are too young to serve. This is a big problem for me because the jurors that have been chosen, watch the news. They see young people causing trouble every day, so I have to try to find jurors that can forget about that and see only this case. However, the prosecutor wants to find jurors that see just this opposite."

"That's not fair. He should only be judged for what "he" did, not what others have done." I said a little angrier than I had meant to.

"You are right, it is not fair. The idea behind our laws is that justice is blind, and everyone should be treated the same under them, and that is not always the case. Our laws are not always correct, but it is the best we have for now so we have to do what we can to balance the scales."

"You said there were two things you wanted me to know."

"Yes, you are right. Now, what I am about to tell you, will require a boy like you to fight his instincts. When you meet Jamie, you will like him from the start, he is just that kind of kid. You can tell him things like, 'We are going to do everything we can to clear you', or 'I believe you are innocent', but you must never, and I mean never, make any promises."

"I don't get it."

"This whole thing is very hard on Jamie and he is working very hard to not show his parents how scared he is. He needs people in his corner who believe he is innocent. More than anything, he wants someone to promise him that he won't go to jail. He needs that more than anything right now, but it is a promise I nor you can make. If we make that promise and he loses, he will be destroyed, and it could break him. Say anything else you feel will help but do not make a promise that you may not be able to keep."

***

We headed over to the clients house. It was a nice two-story house that was attached to another one right next to it. Mr. Anderson called it a duplex. We knocked on the door and a woman, I guess in her thirties, opened it. She was pretty but looked so worn out. I guess that makes sense if you think your kid may go to jail next week.

She guided us into the living room. It was nice, but the furniture was kinda worn out. We were introduced to Mr. Walton, and then to Jamie. He is tall, like five foot nine inches or so. He has straight black hair that hangs a little over his eyes and just above his collar. He has brown eyes and is heavy set maybe 190 or so.

We all sit down, and Mr. Anderson introduces me and tells them about how I came to be at FSB. Not the sex part, but the grade manipulation in my old school and where I am at in my academics. Then we talk about the case and how tomorrow is going to go.

I ask Jamie, "We got here early because Mr. Anderson said that you have a job, what do you do?"

"I guess it is not really a job, because I don't get paid, but that is ok, because I get to help a lot of people. Three days a week, I help out at the churches soup kitchen. We feed homeless and people who don't have enough money to pay the rent and eat, so this way they don't have to choose one. We make sure that they can at least have one good meal a day."

"Wow, that is cool. My dad is a minister, and he would open the church up on cold nights to the homeless. Me, mom, dad, and my brother Donny all worked to help. I am not religious at all, but I like to help."

Mr. Walton laughed, "How do you have a minister for a father and not be religious?"

"I can't really talk about it, because it makes people mad."

Jamie says, "Oh, I have to hear this."

I look to Mr. Anderson for help, but he just smiles and nods. "Well to me, I find religion too fake. It is a person's way of forgiving themselves for what they are doing wrong the other six days of the week."

Jamie looks mad, "So you think that what I do in my job is fake."

"No, not at all. I think that what you are doing to help others is awesome. However, that is not religion, that is the fact that you are a good person who wants to help others where you can. That is you being selfless and giving of yourself to help your fellow man.

"The church just gives you a place to do what you in your heart feels like the right thing to do. You just need to understand, that I am not saying that what you believe is wrong or stupid. I am just saying that I don't share your beliefs. I do respect your right to have them, and I would never disrespect anyone over them."

He smiled, "I know, don't panic. I was just messing with you. Now I have to go if I am going to catch the bus."

I looked from Mr. Anderson to Jamie, "Do you think it would be ok if I went with you? I would really like to see what you do."

He looked surprised, "Sure, we can always use more help."

I looked at Mr. Anderson, "Is it ok?"

"Sure, I have a few things to do, but I don't want you taking the bus home, I will pick you both up. Jamie, what time are you usually done?"

"We usually finish up about six thirty."

"Ok, you get a move on and I will see you at six thirty. Jamie, he does not know this town, so please don't lose him."

"I won't, I promise."

Mr. Anderson pulled out his wallet and gave me a five and five ones. "This should cover the bus and something to drink for both of you if you want to grab something."

With that we were out the door. As we waited at the bus stop Jamie said, "Thanks for coming to help me, can I tell you something that you can't tell anyone."

"Of course, Mr. Anderson said that I can't tell anyone about what we talk about."

I looked up at him and could see tears forming in his eyes. "I am so scared. I have never been in trouble before. Mr. Anderson says that we have a good case, but this could be the last Sunday that I get to come here. At night, I lie in bed face down with my face buried in one pillow, holding another one over my head so my parents don't hear me crying. I am fifteen years old, and I am crying myself to sleep like a baby."

"I am not sure what to say Jamie, or if I should say anything. I can't tell you I know how you feel because I have never gone through what you are going through. If I can give you an opinion…"

He nodded, "I think you are silly hiding it from your parents. I have to imagine that they are going through the same thing. You are afraid of going to jail, and they are afraid of losing you. I think you need to get all the hugs, kisses, and support you can. Mr. Anderson feels pretty strong about your case, but it is up to the jury if you get to go home after this."

He didn't say anything else and the bus came. We got on the bus and rode for about twenty-five minutes before Jamie stood and I followed him off the bus. We went around back of the church. I was surprised how the other volunteers looked relieved that Jamie had arrived. At first I thought that they were worried that he would not show because of court tomorrow, I was wrong.

He put on a white uniform top and an apron. He got me dressed and we went further into the kitchen. All of a sudden Jamie went from the sad boy that I traveled here with to… I guess you would say the head chef running the kitchen. He got everyone doing their jobs and he showed me to this barrel looking thing. He pulled this step up to it and a cart loaded with potatoes. He showed me how to put ten potatoes in the machine, close the lid, and push the start button. It kinda sounded like a cross between a washing machine on the spin cycle and a dryer with tennis shoes in it. When the machine stopped, we opened the lid and pulled out peeled potatoes, I couldn't believe it.

He smiled at me, "Take the potatoes and drop them into this pot of water." Right next to the peeler was a huge pot. "Be careful the water is hot. When you get all the potatoes peeled, hit this button here and it will start the pot to boil. When that is done, come get me or one of the adults."

Over the next twenty minutes, I peeled all the potatoes and hit the button. I found Jamie and he gave me another job. An hour later we had everything set up and were getting ready to serve. The doors opened and the crowd lined up to be served. I was filling up cups with water, milk, or juice and giving them out. I kept looking down at Jamie and he was amazing. It was like he knew everyone's name and they all knew him.

We had everything cleaned up and shut down by six thirty. We only worried about the back. The people that came to eat cleaned the front and even took out the trash. I have never seen anything like it. Mr. Anderson was waiting outside when we came out. Jamie got in the front and he and Mr. Anderson talked a little about tomorrow. The Jamie in the white coat was gone and the one I traveled with on the bus was back.

We dropped Jamie off at home and I moved to the front seat. "So, how did it go?"

"I couldn't believe it, I thought he just helped there, but he runs the place. Everyone waited for him to tell them what to do. I am not sure how they will run it if he doesn't get to come back." We talked all about what I saw and how Jamie handled it." We stopped in front of this house and parked.

"Aren't we going to the hotel?"

"I guess you could say this is it. We are staying with a friend and his family while we are here."

We got our suitcases and walked into the open garage. Mr. Anderson pushed the door button and the door closed. As we approached the door to the house, I noticed some chairs by the door. I looked up to Mr. Anderson.

"This is a Crossman house, so give me your bags and bring your clothes into the house with you." With that said he walked right into the house.

I sat down on the chairs and nervously started removing my shoes. I was feeling the start of a panic attack when the door opened and out ran two naked kids all excited.

"Hi, you are Brian, we have been waiting for you all day."

I could not help but giggle. "Yes I am Brian, but who are you?"

"I am Jenifer, and I am five."

"I am Cameron, and I am six."

My panic attack was gone as they talked about nothing. I was enjoying it so much. Once I finished undressing I followed the cute little motor mouths into the house. I sat with Mr. Anderson as Mr. and Mrs. Palmer asked me a lot of questions about myself and the School.

Little Cameron chimed in with, "I turn seven next year and I get to go to FSB too."

"Well, when you get there, you look for me and I will introduce you to everyone."

He got so excited that he started bouncing around, "Really! Are you going to be my brother?"

"We already are. We are Crossman, so we must be brothers."

Jennifer looked like she was about to cry, "Jenifer, what's wrong?"

"I don't get to go to FSB because I am a girl. It isn't fair, I want you to be my brother too."

I got down on the floor and crawled over to her, "You are also a Crossman, so I already am your brother. Can I have a hug?"

She got a big smile on her face and jumped into my arms for a hug. Mrs. Palmer said, "Ok you two, it is time for bed let's go."

At the same time they both said, "Aw mom, do we have to."

"Yes you have to, let's go."

They gave out their hugs and kisses and headed off to bed. Mr. Palmer asked, "Brian, I noticed you don't have any balls, do you mind if I ask what happened?"

I explained about the birth defect and the pain I was in, and then how I got the mumps and that finished them off.

"Are you ok without having any balls? Are you going to get the shots?"

"I am ok with it; I was never planning to have any kids anyway. As for the shots, I don't think I want them. I probably won't have a choice though."

"Why is that?"

"When my parents get back, I am sure my dad will make me."

"When will they be back?"

"In nineteen long months. I am not sure how they will handle the whole Crossman thing, but I miss them and my brother so much."

Mr. Anderson interrupted the conversation, "I think we can talk more about this tomorrow. We need to take showers and get to bed. We have a big day tomorrow."

"Of course you do. Your room has an attached bathroom and there is a hose for cunt cleaning, as well as cunt plugs and lube." Said Mr. Palmer.

"Thank you so much for your hospitality, Mike."

"Anytime Jake. I hope I get to spend a little time with this cutie while you are here."

"Of course you will, and you know much I like the way Cameron takes care of my cock."

I collect my clothes and Mr. Anderson guides me to the room we will me using. He sits on the bed and takes off his clothes while I take my suit out of the suit bag and hang it in the closet. Pa was right, the suit didn't get wrinkled at all. My dress pants did though.

"Do you think they have an iron that I can use on these? I will wear my suit pants tomorrow and they seem ok, but I will have to iron these for Tuesday."

He stood there naked with a hard cock pointing at me. "We will ask about it in the morning and do that tomorrow night before bed."

He put his hands on my shoulders and guided me into the bathroom. It wasn't big and has a tub instead of a shower. Mr. Anderson had me get in the tub and lean over the side with my head and hands outside the tub. He turned on the hose and got the temperature right, put some lube around and in my cunt. He inserted the nozzle which I figure was put on for me, I can't see Cameron or Jenifer using one that big. Once he has it in me he turns the handle on the wall to soap, and slowly starts filling me up.

Because I am on my hands and knees my stomach is just above the side of the tub and Mr. Anderson puts his hand there so he can tell when I am getting full. It starts to hurt about the same time my belly touches his hand. He stops the water and we just talk for a bit.

"Sir, if you want I can suck on you while we wait."

"Thank you for the offer. It has been a long time since I was a boy and servicing men, but I do remember the stuff I liked and didn't like. You see Brian, like a lot of Crossman boys, I always knew I was straight. I never hated serving men, because that was the only way for a Crossman boy to get off, and that is what we were required to do when you are a young Crossman. Out of everything that we had to do though, the thing that I hated most was having to service a dirty, sweaty cock. It was the only time I ever thought of saying no. We have been in the car all day and sitting around, I know my crotch stinks and I would never allow a boy or girl to suck it while it stinks. You will suck it when it is clean though." He smiles and ruffles my hair.

Ruffling my hair does not bother me as much as it used to when it was all scruffy. Luckily, Pa took me over to see Bill's mom last weekend so I could get it cut again. After five washouts I was clean and we both got in the shower. He washed my hair as well as the rest of me, then I got to wash him. When I finished washing his cock and balls, he turned around to rinse off. When he turned back, I attacked his crotch. I started with licking his balls for a while, then moved on to his cock. I liked the feel of it as it entered my throat, he pulled back and I got to taste some more of his yummy pre. After a few minutes he pushed me off of his cock, rinsed us both off, dried us, and guided me to the bed.

I knew what was coming and got into mounting position. He lubed me up, then I heard him lubing his cock. I felt him put his cock up against my cunt, I grabbed a pillow to put my face into, and then he pushed. I screamed into the pillow as he pushed just the head of his cock in me. I love getting mounted, but it always hurts going in. Once the head was in he stopped and gave me a chance to get used to it. Once I relaxed a little he started pushing more in. It didn't really hurt anymore… Well maybe a dull throbbing pain, but it was all worth it when I felt his pubic hair against my butt.

Again he held still for a moment before he started pulling back out. He stopped when just the head was in me and pushed back in. He did this about six or seven times then he pulled all the way out. I looked back at him.

"Brian, lay down flat in the center of the bed."

I crawled to the center and laid down flat. He pushed my legs apart and got between them, then grabbed my hips and lifted me a little bit. Once I was in the position he wanted, he lined his cock up to my cunt and pushed back in. Once he was all the way in, he pushed me flat again. He started pistoning into me and it sure didn't take me long to feel the tingles start.

He laid almost flat on me pounding my cunt hard while kissing my neck and licking my ears. That did it, I buried my face in the pillow again as my orgasm overtook me. He was not ready to stop yet, and a minute or so later, the tingles were starting again. This time as my orgasm hit me, I could feel his start too and the warmth of his cum in my cunt felt awesome. Once we both recovered, he turned us so I was laying in front of him, with his cock still in my cunt.

That was the last thing I remembered. I woke up wrapped in his arms with his cock still in my cunt. That is when he started moving in me again. I got two more orgasms before he had his and we got up to start the day. We went into the shower and this time he stuck the hose in me while I was standing up.

"Hey, what's the big deal? You are going to wash all of your seed out of me."

He laughed, "I know, but you have to wear pants today, and we can't have everything leaking out of you while you are in court."

"Fine, but it's not right. I worked hard for that."

He laughed and really just rinsed me out in the shower. Nothing really came out except cum and water. He pushed my shoulders down and I took him in my mouth. He started peeing, but would not let me control the flow, so it started leaking out of my mouth. All of a sudden he took a step back and started peeing all over me. I kept trying to get it back in my mouth, but he put his hands on his hip and kept moving his cock back and forth across my face till he quit peeing. I tried to look mad but couldn't keep from giggling.

We finished washing up and went to the kitchen naked where Mrs. Palmer has coffee for Mr. Anderson and orange juice for me. Then she filled our plates with scrambled eggs, bacon, hash brown potatoes, and toast. It was really good. I went into the living room and found Cameron and Jenifer dressed and waiting for their dad to take them to day care. I got my morning hugs and kisses as they were heading out the door.

Mr. Anderson and I headed back to the bedroom where we brushed our teeth and he laid out our suits. He got dressed and then helped me. I have worn a suit many times, but this was the first time the tie was not clip on. He stood behind me and worked the knot and I have got to say it looked cool the way he did it. He took me back into the bathroom and helped me with my hair, then back into the bedroom for shoes and jacket. We stood in front of the mirror and I could not believe how good I looked. My stomach was not flat, but it was definitely smaller than it was last time I wore a suit. I think it was also the suit; Ma had everything measured at the store right down to the length of the shirt sleeves. The suit I brought from home was just what was on the rack at the JCP. I miss shopping with my mom, even though I complained. I miss her a lot.

He gave me my suit hanger and grabbed his briefcase, and we were out the door. "Why did we bring hangers?"

He said, "Go to the back door on your side of the car and open it." I did what he said while he did the same thing on his side of the car.

"Now, find the hook above the door like this." He showed me on his side of the car. When I found it, "Good, now lay the hanger on the seat and take off your jacket."

I did was I was told and followed his lead by putting my jacket on the hanger and hooking the hanger on the hook above the door frame. We closed the back doors, got in the front seats, and put on our seatbelts.

"You see Brian, if you wear your jacket in the car, it will get wrinkled and not look good. When we get out, the back of our shirts will be a little wrinkled, but that will be hidden under our jackets.

"Cool." I wondered why dad never said anything about it. I guess maybe he would have if we drove to church. I mean we only lived the next block over and we walked, so we wore our jackets over.

We got to the courthouse where I followed Mr. Anderson to the courtroom. When we entered we were the only ones there.

"Here we are Brian, this will be where we will spend the next two or three days. This area over here is where the jury sits, it's called the Jury box. Our Jury is made up of five men and seven women."

He then pointed to the two tables up front, "This one on the right or to the left of the judge is for the prosecutor, and the other table is for us."

"I don't think I will like the prosecutor, he sounds mean."

"No Brian, that is not the way to look at this at all. His name is Juan Morales, he is a good man and a great lawyer. His job is to protect the people of this county by putting the bad guys in prison in order to protect the people he serves."

"But Jamie didn't do anything wrong."

"That is true, and that is why he has us on his side. Mr. Morales will tell his side of what happened that day, then we will have the chance to tell our side. He will tell the Judge and Jury why he thinks that Jamie was involved in this robbery where someone got hurt, and then I will have the chance to tell the Jury why he is wrong.

"Remember when Tyler stood up for you against the Headmaster and Mr. Donahue?"

"You know about that?"

He nodded, "I was there that night. I also know about you storming into the Headmasters office to defend Tyler from the punishment that was coming."

"I know I was wrong for doing it, Tyler was really mad at me for it. It just didn't seem fair for him to be punished for something I did."

"Yes, I understand that, but the Headmaster had to judge Tyler according to the rules set forth by the Crossman, just the way Mr. Morales is doing with the rules set forth by the county. My job is to tell Mr. Morales, the judge, and the jury why this is not right, just like you did that day."

We sat down at the table on our side and he pulled out the file, the law book, some legal pads, and some pens. Just then the doors behind us opened and Jamie walked in with his parents. His parents took seats right behind us and Jamie took the chair between me and Mr. Anderson. "Listen up boys, this is very important. Here is a legal pad for each of you. If you have a question, or hear something that does not sound right, I need you to write it down. At no time are you to respond to anyone but me and the Judge. Jamie, it is really important that you do not respond to anything you hear today. Many things you hear won't be true, but you can't react. If the Jury sees you getting upset, they may take it the wrong way and that could be bad for you. Just write it down."

I could not believe what I was hearing, "But if they are lying, shouldn't Jamie tell them to stop?"

"No, that is my job. If they are lying, trust me I will catch them in it. As for you Brian, you have to promise me that you will stay seated and not say a word unless the Judge asks you a question."

"I promise, but why would he ask me anything?"

"I don't know that he will, but it is his courtroom, so he can if he feels like it."

Over the next fifteen minutes, Mr. Anderson went over everything with Jamie and answered his parents' questions. I noticed a lady come from a door on the side and set up a strange looking typewriter. The paper she loaded into it was only about half as wide as regular paper and looked like it was one long sheet. The typewriter looked weird too, because it didn't have very many keys on it as I am used to. Then, from another door, a policeman came in and stood beside the Judges bench. Another lady came out from a door behind the bench and put files on the top of what I would say was a really tall desk. Across from us a man and a woman started pulling files and books from a case like Mr. Anderson had.

He stepped over to Mr. Anderson holding out his hand, "Jake, it is wonderful to see you again."

Mr. Anderson took his hand and said, "Juan, nice to see you again as well. You ready to dismiss this, so that we can all go home?"

He laughed, "No, but I am willing to give you one more chance at the deal I offered."

"Sorry old friend, but my client is not willing to serve time for something he didn't do."

"Then I guess we have a trial to get to."

He turned and walked back to his seat, just as the Police Officer (who I found out was called a Bailiff) said, "All rise, the Honorable Judge Patrick Blackwell presiding, speak and you shall be heard."

We all stood up and the door behind the bench opened. A man who looked to be in his forties with blond hair, wire rimmed glasses, a mustache, and a nice smile came and sat down in the chair. I could not help but be in awe of the black flowing robe, the confidence, and the power I saw in this man.

"You may be seated. This is case APC257/112019 The case of the People V. James Paul Walton Jr, Armed Robbery and Assault. Please introduce yourselves."

Both lawyers stood, "Juan Morales for the plaintiff, Your Honor."

"Jacob Anderson for the Defense, Your Honor." Both lawyers sat down.

"Mr. Anderson, how many boys are you defending in this case?' He asked with a smile.

Mr. Anderson stood and with a chuckle, "Only one, Your Honor. Sitting next to me is Jamie Walton and he is the defendant, next to him is Brian Burke."

"What part does Mr. Burke play in this case?"

"None whatsoever, Your Honor. He is part of a mentoring program I am involved with that puts young people in the courtroom to see how the law works and if it might be something that they are interested in for the future."

Mr. Morales stood, "Your Honor, I must object to this child being at the table. If he is there, I should be able to call him as a witness in this case."

"Your Honor, I cannot allow that as he is part of my legal team and therefore falls under attorney client privilege."

Both attorneys sat as I am starting to feel a panic attack coming on and gets worse when I hear the Judge say, "Mr. Burke please stand."

On shaking legs and using the table I stand, "Mr. Burke, are you part of this legal team?"

"Y…Y…Yes Sir, I mean Your Honor."

"Good enough for me. However, you are to observe only, no talking and for god sake, no objecting."

Everyone starts laughing, I am so confused. I am having a hard time breathing and not sure what is happening, until I feel Mr. Anderson come up behind me and help me into my chair. Then he starts whispering in my ear, "Breathe Brian, in and out, in and out."

When my breathing gets back under control I notice the Judge looking at me with concern, "Young man, are you ok?"

"Yes, Your Honor."

Mr. Anderson is still holding me and whispering in my ear, "I am sorry Brian, I should not have put you through it. We were just messing with you. Are you ok?"

"Yes Sir, I am fine." It was a lie, but I wanted to stop everyone from staring at me. My chest was hurting, and I now had a headache. My stomach was turning, and I was worried about throwing up.

Jamie grabbed my hand, leaned in, and said, "That was not cool at all, but don't worry, I got you."

He had a big smile on his face. Imagine that, here he is fighting for his future, and he is supporting me.

"Thanks Jamie."

"All rise."

The bailiff called out as the jury entered. I watched as fourteen people walked out of the door beside the jury box. I was confused when I counted fourteen when there should have only been twelve. The two jurors that came out first walked through the jury box and took seats on the side of it, and the other twelve took their seats. I found out later that the two extra Jurors were called alternates, they are there in case something happens to one of the other Jurors.

The bailiff said, "Be seated."

The Judge repeated, "This is case APC257/112019 The case of the People V. James Paul Walton Jr, Armed Robbery and Assault. Mr. Morales, please proceed with your opening statements."

Mr. Morales stood and told the jury how Jamie was the lookout for the rest of his gang as they attempted to rob the Bedford Jewelry Exchange. He went into dates and the evidence that they had. He talked for about fifteen minutes, all I can say is that if that would have been the whole court case, and I was on the Jury I would have convicted him. Mr. Anderson didn't lie, he is really good. If he was a teacher, I would take his class.

Once Mr. Morales was finished and sat down, Mr. Anderson stood. "Ladies and gentlemen, I want to start with an apology. You see, this case is a total waste of everyone's time and should never have gotten this far. I will admit that at first glance everything that Mr. Morales said would convince even me that my client was guilty. The problem is, that is where the investigation stopped.

"You see, somehow Jamie's name got leaked to the media, even though in any case involving a child, that name is never, and I mean never released to anyone outside the investigation."

He stops and comes back to the table and points at Jamie, "This young man is only fifteen years old, a minor under the law. So, this is where all the problems start. You see, now they have to prosecute this child to save face.

"Had they furthered their investigation, they would have found that my client works right around the corner and cuts through that alley on the way to the bus stop. There, he catches the bus home every time he finishes work.

"Now I can go on with all the flaws in this case, but as angry as you will be at the end when you realize how much of your time was wasted here for no good reason, I don't want to make it any longer by telling you now and showing you later. When this is over and you find my client not guilty, you can express you anger to the DA's office if you wish. Thank you."

The Judge said, "Thank you for your opening statements. Mr. Morales, call your first witness."

Over the next two hours I watched as Mr. Morales questioned two witnesses and Mr. Anderson made their answers look untrustworthy. After Mr. Anderson was done with the second witness it was about eleven thirty and the Judge called lunch telling everyone to be back by one o'clock.

The five of us went into a conference room to talk. Mr. Anderson said, "Ok, now is the time to ask any questions you have about the case so far. Once we leave here, no talking about the case, we are going to relax and have a nice lunch."

While everyone talked and asked questions, I was lost in thought. I came out of it when Mr. Walton was shaking his hand in front of my face, "Earth to Brian, come in Brian."

I shook my head, "Sorry, I didn't hear what you said."

Everyone laughed and Mr. Anderson asked, "What's going on inside your head?"

"Well, I am just so confused."

"Remember Brian, that is why you are here. Ask questions, what are you confused about?"

I don't understand how the police missed what was so obvious on the tape."

"What did you see?"

"The policeman said that the tape shows how Jamie was the lookout for the gang, but that makes no sense."

Jamie looked at me, "Why do you say that Brian?"

"Well, if you were the lookout you sucked at it. The video shows you walking down the alley looking at your phone. I mean you never look up. I guess that makes sense since you walk down that alley three times a week. In the video you are looking at your phone and actually step to the left to miss a hole in the ground. How would you know about the hole unless you had been down that alley like a hundred times?"

Mr. Anderson opens his briefcase and pulls out his iPad. He loads up the video and hits play. Sure enough Jamie never looks up to see the hole. "Jamie, how did you know about the hole?"

"Sometimes when I am watching one of the gamers I like on my phone, I don't see what's around me. About six months ago or so, I was lost in my phone and stepped in the hole. I fell, peeling the skin off my knees and shins and I also broke my phone. Let me tell you, I learned from that and stepped around the hole from then on. I had to mow a bunch of lawns over the summer to buy a new phone."

Mrs. Walton said, "When he got home, we had to run him to the emergency room to get some of the rocks out of his skin."

Mr. Anderson smiled, "Brian, I am so proud of you. I have been looking at that video for months now and never noticed it."

I can't deny feeling a real sense of gratification having Mr. Anderson be proud of me. I have only known him a day, but his opinion of me matters a lot. Also knowing that I saw something that no one else noticed.

"Will that help Jamie?"

"I am afraid not. They will just argue that he knew about it because he was casing the place. They will also argue that he was not really looking at his phone." Then he looked at me with a serious expression, "Don't let that discourage you Brian. Keep paying attention and let me know if you see anything else. The only question I have for you, is why didn't you write it down as soon as you saw it? It is hard to go back after things once the witness has been dismissed. If you see something else, write it down so I can get it right away.

"I am sorry, I will do better next time."

Jamie put his hand around my shoulders, "Thanks Brian. You don't know how much it has helped me have you there with me."

We went to the deli around the corner for lunch and talked about anything but the case. It was really nice to spend time with them and we enjoyed each other's company. We were back in the courtroom and promptly at one o'clock the Judge called the court back to order. The Jury was brough back in and Mr. Morales called his next witness.

"We would like to call Detective Brice Holiday to the stand."

A serious looking man stood and walked to the witness box. The Bailiff swore him in, and he took the stand. Mr. Morales asked him all about the investigation and how he found Jamie to be part of it. He went into all the evidence and how it was collected. It took almost two hours and I could tell the Jury was almost as bored as I was. When Mr. Morales was finished it was Mr. Andersons turn.

"Detective, I only have a few more questions for you. You told us all about your investigation, and all of the evidence you collected, in fact, you went into great detail about it. The only issue I am having, and maybe I missed something in all that technical jargon you were using, but if I am correct the only thing you have proving that my client was involved was the testimony of another young man that you actually caught in the store. Is that correct?"

"Yes, I was told by the other boy that James was involved. However, we also have the video showing James being the lookout for the gang inside."

"Yes, the video of course." Mr. Anderson picked up the remote control off of the prosecutions table and hit play. "You are referring to this video?"

"Yes, that is the one."

"You know, it was pointed out to me today, that if James is the lookout, he sucks at it. If you look closely, you will see that he never looks up from his phone the whole time he is in camera range."

I was kind of excited that he used what I told him.

"We believe that he did that on purpose so that it would look like he was not involved."

"That makes sense. During your investigation, you said that the other boy in this case, the one that was caught inside, told you who planned out this robbery, right?"

"Yes, we were told that James was the ringleader and planned out the whole thing."

"Are you aware that my client lives over ten miles away from the crime scene?"

"Yes, I am aware."

"I am just having a hard time understanding why my client, the 'ringleader' as you called him would plan something so far from his home."

"He claimed to have a job in that area. We canvassed the area and could not find anyone that said he worked there. Your client refused to tell us where he worked, so he was lying about why he was in the area."

"Any idea why my client would refuse to tell you where he worked?"

"None at all."

"Would you like to know?"

"Objection Your Honor, this is hearsay. This would only be relevant if the plaintiff were on the stand," said Mr. Morales.

"Before the Judge could say a word, Mr. Anderson says, "He is right Your Honor, I withdraw the question.

"Detective, did you ever say to my client that you would be questioning the people who would lie about employing my client and then arrest them as well?"

"Sure. I of course, would question anyone who claimed to be his employer and I would arrest them if they lied about it."

"Of course you would. When you pulled up my client's criminal record, how many times has my client been convicted of a crime?"

"None that we could find."

"Ok, how many times has my client been arrested, or been a person of interest in a crime?"

"Again, none that we could find."

"But you arrested him based on the word of a boy that you actually caught red handed?"

"Yes, it all fit what we were able to find."

"Interesting. How about the criminal record of the boy that you caught?"

"He has a long history of arrest for robberies and assaults."

"Ok, let's get back to your search for where my client worked. During what hours were you searching for his place of employment?"

"I am not exactly sure, if I were to guess I would say between the hours of nine am and three pm when most business are open."

"Would you be interested in knowing that my client's place of business does not open until five pm and is only open until six pm."

The Detective laughed, "There are no business in that area that are only open for an hour a day."

"Are you aware that there is a soup kitchen in the church on twenty sixth street that is open every day from five to six?"

"Yeah, but what does that have to do with him?" Pointing at Jamie.

"My client works at the soup kitchen at least three days a week while school is in session, and sometime as much as seven days a week during the summer and on holidays."

You could see the color run out of the Detectives face. It took everything I had to keep a straight face and not laugh. The Jury, however, did not keep a straight face.

"That can't be true, why would he not just tell us this?"

"Could it be because he is selfless, and would rather face this Judge and Jury rather than allow you to harass the people he cares about? After all, you did tell a scared fifteen-year-old boy that you would call anyone who claimed that he was working for them liars and arrest them."

"It was just to scare him into not bringing others into his mess. If he would have told me the truth, I would have tried to figure out how he planned this whole thing differently. I still believe that he did this."

"And that is the reason we are all here." Mr. Anderson's voice got harder and you could tell he was mad, "Because you are lazy and decided my client was guilty based on a video of a boy walking down an alley, and the testimony of a known criminal that would do anything to reduce the time he will spend in prison."

"I object Your Honor. Mr. Anderson is stating facts not in evidence and badgering the witness."

"Sustained, watch it counselor. Members of the jury should disregard the last statement."

After giving the Detective a very nasty look, "No further questions for this witness."

The next witness up was the boy who was caught in the store. I could tell from the moment he opened his mouth that he was lying, and from the looks of it, so could the Jury. By the time Mr. Anderson was done with him there was no doubt in anyone's mind that this kid had no idea who Jamie was before the robbery. Mr. Anderson found out that the only reason the boy knew his name is because he overheard one of the other Police Officers talking about the boy they picked up, and they even said his name.

Every member of the Jury looked disgusted and that did not go unnoticed by Mr. Morales. The Judge asked, "Any more witnesses Mr. Morales?"

"No Your Honor, the plaintiff rests. However, we would like at this time to inform the court that we will be making a motion to dismiss this case."

"I am going to grant that motion and I will be talking to you and the Sheriff about how this case was handled."

Looking in our direction, "As for you, Mr. James Walton Jr, you are free to go with the apologies of this court. It is obvious to anyone who is not looking to cover their butts," giving a dirty look to Mr. Morales and the Detective, "That you are an outstanding young man. Good luck to you; I think you have a bright future. Now, as for young Mr. Burke, have you learned anything here today."

I stood, "Yes, Your Honor, I have learned a lot. I have learned that as long as you have a good lawyer that you can beat a trumped-up charge."

Mr. Anderson said, "Brian, you apologize right now."

The Judge help up his hand, "It saddens me that is what you are taking away with you today. The law is so much more than the injustice you witness today. I sit up on this bench and I see some of the worst that humanity has to offer. Sometime I don't even want to get out of bed in the morning, knowing what I will face in my courtroom. Then I remind myself that it is only a small part of what I do. Would you mind if I told you what last Friday was like for me?"

I was confused why he would ask. I was also a bit angry. When the Judge asked me the first question I was mad and now I am not sure what to feel. "Umm sure, I guess so."

"I heard three cases Friday morning. All three were adoption cases. These cases involved five children between them. The youngest of the children was five and the oldest was fourteen. Here is what makes the other days' worth it. It is hard to place a foster child over the age of five as it is, but to have five of these older children find forever homes gives me the most amazing feeling. Mr. Morales made some major mistakes on this case, but it was these two amazing lawyers that helped me get that feeling. They worked together to help those children find the loving parents they needed and become a family."

I was not sure what to say, all I could do is look at the two men that had been at each other all day with surprise. The Judge went on, "The law is not perfect, and god knows it sure makes mistakes, but we all work hard to make sure that justice is served."

He looked at the Jury, "These fourteen people right here took time out of their busy schedule to make sure that our form of justice is controlled by the people. None of these people walked in here today with any skin in the game. They could only be swayed be the facts as they were presented. With that said, I want to thank you all for your time, you are dismissed. Court is adjourned." He hit the desk with the hammer, and everyone stood.

The Judge came around the bench and right up to me. I lowered my head and said, "I am sorry for the way I talked to you, Sir."

"Did you hear what my Bailiff said first thing this morning?"

"He said a lot of stuff."

"He said, "Speak and you shall be heard." I believe in that, there is a time and place for it, but I want to hear what you have to say. You are the future, and you have to ask questions and feel free to speak and be heard."

The Judge sat and spoke to Jamie, me, and Jamie's parents for about ten minutes while Mr. Anderson and Mr. Morales went over some other cases. I liked the Judge, and he did listen and answer any questions we had. It was almost five when we finally got to the car and headed back to the Palmers place.

By the time I got my clothes off, with the help of the little motor mouths, my clothes put in our room, and got to the table, dinner was served. Mrs. Palmer is an incredible cook, and I was stuffed when we finally got up.

We watched a movie, and when it was over, Mr. Palmer held out his hand to me, "Come on Brian, it is my turn to help you get cleaned up."

We went into the master bath where he had a cunt cleaning table set up. I got on and he cleaned out my cunt while we talked about this and that. "Brian, would it be ok if I spent some time with you tonight?"

"Sure, but you don't have to ask."

"Since you have been a Crossman, has anyone had sex with you without asking?"

I thought about that for a second, "I guess not, I mean no one has forced me to do it."

"Of course not. I would be really angry if I found out that someone made my kids have sex. Sex is wonderful, but forced sex is rape, and that is never ok."

We got into the shower and we washed each other. When we were finished I dropped to my knees and started licking his balls and loving the flavor. Even though they were just washed, I could still taste his flavor. After a while doing that, I started on his cock. I licked the shaft all over and then went at the ridges of the head, ending up with my tongue in his pee hole. His pre was yummy and when I had enough, I swallowed it and then his whole cock. It felt good in my throat, rubbing back and forth.

He pushed me off his cock and once we were dry he guided me to the bed. I got into the mounting position feeling the coolness of the lube as he pushed some into my cunt and rubbed some around the outside. I felt his cock head against my cunt, grabbed a pillow, and screamed as he entered me. It only hurt for a minute before I felt that wonderful feeling of being full. He went slow till he was buried all the way in and then started going in and out slowly. It was driving me crazy, I wanted him to do it hard. I needed to feel the tingles, then it happened. The tingles were starting even at this slow speed.

He just stayed at a steady pace and before I knew it, I was screaming into the pillow again as my orgasm took over. He stopped until I was past it and repositioned me, so I was lying flat on my stomach. Then he started the slow speed again. I admit it was nice, and shortly after he started, the tingles began again. You would think that the second orgasm would not be as strong, but it was even stronger. Again, I screamed into the pillow as my second orgasm took me over.

Again he stopped and waited for me to recover. I realized that he still hadn't cum yet. Once he felt that I was ready, he started again. It started out slow but gained speed as the tingles began. I was not sure how much more I could take. I was so tired, but here were the tingles again. I was moaning as he was pounding into me. My orgasm was starting as I felt him filling me up, this time we both made a lot of noise.

He collapsed on top of me, which made it a little hard to breathe, but I didn't mind. That's when I felt movement on the bed. I forced my eyes open to see a smiling Cameron laying on the bed staring at me. As soon as he opened his mouth to speak, I could smell the unmistakable odor of fresh cum on his breath.

"How was it Brian? I have to wait two and a half years before I can get mounted. Did it feel good?"

I could not help but laugh at all the questions he was asking, too fast for me to answer. Mr. Palmer pulled out of me with a pop and I watched Cameron give him the cunt plug that he pushed in me. I was just about to turn over to clean Mr. Palmers cock, but Cameron beat me to it.

I left them alone and walked across to where we were sleeping and collapsed on the bed. The next thing I knew, Mr. Anderson was waking me up. "Come on sleepy head, it is time to head for home.
