Chapter 13

Rebecca Forester woke with a tremendous headache. She rolled over to find her husband propped up on one elbow grinning at her.

"How long have I been asleep?"

"Couple of hours," Dennis said, still grinning at her. "What time is it?" she asked, throwing her arm over her eyes. "8:00. Relax. I already called the school and told them you'd be in late. I figured you deserved to sleep in after last night." "Last night? What was last night? What time is it? Oh, my head hurts. Where is my nightdress? Dennis?" Rebecca looked up and noticed her husband was already dressed and on his way out.

"Gotta go. I'll be home early. Have a good day at work, cocksucker," Dennis laughed and winked at her. He fit his policeman's cap on his head and whistled his way out the door.

"Did he just say what I thought he said?" Rebecca asked herself. "Of course not," was her reply.

Rebecca groaned and sat upright in bed. She made her way to the bathroom and took a hot shower. As she lathered up she tried to recall the last 18 hours and found she couldn't piece anything together. Of course, she finally reasoned. Leah and Kallie. They must have slipped something in that drink. Some kind of date-rape drug. They have seriously crossed the line this time, Rebecca said, scrubbing vigorously. Just wait til I get my hands on them.

Rebecca pulled on a simple yellow dress and belt and stormed out of her house. She was so angry she forgot to wake the kids, feed the dog or even put on a bra.
