My Philosophy
In addition to being
a published author and a writer of perverted fiction, I
am also a theologist, priest, philiosopher and general all 'round thinking
sort of guy. I tend to believe that we all are
selling, all the time. The reason I write is that I have certain interests
and from these interests come stories. My stories are either fantasies or fictionalized accounts
of events that actually occurred. So why write them down?
Well,
when I write mainstream fiction, I want to get paid.
Being an author isn't the worst job in the world, to
say the least. If you're good, the money can be quite
good and the lifestyle isn't bad either. Not to mention, telling stories is a
deep passion of mine. But when it comes to writing stories of a more
deviant nature, there are decidedly different reasons for doing so.
First, it's stimulating. You read
them to get off. I write them to get off. Simple, easy and clean.
We're looking to explore our needs and desires in a way that really
speaks to us and explores our fantasies, our wants and passions. I
think this explains the vast amount of romance fiction on the market
today - many women and probably more than a few men want to read
stories of passion and romance. But what about those of us with a
more twisted bent? I have
yet to see Harlequin or Tor Romance release a collection
of twisted tales and to be honest, if they did I'm
confident that they'd be dull, predictable and boring. So we reach
out and seek out stories that speak to our fetish. A special thanks to
Alt.Sex.Stories and Literotica for putting, without censorship, some of the world's best erotic and
perverted fiction into the hands of readers across the globe.
Secondly, I write these stories
because I want better fiction. Here's an interesting fact: sexual
stimulation changes your brain's chemistry. Being horny can put you
into a highly suggestible state that essentially a form of hypnosis
(did I mention I'm a certified hypnotherapist?). But reading a
ton of tripe doesn't stimulate your mind. If anything, it can knock
you out of your "head space", that special mind-set that you get
when you're particularly horny and want to allow it to just escalate
up and up and up. So I wanted to create fiction that provoked
something different, an beautiful assault on all your senses by way
of reading. In my stories, I focus on intense sexual action to be
sure, but I also try to engage all of your sense, describing tastes,
smells, feelings, sounds and sensation in a way as to make them more
real. Sometimes, there's a small amount of stubble in even
the best shaven armpit and it creates a sensation that
heightens the experience as a tongue trails along that specific area
of the body. A slight tanginess of sweat or a musky
crotch are all far more real than the perfectly polished Playboy looking and sounding
models that so frequently grace erotic fiction. Face it, we're imperfect creatures and it's
in our imperfections that we find our most erotic moments.
Third, I do this to get your
attention and your feedback. I'm sure that
the vast majority of people will read these stories and
these comments and simply move onto the next page, but some
of you will feel moved, touched and connected to what I write
