It's autumn here already and Nikki is going back to school again and me to work. Her classes are getting more difficult but she likes different subjects they learn about and her favorite are science labs.

The last time I wrote I said we were going to see Nikki's grandparents. We went there for two days and one night. The best part was when we went to buy a cheese at one farm and they showed us how they make cheeses. It was very interesting. We also went kayaking one day but it was cold that day and I thought we were going to get sick.

Else came here one day with Nikki to see her sculptures and then they went out together. I feel so old now when she goes out by herself. She invited Else to come and watch her play soccer too. Monika thinks it's great for them to be close. I've seen Monika a few times since we returned from the trip and she is still curious about Nikki. She is also supportive and understanding. I like her a lot.

There is nothing else to mention because the summer is over and we are busy again with our everyday tasks. Weekends are the only fun time I look forward to.
