I called Ella for her birthday. We spoke on the telephone about her school and my work and some friends we know. She was going to Hong Kong for the New Year but I think she's back by now. She asked me about Nikki too but otherwise we didn't talk much about her. I asked her if she wanted to come around and she said she might one day when she returns from Hong Kong. I hope to see her soon.
