Short Biography for Caroline Covington

I'm a happily married 50-year-old woman and mother to two wonderful teenagers. I had an uneventful yet happy childhood, receiving plenty of love from an extended family. I've travelled or lived in Asia, the Middle East, the south Pacific, Europe, and North America. An example of the movies that I like are Bitter Moon; Farewell My Concubine; The Cook, The Thief, His Wife, Her Lover; and Barry Lyndon. Recent books that I've read and enjoyed include The Unbearable Lightness of Being (Milan Kundera), Oryx and Crake (Margaret Atwood), and American Rhapsody (Joe Eszterhas). I am also an amateur sport enthusiast.

I started writing my stories several years ago and find the exercise exhilarating. My fetishes are rather mundane: fine clothes (particularly lingerie and shoes), food (especially chocolate), nude beaches, and being photographed in various stages of undress. I've managed to write about these topics in my few stories, so the experience has been cathartic for me.

I work in a small world dominated by men, so I will not state my field of study. Perhaps I'm overly paranoid, but I'm zealous about my privacy and image in the scientific community. I'm not famous; indeed, as a researcher I'm a mediocrity. But it's my livelihood and a part of my life that I must protect. My little hobby of erotic story writing would not help with my standing in the work place, if I may indulge in understatement.

I love to receive your feedback, but please note that I have no desire to start an affair, real or electronic. My stories are not an elaborate personals ad. I respond to all feedback, positive or negative, flirtatious or serious; tasteless rude messages I ignore. If I haven't responded to your email, it is because either you've given me an incorrect address or your server doesn't like mine for some reason.

The background pic is a little bit of titillation: a mild form of exhibitionism on my part. I have toyed with the idea of posting more revealing photos, but I lack the courage.

Hopefully, my stories are far more interesting than this bio.
