As I saw you speaking about Chelsea Clinton, I suddenly
had this thought:

Have you ever heard about Genetics?
I won't make a "treaty" about it here, but the
"First Law of Mendell" explain that all of our 
characteristics (the "fenotype") are determined by our
genes ("genotype").....and we inherit our genes from our
parents. (I don't think any of you are illiterate enough to 
ignore this, but just in case... :-)

So, a characteristic is determined by a pair of genes...one
inherited from our father, and one from our mother.
There are genes that are "stronger" than others, so the charact-
eristic shown to the outworld is the one determined by the "stronger
gene". For instance, dark eyes are "stronger" than blue eyes (that's
why most of you folks have dark eyes). 
The "blue eyes" characteristic can only appear if you have both of
your "color eye genes" a "blue" instruction.

Let's say blue eyes gene is "a", and brown eyes is "A"....
As both Bill and Hillary have blue eyes, they are both "aa".
Chelsea, their daughter, MUST have blue eyes, because she inherit
one "a" gene from each of her parents....
As Mendell would say
aa x aa = aa (always)
But we can see clearly that Chelsea has dark eyes (maybe they aren't
"black", but they are surely darker than Bill's and Hillary's)....

So, we come to the conclusion that she can't be Bill's and Hillary's
daughter. !
There is a small possibility (1 per 1,000,000) that Chelsea is a
mutant, but it is much more probably (as she is the daughter of a 
crazy couple where "Geniffer Flowers" and marijuana are daily
happennings) that she is no more than a BASTARD!!!!!!! :-))))
