Then me and my mom can move in with Lisa and you and you can introduce me to Allison and we'll all live happily ever after."

"You remember that there's a big scary, dragon that's gonna come after me, right?"

He looked surprised because he must have forgotten all about that.

"Yeah… what are we gonna do about that? You can't not kill it cuz it won't leave you alone and if you do kill it… then…" he said and started to tear up.

"Well then let's think of something else to do. I've been thinking about trying something else forever and the best I could come up with was trapping it somewhere. Then it might starve and hopefully will just die on its own and I'll stay alive.

"That is a brilliant idea! I played a PS2 game one time where you had to battle this one boss battle against a dragon thing and it was invincible so you had to trap it and then it got really mad and used his powers but that made him blow himself up so I guess it's kinda like that."

"… wait, what was that part about the… huh?" I asked with a blank expression.

"Umm… well never mind. That's just a really good idea!"

"How are we gonna trap him? Every time he gets stronger and my powers probably aren't going to work on him at all again this time."

"How about you… um… get naked and distract him with your sexiness and lead him into a cave," Alex said and giggled.

"I get the distinct feeling he doesn't like me, especially that way.."

We sat there and thought for a while and made up some more dumb ideas like letting a bunch of CNN reporters interview the dragon so he's stuck doing that forever. Then Alex thought of something apparently from one of his video games that was actually helpful.

"I've got it! If the government people be nice to you then we can ask them for a whole bunch of liquid nitrogen. It's a really cold liquid that freezes everything it touches instantly. It's like the coldest stuff we can make next to liquid helium. If you can open a huge container with your powers and dump it on the dragon then we've got one big dragonsicle."

"You're a bit of a science nut aren't you?" I laughed.

"Yeah, I'm kinda a nerd."

"A cute nerd! Well wow, that stuff sounds cool. It's just like some of the super rare, expensive magic potions we had back in my time."

"Whoa, so that stuff was real too? Awesome! I wish I lived back then!

I'd have been a famous wizard!"

"Naw, you probably wouldn't have. It's not like you can just decide to be one. You had to be some special person with certain parents and enough money and all that dumb stuff."

"Hey, this is my fantasy, who invited you?" he giggled.

"Okay so we're gonna go on TV then hide then come back when the government agrees to be nice and ask them for liquid nitrogen?"

"Yup, that sounds like a decent plan to me."

"Well okay then, let's go," I said and looked around to make sure I didn't leave anything in the room. We stuck a few snacks in our pockets and I made sure I had all my money then we grabbed the key cards and left.

As soon as we were in the hallway I asked, "So, you think anyone will recognize us?"

"Definitely. All people do is watch TV in hotels. Well, mostly in crappier ones than this actually where there's nothing to do but that. But they still do it a lot. Not to mention everyone walking around outside that watched TV last night. That cut on your head pretty much gives you away."

"What should we do when people recognize me?"

"Umm… I guess you could remind them that you're really dangerous and they're not supposed to try and apprehend you. They'll probably just run away and call 911 and hope you didn't give them some crazy virus though."

"Ooh and it doesn't matter if I show off my powers too! I should totally mess with people! I love doing that!"

"We don't want the police or anyone catching us before we can get there so we should probably just get out and get there as fast as possible."

"Okay, you're right. Geeze, I'm glad I met someone so smart!"

He smiled and we both walked quickly down the hallway to the elevator. Someone came from another hallway and jumped in the elevator with us so I quickly got near the front so he couldn't see my face. He didn't say anything as we rode down. When we got to the ground floor I was really nervous because there were so many people in the lobby. Most looked busy but some were just standing around. Alex saw how nervous I was so he walked straight to the counter and I followed him.

"We're checking out," he told the person. Too bad it wasn't the red headed lady.

The man there took the key card and typed on the computer then asked about our stay.

"It was faaaaantastic," Alex said happily and I smiled.

"Alright, hope to see you again," the guy said and when we turned around I froze. Almost everyone was pointing at me and a bunch of people were pulling out their cell phones.

"Oh no, they're calling the police!" Alex said.

"Let's get out of here. They can't catch us in the air," I said then made a quick decision and softly knocked everyone in the lobby over at once with my powers. Then we ran out the main doors.

Coming out of the doors running attracted a bunch of attention from the people immediately around them. Some of them gasped and instantly recognized me. They had ran my story nonstop on all the major news channels and even interrupted regular channels to announce something about how the government is looking for me so pretty much everyone with a TV knew about me. Apparently they all had pretty good memories too because as soon as one lady screamed and pointed, everyone looked and dozens of people whispered to each other and pulled out their cell phones.

"I hate cell phones," I said and quickly used my powers to pull every one I could see from people's hands and set them up on the hotel's overhang.

Many people screamed so I grabbed Alex and took off straight up.

Alex gasped and held tight to me and closed his eyes. When he realized we weren't moving, he opened his eyes. He looked down and whimpered and held even tighter.

"Don't worry, I won't let you fall. Now which way is it to the CNN place?"

Alex cautiously looked down again. We were probably over a thousand feet [300 m] up.

"Umm… it's that way," he said and pointed then quickly held onto me with both arms tightly again.

I took off pretty slow but apparently too fast for Alex. I watched his frightened expression as we cruised along.

"How come there's no wind?" he asked.

"I push the air forward as I fly so I don't get bugs or ducks in my eyes."

"Oh… okay, see that huge building up there with the satellite dishes?"

I didn't know what a satellite dish was but I flew towards the building he was looking at. When we were floating directly above it, I looked down and tried to find where I should enter the place.

"Where do you think we should go in?"

"The front doors I guess. And please don't go down too fast."

"You're afraid of heights, aren't you?"

"Yeah, seems like it," he said and squeezed his arms even tighter around me.

"You know, I'm holding you up with my powers so you don't gotta hold me that tight," I laughed as I slowly started descending.

There were a couple people walking up to the front doors and I landed right in front of them. Alex seemed very relieved to be back on solid ground again.

"Oh my God!" one of them screamed and they all stepped back.

"Hey, do you guys work here?" I asked.

"You're that kid from all the stories," one of them said.

"Yup, that's me, Drake Sawyer. I've got telekinesis and that's why they're after me. No viruses or radioactivity or whatever so don't worry. Anyway, where should I go to be interviewed about it cuz I wanna show everyone I'm not dangerous."

"Ummm… ask at the front desk," one of the cautiously said and they all kept staring at me.

"Aww, screw the front desk, we're in a hurry. Let's just go in fast and run around until we find the room where they shoot the news," I suggested and we turned around and ran in.

There was someone at the front desk with their head down and we ignored her and ran to the right and through the door. We heard the lady yell at us but we ignored it.

We ran down a long hallway with a bunch of doors and quickly read all the signs we could see. When we finally came upon a map of the building on the wall, we quickly studied it and found the "broadcast room" and saw it was down one more hallway. We quickly ran that way and there was a security guard outside the door. I quickly knocked him over then remembered what Alex said about not being scary. I slowly opened the door and walked in calmly.

I would have fit in better if I had ran in frantically though because everyone else was running around like that inside the room. Alex and I walked in slowly and closed the door and watched the scene.

"Are we ready to go to the live feed from the field?"

"No, they're not on site yet!"

"Dammit! Are any other news crews there?"

"HQ says they're ready to go to us in sixty."

"Shit! What are we going to do without being able to go to the field?!"

Alex and I just stood back and watched everyone yell at each other and run around frantically. "They look kinda busy, huh?" I whispered.

"Yeah, they must be freaking out over you using your powers back at the hotel."

A guy walked right past us swiftly as he yelled into a cell phone, "How far away are you?! It's the biggest story in history and it's right down the goddam street! Get out and run if you have to! We're going live in sixty seconds. Find someone who saw it and start asking them shit fast!"

Alex slowly walked up to the guy with a headset who was asking what they were going to do for a filler while the person in the field got ready and tugged on his shirt.

"Not now, I'm busy," he said and pushed Alex aside.

Obviously that got me quite angry so I ran over and jumped up with my powers and slammed the guy in the head with a hard punch. I used a bit of my powers for an extra oomph so I easily sent him sailing across the room. That got everyone's attention since I found out later he was the producer or something like that.

"Whoa, whoa, wait a second. You're that kid!" one of the camera operators said.

"Yeah, my name's Drake Sawyer. If it wouldn't be too much trouble, I'd like for someone to interview me so I can tell people the real truth about me."

Everyone just stared at me so I nervously added, "I can do this. It's really neat. It'd look cool on TV."

I floated up and lifted up some stuff around me then set it back down and let myself down too. The guy who I punched and threw across the room got up and yelled, "Thirty seconds, people."

I was surprised he wasn't mad at me but I was more surprised when everyone ran around like crazy again. I saw a bunch of people rush towards me yelling stuff and I was a bit stunned. They were all asking me stuff and telling me stuff and I just stared at them. There were people doing the same to Alex and when the producer guy started counting down, everyone moved the whole commotion to another room that was next to the broadcasting room. It looked like some sort of dressing room area or something.

Finally they got organized enough to sit Alex and I down together and ask us questions one at a time.

"You're Drake Sawyer. Who's this that you're with?" a lady frantically asked me. "This is my friend Alex. He doesn't have any special powers, I just met him and he's cool."

"Why did you come here?"

"Cuz the mean government is trying to catch me so they can hurt me some more! And I wanna tell everyone about it so they gotta leave me alone!"

"What exactly are your powers."

"Just telekinesis. I can move just about anything with my mind."

"How did you get the powers?"

"That's a long story. If I tell it all, I'd like it to be on TV so I don't gotta tell it again on TV later, you know?"

"So you don't mind being interviewed live on TV then?"

"That's what we came here for!" I exclaimed.

"You guys seem like you're in a big hurry cuz they're gonna like… go to you here or whatever. It would be awesome if you could just like interview us now before the government comes," Alex said.

"We're working on that right now, alright?" someone said and then motioned for some people to come with him as he ran out the door.

"Okay, the rules are absolutely no swearing, no nudity, no profane gestures, and no saying anything bad about Pepsi, Johnson and Johnson, or any of our other sponsors. Answer in concise, as short as possible answers and only answer what the reporter asks you."

"Okay, I'll be good. Oh and it was me that did that stuff at the hotel that I think you guys were all yelling about."

"Well, I guess we don't need to go to our field reporters when we have the real thing here in the studio."

I smiled because what she said made me feel so important and stuff.

"Okay, they're already on and they're just stalling while we set up the interview. Let's get makeup in here, people."

"I'm a boy," I giggled.

"Boys wear makeup on TV too, hun," she said and tried to get everyone to clear out as she yelled orders to them.

"Tony, go get graphics to set us up with something about this. Jim, make sure the writers are working on questions to ask and get them to the teleprompter."

"How do you guys get stuff done around here when you just run around like crazy people and yell at each other?" I asked.

"We have a system," she said and gave me a little smile.

A bunch of people with bags of stuff ran in and started hurriedly putting things on my face and giving me instructions. I looked over and watched them work on Alex. When there was a little pause in the makeup onslaught we looked at each other and I giggled and asked, "Do I look pretty now?"

He just about fell out of his chair laughing when I batted my eyelashes at him.

"Hold still," the lady said as she rubbed something all over my cheeks.

Before I knew it they were done and I looked in the mirror.

"Whoa! Now I know why girls wear this stuff," I said and admired my wonderful face. "Geeze, Alex, you look great too! So, are you ready to be on TV?"

"Oh my gosh! I'm so nervous!"

"Don't be. You look great and you always know just what to say. I'm the one who should be nervous. Make sure I don't say anything dumb, okay?"

The lady who was sort of directing things before ran back in and told us to follow her. We ran back down to the broadcast room and heard the news guy already talking to the camera. I also saw in the back of the room what it actually looked like on TV with all the subtitles and stuff.

Alex was already looking out for me like I wanted him to. He whispered to the lady, "Make sure you got cameras set up outside cuz it probably won't take long for the government or the military to get here and they'll definitely chase us and we're definitely out of here when that happens. Hopefully you'll film all the mean stuff they do to try and catch us."

"Awesome, thanks for the tip. We'll try not to let them in when they get here. Okay, the camera can't see that side yet but we'll go to another angle when he turns."

Two guys in black clothes ran in with two chairs and set them down behind the giant desk/counter thing on the far right.

"Okay, go sit in those and remember what I told you and answer whatever he asks you."

We ran up and a bunch of cameras focused on us to get ready when they went to us. The newscaster guy was still talking and wasn't distracted by us running in quickly like that. He sure was good at his job!

"There's been a shocking new development in the Drake Sawyer story. Apparently someone matching his description was spotted just minutes ago across town from our studios and the eye witness stories are amazing. They say he waved his hands and knocked over all the people inside a hotel then ran outside and when dozens of people tried to call 911 to report seeing him, he somehow pulled all the phones out of their hands and sent them flying onto the overhand covering the entrance. Then he grabbed a boy he was apparently traveling with and flew up into the air with him. This is no science fiction movie shoot, ladies and gentlemen. This actually happened. It's becoming increasingly obvious why the government would be after Drake. And if that wasn't shocking enough, we were surprised by a special visitor to our studio just minutes ago. Here to explain himself is… Drake Sawyer and his friend. Welcome to the show, young man."

The red light went out on one camera and on on another that was pointed at me and Alex. I was really scared and as I shook the guy's hand. I looked at the camera and asked, "Are we really on TV right now?"

"That's right, you sure are."

"Wow, cool! Hey, I think I've seen you on TV before too!" I exclaimed, completely forgetting everything the lady had told me about what to do.

Alex elbowed me in the ribs and said, "Draaaake."

I sat back and waited for him to ask me questions like I was supposed to.

"Well, where do I begin?" he asked and read off a screen of scrolling text under the camera. "Umm… so, you're the famous Drake Sawyer we've been hearing about. Can you tell us a little bit about yourself?" "Well… umm… I'm thirteen years old and… oh wait, you already know that from the stuff the government people told you to say. Umm… well I should probably first tell you that I've got telekinesis."

"For those of you watching at home, telekinesis is the ability to move objects with your mind. No human has ever been able to actually prove that they can do it before today. You are human, correct?"

"Yeah of course," I laughed. "If I was an alien, I'd be green. Don't you watch TV?"

The man smiled then asked me, "Would you like to demonstrate your powers for us?"

"Okay," I said and lifted up the chair he was sitting in.

"Whoa… whoa!" he said and I quickly set him back down. "Okay, wow… trust me, this isn't TV magic, people. That actually just happened. Wow."

"Sorry," I apologized because that really threw him off and he frantically tried to read what was on the screen of scrolling text.

"Now this may seem obvious but why is the government looking for you?"

"Oh my gosh, that's what I came here to talk about!" I looked right into the camera like I was talking directly to everyone watching. "They're gonna be here any minute and if they don't try to kill me, they're at least going to catch me and knock me out with their weird needles and stuff and tie me down and do experiments on me. It's terrible! I finally escaped when they tried to get me to stand under this weird machine that I was pretty sure was going to kill me. My new friend Alex here told me it doesn't hurt people but still, I had to get away from them! They were being all suspicious of me and they kept finding sneaky ways to give me medicine that made me go to sleep or act all funny. The last time they gave me some weird stuff in some juice, it made me all drunk or something and I smashed up the whole room I was in cuz I didn't know what I was doing."

The guy interrupted me and asked, "Whoa, slow down there. Could you maybe start at the beginning and tell us how this all started?"

"Umm… well I dunno if we have time for the whole story but they found me and brought me to a hospital. Then they found out I had powers and made me sleep and brought me to a military hospital instead. They ran all kinds of weird tests and they put a thing on my ankle that hurt so bad I thought I was gonna die. I didn't know what was going on. I dunno why they'd do such mean stuff to a little kid like me! Yesterday I ran away while they were testing me some more and hung out with Alex and now we're here."

"Okay. Now when you say the government found you, what exactly do you mean? When did you develop these powers and did your parents know about it and what are they doing now?"

"Oh, my parents died a long, long time ago. Over six hundred years ago."

"And yet you say you're only thirteen? How is that possible?"

"Well I guess technically I'm older. I was born in England in 1411. I was dead up until very recently. About every hundred years or so I wake up and I never age so it's kinda hard to measure my age. I've only been alive for like fourteen, maybe fifteen years total I guess."

"Wow… that is definitely quite a story," the guy said and didn't know what to say.

"It's true. I killed a dragon sort of by accident and he had a curse on him that kills whoever killed him. But he also had an enchantment that made me never age and gave me telekinesis. And then after about a hundred years, I woke up and he did soon after and we have had a rematch. I guess it's a way for him to protect himself. I kill him every time but then I just die instantly and it starts all over again. And I tried to tell the government people that but all they want to do is hurt me. I'm so scared! If they catch me, they're gonna kill me for sure this time!"

"I'm sure our government wouldn't do that."

"All they do is point guns at me and they said they'd shoot me if I did anything wrong or showed anyone my powers. Now I'm in so much trouble cuz I did! I never did anything at all to make them want to be mean to me but they still are. They stick needles in me when I don't want them to and keep giving me bad medicine and shocking me and spying on me and treating me like I'm always lying to them," I explained and started crying.

"Well no offense but you do look a bit roughed up. I find it pretty shocking though that the government wouldn't even take basic care of you and make sure you're comfortable with everything they do."

"It's true, they've got him really scared. They sort of treated him nice some of the time but that was only to bribe him into not using his powers to escape or hurt anyone while they studied him," Alex said.

"And you're Drake's friend, Alex, that he just met yesterday, correct?"

"Yeah and he's just an ordinary kid. He ran away with no money or food and was wandering around, not knowing what to do. I found him passed out in an alley, all beat up and he could hardly walk. We got something to eat together and then we went back to hang out at my apartment and he told me all about himself and what he can do and stuff. They told you guys to say he's really dangerous on TV but he's the nicest boy I ever met. He wouldn't hurt a fly. I can't believe the government is treating him this way. It's like some movie but it's really happening."

"I never did anything to them! I tried my best to do everything they asked so they wouldn't hurt me but they kept doing it," I cried.

I didn't mind that Alex was stretching the truth a tiny bit just for effect because we really needed everyone who was watching to be on our side.

"Well, I think some people at the Pentagon have some explaining to do. If this is true, this could possibly be the worst treatment of a juvenile prisoner in ever, especially considering you didn't commit any crime. Of course, on the other hand, certainly you can understand that nobody like you has ever been found before so they had no idea how dangerous you were. It's reasonable for them to take extra security precautions."

"That doesn't mean they have to treat him like a lab rat," Alex argued.

"I told them I wasn't going to hurt anyone. I promised! And they said they believed me but they still ran all those tests on me without even asking. They never told me what they were doing to me or why. I had lots of chances to escape or hurt someone but I didn't ever do it. They were still so mean to me anyways and treated me like a monster. For a long time I couldn't even remember who I was or anything and I was terrified of everything, especially all the crazy machines you've got now. I mean, that camera thing looks at me and somehow everyone in the world can see me. It's insane! And I didn't know they could put something on my ankle that would burn me all of a sudden for no reason. For all I know, that camera thing has some machine in it that could hurt me too. If I would have stayed with the government people any longer, I'm sure they would have put something in my drink or snuck up on me and stabbed me with a needle that makes me go to sleep or die and then they'd cut me open and not even think twice about it. They're horrible!"

"Well, I sure hope that isn't true."

"It is and that's why we came here," Alex explained. "We wanted everyone in America to know what's going on here instead of the government trying to keep everything a big secret so they can do whatever they want. I hope there's lawyers and doctors and stuff that hear this and are outraged by it as much as Drake is."

"I'm not mad, I'm just scared. They're gonna be here any minute, I know it. They… they're gonna shoot at me and do who knows what with their scary machines."

"Calm down, Drake. Everything's going to be alright. What would you say if we were able to get one of the people in charge of this whole operation to sit down and talk to us about it?"

"That would never happen. They're gonna try to cover it up. They want to get rid of me cuz they don't want anyone to know what I can do. They said something about using me in the military and finding out how to make soldiers be able to move stuff like I do."

I started to cry a little again as I whimpered, "I just wanna be left alone. I'd do whatever they wanted if they weren't so mean and stopped hurting me. I've always been able to hang out and do whatever and have fun in the past when I woke up before the dragon came. This time I gotta hide and run away and be scared all the time until the dragon comes and tries to kill me too. Maybe I should just let him kill me this time if people are going to be like this to me from now on."

Alex hugged me and said, "Don't say that, Drake. You know we've got a plan." He looked at the news guy and explained, "We thought this time we could get the government to help us. All we need is a whole bunch of liquid nitrogen so we can freeze the dragon and then keep him frozen forever so Drake doesn't have to die again."

"He gets stronger every time. The second time I fought him he almost killed me," I said and lifted up my shirt to show my scars.

"Whoa, those look bad. You're saying the dragon did that to you?"

"Yeah and like that wasn't enough to worry about, now I've got everyone in the world chasing after me and the government trying to catch me and torture me or kill me and I can't go anywhere and I dunno what to do."

"Well I think you came to the right place. Clearly there's some things that need to be worked out with the government. Here at CNN we're always digging deep to reveal the truth and watch over the government to make sure they're following all the rules. Oh and I think we might be able to clear some of that up right now because I've just received word that some representatives from the military have arrived here."

"That was fast," I quietly said, totally afraid now.

"Oh shoot, we gotta get out of here!" Alex screamed.

"No wait, don't leave. I'm sure we can work this all out…" the news guy started to say but then I heard loud yelling and the door to the studio burst open and tons of armed troops in black armor and clothes rushed in. They all surrounded me and pointed their guns at me and a bunch of them yelled, "Freeze! Get on the ground, now!"

I was scared to death and my immediate reaction was to put my head down and cover it with my hands but one of them grabbed me by the back of my shirt and violently threw me face down onto the counter. My nose started to bleed because I had bumped it pretty hard against the counter. I couldn't do anything about it though because they were holding my arms down against my back.

"Don't resist, move, or use your powers or we'll shoot!" a guy yelled at me.

"Stop! Don't hurt me! No! I'll do whatever you want!" I yelled but they all kept rushing in and wrestling around with me even though I wasn't doing anything to resist. One guy jumped up on the counter and put his knee down hard on my back. It hurt really bad and I cringed in pain.

"Stoppit, you're hurting me!" I yelled.

I saw out of the corner of my eye a soldier was getting out a needle just like the other ones they put me to sleep with before. I quickly, inconspicuously made it slip out of his hands and foolishly tried to roll over but they wouldn't let me. Then I heard something that bothered me more than anything else.

"Hey, let me go! Oww!" Alex cried. I sent out a massive wave of force that knocked everyone around me over and even cracked the counter in half. I quickly flipped over and sat up and pulled Alex out of the pile of people on the floor using my powers. I floated him up onto the counter and asked if he was hurt. He shook his head no and we each got up to our feet and hopped off the counter. As we started to make a run for it, I noticed the camera still had the red light so I looked right into it and fearfully and wiped some blood away from my nose and said, "You see how they treat me? Someone please do something to stop them before they kill me!"

Then I wrapped my arms around Alex and flew down the hallway. There was a huge line of soldiers with clear shields blocking the way. I pushed them all over very forcefully with my powers and flew overtop of them, still holding Alex. When we got to the lobby, it was filled with soldiers. Two of them shot some sort of metal things at me attached to strings that I just barely stopped in time. I knocked everyone over and burst through the doors. A large net came flying out after us and just missed us. There were hundreds and hundreds of soldiers all lined up and even more arriving. At least twenty nets came flying at us very quickly but I threw them all into the ground with my powers. I heard someone yell something and a small metal ball flew up towards me. I was about to send it right back where it came from when it exploded and a blinding flash of light and super loud bang came out. I was stunned and couldn't see or hear anything. I dropped Alex onto the ground and rubbed my eyes and sent out a big wave of force in front of me in case they threw any more.

I heard more yelling then a series of loud pops and I got three sharp pains in my chest. I knew I had been shot and I dropped to my knees and held my chest. I couldn't believe that this was the end. They had actually shot me and it was all over now. I fell down onto my back and the pain was incredible. My vision started to come back a few seconds later and I looked down to see the damage and saw that there was no blood. I patted my chest and it still hurt horribly where I had gotten hit. There was a small rubber object stuck in my shirt and I figured that's what they had fired at me. It hurt so bad but now that I knew I wasn't dead, I was quite determined to get out before they really did kill me. Alex was on his back next to me and was rubbing his eyes. I heard more noises and two cylinders shot towards us and started pouring out white gas. I was pretty sure it wasn't something I wanted to breathe so I sent the cloud into the crowd of soldiers with my powers.

"Alex, get up," I said but I could hardly hear my own voice. That explosion had really messed up my hearing and sight. They were going to keep firing things at us if I didn't do something soon so I squinted and tried to make out where the soldiers all were. I knocked as many over as I could and heard more popping from the rubber shooting guns. I stopped all the bullets before they hit me this time and continuously pushed outward so nothing could come near us. It was very hard to maintain with my chest hurting so much. After what seemed like forever my vision and hearing were back to normal and Alex looked up at me. He was as terrified as I was.
