Chapter 97: Bake Me a Cake As
Fast As You Can
I guess life wouldn’t be life without good
‘ole “Murphy’s Law” and we weren’t immune. The next morning as we sat down to
breakfast, Pita was serving pancakes. Leeya took one bite, wretched, covered
her mouth and took off like a shot for the powder room. I think everyone was
thinking the same thing at the same moment and that was, “Déjà vu: Monaavi,
pancakes, sick… Leeya’s pregnant!”
In anticipation of their group pregnancy,
Miko had bought a slew of home pregnancy test kits. Mom bolted after Leeya and
Miko headed to her bag to retrieve a test kit.
I sat there dazed, confused and bewildered
asking myself, “Nah, she can’t be! How in the hell can she be pregnant? She’s
on the pill, isn’t she?”
Human nature took over momentarily and I
got a flash of anger thinking that maybe she’d shucked her pills a month ago
thinking that her getting pregnant was a given. But then reason took over and I
reminded myself that Leeya would never in a million years resort to a tactic
like that. There had to be an explanation to all of this.
We all sat in stunned silence as we
listened to Leeya wretch in the powder room, not twenty feet away. We heard the
toilet flush and the sink start to run as we all sat on the edge of our seats.
Mom must have closed the door because now there was only silence. We then heard
the sound of the toilet flushing behind the closed door and the door open.
“Yippee! I’m pregnant!” we heard Leeya
screech out in glee.
Dad sank in his chair in utter disbelief
and uttered, “My little Munchkin is gonna be a mommy!”
“HUH?” Priya, Monaavi and I exclaimed
totally dumbfounded.
We saw Leeya flanked by Mom and Miko as
they entered the breakfast area. Leeya
took off running, momentarily slipped and made a leaping bound into my lap,
wrapping herself around me like an articulating python!
She kissed me so hard I thought she would
choke me to death trying to tickle my tonsils. She broke the kiss, and with
tears in her eyes sang sweetly, “Hi Daddy, your little princess is gonna have a
baby!”
Still stunned, I looked at Mom and Miko and
they had cheese-eating grins on their faces as they confirmed Leeya’s
revelation with nods. Miko held up and waved the test strip with a pink plus
sign on it to confirm their findings.
I was a jumble of mixed emotions! First, I
was overjoyed and consumed with love for the pregnant little pixie in my arms
but also shocked and confused. Resigned to the fact, I buried my head in my
tiny wife’s neck and cried with joy as I embraced her tenderly.
Leeya was radiant and looked like she’d
died and gone to heaven. She cried tears of joy as she showered my face with
kisses saying, “I (kiss) just love you (kiss) so much (kiss) I’m (kiss, kiss)
bursting (kiss) with joy!”
Leeya then laid a lip lock on me that
curled my toes it was so love-filled! When we came up for air, I gasped out,
“How? I mean aren’t you still on the pill?”
“I swear Sean,” Leeya vowed crossing her
heart, “I haven’t missed a day, I promise. I don’t know how or why but I’m
gonna be a mother and I’m in heaven! You know the Koran forbids abortion, so it
looks like I get to keep it, right?”
“Of course, silly girl,” I chuckled.
“No, that’s silly momma to you, Studley!”
she quipped.
After congratulatory hugs and kisses from
everyone Pita said she’d make our new mommy some oatmeal. Miko and Monaavi
excused themselves from the table saying, “We’ll be right back, there’s
something we gotta do,” and ran up the back staircase.
I looked at Priya and she just shrugged
with a giggling smirk and said, “One down, two to go.”
Dad raised his eyes to heaven shaking his
head, got up and as he headed out the door we heard, “Lordy, Lordy me!”
About then, Monaavi and Miko were standing
by my chair with outstretched hands and in perfect Hi-Fi stereo said, “Here!”
I looked at their outstretched hands as
they presented me with two boxes of birth control pills. Mom looked dumbfounded
at them as Priya, Monaavi, Miko and even preggo Leeya giggled as Mom asked,
“You guys aren’t serious about all three
of you getting pregnant, are you?”
“Um hum,” all four nodded and hummed in
quadraphonic surround sound.
“Holy shit!” Mom exclaimed as she shook her
head in disbelief, “I thought you girls were just yanking Sean’s chain, but
you’re serious aren’t you?”
“Yeah,” Miko giggled, “Ain’t it great?”
“Twins…” Monaavi whimsically sighed, “Let’s
have some more twins.”
Pita chimed in with, “If that’s the case, I
wanna raise!”
Attiya got in on it and really threw us for a loop when she
interjected, “Monaavi, Miko, if you don’t need ‘em, give ‘em to Tina and me.”
“Now wait just a God damn minute!” Mom
shouted as she slammed her fist on the table.
Tina and Tiya looked at each other
devilishly, giggled and blushed when Tiya admitted, “Gosh Auntie, I was only
joking!”
We all
heaved a collective sigh of relief!
I was no good after that. I took Monaavi
and Miko’s contraceptives and with them looking on, gave them a smile as I
dropped them in the trashcan. Oh well, in for a penny, in for a pound as they
say.
Leeya hates
oatmeal and started to push it away when Miko scolded, “You’d better eat that
or I’ll have to spank your pregnant little tushy! You’re eating for two now and
you’d better remember that.”
Leeya, now basking in her newfound
condition, smiled and greedily ate her breakfast (after gagging twice). My
stomach was in knots with butterflies flitting around and couldn’t eat. I
called Dr. Simpson and left a message with his service to call me at his
earliest convenience.
Leeya danced her little preggo jig for
about twenty minutes singing “Rock-A-By-Baby.” Dr. Simpson called back about
thirty minutes later. I gave him the news and said that Leeya hadn’t missed any
of her pills and asked how this could happen.
He said he wasn’t sure talking over the
phone, but a few days wait until her appointment wouldn’t make any difference
one way or the other now and told me to bring any medications she’d taken
recently along with her birth control pills and we’d sort it all out.
As a pregnancy gift, the girls let Leeya
and I have a special night together. In all my life, I’ve never been so moved,
as I was that night as we made sweet and tender love together. Leeya was just
exquisite in her loving expression and each of her four orgasms that night was
glorious, daintily squirting her sweet nectar for me twice.
As we lay together in each other’s arms,
she seemed to melt into me like a second skin. As tears of joy silently rolled
down my temples, I was happy for my little Munchkin. She now had her lifelong
dream come true and she was certainly in her glory.
Two days after we’d been the beneficiaries
of Murphy’s Law, we were at Dr. Simpson’s office waiting our turn. The three
women, all in various stages of pregnancy, looked at my four wives and me very
quizzically to say the least. While we waited, I filled out all the necessary
forms and gave Molly, his secretary my insurance card to photocopy.
After a ten-minute wait Mary, his nurse,
led us back to the exam room. She gave Leeya a dressing gown and asked her to
strip, put it on then climb on the table and wait for the doctor to come in.
Leeya sat on the table, comfortable as a pig in slop swinging her legs back and
forth with glee. I stood next to her as the other girls stood next to a seated
Priya.
Mary took Leeya’s blood pressure then
hauled her off to get her weight and height (four-foot nine and three quarters
and ninety pounds). She returned, took her seat back on the table and began to
swing her legs again humming gleefully to herself with a smile.
Dr. Simpson knocked twice then entered with
Mary and a friendly smile and hello. I started to talk and he shushed me
saying, “Leeya’s the patient not you, let her speak. If she’s old enough to
have a baby, she’s certainly old enough to talk to her doctor.”
“Yes sir,” I replied meekly after being
duly put in my place. Why is it that the father is basically the sperm donor
and takes a back seat to all of this? Oh well, it’s her time let her enjoy it!
“Hmmm,” he said as he looked at her chart
very professionally, “So little miss, it seems you think you’ve got a little
one in there (tapping her stomach) right?
“Yup! Sure do,” Leeya said confidently, “At
least that’s what the test showed and I’ve got some morning sickness also: it started
two days ago.”
“If this is true,” he informed us as he
looked at her chart, “according to your last period, your due date is… June
fifteenth.”
“Oh goody, goody, goody!” Leeya giggled.
“Well,” he said soothingly, “those tests
are pretty accurate but we still need to draw some blood to make it official.
Now pull down your gown a little so I can examine your breasts.”
Leeya blushed and giggled as she pulled on
the tie string, “I haven’t got any breasts: just some weird looking nipples.”
When her breasts were exposed, Dr. Simpson
began to examine Leeya’s breasts and he put her at ease by saying, “For a girl
your age, you’ve got lovely breasts: be proud of what you have. I know you
helped nurse Priya’s child so we know they work just like God intended, right?”
Leeya nodded affirmatively and with pride
(she blushed a little too). “Looks fine up top,” the doctor said as he pulled
her gown up over her shoulders, “Lie down here and put your feet in these
stirrups please.”
Leeya obeyed and the doctor coated his
gloved fingers with some KY and rubbed his fingers together. He placed his left
hand on Leeya’s abdomen and as he started to give her an internal exam said
soothingly, “This may be uncomfortable for you and I apologize but it’s
necessary. I’ll do it as quickly as I can, okay?”
Leeya, now a little frightened, nodded. He
finished in about twenty seconds and finished by removing his hand and pulling
off his gloves with a snap, discarding them in the trash.
As he pulled over an ultrasound machine he
said, “You feel pregnant to me, let’s see what we can see, okay?”
He lubed up a probe and slowly inserted it
inside Leeya’s vagina as we watched the screen. He pointed to a little dot and
said, “See that tiny speck? That’s your baby. According to your last period, it
looks normal size for being about five weeks pregnant. Congratulations Mommy!”
As we all watched the tiny speck on the
screen, Leeya had tears running down her temples as she saw the first signs of
life growing in her womb. When Dr. Simpson saw her tears, he printed out a
photo of the image and handed to her with a fatherly smile. Needless to say,
there wasn’t a dry eye in the room. He finished up, gave Mary some tissues and
she cleaned Leeya’s vulva. When she was finished, she helped Leeya sit up.
After that, Mary left for other duties.
After making some notes on Leeya’s chart,
he turned in his chair, looked over his glasses and asked, “Well little lady,
let’s try and figure out how you got in a family way, shall we? Let me see your
medications.”
I fished out Leeya’s birth control pills
and an empty bottle of Ampicillin. He shot Leeya a look and asked, “What were
these for?”
“I had Strep about a month ago,” Leeya
answered, “And that’s what the doctor gave me.”
“Hmmm,” he replied cryptically, “Did you
tell him you were on the pill?”
“No,” Leeya said, “I never thought about
it.”
“Hmmm, I see,” he answered as he looked at
her birth control pills.
He stopped, looked again as if noticing
something and asked, “When did you get this prescription filled?”
“The month before I got sick,” Leeya
answered, “Why?”
He humphed and replied as he pointed to the
box, “Because they’re out of date: that’s why.”
We all gasped as he continued, “You, young
lady, are a victim of two unfortunate circumstances. First, you were taking an
out of date pill, which reduces its effectiveness and you took Ampicillin. This
antibiotic reduces the effectiveness of the pill even more. In effect, it was
like you were almost not taking the pill at all: that’s how you got pregnant my
dear.”
I was pissed to say the least! I asked,
“How can something like this happen?”
“Unfortunately it does,” He replied over
his glasses, “People are human. Druggists get so many shipments, especially
birth control pills, sometimes they don’t even check the dates because they
rely on the quality control of the manufacturer. Leeya may very well have
caught on that fact alone: it happens in the U.S. and Canada about three
million times a year. Couple that with the antibiotic and you’ve got a sure
fire way to get pregnant. What can you do? In order to sue the druggist, you
have to prove intent, and I’m sure that’s not the case. Even if you win on
negligence, what are you gonna do, abort the child?”
“NO!!” Leeya shrieked.
“No, no,” I answered shaking my head, “We’d
never do a thing like that.”
“Look Leeya, Sean, ladies,” Dr. Simpson
addressed as he took off his glasses, “Leeya wanted to get pregnant anyway and
it just happened a month or two early. Just be happy that Leeya’s healthy,
wants this child, as do all of you, and get on with your lives. As for the
logistics, we’ll deliver her baby at Union Memorial Hospital. They have a good
OB wing and she’ll get excellent care. I’ll take care of the birth certificate
issue so just relax. Leeya, Poppa and Mommas, enjoy your new bundle and
prosper, whadda ya say?”
“She’ll be all right?” I asked, now
frightened for my little mommy.
“Leeya’s small,” He answered comfortingly,
“But she’s healthy and strong. We’ll take good care of her. She’ll be fine.”
Turning to Leeya he said, “I know you’re
very mature, especially where kids are concerned. This is your child, your body and
you’d better listen to everything Miko and I tell you; that way you can have a
healthy child and come out of this healthy yourself to care for your baby. Do
you understand?”
“I’ll be the perfect patient, Dr. Simpson,”
Leeya assured, “I promise!”
Giving Leeya a fatherly pat on the knee
said, “Good! I know you will. Now get dressed and come out front. I’m gonna
give you a prescription and some samples of prenatal vitamins and supplements
then send you across the street for some blood work. Make an appointment and
I’ll see you in a month, okay?”
Leeya wrapped her arms around her doctor,
gave him an appreciative hug and a kiss on the cheek.
“That’s,” he smiled broadly, “what
makes my job so rewarding. There’s nothing like the joy of a new mother!” With
that he was out the door.
After picking up Leeya’s new little
complimentary diaper bag full of goodies, samples, prescriptions and blood work
order we turned to leave, waving goodbye to Dr. Simpson as he and Mary
disappeared in the exam room with his next patient.
After getting Leeya’s blood work out of the
way, we went to lunch to celebrate. All throughout lunch the girls were yanking
my chain about all of them getting pregnant together. Priya antagonized me by
asking Miko, “Hey Samurai, can you get your hands on some fertility drugs,
maybe you and Monaavi can double up. They say they’re cheaper by the dozen.”
I looked concerned as she grinned devilishly
and giggled. Monaavi rubbed her stomach as if in a trance and with closed eyes
like talking to the spirits droned, “I feel another set of twins on our
horizon.”
She opened her eyes as they giggled at my
discomfort. As I shook my head at their folly I thought to myself, Boy, I’m either crazy as a loon or the
luckiest man alive. Hmmm… Studley… breeding three beautiful, fertile and horny
nymphs isn’t such a bad job after all. Oh well, somebody’s got to do it, I’ll
just have to “suffer” through it!”
The next month, I was literally fucked to
death! Some days at work I’d just sit at my desk, unable to walk my balls hurt
so much! When Priya had put me through the paces I asked her what was her
incentive? She replied that just seeing her sisters pregnant stirred her
“motherly instincts.”
The next month, Miko gave Leeya all kinds
of advice from pregnancy exercises to diet. Leeya was obedient to the “T.” Poor
Leeya had morning sickness in the worst sort of way. It got so bad the first
couple of months she gave up eating breakfast all together, opting for
crackers.
The month following Leeya’s first
appointment, Miko and Monaavi came into cycle. The girls were able to regulate
their periods, using birth control pills so that each one had her period one
week after the other. That way, no two girls would be “unavailable” at any one
given time.
When it was Miko and Monaavi’s window of
opportunity to get pregnant, Priya allotted each of them one week with me
exclusively during their “Fertile time” to have a better chance of catching.
By Leeya’s second check-up, Miko and
Monaavi each had gone through their first “breeding.” Two days before Leeya was
to return for her third monthly check-up, Miko was hurling in the powder room
that morning.
As we listened to Miko retch her guts up
over the toilet Priya chuckled, “Two down, one to go.”
Me, I was in my glory! Studley strikes
again! This Irishman isn’t shooting any blanks! Monaavi seemed quiet and
reserved. I patted her hand and gave her a kiss and said sweetly, “That’s okay,
Darling, We just haven’t hit our stride.”
Monaavi gave me a Mona Lisa smile and
answered, “It’s too soon to tell but I have a feeling I’m pregnant too. Let’s
wait a week to be sure.”
Holy Shit, Studley’s swimmers do it again!
Miko called Dr. Simpson’s office and Molly
squeezed Miko in with Leeya. Dr. Simpson repeated the routine with Miko he’d
done two months ago with Leeya. What’s funny is, the same three women were in
the waiting room. When they saw me filling out papers again, we got some really curious looks!
Leeya was fine, healthy as a horse and
received her referral for her ultrasound in two weeks. We listened to the
baby’s heartbeat: swish, swish, swish… it was a glorious sound to all and Leeya
cried again. Leeya had a tiny little belly bulge and didn’t even look pregnant
having gained only five pounds. After giving Miko the once over, Dr, Simpson
confirmed that she was also with child. Her due date was August tenth. He shook
his head while looking at Monaavi asked, “Well, aren’t you gonna join the
bandwagon?”
Monaavi smiled and said she thought she was
pregnant but wanted to wait a week. Dr. Simpson just shook his head and said,
“Well, be quick about it, if you’re not shy, just undress and get on the table,
we might as well make this a trifecta.”
Monaavi undressed with all of us present
and got on the table nude. After examining her breasts, Dr. Simpson gave her an
internal and a sonogram and confirmed she was indeed pregnant. Her due date was
August twenty-first. He said it was way too soon to tell but it looked to him
to be a single pregnancy.
As Dr. Simpson was adding to Monaavi’s
chart, she got dressed and Priya asked Monaavi, “How’d you know? You haven’t
even been sick yet?”
“I just knew,” Monaavi smiled radiantly.
“Women who’ve been pregnant before,” Dr.
Simpson added, “Don’t always get morning sickness: each pregnancy is different
and they’re more in tune with their bodies, having gone through it before.”
That made sense. When Monaavi and Miko both got the necessary vitamins, scripts
and supplements and goody bags, those three women about fainted on the spot!
Next up was Leeya’s sonogram at Union Memorial in two weeks. This was gonna be
another family event.
Leeya had a premonition the first time I
came inside her when she was five years old that her first child would be a
girl and when Emmy died, swore she’d name her Emily Marie, we’d soon find out.
When we left for the lab to get two sets of
blood work done, the cell phones had already been speed dialed. Miko called her
sister Madoka. She actually peed herself with joy and swore she’d work the rest
of the day sans panties to celebrate (I had an evil thought that it would be
fun to be at work today). Miko next called the crew at GBMC and spilled the
beans. Miko was going to wait to call Jun this evening, not wanting to call
when her father was home.
Priya let Monaavi call Mom and break the
news about her and Miko. Monaavi also called her parents and got them out of
bed. We could hear Ravi over the phone three feet away!
After another celebratory lunch, we went
shopping and bought Leeya a new crib and dresser for our fetal munchkin. We
already had two cribs from the twins and Miko and Monaavi opted to use these
and allow Leeya to have the new one. After purchasing Leeya’s baby furniture we
headed home.
________________________
From the day Leeya hurled in the powder
room, she was slathered with cocoa butter four times a day, and showed no signs
of any stretch marks yet. Miko and Monaavi started also and all three
continually smelled like cocoa tanning beauties.
Miko called her mother that evening and
they spoke for about an hour. Jun spoke to Mom, Priya and me and spent about
fifteen minutes talking to the pregnant munchkin. All in all, it was a very
emotional conversation. Jun said she’d inform Miko’s father about her condition
and they’d play it by ear. Again, Miko seemed ambivalent about it.
Priya shone as first wife the next couple
of weeks even though she kinda felt left out of things. With all three in the
same condition, Leeya, Miko and Monaavi seemed to migrate to one another,
consulting Monaavi at every turn about pregnancy issues. I could tell that Priya
felt left out a little but she understood and was proud and excited for them
anyway, being supportive at every turn.
All three women were radiant in their new
state of motherhood, especially Leeya. Priya may be my soul mate, but Leeya and
I share a love that’s beyond words and her slowly swelling belly only visually
reinforced that growing and deepening love we shared.
I was sitting in my office just pondering
my wives in my heart and realized that I was blessed more than any man had a
right to be! In many ways, Leeya has always seemed to exhibit such a deep,
innocent and all-consuming love for me. There were times in our life when I
felt she loved me more than Priya did. Now with child, Leeya would often revert
to an innocent, vulnerable child, treasuring our times of cuddling and me
showering her with affection. Although outwardly strong and mature, when she
was with me she always expressed a sweet tenderness I’ve only experienced with
her. It would play itself out that throughout her pregnancy, Leeya and I made
some of the sweetest and tenderest lovemaking together that in remembrance,
still brings me to tears. While she was pregnant, I never once “fucked” her: we
always made love. Whenever Leeya squirted while she was pregnant, she tasted
even sweeter than before! Never a gusher, Leeya would always delicately spray
her nectar with a moan and love doing it.
I was always saddened by the fact, and even
more so now that Leeya was pregnant, that her mother had been gone from her
life for seven years and the abuse she’d suffered at her hands and on top of
that, her father had disappeared and was never heard from again. Leeya
channeled all her love into me at five years old and never looked back. She was
happy that she’d found her soul mate and reason for living.
Monaavi was always the serene motherly
type. Now pregnant again, she seemed perfectly nestled in her element. Poised,
elegant and radiant, her love was always an appreciative love. She could never
get over the fact that the love she thought would always be unrequited was now
her life. As passionate as Priya or Miko, Monaavi’s love was a deep raging
furnace: even more so when she was with child and she was always hungry to
express that love tenderly.
Monaavi felt more at ease with her state in
life and being constantly involved with children was a dream she always felt
thankful to God for. Deeply devout, Monaavi gloried in the fact that she was
giving God another soul to worship Him. Monaavi was always more amorous when
pregnant and she hungrily expressed it without inhibition. She would cum so
hard and loved that she could ejaculate for me in volumes. She once told me
that it felt as if she was pouring out her love for me as I did for her
whenever I gave her my gift.
Miko? Miko was in total awe of me and
worshipped me without condition. Miko never quite put her past behind her,
somehow feeling she didn’t deserve the love we shared. There were many nights I
held her as she cried, holding her belly and cradling the life within in such
awe. Having seen the miracle of life daily, she still couldn’t believe that
this miracle was hers to have also. Miko was a true submissive and I always had
to remind myself never to take advantage of her vulnerability. I think she let
herself go completely only because she trusted I’d never ever hurt her. A
consummate lover, her only goal in life was to please me and she withheld nothing
from me.
It seemed so paradoxical to me that a woman
who swore she was in control of her destiny when we courted and was very
assertive would be totally submissive to my every whim. All the days of my
life, I’d always treasure her gift of submission to me and treat her like a
vulnerable child. Like a child, she always needed reassurance that she pleased
me and beamed with pride when I’d compliment her.
Four women: all different, each with
special gifts that enriched my life. I’ve always felt humbled that I’ve been
fortunate to see so many aspects of love expressed with uniqueness from four
different women. If God created anything more wondrous than a woman, He
certainly kept it for Himself!
When I called to make Leeya’s ultrasound
appointment, I asked for the largest room available knowing that this would be
a family affair. The entire family arrived for the great unveiling. Pita sat in
the waiting room with the younger girls while Dad bounced Malina on his knee.
Mom, my three wives and I accompanied a cramping
Leeya to the ultrasound room. After taking all the necessary fetal
measurements, Leeya bolted to the bathroom to relive her bursting bladder. She
returned with a smile of great relief and climbed back up on the table.
Laura, the technician, informed everyone
present that Leeya’s child was perfectly normal, healthy and growing nicely.
The baby, according to all the measurements, was small but within the normal
range and developing perfectly.
“Well Laura,” Leeya asked expectantly, “Is
it a boy or a girl?”
“Let’s see now,” Laura replied as she moved
the probe on Leeya’s belly, “Right now it’s doing tumblesaults, let’s see if
it’s shy. Hmmm, THERE! See? It’s a girl! Boy she sure has some fat labia,
there’s no mistaking her for a boy!”
“YESS!” Leeya exclaimed pumping
her fist, “I just knew it!”
Laura smiled and said, “Wait a second, I’ve
got a surprise from Dr. Simpson.”
She rose while Leeya and I were kissing
with joy and everyone else was tittering with glee and pulled over another,
bigger machine. After rolling the other machine out of the way, she fired up
the new machine. She smiled at Leeya and said, “We just got this machine a week
ago. It gives a 3D image and we can see exactly what your little girl looks
like.”
She put the probe to Leeya’s tummy and we
immediately saw a bent leg in perfect imagery. Moving the probe, she settled on
our little girl’s face as we watched her with closed eyes sucking her thumb.
Mom gasped and fell to her knees
exclaiming, “OHMYGOD! Leeya, she looks just like Emmy as a baby!”
Everyone started bawling profusely as Leeya
wept out, “My God has heard my plea!”
Laura printed out two prints of little Emmy
Marie as we stared transfixed at the screen.
Leaving the exam room on cloud nine, Leeya
was the shit! She proudly sauntered out to my Dad, sat on his knee and cried
softly saying, “Poppy, Emmy is doing fine!”
My father wept as a child as he held his
little Munchkin praising God. My mother was so overcome she was walking on
autopilot. Priya was crying so hard, Monaavi and Miko had to help her to the
car. The girls were like little fairies flitting here and there with childish
joy. Just before Priya got into the expedition she turned to Leeya and they
embraced lovingly and Priya said, “Leeya, I’m so happy for you! Your vision has
come true! God has given us a special blessing and He chose you to bring her to
us!”
As we rode home entwined in each other’s
arms I thought to myself, “I don’t deserve such a blessing from God! My cup
truly runneth over!”
Looking back, from that moment on, Leeya
became almost a carbon copy of Monaavi: a perfect, devout Muslim mother. Leeya
has always approached life head on, doing rather than thinking and always
seemed to know what her fate in life was to become. She has a gift with children
and will be a loving mother, content to deal with all the pains and rigors that
it entails with joy, grace and love.
With two more of my wives bearing fruit,
life certainly doesn’t get any better than this!
