Unpacking my iPure Getting started with my iPure Introduction ----------- This manual covers: - Moral Purity Assistant (MPA) implant set rev 4.5 - iPure WiFi tablet model iP-d43-23 with firmware rev 8.64 The MPA is a system of micro-surgically implanted nodes, from which nano-programmed self-assembling biotic interface fibers grow through the nearby body tissues, to reach and interface with organs and nerves involved in the body's psycho-sexual complex. Installation involves simple and painless day surgery, plus an interval of several days for the biotic fibers to grow to their designed endpoints. The MPA system includes multiple nanocomputers, networked together to form a processing web that handles continuous gathering, interpretation, analysis, monitoring and interaction with data streams representing the wearer's physiological and neurological state. All MPA functioning is powered by the wearer's natural blood sugar and oxygen metabolism. In normal use the presense of the MPA is not perceptible to the user, except by it's intended effects. The purpose of the MPA is to provide a supervisory facility layered on the body's natural sexual functions. MPA participation in the operation of bodily sexual function operates at a command level superior to the wearer's conscious and autonomic sexual directives. System management is provided via an ultra low power encrypted wireless channel. Transmission and reception is via multiple micro-antennas situated sub-cutaneously around the body. Reception of wireless command channel is guaranteed in all areas covered by the commercial cell phone system. Transmission is low power but is possible within reasonable range of DHM receivers. Where a device such as an iPure is in proximity to a user, it can act either as a primary control source, or as a relay unit to the commercial cell phone system. The iPure is a tablet computing and visual human interface device, similar in format to commercial products such as the iPad series. It presents as primarily a touch and gesture sensitive graphical interface. The units include WiFi interfaces to user MPAs, as well as the national cellular data networks. An iPure provides a graphical command and status interface to any authorized MPAs in WiFi range. Access to individual MPAs is ID and password secured. The function of an individual's Moral Purity Assistant is to enable the individual to conduct the sexual aspects of their life in a manner consistent with modern concepts of sexual morality. In most cases this involves close oversight and management of individual sexual activity, by an appointed moral guardian. For detailed information, refer to the Act. Male and Female sexuality are acknowledged by the State and Law to be significantly different in the ultimate requirements necessary to maintain individual good health and support the moral wellbeing of the Nation. Males have a high demand-factor physiological requirement for periodic sexual relief, in the form of expulsion of accumulated seminal fluids. Without which sexual discomfort can become acute, and various potentially undesirable physical and psychological effects must be monitored to avoid risk of harm. The process of male orgasm and ejaculation are intrinsic to this necessary periodic expulsion. Thus it is naturally beneficial for males to experience ejaculatory orgasm on a regular basis, and this is provided for in general by the legislation. Exceptions are also permitted, involving extended intervals of guardian-supervised seminal fluid retention for volume development or disciplinary purposes, or where elimination of the accumulated fluids is achieved by proceedures not involving orgasm. Practical ranges of requirements for expulsion of male seminal fluid build-ups over time are quantifiable, and these ranges are acknowledged in the Moral Purity Act in the form of generally mandated male ejaculatory frequency tables. Male orgasm also provides a psychological pleasure-reward mechanism. As with all highly pleasurable activities, overindulgence invariably leads to harmful side effects, both social and personal. Such overindulgence of male sexual function typically develops from the practice of autonomous masturbation. Occurence of male ejaculation at healthy frequencies is provided for via non-masturbatory means under the Moral Purity Act, and so for this and other reasons autonomous male masturbation is outlawed by the Moral Purity Act. Females exhibit instinctive drives to achieve the sensation of sexual tension relief via orgasm, similar to those drives in males. However female physiology does not incorporate structures accumulating sexual fluids over time, that must be periodically expelled from the body via orgasm and ejaculation. Thus the function of female orgasm is fundamentally structured to serve entirely as a psychological pleasure-reward mechanism, without an associated essential physiological function. Consequently the Moral Purity Act acknowledges that females may go for indefinite durations of time without experiencing orgasm, while suffering no unhealthy side effects. Female orgasm provides only a psychological pleasure-reward mechanism. As with all highly pleasurable activities, overindulgence invariably leads to harmful side effects, both social and personal. Such overindulgence of female sexual function typically develops from the practice of autonomous masturbation. There are no health related requirements for female orgasm under the Moral Purity Act, and so for this and other reasons the activity of female autonomous masturbation is outlawed by the Moral Purity Act. Definitions of Masturbation -------------------------- It is important to comprehend the precise definition of the term 'masturbation' under the Act, and thus what exactly is prohibited. 'Masturbation' under the Act refers solely to autonomously performed sexual self-stimulation, culminating in productive ejaculation (in males) or orgasm alone (in females.) Consequently the following are permitted: * Guardian supervised or instructed self-stimulation, whether leading to orgasm/ejaculation or not. * Autonomous sexual self-stimulation, that is not carried to culmination in orgasm (females) or productive ejaculation (males.) This is an important point. On their own, stimulation and sexual arousal are not addressed by the Act, regardless of whether they are self-induced, and whether they occur under a Guardian's direction or not. Only when female orgasm or male productive ejaculation occur, do the causative actions potentially qualify as prohibited masturbation. Similarly, licenced public nudity and sexual acts are permitted under the legislation. 'Public nudity' occurs when the genitals are fully and intentionally exposed to view, while on public land. A simple, low cost yearly permit can be obtained from the DHM without question. 'Public sexual act' is defined in accordance with the definition of masturbation, ie conditions such as sexual arousal, genital contact and stimulation do not in themselves constitute 'sexual acts'. Only if such conditions culminate in orgasm (f) or productive ejaculation (m) (whether the expelled ejaculate is visible or not) are the preconditions deemed a 'sexual act' that in public must be licensed. Public sexual acts licence applications to the DHM are considered on their merits under the Sexual Richness Doctrine, and usually but not always approved on a monthly review basis. Historical Context of the Act ---------------------------- The Moral Purity Act was enacted in the context of a democratically expressed perception that aspects of prior sexual social mores were significant causative factors in the decline of the Nation's fortunes leading to The Troubles. Among these were: * Excessive self-indulgencies in all things but particularly in masturbation, which facilitated the breakdown in gender interdependencies and respect, and thus the functionality of natural family units. * An impoverishment of variety in interpersonal sexual power relationships, due to an assumed absolute equality and personal freedoom implicit in the marriage laws. * Psychological detachment from the practical reality of human sexual nature, as evidenced by prudishness, excessive modesty, inadequate sexual education, deprivation of many males from pysiologically essential sexual outlet, and isolation of self-image from heterosexual roles essential to perpetuation of the species and society. * In particular, the development of a culture of unmoderated female sexuality concentrating on independent hedonism unrelated to the formation of stable relationships and child-rearing necessities. In general the Feminist movement promoted a complex of beliefs that in practice resulted in severe cultural damage. The concept of 'self actualization' and other Feminist/Liberal ideas went too far in assigning complete authority over the individual's sexual experience to the individual. This effectively denied the social nature and deeply embedded instinctive drives of sexuality, and led to gross injustices where the theory of sexual autonomy came into conflict with natural instincts. Many lives and families were ruined by laws related to rape, marital infidelity, underage sexual acts, public indecency, etc. Generally, the root cause of much of this unhappiness lay with the expectations raised by the unbalanced legal and social system, rather than specific individual actions. Where there is no unreasonable expectation of sexual self determination, but rather an acceptance that personal sexual experiences are naturally assigned to one by others, there is no concept of rape. Where sexual activities other than those allowed by one's Guardian are actually impossible, there can be no infidelity. Summary The focus of the Moral Purity Act is on rectifying the identified harmful elements of 20th and early 21st century culture. Major components of the Act: * Autonomous masturbation is outlawed for both male and female genders, at all ages above puberty. * Adequate male sexual outlet is provided for by mandated relief frequencies and methods. * Sexual awareness and experience education is incorporated in mandated school curricula. * Prudisness and excessive modesty are combatted via the Public Nudity provisions. * Enhanced variety of individual sexual experience and relationship power formats, via the Richness Doctrine. * Non-heterosexual role models and family units are depreciated under the law, and promotion of such is outlawed. * Mandatory provision of moral guardianship for all post-pubescent and single females, and males between puberty and legal adulthood. Sexual management will vary in form depending on circumstance, but is required to be present in all cases to the legislated degree. * Early sexual experience should develop in a context of physical pleasure provided by others, in a mutual and socially constructive manner. Male sexual management --------------------- Initial age for male sexual guardianship is 12 years, or from the male's first ejaculation, whichever is earlier. For the remainder of the Male's 12th year, emission session requirements apply per the table. See also 'Practical Sensuality educational session.' (2) Reduction of Minimum for 18-up, is to allow stronger penalization of youths displaying anti-social tendencies, at the age when they should instead be developing improved responsibility with approaching maturity. (3) Severe reduction for 20s, is to impress upon them the need for financial and residential independence at the earliest opportunity. All emission sessions(1) must be personally monitored(12) by the guardian(8) of the male subject(9). Emission induction should where possible be via stimulation provided by a female, rather than supervised self-stimulation by the subject male. Direct orgasm and/or emission induction via MPA command is depreciated, but may be applied where the subject male's guardian considers it appropriate. On no account is autonomous masturbation (ie unmonitored self-stimulation initiated by the subject male and leading to productive ejaculation) allowed. Manual self-stimulation of the subject male, where this is performed under the monitoring, direction and supervision of his guardian is not considered masturbation under the Act. In this instance his hands are performing as instruments of the guardian's will, not that of the subject male. Exercise Genital Stimulation sufficient to induce erection and arousal but without orgasm should be applied at other times to exercise and maximize erection quality and size, as this benefits penile growth potential and ejaculate volume development. Frequency, duration and method of Exercise Stimulation is at the discression of the male's guardian. As with Emission sessions, Exercise Stimulation should where possible be provided by a female. Supervised self-stimulation by the subject male may also be used, as may direct MPA-induction of erection and other physiological arousal measures. MPA controlled blocking of orgasm and ejaculation is recommended to be active during Exercise Genital Stimulation, especially where prolonged exercise is intended without risk of unintended seminal draining. Where feasible, the guardian may provide additional aids(9) to arousal in association with the emission and/or exercise sessions. Footnotes (1) Emission session. This is defined to consist of one of more seminal fluid releases, proceeding from commencement of stimulation until the subject male's glandular congestion is alleviated to the extent judged appropriate by the guardian. The fluid releases may be attained via orgasmic ejaculation, or prostatic massage with or without orgasm. In some circumstances other emission induction methods may be applied under medical supervision. (2) Duration. Normally an emission session should continue until the subject male explicitly volunteers that his desire for relief is fully satisfied. However the guardian may for whatever reason deem appropriate a session duration unrelated to the subject male's wishes. (3) Volume. Instances of deliberately minimal seminal release, achieved by methods such as light prostate milking, have been ruled by the DHM to satisfy the legislated definition of 'seminal release', provided the volume of fluids expelled equals or exceeds three drops, ie 150 micro liters. The Acts of Public Morality regulations currently place no limitations on the practice of minimized emission. However when employed repeatedly, over multiple successive emission sessions separated by emission free intervals approaching the maximum duration permitted, or where glandular production is amplified by any means, it is advisable to consult with a qualified sexual restraints professional. (4) Rewards. It is recommended that direct penile manipulation functionally equivalent to vigorous vaginal copulation should be applied sufficiently often to develop foreskin elasticity, general tissue robustness, and healthy gender role identification. This particularly applies to emission sessions incorporating ejaculatory orgasm, when reward for good behaviour is intended. It should also be included in the male subject's daily genital exercise program where a degree of behavioral reward via sensual pleasure stopping short of orgasm is intended. This is not to imply that pleasurable penile stimulation (of any kind) must be provided in order to achieve legislated genital exercise and seminal draining requirements. (5) Discipline. Modification of a subject male's sexual exercise and relief program may be applied along with other punishments directed at correcting undesirable behaviour of the subject. Methods may range from witholding of accustomed pleasures, denial of orgasm or seminal release, optionally combined with extended sexual teasing, enforced public nudity, humiliation in the presence of social peers, and the customary methods of corporal discipline. (6) Relief Intermissions. In special cases such as transitions in residential arrangements, travel, medical matters, punishment, special arrangements related to schooling, mourning, etc, emission and/or exercise sessions may be omitted without DHM involvement for up to two months for any age, no more than once per year. (7) Extended denial. Intervals between male seminal emissions longer than those laid out in the age tables, up to and including indefinite prevention of emission, may be imposed in special circumstances by the guardian in charge of the subject male. However such instances must be notified in writing beforehand to the DHM on form H-3602-Den/b. The reason for the extended denial must be clearly stated. Denial extending beyond the legislated limits may not proceed prior to DHM approval, and must be undertaken under qualified medical supervision with bi-monthly physical examinations. Normally official permission will be granted, given reasonable cause, established authority of the applicant, and the DHM's determination that the sexual health and well being of the subject male will be safeguarded by qualified medical oversight. The medical reports of the bi-monthly examinations shall be submitted to the DHM on form H-3604-Den/r on a quarterly basis. (8) Masturbation reporting requirement. Where a moral guardian finds that their charge has regularly engaged in the un-American practice of autonomous masturbation, the guardian is legally required under the Moral Purity Act, to promptly report the behavior to the DHM. They must also detail the steps they intend to take to prevent further lawbreaking by their charge. Where this includes extended denial, both reporting and application for the extended denial can be combined on the DHM form H-3602-Den/b (9) Guardian. In most cases this will be a legal adult guardian of the subject, or whoever has been delegated by the guardian to perform that duty. The term does not imply a gender or age preference. Where acting guardianship for a specific instance has been delegated by the original legal guardian, the acting guardian may be a minor, and/or younger than the subject, and male or female. (10) Male subject. For the purpose of this document, this term implies a young male, below the age of 21 and sexually developed sufficiently to achieve at least an erection, and most likely produce spermatic fluid on ejaculation. In certain circumstances involving legally imposed guardianship on non-minors, the 'male subject' referenced in this document may be over the age of 21. (11) Additional aids. If deemed feasible and appropriate by the guardian, additional aids to arousal of the subject male may be provided in the form of visible female nudity and erotica, intimate physical contact, vaginal intercourse, etc. Note that the provisions of the legislation covering sexual exercising and relief of subject males, stipulate that the guardian, delegated guardian, and any assistant(s) (where female) are performing the actions in a role of custodian to a legal dependent. A legal dependent is considered unable to engage in mutual consensual sexual activity. Consequently it is considered an offence under the legislation for the guardian(s) or assistants to seek or allow personal sexual gratification to the degree of female orgasmic release to occur, during interaction with the male subject. Since female guardians are effectively acting absent the presence of an adult male consenting partner, any such personal sexual gratification would be deemed a female masturbatory activity, directly forbidden under the Acts of Public Morality. To avoid this legal jeopardy, it is recommended all females involved be MPA compliant, with orgasm block ON. Incidental female participant arousal caused by the situation or actions of the male subject in the course of the activities is not considered a moral hazard, and will likely be found beneficial to the purpose of the exercise. (12) Public nudity. Where a guardian requires a subject individual to be naked in public places, a licence must first be obtained from the DHM. The licence tag and it's expiry date must be clearly displayed on the standard nudity wristband at all times while the subject is in public. A licence option permitting sexual and disciplinary acts in public is available for an extra fee. An erection or other bodily sexual presentation without actual emission of seminal fluids is not considered a 'sexual act'. Nudity on private property does not require a licence, even if visible from a public place. (13) Monitoring, direction and supervision. The oversight provided by a guardian does not have to imply direct personal presence, even when the subject is performing sexual activities. Guardianship only requires that the guardian is fully aware at some point, of the activities of the subject, and that those activities are within the bounds laid out to the subject by the guardian. Given that the subject's MPA provides ironclad imposition of very specific and customizable limitations of the subject's sexual activity, and also inescapable logging of those activities for later examination by the guardian, there is much flexibility available to the guardian. In light of this, the Act specifies only that 'monitoring, direction and supervision' involves only that the subject conform to the stated expectations of the guardian, and the guardian from time to time verify that this conformance is being maintained. The Act DOES NOT specify the allowed sexual actions of the subject, other than in the recommended emission session frequency table. One detail that confuses many, is the issue of 'autonomous masturbation'. It must be understood that if a guardian has expressly permited a subject to masturbate as and when they wish, this is NOT autonomous masturbation, since the acts are performed with the guardian's consent and expectation that the acts will occur. 'Autonomous' implies 'without approval'. Practical Male Sensuality - educational program ---------------------------------------------- Optionally at the choice of the subject male's moral guardian, at any time after the subject male exhibits first ejaculation, the guardian may elect to have the subject male attend a DHM standard 'practical sensuality' educational program. This consists of a three day intensive familiarization with the potentials of bodily sexual function. The session is carried out under DHM-qualified sexual health professional supervision, and involves combined graduated increasing intensities of both human and automated stimulation, erection enhancement medication, seminal volume replenishment, and MPA tuning. Guardians may select various additional options for the educational session. (Current availability may vary, refer to the online curriculum.) Additive extras:[]irritant, []growth hormone, []secretion stimulant, []slow release Cializ. - If foam or gell, select reliquification time: [ ]weeks, [ ]months, []1 year (1 year is maximum available) - Long term hormonal libido factor: [ ] 0 to 10, 5 is normal. -- Notes - Seminal volume replenishment uses a DHM patented cal-push(tm) urethral applicator device to inject desired volumes of pre-mixed sterile substances into the prostatic and seminiferous reservoirs. The applicator applies both electrical muscle-relaxing signals and localised hydrostatic pressure to the glandular openings, resulting in flow-in of the substances to the reservoirs. Mixing, operational sequencing and substance volume injection are automated, under operator supervision. Proceedure time from post orgasm empty glands, to refilled glands with device removed, is typically less than one minute. Where the glands must first be emptied of existing seminal fluids using MPA rapid-milking, an extra minute is required. 'Full' and 'overfull' settings have pressure safety limits. 'Overfull' is best described as a pressure that induces extreme ejaculatory urgency, slightly short of outright pain. If ejaculation remains disallowed, the urgency sensation will diminish somewhat over a period of several days as the tissues adapt to the excess volume. The proceedure is normally carried out with the subject conscious, however it can also be done under inhaled general anesthesia if patient awareness is to be avoided. Seminal volume replenishment and all its options are available on a no appointment necessary basis at all DHM sexual clinics, and is fully cost-covered under Medisense. -- Gell - Injected material sets to a flexible solid in prostate and vessicles, resulting in dry orgasm, no ejaculate, no relief of urgency. After (approximately) the specified interval the gell returns to a liquid state, allowing expulsion at next ejaculation. It is a harmless, non-alergic, bio-compatible synthetic compound. It may be combined with other listed additives. Note that non-gelled seminal fluid production continues for the duration of the gell presense, however the gell acts as a plug to the glandular outlets, preventing any release. Gelling provides an unconditional no-leak block against seminal emission regardless of orgasmic contractions intensity, unlike MPA-controlled muscular tone of the glandular exit sphincters, which may be overcome by overall glandular internal pressure due to strong contractions, high fluid pressure, etc. In most situations, MPA muscular control is adequate to prevent ejaculatory success, however where extended retention periods, high glandular content pressure, or extended orgasm is intended, seminal gelling is recommended. -- Foam - Like gell, only the volume filling material is a springy closed-cell foam that compresses under muscular force. Result is that during ejaculatory spasms the muscles work over a wide range of extension-contraction, rather than against an incompressible mass as with 'gell'. There are several consequences: - The muscular bulk and strength development with regular ejaculatory exercising using foamed bulk is more effective than with gelling or no seminal bulking treatment. - Each contraction achieves a very sensually gratifying relief of fullness, as with normal ejaculation except that the relief in this case is transitory. - The instant 'rebound' of foamed seminal volume as each ejaculation contraction ends produces an immediate intensification of perceived ejaculatory urgency rather than the usual cumulative diminishment due to reduction of seminal fullness. - As with gell, the absense of fullness relief results in extended orgasms. These typically continue until deliberately terminated via MPA command. With foam this effect is more pronounced than for gelling since the frustrating feeling of ejaculatory obstruction is absent, resulting in virtually guaranteed indefinite orgasm duration even without MPA script driving. - The perceived pleasure of ejaculation is considerably enhanced, due to every contraction producing a maximum possible volume variation of the glands, together with the 'instantly full again' perception. Allowing full orgasmic ejaculation with foamed glands carries a high sensual reward value. For this reason where the purpose of foaming is primarily muscle function development as part of a more rigorous program, and rewards are required to be allowed sparingly, MPA inhibition of cerebral orgasm perception is recommended. The subject will still be fully conscious of the functioning of their sexual organs, but without the mental consequences of pleasure and tension relief. Another significant difference to gell, is that due to the compresibility of the foam, once built up seminal fluid reaches sufficient volume it does tend to find paths to the glandular outlets during ejaculation. The result is that although most orgasms with foam-fill are dry, at intervals of a few weeks built-up fluids are expelled with unusual forcefullness. If seminal escape is not desired, use MPA commands to maintain tight closure of seminal outlets. After considerable seminal buildup, the post-contraction re-expansion of the foam, and associated displacements of seminal fluid, combine to produce a unique, intense and quite hard to describe sensation. Due to the ability of fluids to escape before volumes become harmful, foam may be combined with secretion stimulant (and any other additive), for any available time span. As with gell, foam breaks down to a semen-like fluid after a selectable length of time. -- Thickener - This produces a very viscous fluid in the glands, that only expells very small amounts with each ejaculatory pulse, and an intensified 'resistance' sensation during the pulses. It comes in three grades, 1 is thick, 2 double-thick, 3 extremely thick. As a rough effect guide, expulsion volumes compared to volume of normal seminal fluid for a given duration of orgasm are approx: 'thick': 1/20th, double-thick: 1/50th, extremely thick: 1/100th. Thickener can be combined with gell or foam, the result is dry orgasms for the gell/foam interval, then thickened ejaculations. Post-gell viscosity will be approximately double the rating for the chosen thickener. -- Irritant - This additive produces a strong and long-lasting hot-itching sensation on all contacted tissues. There is no actual tissue harm or inflamation. It is not unpleasant, but difficult to ignore. Within the male glands, it produces a greatly intensified psychological desire to ejaculate. In most individuals this 'enhanced urge' is sufficiently overwhelming to break down social constraints such as shyness, modesty, embarrasment, social taboos, etc. Care must be taken with physically powerful individuals, to maintain adequate control restraints. -- Slow release Cializ - Results in greatly enhanced erectile effects, so long as the fluid is retained in the glands. Does not directly force an erection, but rather produces very strong erection resulting from even mild sexual thoughts, erotic stimuli or slight genital stimulation. With long term fluid retention, effect dimishes by approx 10% per month. -- Secretion Stimulant - This is a long acting hormonal trace additive, that approximately doubles seminal volume production over time, in the majority of individuals. Some may have greater or lesser response, within about a 20% variance. The action efectively continues evenly, for the duration of even the longest retention. -- Growth hormone - The hormone used is specific to reproductive tissues, and has most effect when the tissues are under tensile strain. Normally only used together with a full set of gell/foam, secretion stimulant, Cializ, and Overfull initial seminal volume combined. The effect is to achieve rapid increase in both seminal capacity (by stretching and growth), seminal production rate, and erection size (also stretching due to near-constant erection, and growth.) Rates of increase can be surprising to those unfamiliar with the technique, and the DHM requires guardian consultation with sexual advisors prior to applying this course for an interval greater than one month. However the Richness Doctrine applies, and a guardian's wishes for their ward are in most cases paramount. The consultation is to ensure the guardian understands the likely consequences of the course requested for their ward. Where it is intended to achieve styling of penile growth, the shape moulding apparatus should be provided by the guardian so that it may be applied at the DHM immediately after seminal gelling. Typically significant results are reached within two to three months. The process induces severe ejaculatory urgency in the subject from day one, and in cases where subject is not being disciplined, DHM advocates allowing subject orgasms (dry) as desired by subject. Where penile styling is being applied no penile stimulation will be possible due to the rigid mould, however to achieve the maximum conformance with the mould profile, dry orgasm should be induced and maintained via direct MPA command as often as possible without regard to subject's wishes, while avoiding endangering subject's health through exhaustion. The pressure pulsations of penile engorgement help to work the organ fully into the shape of the mould. Refer to Caution #1 & #3 below. Cautions: 1. Seminal gell or foam together with MPA set to disable 'refractory period', results in indefinitely prolonged orgasm with ejaculatory contractions, however the ejaculation is 'dry', ie without semen expression. This state is harmless but left to itself generally only concludes due to physical exhaustion. Young, healthy, rested subjects may exhibit orgasm persisting for longer than 24 hours. It is recommended that MPA command be used to end dry orgasm states before exhaustion becomes extreme. 2. With MPA set to disable 'refractory period', 'thickener' can result in very prolonged orgasm. 3. Combining gell, foam, or the #3 thickener with 'secretion stimulant' reaches very high seminal gland capacities over time, but at the cost of severe ejaculatory urgency discomfort for the subject male over the interval. Gell plus stimulant in particular for periods longer than 2 weeks should only be applied after DHM consultation, and when combined with 'overfull on exit' should be medically supervised. 4. Irritant combined with gell or foam will usually require some degree of physical restraint of the individual for the duration of the solidification and for several full seminal emissions thereafter. This combination is generally used as a discipline or punishment, often together with public nudity, peer exposure, additional sexual teasing and MPA induced dry orgasm episodes. High quality erection is generally present virtually constantly, even without Cializ additive, or MPA influence. Female sexual management ----------------------- Initial age for female sexual guardianship is 10 years, or from discovery of the female child masturbating, whichever is earlier. Guardianship providers Female sexual management may be provided by the following valid guardianship providers: - Parents of a dependent child or adult female. - Husband for his wife. - A corporation, by contract with a single female. - Any adult male or married couple designated by a single adult woman. - A mature male child of his single mother and/or single sister(s). - The State, via the DHM, where a single female has no other suitable guardian. - Boarding schools and orphanages. - Correctional Facilities. - Under no circumstances shall any female ever remain without sexual guardianship by a valid provider. In the event of event of a guardianship ceasing without transfer to another provider, all those aware of the situation have an obligation under the Act to notify the DHM at the earliest opportunity, in order for a substitute guardianship to be assigned. - Male and female children automatically commence life as wards of their parent(s). Females remain wards of their parent(s) until they marry, or their parent(s) as sexual guardians transfer guardianship to some other guardianship provider. Males remain wards of their parents until any of the following: - Reach age 21. - Move out of the parental home. - In the case of single mother households, become the responsible male of the household. This would normally be at age 16, but in special cases the DHM may direct this at an earlier age. - Unlike males under the age of 21, there are no legislated upper and lower limits for female orgasms per interval of time. Once a female enters under sexual guardianship, responsiblity for her sexual management lies totally with her guardian. This continues throughout her life, changing only in the detail of guardianship provider. The Richness Doctine allows for all cases including extremes such as 'never allowed an orgasm in her entire life' through to 'forcefully and frequently orgasmed every day'. A central tennet of present day sexual mores, as developed in light of the mistakes that led to the times of trouble, is that females must depend utterly and without complaint upon the good will of their male counterparts for their own sexual pleasures. - Under some circumstances a single mother may be approved for sexual guardianship of her children. If they are all daughters their age is not a factor. If one or more of her children is male, the DHM evaluates their age and maturity, and may grant sexual guardianship of the whole family to the most suitable son, even if he is still in his early teens. This is another example of the Richness Doctrine in effect. Objectives of Guardianship %%% * Development of an appreciation for the interdependence of sexual role models. * Guidance of sexual development through experience, within a framework of intergender cooperation. * Prevention of %%%% something about 'relief as reward for positive behavior'. * Richness Doctrine %%% Permissable self-stimulation practices ------------------------------------- The Act distinguishes between 'self stimulation under instruction' which is lawful, and masturbation, which is unlawful. The range of physical acts involved in each are identical; the crucial distinction depends on the element of permission. Unlawful masturbation is any action undertaken in pursuit of sexual gratification, solely on the initiative of the ward, without any element of permission, instruction or supervision by the person's sexual guardian. However where a person's guardian has explicitly instructed or permitted performance of such actions, and is ensuring oversight of the actions, they are considered lawful. Note that: * Oversight does not require the guardian to be present at the time of the sexual acts, since MPA monitoring and logging allows remote and/or subsequent review oversight. * Instructed or permitted actions can be constrained via the MPA facility to impose hard restrictions, such as orgasm/ejaculation blocks, prevention of specific forms of stimulation, etc. * MPA physiological controls can be used to augment instructed actions. For instance MPA-schedule genital engorgement may be used as a 'permission indicator' for instructed self-stimulation. * MPA event logging allows verification of compliance with verbal instructions, in the absense of direct MPA restrictions. For instance a ward's compliance with instructions to perform scheduled manual genital exercises can be verified at any time. One common usage is to direct wards to regularly self-stimulate to the edge of orgasm, but to strictly avoid orgasm or ejaculation. Note that where a ward fails such an exercise of compliance, the forbidden orgasm is not considered unlawful masturbation, since the potential for failure was implicit within the guardian's instructions. The matter is purely an issue of disciple by their guardian for the disobedience. * A guardian may provide blanket permission to self-stimulate at will and to orgasm. This situation still satisfies the 'permission' requirement even if the guardian pays no attention to the ward's MPA logs. Contraception and Libido ----------------------- MPA capabilities include extensive control of the male and female hormonal and messenger chemical signalling systems. As such they are capable of performing reliable contraceptive function. In males MPAs default to a hormonal standby mode, in which no MPA hormonal adjustment initiatives occur without direction via an iPure. In females past puberty MPA's default to a mode equivalent to taking the contraceptive pill. This can be overridden via an iPure to allow pregnancy, or the effective hormonal contraceptive balance can be fine tuned. Note that in both male and female units overall libido can be set via hormonal adjustments, either in a general sense via the Libido control, or via lower level tweaking of specific hormone activity. There are no legislative regulations relating to the setting of hormonal libido, leaving this completely to the judgement of guardians. Note once again that although compassion is a virtue, it is not required to be the primary consideration of sexual guardianship. It is considered entirely acceptable and even beneficial at times to induce sexual discomfort and tension, for the relational and social beneficial effects that follow. Furthermore the Richness Doctrine asserts that even extreme cases of sexual situations can be worthwhile. Thus while sensitivity and common sense in such matters is advised, the DHM takes no stance regarding guardians who impose conditions of very high or low libido, or any combination of libido and sexual frustration or excess on their wards. What are MPA Accessories? %%%%%%%% What are MPA Accessories? ------------------------ The advanced bio-technology of your MPA provides an imperceptible merger between your body's inbuilt sexual functions and the many wonderful extensions and benefits of the MPA. In most situations the complete invisibility of the MPA itself is a benefit, since it allows you to forget the device is present, and go about your life without distraction. Or at least to hide MPA activities from your peers. Even where MPA activity is inducing externally visible sexual reactions in your body, there is still nothing visible other than your overall demeanor and bodily sexual signs. However, in some cases your guardian may feel it appropriate to impose far more overtly sexual physical conditions. Partial or total nudity for instance; while another is to require the use of explicitly sexual physical accessories. These have both a direct sensory effect on you as the wearer, and also psychological effects due to their sexual/visual intrusiveness and potential visibility to others. MPA Accessories are commercially available in wide variety, for both male and female use. Some are active, with MPA WiFi interfaces allowing coordination of their function with your MPA. Others are simple objects or mechanised devices with no MPA interface. Some are detachable by you, such as ordinary vaginal inserts and penile attachments. Others can be locked in place and are only removable by your guardian. Examples include: For females: Various lengths and thicknesses of vaginal penetrators, most of which are sized to remain protruding significantly in order to visually demonstrate the vaginal insertion. Locking mechanisms include belt-crotchstrap, labial piercing points, internal expansion, vaginal-anal V-pivoting, pubic bone inside-outside enclosure, urethral-bladder insert anchors, and full pelvic enclosure shields. Optional functional extras include labial and clitoral presenters, anal attachments, and longer extensions such as thigh-strap rods and spreaders. One notable product is the Vaginal Clown. For males: fittings for erection presentation, tactile isolation and erection suppression. %%% Posession of iPure remote units ------------------------------ Any individual, married couple or legal entity approved as a sexual guardian will be provided with an iPure control unit keyed with access codes for the individual(s) under their care. Only in very rare cases is any female permitted to possess an iPure keyed to her own MPA unit. Powers of Female sexual management A guardian of a female imposes sexual moderation of the female's sexuality via direct action and control of the female's MPA. This control is typically applied through the channel of an iPure unit. As with guardians responsible for a male subject's sexual health, the guardian of a female has over-riding discretionary authority over all aspects of the female's sexual expression. The one major difference is that there is no mandatory requirement to allow or induce orgasms within specified rate ranges. There is no age-based table of specified female orgasm frequencies. A guardian of a female must ensure that autonomous female masturbation to orgasm is absolutely blocked by MPA function. Beyond that requirement the guardian has authority to direct all aspects of the female's sexual experience. Orgasms may be provided or withheld, stimulation may be by any means including intercourse and direct MPA command, sexual exercise programs scheduled, clothing or nudity rules laid down, and so on. Impregnation leading to pregnancy of a female by a guardian other than her husband is an offence under the Act. In all other situations involving potential impregnation, the female's MPA must be set to block embryo formation. Public nudity Where a guardian requires a male or female to be naked in a public place, a licence must first be obtained from the DHM. The licence tag and it's expiry date must be clearly displayed on the standard nudity wristband at all times while the ward is naked in public. A licence option permitting sexual and disciplinary acts in public is available for an extra fee. 'Sexual acts' are defined as involving physical contact between genitals-hands or genitals-another person. Visible sexual arousal up to and including MPA-induced orgasm is not considered a sexual act.
