PUSSY USAGE OVERVIEW ------------------------------ After fitting, PUSSY runs it's wearer through several calibration phases, then maintains them in the operational phase. Phase A: Repetetive arousal promotion and suppresison cycles, progressing gradually to higher peak arousals. These progress as the PUSSY learns wearer responses, till orgasms occur at peaks. Purpose: System shakedown, correct PUSSY fitting and system integration problems, overcome wearer denial, defiance, and opposition to the inevitability of their physiological responses, determine baseline required arousing and inhibiting stimulation levels, calibrate orgasm and pre-orgasm detection instrumentation, train user in denial of auto-erotic activities. Duration: Variable, typically one week. Partially automated, some direct staff monitoring. 1st hour's use consists of alternating full-power, and idle, for shakedown of units and vaginal/penile fit. Phase B: Repetetive full orgasm cycles, combined with subliminal conditioning. Purpose: - Discovery of wearer's capacity for arousal and orgasm via different forms of stimulation. - Discovery of wearer's capacity for multiple and prolonged orgasm. - Habituation of wearer to induced (forced) arousal and orgasm. - Habituation of wearer to arousal and orgasm in institutional settings, both among peers and under supervision. - Conditioning associations between elements of the PUSSY wearer's environment, and their arousal/orgasm. Duration: Generally fixed, one week. However extended durations may be utilised as appropriate. Typical reasons for extensions: - Lack of previous sexual experience (virgins). - Inmates whose later interrogation would likely be facilitated by a higher than normal level of orgasmic habituation or subliminal suggestion. - Inmates chosen for use as examples and demonstrations to other inmates. - Inmates whose physique and responses during sexual cycling may be beneficial to detention center staff morale. Note 1: OIC may in special circumstances, permit temporary removal of PUSSY inserts from individual inmates. See 'staff morale benefits', sec 12, para 5 - intercourse with prisoners. Emphasis: During staff morale sessions, inmates selected for PUSSY inserts removal MUST have their biochip implants configured to mode ORG-BLOCK.) Note 2: Some DHS centers set longer standard Phase B durations. Centers 17 and 128 handle special investigation cases, where an indefinite duration of Phase B is deemed appropriate. Phase C: Idle period. No erogenous stimulation, only monitoring of arousal level, combined with brief 'back to zero' nullifications of pronounced arousal (but only if orgasm appears imminent.) Automatic punishment stimuli to PUSSY wearer if auto-erotic stimulation attempts detected. Purpose: Establishing PUSSY wearer's baseline libido, daily arousal patterns, succeptibility to erotic audio-visual imagery, rate of libido buildup, and psycho-sexual responses to various inmate handling styles as well as the subliminally imposed responses. Mostly automated, apart from handling response evaluations. Phase D: Orgasm block and termination cycles. Final test and calibration of arousal hold, nullification and orgasm termination stimuli. Wearer stimulated to near orgasm, held there for an interval, then arousal zero'd, repeatedly. However no relieving aspects of the orgasmic process are allowed to proceed. Rather the orgasm is nullified in the briefest way possible, thus preserving all aspects, both psychological and physiological, of the subject's sexual tension achieved during Phase C. Purpose: Establishing solid, guaranteed arousal capping and orgasm blocking baselines, without: - diminishing inmate's accumulated libido. - deconditioning inmate's habituated orgasm needs, established or reinforced in Phase B. Typical duration: Generally less than one day. Phase E: Maturation. As with Phase C & D, orgasm is absolutely disallowed, as is any auto-erotic activity that might be possible despite the blocks provided by PUSSY. Spontaneous arousal above the set-level and up to but not including orgasm is allowed to persist. Approach to orgasm is blocked via inhibitory stimuli as required to cap arousal, rather than by nullification. Arousal levels below the individually prescribed set-level are boosted by any of the available methods, including and in any combination: - Direct stimulus via the PUSSY unit. (Routine) - Environmental stimuli, such as audio-visuals and subliminally planted cues. - Staff intervention, based on the inmate's established erotic profile. - Application of drugs such as Viagra(r), Cialis(r), Volumax(r), etc. Purpose: To develop in inmates the following: - A profound, intense, urgent and unceasing need for sexual relief. - An awareness that such relief is available *solely* at the disgression of the wardens. - An awareness that the inmate's sexual arousal and desire will not be allowed to deviate from the very high level mandated by the institution, and that this condition will continue for as long as their incarceration, ie potentially indefinitely. - That their PUSSY unit is undefeatable, unfailing, vigilant, and maintains absolute control over their body and mind's entire sexual nature and state, as well as constantly logging it. - An awareness that from time to time, they may be interrogated regarding their own crimes, or any other matters, and that their *sole* prospect for intermittent sexual relief lies in full, enthusiastic and informative cooperation with any such interrogations. Interrogations may be conducted formally, or informally, at any time, by any member of the institutions staff. Sexual relief *may* be awarded by staff for good attitude and cooperation. - An awareness that failure to cooperate, or actual defiance, will definitely lead to punishment, and worsening of their position. Such punishments may involve a variety of methods, including: - Increase of their mandated minimum PUSSY arousal level. - Loss of movement, socialising, entertainment, work, food and excretion permissions. - Physical punishment, with or without permanent disfigurement. - Surgical/medical alterations, of any kind. Typical duration: Unspecified. Varies depending on wearer's nature and interogation objectives and progress. Phase F: Operational. As with Phase C through E, orgasm is absolutely disallowed, as is any auto-erotic activity that might be possible despite the blocks provided by PUSSY. Spontaneous arousal above the set-level and up to but not including orgasm is allowed to persist. Approach to orgasm is blocked via inhibitory stimuli as required to cap arousal, rather than by nullification. Purpose: To maintain the inmate in a state maximally ammenable to any further interrogation that may be required, over the duration of their detention. To provide emphasis by example to inmates under active interrogation, of the futility of non-cooperation. Typical duration: Unspecified. Section 6. PROCEEDURAL NOTES --------------------------- 1. Interrogations of detainees may commence at any stage in their processing. However given the large influx of inmates since Presidential declaration of the current state of national crisis, and the limited staff for interrogations, the long interval from initial induction to full and enthusiastic commitment of inmates to cooperation is not a significant operational handicap. 2. At any given time in an established DHS detention facility, inmates in Phase E (Maturation) will typically be in the great majority. It has been found advantageous to quarter incoming Phase A and B inmates interspersed among the E's, in such a way that E's cannot avoid the distinctive sights and sounds of the A's and B's as they learn the capabilities of their PUSSYs. This provides a very effective environmental sexual stimulus to the E's, thus reducing a facility's electric power consumption since the E's PUSSY units are required to perform less ongoing electro-mechanical stimulation. 3. A similar basis underlies the mandatory nudity of inmates, the design of the PUSSY units for minimal visual coverage, and the permanent genital depiliation of incoming inmates. Together these factors not only eliminate the cost of inmate uniforms, but also ensure that all inmate's sexual arousal is fully visible at all times. Together with the standard sibliminal conditioning regarding the desirability of f-f sexual acts, this further reduces the PUSSY electrical load. It also provides useful income via subscriptions to the 'public monitoring of prison conditions' cable video channels, available to residents of selected gated secure communities. Section 9. SOFTWARE ------------------ PUSSY units are Microsoft Fista complaint - WiFi connected via heavily encrypted, DRM-secure, virus-proof protocols. 'MS Fista' is an evolution of the Gov-Corp approved Vista line of Trusted Computing Platforms. Fista implements the same approach to user's data rights and freedoms (ie there are none), but with a more robust and vigorous market penetration policy. Software agents implementing these requirements are embedded securely and unobtrusively within the Fista code base, supervising all operational aspects of the operating system, mass storage, network connections, and user application execution. The highest possible reliability, security and software compliance standards are ensured in PUSSY units, through the use throughout of processor silicon and embedded firmware manufactured in the deep factory-caverns of Israel, the US Government's closest partner in the global fight against terrorism and anarchy. Involved with the 'auto-update' facility, which is enabled but unused due to the low bandwidth WiFi link being prone to dropouts in some areas. Whats more, the conspirators have all had themselves implanted with MPA, but with the 'god mode' extension, in which their sexual abilities are like Megatron on Viagra. ------------------------------------------ . Later models communicate with an implanted bio-chip that directly interfaces the spine. Has radio interface, GPS, inductive battery charge, 'docking socket' (lockable, provides power and pneumatic/hydraulic services.) Genital unit has proximity sensors for transponders in wristlets, and applies punishment stimulus if wrists approach too close to genitals. Also, the spinal interface unit senses neural signals from the genitals, and compares level of genital stimulus to that being applied by the genital unit - a significant excess implies manual stimulation is occuring, which is punished. -------- Appendix A Volumax(r) A more assertive sexual function enhancing drug, recently developed. Viagra and Cialis act only to relax the smooth muscle cells of the veinous system specific to penile (and clitoral) blood supply, thus enhancing onset and rigidity of erection. Volumax does the same, but also strongly stimulates the production of secretions in all of the glands involved in sexual function. This stimulation is via direct acting messenger substances, ie does not depend on brain involvement. In particular the male prostate and female G-spot glands are stimulated to a high and continuous rate of fluid output. This continues relatively continuously over the period of activity of the drug, which is four days. Since these glands normally only release secreted fluids during ejaculation (male and female) the glands retain the accumulating fluids until the next ejaculation. The resulting progressive glandular swelling is perceived by the subject as an increasing sexual urgency. Glandular output and ultimate holding capacity vary between individuals, however the interval from one gland-emptying orgasm until glandular content again reaches maximum typically lies in the range of half an hour to two hours. Where orgasm is not inhibited (for instance by an MPA orgasm block) even with no genital stimulation at all, the intense sexual urgency sensation of prostate/g-spot being stretched to near its limit will typically result in spontaneous orgasm well before that limit is reached. Even without the erection induction due to the companion veinous relaxation components of Volumax. Where orgasm is blocked, fluid pressure within the glands rises to the point that fluids spontaneously leak at a steady rate past the exit valves of the glands. This condition presents as a small but continuous flow of semen-like milky fluid from the penis, and a similar rate of flow of clear, non-urine fluid from the female erethra. The presure relief occurs before the onset of damage to the glands by overpressure. However the 'no orgasm' pressure is typically high enough to cause gradual enlargement of the prostate/g-spot capacity over time. Increases of 10% to 20% achieved over one four day dose interval (orgasm free) have been observed, both in males and females. The changes appear to be permanent, and also cumulative for repeated dosing, with up to 600% increases having been achieved so far in ongoing tests with a group of 16 male inmates at a DHM holding center. Serendipitously, as the prostate enlarges in volume, its fluid production rate also increases at a proportional rate greater than 1:1, resulting in a refractory interval that actually diminishes with increasing semen volume on ejaculation. There are some indications that prolonged dosage with Volumax results in a permanently enhanced glandular fluid secretion _rate_ (as well as holding volume) in both prostate and G-spot. The expected consequence, of increased frequency and intensity of desire for male ejacuatory relief appears to hold very true, and holds considerable promise as an extension technique in the DHS interrogation repertoir. However this method of increasing ejaculatory volume is arguably unsuitable for personal/commercial use, since the sustained sensation of intense sexual urgency involved is easily far stronger than even the most determined personal self control can resist. The no-orgasm requirement can only be maintained over the dosage duration in the case of subjects under involuntary physical restraint, as well as direct neurological orgasm blocking as possible with an MPA. A related proposal for Volumax use is currently being considered by the Morality Council and AJP leadership. It has been suggested that the high school sexual morality education curricula for females should be modified to include one or more mandatory instances of Volumax dosage under carefully controled conditions. The argument is that females' appreciation of the male sexual dilema would benefit from personal experience of the intensity of ejaculatory urgency that is the defining element of male physiology. This proposal is currently on hold, while experiments are conducted on DHS female inmates to evaluate psychological and physical long term effects of such treatments, and what dosage and methodology would be suitable. In particular, whether there is significant induction of lasting female ejaculatory urgency, and how this may sit with government policy based on the absense of same, and thus the mandating of zero orgasms for single women. Early determinations are, that there in fact have always been a small percentage of women who do in fact experience ejaculatory urgency, but that this does not invalidate the moral basis of the AJP's moral purity platform of mandated chastity for single women. And that some incidental increase in the proportion of women experiencing ejaculatory urgency yet denied orgasm while still single, will be immaterial to the broad basis of the policy. It is felt that the issue is solely a matter of policy enforcement in individual cases, easily managed by close monitoring of MPA telemetry data from students over a year or two subsequent to their Volumax lesson(s) in empathy with male sexual imperatives. It has also been pointed out by the policy advice committee, that such effects could be expected to increase the rates of marriage in the 18 to 22 age group, and thus the birth rate. A national benefit, given the projected serious shortfall in military personel over coming decades.
