DHM Restricted 2.x Staff induction training notes - MPA and iPurity systems Notes of introduction of the MPAs to public use. -------------- They are introduced originally with the stated aim of preventing masturbation and out of wedlock intercourse. However there is 'mission drift' (as was always intended.) Generally in the guise of adaptations to improved understanding of physical sexual health needs. First one is 'male ejaculation required for health, thus mandatory, frequency optimised on an individual basis' (Over a very wide range, and may vary over time.) Next development, is requirement for overall sexual system to be 'exercised' regularly, to avoid tissue atrophy, optimise hormonal balance, and develop strength of character through an awareness of the will-sapping power of physical urges, and the ability of the MPA to overcome them, thus freeing the individual from the sins of the flesh. Hence females (and males) get subjected to 'comprehensive arousal cycles', in which their physical arousal level is varied to a schedule (set for them by Dept of HS based on factors not revealed.) (Need a wowsery name for this. ? Reproductive Fitness Program ? RFP for now. Sounds like RFC!) Then there is the 'bodily wellbeing' program, in which the MPAs perform low-level sexual exercising in the background to DHM info-tainment TV programs. Which of course provides the most effective means of mind conditioning ever invented, but it's passed off as 'convenient time-saver'. Signing up with 'America the Pure' movement involves an Oath (included) and also effectively agreeing to an EULA (End User Licence Agreement) for the software & hardware of the MPA unit. Include this too based on an actual MS EULA, eg from Vista. Text is available online during signup proceedure, but difficult to save a copy, and very lengthy. Make it outrageous, spoofing the 'nobody ever reads them' thing. In effect a MPA unit user signs away every right to their own body, and agrees to submit to whatever the DHM dept decides to do with/to them. The DHM owns the copyright to all media representations of the user's responses to MPA guidance, including telemetry and audio/visual streams. User authorises the DHM to acquire, examine, retain and disburse such streams as it sees fit. Also that the HS can modify the terms of the contract without notice, 'auto-upgrade' the MPA software at any time, make any use they wish of the collected log data, etc. No liability for mental anguish, injury or death of user, as a result of any MPA operation, mis-operation, flaw or failure. ----MPA Remote control units------- Anyone possessing a 'full' version of the MPA remote control unit, can access all MPA functionality (except the secret backdoors.) As far as the public knows, the only MPA remotes that exist are the simple iPurity units for Wedlock & Guardian Responsibility. ----------- (Do 'Public relations' and 'restricted' versions of these: Moral Purity Assistant (MPA) implant Operational Capabilities ----------------------------------------------------------- Overview: Based on a merging of several research streams, including the early 'PUSSY' insert units intended for control of female detainees, and the more recent Neural-Partner implants, together with blood-glucose powered ultra-miniature WiFi transponders. WiFi capabilities: Operation: In males, the MPA monitors frequency of arousal and emmission, and ensures that emission occurs with a target frequency appropriate to the individual and situation. (This factor can be remotely set and locked, with a range from 'never' to 'continuous' The default target range is once per week, up to twice a day allowed.) If emission is overdue, the unit stimulates the sexual nervous system to ramp up libido until emission occurs. The unit is able to distinguish between masturbation, and external sexual stimulus, and can disallow or require either. Default is to allow either. There is provision for targetting 'exercise arousal', in which erection is maintained for a specified number of hours per day, regardless of culmination in emission. Not used in default configuration, however both missed emissions and 'missed exercise arousal hours' accumulate in non-volatile counters. The unit is capable of directly inducing both erections and emissions, but will do so only under WiFi command. It also totally eliminates the messy phenomenon of 'night emissions' (orgasms while sleeping) even if long emission free intervals are programmed for some reason such as criminal incarceration. In females, the default MPA config monitors frequency of arousal, but absolutely blocks orgasm unless in physical proximity to registered MPA unit of spouse, and within a 10 minute window subsequent to spouse's MPA reporting ejaculation. Means of orgasm block varies depending on frequency with which prevention is required. Where arousal is spontaneous (ie not masturbation or external stimulus), the block is a 'smooth cap', ie it simply limits arousal to just below orgasm. On the principle that involuntary arousal should be allowed to subside naturally on its own in time. Arousal involving significant masturbation is blocked via both an anti-orgasm 'cap', and intermittent pain stimulus while at cap. The longer masturbation persists, the sharper and more frequent the pain bursts. Occurence of significant external stimulus, where by masturbation or while another MPA is in close proximity but is not the registered spouse's, is logged and reported to the authorities when next the MPA is in contact with a public wifi node. As with the male units, there is provision for setting a minimum frequency of exercise of the sexual organs, to prevent tissue atrophy. The default target is for full erectile tissue engorgement and vaginal lubrication, short of orgasm, for at least one hour per week of 'exercising arousal.' In recognition of the reality that some females have naturally high libidos, the upper limit defaults to 'none'. As with the male units again, there is provision for specifying a target number of orgasms per week. Missed orgasms accumulate in a non volatile counter. Normally the female orgasms/week target is left at its default zero. Both male and female units can stimulate overall libido, as well as directly induce sexual arousal and also orgasm. For sexual organ exercise targets, libido stimulation factor is ramped up until weekly goals are reached, then (in female version only) doubled to allow for short-term variable factors. It is felt that as there is no moral blemish associated with passive genital arousal, it is best to err on the high side rather than risk insufficient organ functional exercise. In both versions, the wearer-health related 'missed target orgasms' and 'missed target hours of exercise arousal' counters are non-volatile and not resetable once the unit is fitted to a wearer. They can only be decremented by one with each actual orgasm, or hour of arousal. -------------------------------- DHM - Bug report (SECRET) Defect Note #153916 - Moral Purity Assistant (MPA) implant set rev 4.5 - Status Block F2A9 Corruption Description of defect: MPA Units are known to switch from factory default settings to 'disallows both masturbation and external stimulus' and 'target of two orgasms per day' under obscure (unknown) but rare circumstances. The implicated code seems to be in the core OS, not the M/F interface routines, as it affects both male and female implants on statistically equal basis. Remediaton status: Public recall is impractical, and effects are considered harmless since a simple workaround is available - users experiencing 'any unusual effects' are recommended to make an appointment at their local DHM Purity clinic, where the MPA can be reset and/or upgraded. Universal increment to a new software revision when the bug origin is identified is considered troublesome due to nationwide installed user and software base, and logistical difficulties regarding the WiFi auto-update feature's behaviour in signal-dropout prone areas. Workaround Notes: This bug typically results in an incrememting 'orgasms missed' and consequent continualy increasing sexual stimulation of the user, though with their MPA still applying an overriding orgasm block. The net effect is unfortunately incompatible with the user maintaining a civilised demeanor and lifestyle. Eventually they will either contact a DHM Purity Clinic directly, or be refered via their GP. During the waiting period for a user's appointment at a DHM Purity Clinic further 'targetted orgasms missed' counts will continue to accrue, as will their level of stimulation. The key difficulty is that though an MPA reset will clear the 'target orgasms per day' value, and so stop the 'missed orgasms' counter incrementing, the counter by design cannot be reset to zero. It can only be decremented by one for each orgasm. And while still non-zero will always cause the MPA to progressively apply increasing stimulus towards orgasm - regardless of the orgasm block being ON. Since the Morality Laws prohibit female self-inducement of orgasm, and thus prohibit their release from the clinic with the orgasm block disabled, it is necessary for female users to have their orgasm count worked off during their visit to the clinic. To ensure propriety, Monitored Orgasm Inductions (MOIs) will be done under qualified medical supervision, with both male and female DHM officers present, as well as visual recordings. Normally the orgasm sequence will be automatically profiled by equipment interfaced to the user's MPA. This allows for the instance where multiple users may present with such problems simultaneously, and for expediency must be treated together as a group. However if the equipment is temporarily unavailable, and time and staffing permit, more traditional or improvised methods may be used. Diagnosis of users with this bug is complicated by the fact that although the 'orgasms missed' counter value is available in the standard WiFi interrogation response, it is quite commonly non-zero in MPA users. The observation of both masturbation block' and 'stimulus block' flags together rarely occurs and so is indicative of the bug. However, neither of these flags is present in the standard WiFi interrogation response. They are read-accessible only via debug transponder units - which are 'restricted distribution', and so not available in Purity Clinics. Consequently, diagnosis predominantly depends on patient self-description of MPA behavior. Users presenting at a DHM Purity Clinic with persistent penile or clitoral priapism and very high libido but inability to achieve release, may have the bug. Proceedures differ for males and females. For males (not subject to court-ordered orgasm denial orders) reset the MPA (thus removing masturbation block) and send the user away to deal with their accumulated orgasm count themselves. For females, reset their MPA, read back the MPA orgasm log block. If the 'missed orgasms' field is greater than zero, enable orgasms and commence inducement of orgasm the indicated number of times (or greater.) Reset their MPA to defaults again, thus restoring orgasm block, then release them. Close personal monitoring of a female's MPA telemetry signals is recommended for a period of two months after orgasm induction, to ensure no morality repercussions occur. It is common for libido, genital arousal and masturbation attempts to rise considerably for a while after Monitored Orgasm Inductions, particularly those involving numerous orgasms. Some past patients (and even females who have never been patients) are known to feign MPA faults, in order to exploit Purity Clinic services to obtain out-of-wedlock MOIs. For this reason, the DHM purity Clinics maintain a three to five day appointment waiting period. Consequently genuine cases of Defect #153916 are guaranteed to have non-zero 'missed orgasms' count. Persons presenting with alledged symptoms, but with an 'missed orgasms' count of zero are held by the DHM Director to be guilty of committing sexual deception; equivalent to Moral Sabotage of the National Purity, and as such are subject to detention in a Moral Correctional Facility. However for the moment, until there are clarification rulings on the varieties of Moral crime, and the appropriate penalties are entered in the record, such individuals are allowed to remain unaware that their crimes are known. To this end, they are given a random further number of MOIs (to obscure their differentiation from genuine cases), then released. -------------- DHM Operational Note (SECRET) User Manual - Moral Purity Assistant (MPA) implant set rev 4.5 Appendix D - Post Release Functional Extention Documentation - Easter Egg Background of Extension These features were not in the original specification. During code audits it was discovered that two programmers had added functionality on their own initiative. The individuals responsible were terminated, however upon bringing the matter to the attention of the counter-espionage services a recommendation was received that the features could have useful national security applications. Consequently the extension is retained. It is not publicly documented or acknowledged. NOTE: All features accessible via this channel are available in more flexible forms via the standard 'full function' WiFi programming remote unit. (DHM model number HMR-26497b) This unit is not for public sale, and is intended only for DHM detention center use, and MPA systems research facilities. Commercially available consumer units (DHM model number HMC-37628a) provide a limited subset of MPA capabilities, in concordance with DHM policy on public morality. Capabilities of this extension are only potentially useful in covert/deep-cover espionage or psyops. Functionality of Extension MPA-Female units have a backdoor superuser channel, accessible via any MPA-Male unit in WiFi proximity. The backdoor-activation code sequence is for the male to have intercourse with the female four times within a two hour window (while remaining in continuous proximity) but to each time cease intercourse just before (10% margin) male orgasm. The MPA-Male unit (ie its wearer) should then leave WiFi proximity of the MPA-F. While out of proximity, the MPA-M unit wearer's own sexual activities encode a 'command packet' that is stored in the MPA-M and transmitted to the backdoor-activated MPA-F unit when next they come in WiFi proximity. After that the backdoor channel deactivates, and the MPA-F remains in the commanded mode until reset or re-commanded. During this interval the MPA-F unit also does NOT log actual sexual events, but instead fabricates a plausible 'minimal, permitted morality events' log for transmission when interrogated by nearby public WiFi portals. The upper limit to the 'away' time is one hour. If proximity is not established within that interval the MPA-F unit resets to standard mode. The coding of MPA-M actions while out of proximity is: * Orgasm occurs --> MPA-F unit set to prohibit orgasm. * No Orgasm --> MPA-F unit set to allow orgasm. * Erection maintained for X% of 'away' time --> Percent of each day that MPA-F unit will target for 'exercising arousal.' Where X is less than 10%, the MPA-F unit will prohibit any genital sexual arousal at all. Where X is greater than 90%, the MPA-F unit will target full time arousal. Note that the 10%/90% margins are to allow for encoding of the leave/return values below. Note: Some combinations may require the use of performance enhancing pharmaceuticals or mechanical aids. For DHM official activities, refer to DHM expense account form 3725-F. Of course, if the MPA-M wearer possesses a full function WiFi remote, they could directly program the actions of their own organs. However, this method is non-sensical since it would be far less trouble to directly program the MPA-F unit via the remote. Recall that this feature was envisaged for use in situations where no MPA remote is available. Examples: (actions during 'away' time.) #1. Erection maintainted for entire period, no masturbation, orgasm or other acts. (Note: Period 'away' can be as brief as one minute. ) Result: Female's libido ramped till 'exercise arousal' is persistent full time. No masturbation, intercourse or orgasm allowed. For high target intensity, stimulate erection to near-orgasm just prior to leaving proximity of MPA-F unit (thus logging a high 'peak tension'.) Viagra or Cialis may be used to ensure logging a 'full scale' value if desired. #2.
