Known affectionately by staff and inmates as C-bay, we are a DHS facility for detention and interrogation of Internal Enemy Elements. Your guide will lead you through viewing all aspects of the inmate experience here at C-Bay, in either the male or female inmate sections, by your preference today. Please feel free to address any queries or requests you may have to your guide. In most cases your guide will have authority to organise special proceedures and activities for informational purposes. WARNING! We would like to repeat the cautions included in your original invitation: 1. Nudity. Inmates of both sexes are fully naked at all times apart from discipline measures, or where engaged in prison work that requires protective garments. 2. Explicit sexual activities. Inmates are subject to total sexual control and discipline, involving the full range of physical and mental sexual states. 3. Language. This is a high inmate-volume facility, and our interrogation methods encourage inmate verbal openness. Inmates are monitored at all times, but generally not disciplined for verbal expression. 4. Minors accompanying our Distinguished Guests must remain in care of their legal guardians at all times. 5. No photography or recording is allowed on base under any circumstances. Our Mission ---------- In today's uncertain world, when enemies of public order are found both within and without our borders, information is the key to protecting our great Nation's Freedoms. After the viscious and cowardly foreign terrorist attacks of Sept 11, 2001, legislative, judicial and law enforcement agencies unanimously concurred in new initiatives for the gathering of information from suspects. Various enhanced interrogation techniques were investigated at our sister base in Guantanamo Cuba, and other facilities in sympathetic nations worldwide. Over a period of time, evaluations of interrogation effectiveness yielded an unexpected discovery. It was found that prolonged sexual stimulation coupled with availability of relief only as a reward greatly enhanced prisoner cooperation. Further studies found that actually desisting with the usual enhanced interrogation methods (waterboarding, beatings, sensory deprivation, nausiating agents, sleep deprivation, electric shock, dog maulings, burns, flayings, prolonged suspensions and contortions, starvation, cold and heat, etc) and retaining only 'sexual incentivisation' achieved far more effective results than any other combination of methods tried. In addition, medical costs and legal difficulties were greatly reduced. Here at C-bay and other such facilities in the USA and elsewhere, we carry out bulk housing and debriefing of convicted and suspect Internal Enemy Elements using the sexual incentivisation technique, together with research to further refine and develop the effectiveness of this method. The current predominant technology in use by DHS for sexual incentivisation, is the PUSSY (Prolonged Unrelieved Sexual Stimulation sYstem.) Our technology research department continues to achieve world-leading R&D progress in the field of sexual incentivisation, and several highly promising new technologies are in experimental use at our facility. History of the PUSSY ------------------- Prior to PUSSY the DHS experimented with evolutions of historical chastity devices, combined with basic mechanical genital stimulators. Typically they were bulky, involving enclosures of the pelvis and crotch together with internal genital/anal inserts, and wireless control and monitoring. They were used for both prisoner control and research on sexual conditioning. To optimise material costs, and minimise wearer body coverage, DHS researchers refined these designs to an efficient and simple to fit range of units, that retained the full effectiveness of earlier bulky forms. There are two basic models - Male and Female. Both involve only the genitals, with no crotch strap or waist belt. These were the first models under the PUSSY designation, and involved no surgery for installation other than simple labial piercings with the F model. PUSSY units are effective and cost efficient, however they do have the disadvantage of occupying the vagina or covering the penis, and so must be removed to allow any proceedures requiring genital access. They are still the predominant method of sexual control in the DHS interrogation camps, due to ease of installation, reusability, reliability of the technology, and large existing stocks of the devices. Later (experimental second generation) PUSSY models included interface to early developmental versions of bio-implant nerve taps, that culminated in the Neural Partner(tm) product range. These 2nd-gen ex-PUSSYs were part of the initial research phase of the implant-only devices, and saw limited use among prisoners allocated to R&D programs. Early technical problems were quickly overcome, and the techniques adapted to mass production. The third generation of sexual control devices are fully implant based, and consist solely of ultra-miniaturised Neural Partner(tm) nodes located unobtrusively in various parts of the body. They are biologically powered, internetworked among the nodes, have considerable processing and data storage capacity, and allow short range WiFi datalinking to nearby equipment. These 3rd-gen PUSSY models were given a new name suitable for public use - the 'Moral Purity Assistant' or MPA. By their programatic flexibility MPAs can serve such diverse roles as sexual controlers for DHS detainees under interrogation, and the soon to be publicly unveiled foundation of the AJP's (1) 'America the Pure' abstinence volunteer program. Although much more versatile and unobtrusive than the older PUSSY units, MPAs are rarely fitted to camp detainees due to the higher cost, permanence once fitted, and wastage upon prisoner termination. ie they cannot be considered as camp capital item expenditure, but rather are consumables. Also, production capacity is currently almost fully allocated to building AJP's inventory. (1) AJP - American Jesus Party. How does PUSSY work? ------------------- PUSSY is a sexual stimulation and arousal monitoring system, able to steer arousal to any level from zero to extreme orgasm, and hold it there indefinitely. It uses mechanical and electrical genital stimulation and various physical sensors, providing a control feedback loop achieving precise control of the wearer's sexual state. All units comprise a genital module, and optional wrist and ankle bracelets. The bracelets are primarily proximity and pose sensors, able to quantify the distance and angles between each other, and the genital unit, as well as overall body orientation. The genital component obviously exists in two variants - Female and Male. The F model consists of a vaginal insert cylinder, with a uterine-resident 'lolipop' to the upper side, and a labial plate that covers the mons, the whole of the labia and vagina, and terminates in a thin anal finger at the rear. The labial plate has a rigid outer Rim that supports the labial piercing anchors, and can unlock from the rest of the unit allowing the two body-penetrating parts to be withdrawn. This leaves the Rim in place, the labia and clitoral hood held open wide to the Rim by the piercings, and the clitoris and vaginal opening fully exposed and accessible. The Rim is rigid, contains no active components and is normally left in place permanently. With the plate locked on and fully closed no manual genital contact is possible, even if the system is programmed to allow the wristlets within touching distance of the pubic area (normally not permitted.) Body contact surfaces of the labial plate, the vaginal insert, uterine lolipop and anal finger are all composed of Amoebate(r) - a spinoff from restricted military materials research. It is a 'motile plastic', able to reconfigure it's shape rapidly under electrical control. In PUSSY, the software is able to form the Amoebate into tentacle-like appendages, whose number and length are limited solely by the amount of Amoebate present. Ends of the appendages are formed under software control, as either spike, rounded pad, suction pad, feathered, tongue, or pincer, thus allowing a wide range of tactile stimulus in addition to the facility to apply variable electrical stimulus to points on the wearer's skin via the Amoebate. The material also provides tactile feedback of a kind back to the controlling processor, allowing monitoring of genital engorgement, lubrication and muscular activity. Dynamic openings are also possible, such as for visual inspection of the clitoris, and hygene. The vaginal plug is formed of a smallish solid core containing control electronics, power cell, a vibratory module, etc. The remaining two thirds of it's bulk is an Amoebate reserve, giving the plug a large range of dimensional and shape variability. The software includes models of feminine vaginal and external anatomy and sensitivities - including the Clitoris, the U-spot, the G-spot, the A-spot, urethra, and uterus. The uterine lolipop is also shapeshift capable, in part to permit self-insertion into the uterus as the vaginal plug is put in place. The M model fully encloses both the penile shaft and scrotal sack, with an extension projecting back from the crotch to a thin anal penetrator that flares inside the anus to cover the prostate area. Anchorage at the front is provided by a rigid 'figure 8' constriction around the penis and scrotal base. Both the penile shaft and scrotum enclosures are of actively variable dimensions, composed of Amoebate, and able to assume various textures and motile forms on the inner surface. As is the anal penetrator. The M model allows for dimensional adaptation of the penile enclosure to accomodate erection when that is permitted, to prevent erection when not allowed, or an open-frame form for visual inspection and hygene. In no circumstances is the wearer able to manually stimulate themselves in any way. The M model PUSSY unit (as with the F model) is able to apply a wide range of mechanical and electrical stimuli to all areas of the sexual organs, including internally. In both the F and M models, urinary control is provided by an extensible urethral insert, that can funcion as a plug, an outlet channel for voiding when permitted, and an applicator of mechanical and electrical stimulation to internal organs such as the prostate and G-spot. With the available variety and intensity of stimulatory and inhibitory modulators of sexual physiology, PUSSY units provide absolute and total control of the wearer's physical sexual state. Specifically, physical arousal may routinely be induced and maintained for indefinite periods, regardless of the wearer's psychological uncooperativeness. Orgasm can be absolutely inhibited, or induced on command, again regardless of the wearer's cooperation. We wish to remind our Distinguished Guests, that our mission here are C-bay is to debrief our inmates, and that sexual tension is our primary methodology. We welcome requests for demonstrations of the full range of capabilities of the PUSSY units, however we request that our guests bear in mind that sexually relieving random inmates may set back debriefing schedules considerably. Please exercise good judgement. Your guide will advise you on selecting inmates suitable for explorations of full PUSSY capabilities.
