         NOTE:  I did not masturbate while writing this story.  It gives me no 
pleasure whatever to have to explain the laws to my fellow Americans, 
some of whom are still in need of guidance with regard to the proper 
treatment of MINORS under the law.
         This story was created to give men a clear example of how not to 
conduct themselves with, or in the presence of children.  Here you will 
read, in great detail, about what NOT to do.  Obviously it would be better 
not to have to write such things but, since crimes are still being 
committed, somebody needs to explain things in such a way that there can 
be a clear understanding of the issues involved.
         Hopefully no perverts will read this story and find inspiration from 
it, or validation of their detestable thoughts.  DO NOT read this story 
without your pants on.  If you are currently without pants, go and get 
pants and put them on before reading any further.  Also, make sure that 
your zipper is zipped up.  And donŐt wear pants that are too tight, men, we 
all know what happens when oneŐs pants are too tight.  (Well, some of us 
have better control than others...)
         If you find yourself becoming erect, STOP reading.  Go and play golf 
or something.  Then, when you have yourself properly controlled, you may 
continue.  If you need to take numerous breaks, that is much better than 
becoming sexually excited over a child.
         Now for those of you in Law Enforcement, you must understand one 
thing.  You are not exempt from sin.  DonŐt go blowing through this 
introduction as if it doesnŐt apply to you.  It does!  You must make sure 
that you do not have illegal desires, since you in particular are charged 
with protecting our precious children.
         So, if you are ready, if you are wearing pants, if they are zipped up 
and they are not too tight, proceed.  Remember always that children are 
our most important natural resource, and are not to be fucked under any 
circumstances.
