 This collection contains stories related to, and revolving around the
eponymous construct.  In brief, an underground system of Databases, using
outdated technology (Like MoDems) to stay under the radar.  While there's
various illegal transactions to pay for it, including Hacker skryps, drug
transactions, money laundering, and plans you can't get on the Internet
(like recipes for Saren) this being a sex story site, most of the focus is
on Pornography, which is illegal for whatever reasons.  Rape (Not just
simulated) Snuff, Pedophilia, Prostitution, and custom videos, basically
anything the government would be interested in investigating, and
prosecuting people for.

   Also the civilian (With some unofficial LEOs working in their spare
time) Task Force trying to put a dent in it.  I don't condone any of this,
in fact, I hate the idea of anything like this happening, documented or
not. However, it's convenient to make up something like this so that I can
catharticly bring strawmen of my own creation to Justice.  The good-guys
don't always win, and honestly it's unlikely that it will ever be shut down
completely, but they do what they can.  In response, the criminals take
steps to make them more difficult to investigate, arrest, and convict.

   For example, they have a Cell Structure.  Each Cell is a Database, like
a BBS, but isolated aside from numbers to access, and download (Primarily
over Landlines.) So, you can get a number, and eventually even track it
down, but that leaves little to go on from there beyond their clients. 
Another one pops up, all the time, so it's much like fighting a Hydra,
where each head is only dimly aware of each-other, or more like a pit of
snakes which breeds faster than you can catch, and kill them.  Also,
there's basically no way to get the numbers in the first place, other than
1: paying for illegal content, 2: providing illegal content, or 3: possibly
getting Local Usage Details from users as you find them, and tracking them
to other systems.
It's basically easier to pack up, move, and make new ones than track
them down one-by-one, and the investigators are hopelessly outnumbered. 
There's also individual security features, unique to each database, many
which are either obsolete, or derived from obsolete protocols, so modern
methods may, or may not be effective.  They share, and upgrade each-other,
but organically, seemingly at random, so the investigators have the further
challenges of not knowing what to expect (And basically starting over with

each new DBS.)

   Story Codes:

   NS = No Sex.  In story titles, that doesn't mean there's no sexual
activity whatsoever, but the vast majority of the chapters are non-sexual.
I will try not to bore you with technicalities, but in some cases, it
actually helps build tension.  I'll try not to leave you hanging.  In
chapter titles, you can just skip past to one with some action in it, if
you just want to get off.

   Rape is obvious, But.  It's also sometimes nebulous, when it comes to
issues like Consent.  I like to play with these, it's fun, so it may be
Rape to one of the participants, but not thought of as such to others. 
There's also Consensual Rape, on the assumption that you can rape the
willing, by finding something they're not willing to do, and you can ask
(Even force) someone to rape you.  I kind of get off on that concept.  I
also use the Holmes, and Holmes classifications of pathological rapists a
lot, so for reference:

   Power Assertives Assert their masculinity through rape.  They're
players, who charm, lie, and cheat to get what they want.  They don't
necessarily Rape (I also consider it a Personality type) but they're not
above it.  They also keep score by notches, so will do anything to get
another one.  It's pathological, so they don't tend to take "No" for an
answer.  That wouldn't be manly, in their worldview.  A non-sadistic
Malignant Narcissist, differing mostly in the Pain/Fear motive.  They don't
care about the victims' suffering one way or the other, they're basically a
Goal in, and of themselves.

   Power-Reassurance (I usually leave off the Power, because it's not a
reliable motive) are delusional stalkers.  They fantasize a love affair
with their victims, until they can't resist breaking in, and confronting
the object of their affection.  Unfortunately, they tend to lose control
when the fantasy is shattered, so it may be a motive for Rape, or sexually
motivated Murder.  This means they tend to be Organized, which is necessary
for the Stalking, then breakdown to disorganized rage, like Overkill at the
critical point where the illusion is dispelled.  (A related pathology is
the Family Annihilator, who kill everyone to "Save" them from the
realization that they're not the perfect father, with some Assertive
Narcissism in there too.)

   Anger Retaliatory is Hate Rape.  They want to punish women (Usually)
sexually, for some reason.  So, they humiliate, abuse, and dehumanize their
victims.  Also tend to be Disorganized, Opportunistic, and target
Strangers. This is basically your Sociopath, only their MO is Blame the
Victim.  Characterized by their verbal abuse, they like calling them
offensive names, and usually tell the police "She was asking for it."
Basically everything you're told about women by the Rape Culture.  (Where
the victims are female, for instance Liggett is a Female Power Assertive
Retaliator who victimizes men.) Another example that differs from the usual
M-F disparity is Prison Rape, which is often M-M.  May have a specific
victimology, such as Race, Ethnicity, Social Status, Profession, Sexuality,
or a template they're trying to punish by proxy (Like an abusive Mother.)

   Anger Exitation is your basic Sadistic Torturer.  I don't have Story
Codes for most of these, but just use Sade for the whole shebang.  Differ
from Retaliators in their Organization.  They like to prep, even script
their abuses, and may dispose of bodies.  Even counter-profiling by
emulating another pathotype, or explanation (Such as auto-erotic
asphyxiation.) There's probably going to be a lot of this here, because
these are the ones with personal dungeons, and the resources for such
things as recording equipment, and databases to profit off of the porn.

   Cons is short for Consent, with the caveat that you can possibly consent
to abuse.  It isn't common, but I like to think of ways around the whole
dichotomy.

   Pedo=Pedophilia of some sort, though is can merely mean attraction to
children without abusing them.  Also Pseudo-pedo where a technical adult
can resemble a child (Often denoted by B/G instead of b/g) enough to
satisfy one.  For the purposes of definitions, there's no cutoff age, but
Child is defined as any time before developing into an Adolescent.  There's
precocious development, late bloomers, and many ways to retard such
development.  Unlike Rape, I only have 2 basic sub-types of Pedophile:

   Preferrential ones have a Type, or specific victimology.  They're also
Organized, and tend to at least desire a Long-Term Relationship.  They may
groom victims, escalate slowly, practice Monogamy (or semi-monogamy with a
Spouse, for cover) and often have a specific age range they're interested
in.  May also share either of the Organized Holmes pathotypes, Power
Reassurance, or Anger-Exitation.  Immature ones may operate more like Anger
Retaliators out of desperation/lack of access, then develop the
Organization to successfully keep a victim long-term.

   Opportunistic Offenders aren't actually pedophilic, but Exploit high
risk victims.  (Also including handicapped, elderly, addicted, unconscious,
or otherwise vulnerable.) However, children are everywhere, small, weak,
suggestible, and cute, so are by far the most popular targets.  (Also for
the purposes of the Undernet extremely marketable.  The vast majority of
the Pornographic content is children.) They don't Have a preference,
they're almost totally motivated by Sex, but may have secondary
motivations, or fetishes.  Especially Opportunistic ones like Voyerism,
Picarism, Frotteurism, and Anger Retaliation.  Your basic sex-fiend.

   CP=Childporn, or specifically exploiting children (Or childlike people)
to turn on Pedophiliacs, usually for profit.

   Hebe is short for Hebephilia, and Ephebophilia, attraction to
adolescence, and adolescents.  Most of the ones I write are actually
fascinated by the changes themselves, more than just the youth, and
physical characteristics of it, but there are exceptions.  (Usually brief,
and sterotypic, like raping a teen in a "Quicky" scene.)

   Teen is more age appropriate sexual activity between adolescents, to
differentiate from Hebe.  In other words, there's not the abusive
undertones of a 15yo experimenting with a 17yo, as opposed to an adult that
wants to exploit a teen's youth, and naivete'.  (Not saying it's always
intrinsically exploitave, but there's a disparity which favors abuse
there.) Again, it has less to do with Age than Development, so could be a
precocious 12yo, or 20yo with a less physically mature 17yo without being
Statutory.

   Tran is complicated.  It means Change, so it could be Transgender,
Transsexual, Transhuman, or just the usual human transition from
child-to-adult.  (If fetishized, for instance an Ephebophile.) Usually
clarified in the character codes, g-F Tran Hebe means fetishized
sexualization of a female from childhood-to-adult, with the physical
changes as a central focus.  As a Gender Disphoric (M-Neuter) myself, I'm
fascinated by all this, so it's a major case of Writer Onboard.

   Cuck is Cuckolding.  I usually reserve it for when Adultery is
fetishized, or affected to arouse fetishists in the case of Pornography. 
It's not just Adultery, but targeting victims Because they're married, or
paraphilically watching your wife with other men to turn you on.  The
former is the sort of thing a Power Assertive would be into, because it's
extra points.  Proving their manliness by the fuck itself, and taking a
man's woman away.

   Pica=Piquerism (Personal speling) Erotic piercing, a true Picarist
displaces sexual penetration to puncturing, or stabbing, usually women (Due
to the Phallic significance) and typically feminine flesh like breasts,
buttocks, fat, or pregnant abdomens, and vulvas given the opportunity.  May
be Anger-Retaliatory, Opportunistic (Pedo-Ephebophilic) or it's own fetish.
I also have Auto-picaristic characters who get off on piercing themselves,
usually female, though the males may have feminizing co-diagnoses (Like
Transvestitism.) Albert Fish is an exception, a male Picarist without any
female victims (Of that) but was pretty aberrant across the board.  For my
perposes, Picarism means the act of erotic piercing, as opposed to
Piquerism for the pathological paraphilia.  (See Frottage/teurism for a
similar distinction.)

   Frot= Frottage, Tribado, Frottribado, and Frotteurism.  Sorry, there's
lots of ways to go with this, but the common theme is rubbing the genitals
against someone.  Consentually, it's just Frottage (Or Tribado if it's the
Vulva, Frottribado is specifically rubbing the penis against the vulva
without penetration) Frotteurism is a specific pathology, not unlike
Piquerism, only they rub against strangers in public, instead of trying to
stab them.  Otherwise, they're remarkably similar sexual displacements.

   BDSM is BDSM.  I mostly use it to differentiate between consenting rough
play, and actual abuse.  Again, there's possible overlap in the Rape-Cons,
for instance.  It can also be an Escalation, for instance a "Thatch" losing
control and taking a formerly simulated scene beyond the point of play. 
(Not unlike a Power-Reassurance rapist going from Organized to Overkill.)

   Bond=Bondage, though usually the Straps/Cuffs/Chains type, as opposed to
manual (Bare handed, or gloved) or Chemical Restraint (Denoted by Drug.)
May also mean Imprisonment without further restraints.

   Drug may also mean eroticising chemical addictions, such as using Meth
to hyperfuck for days, Viagra for a 4 hour erection, Canniboids to enhance
sensation, and so forth.  Or it may mean a fixation on Addicts (By an Anger
Retaliator, for instance.) or preferentially exploiting them, because
they're easy to lure with the promise of drugs (as a component of MO.) and
basically incapacitate themselves.  Finding a girl passed out drunk at a
frat party, and raping her is a good example.

   Pros=Prostitution, or sex for profit.  May overlap with Porn for Profit,
but usually only used as a Code for when it's Fetishized (Such as an
Anger-Retaliator targeting Whores specifically) or as a profession.  Not
unlike Cuckholding with a different fetish.

   Feti=Fetish, but is usually reserved for Material fetishism like
Transvestism, Shoes, Latex (Including similar polymers like
Silicon/nitrile) and so forth.  Latex fetishists go beyond using condoms,
gloves, and dental dams for utilitarian purposes, but paraphillically
require the look/feel for arousal, and climax.

   There's probably many more, but you get the idea.  I mostly use them
because 1: they're part of the Eroticism of the story, 2: potentially
triggering, and/or 3: shed light on the pathology of one of the characters.
TBPH that's the main reason I write these stories, I'm incapable of Sex, as
such, so it fascinates me.  Particularly why people do the things they
do...
