POWER AND CONTROL - THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS

BY 0LFACTORYMAN

Part 3

It was 10 a.m. on the first Monday of the month and Eric
Saunders, Headmaster of St. Saviours, was chairing the monthly
meeting of the group whose members shared the common interest of
debasing and demeaning girls. The group was comprised of wealthy
individuals who acted as benefactors to the school :-

Ian Mason was a retired general practitioner.

When he was 60, he inherited a small fortune together with the
family home.

It was an impressive building which stood alone in about three
acres of grounds and had been in his family for four generations.

He decided the time was right to leave the clinic where he worked
with two other doctors and set up his own practice working from
home.

It was a simple matter to convert part of the house into a
surgery with waiting room and the usual toilet facilities,
expected by the patients.

After five further years of independent practice, Ian Mason
retired as a G. P. at 65 years of age.

It was pure chance that he met Eric Saunders and, realising they
had a lot in common, it was agreed that the school would provide
Doctor Mason with bona fide patients (in his retirement), in
return for his sponsorship of the school.

Derek Peverett was a retired physiotherapist and was introduced
to Eric Saunders by Doctor Mason.

The same mutually beneficial arrangement was agreed upon.

Doctor Mason's home and the surgery within it provided the
perfect ambience for examining St. Saviours schoolgirls and he
willingly agreed to share the facility with his like minded
friend and former colleague, Derek Peverett.

Cyril Tripp was owner of the Garden Lodge Hotel and pillar of the
local community. He knew Eric well because of the various
committees they both sat on. Over time their common interest had
manifested itself and he jumped at the opportunity to openly
support the school in his quest to become mayor.

Philip Hardcastle was a retired clergyman and Presbyterian
Minister. He had known Eric Saunders since university and was
only too willing to sponsor the school in return for special
favours. Philip was the last member to be present today.

The meeting, held in the conference room at the school, was the
first one to be convened since Lucy Scott arrived and Eric told
them he had instructed her to wear Bodyform light liners inside
her knickers because he was not satisfied with her standard of
personal hygiene.

There was a knock at the door and Mrs. Rawlins, heralded Lucy
Scott in with the coffee.

It was quite usual for a new girl to be 'introduced' to the Board
of Governors at the earliest opportunity and the deputy head
teacher did the honours.

It was explained to Lucy that all Governors had the same
authority as the Headmaster and that it was possible one or more
of them may want to have a private meeting with her.

She looked around and thought how old and creepy they all looked.
It was as if they were all looking right through her.....
undressing her with their eyes..... she felt very uncomfortable.

Lucy was told that the school believed, a healthy body resulted
in a healthy mind, and from time to time, random pupils were
required to undergo a medical with Doctor Mason.

"Mrs. Thompson (physical education teacher) may feel you'll
benefit from seeing Mr. Peverett who is retained as our
physiotherapist," Mrs. Rawlins continued,

"Mr. Tripp, the owner of our local hotel, is available to provide
certain pupils with invaluable work experience. Mrs. Ratcliffe
(school secretary) will be liaising with Mr. Tripp to find out if
he wants you.

Mr. Hardcastle, the Minister (she'd seen his 'dog collar'), will
be keeping an eye on your pastoral needs."

"Thank you Mrs. Rawlins," said the Headmaster.

"While you're at this school you'll learn that cleanliness is
next to Godliness, Lucy Scott." It was the Minister speaking.

"Are you wearing a liner in your knickers at the moment..... like
you've been told?"

Lucy was stunned. How did he know about that, she thought. She
looked across to Mrs. Rawlins for support and guidance.

"Answer Mr. Hardcastle, Lucy," said the deputy head.

"Y... Yes, Sir." She stammered.

"Come and stand next to me."

Lucy, closely watched by all present, did what she was told. The
Minister reached down and slid his hand between her knees.....
slowly, he slid it up and under her skirt, enjoying the feel of
her nylon tights.

Lucy looked and felt frightened but she didn't make any attempt
to stop him. She'd learnt her lesson and remembered what had
happened when she'd tried to stop the Headmaster.

Mr. Hardcastle worked his way up her thigh, gently squeezing and
massaging her leg through the nylon material, until his hand was
right up to her crutch. He turned his hand upwards and Lucy, red
faced and utterly humiliated was encouraged to shuffle her feet
slightly apart to accommodate him.

He cupped her pubis and said, "Now I can feel you're telling me
the truth, can't I Lucy?"

The girl hung her head in shame as the Minister frigged her with
his middle finger.

"Can't I Lucy," he repeated.

"Y... y... ye... yes, S... Si... Sir."

"All right..... go and serve the coffee," he dismissed her as
coldly as he'd initiated the conversation.

Lucy was glad to get away and hands shaking, carried out her
duties as coffee monitor.

Mrs. Rawlins and Lucy then left the room.

The purpose of the monthly meeting was to share and recount past
experiences and to arrange future assignations.

Today, there was little to talk about as the girls had only just
returned from half term break.

Ian Mason reported on Margaret Griffin who was 14 and Derek
Peverett had seen Kate Sanderson age 15.

Cyril Trip congratulated Eric on the rigid discipline the school
imposed and enthused about his latest protegee - 16 year old
Rachel Knopp.

Philip Hardcastle's preference was the younger girls and little
Gillian Hughes was 'coming along nicely'.

The headmaster gave the Governors the names of their next
referrals and suggested a walk round the school might enable him
to point some of them out.

Derek Peverett was to see 16 year old Sophie Carter.
