Day 4 (Thursday 27th May) I had never felt so alone than when she left, well I had after my parents died, but this was a different feeling. I went to bed after my ablutions and set my alarm, I tossed and turned all night and finally woke to the buzzing sound of my alarm, I felt really crappy but slightly better after a shower and got dressed, then called room service and ordered three full breakfasts to be delivered at 8:30 here, then just before the time there was a knock on the door and on answering it found Libby and Ellen there, I stood aside to let them in and Libby broke the silence and wished me "Good morning Ken, what are we going to talk about? Mum say's we have something to discuss" I replied "Slow down Libby, there's no rush, let us enjoy our breakfast first" That's when it arrived, it looked enormous, I looked and thought, where the hell are they going to put all that, there was sliced fried haggis, square sausages and links, potato scones, bacon, beans and eggs then toast and marmalade, well I admit we certainly made a hole in it but I don't think ½ a dozen navvies could have done any better. Afterwards we relaxed on the leather suite with our coffees and for Libby there was a glass of milk. It was the hardest start to a conversation I have ever made, but I started by saying to Libby "We have all been through the ringer, emotionally in the last few days, I can't believe how short a period it is since we met" Libby jumped in and said "I know what this is all about now, you are going to leave us and go back to the life you had before, aren't you?" "Well no, Libby, I'm not, well not for a while anyway, I want to stay here for you and you're mum, I've become rather attached to you both, if you must know" Libby just sat there gobsmacked for a moment and suddenly jumped up and onto my lap with a scream. I said "I take it you don't mind if I stay?" I had a beautiful young blonde girl on my lap sobbing her heart out making the neck of my shirt soaking wet, "Calm down, Libby" I said stroking her back up and down and continued as she slowly calmed with a few sniffles "You heard me say that I have become attached to you both, didn't you?" She nodded, so I continued "You're mother and I were talking late last night and we find we have feelings for one another and we can't explain those feelings to you yet because we don't know where they are going, but we felt that it was only right that you should be told because anything that happens from now on will affect you, Libby. Though you are a young adult, you probably won't know what I mean after all we have only known one another for such a short time" She interrupted me "Look Ken, I'm not blind, nor am I stupid" I tried to talk but she held up her hand to stop me and continued, "I've seen you looking at one another, so this is the `love at first sight' thing, you adults think we don't notice things, I saw it starting when we went shopping" I blustered "I...I...I had no idea, Libby. However, how do you feel about this situation? You have had a traumatic experience with Danny and his friends, then you have been back to you're old home and there have been problems there too, so please talk to us and tell us how you are, we both want to know" Ellen sat across from us nodding and with a worried look on her face and looking at her daughter who had had to grow up fast in the last couple of days. Libby started "I feel okay now with what happened to me up till I bumped into you Ken, after all I lay in a bed in the hospital with nothing to do but think until my mum arrived, then you took over again and got us into this hotel and took us shopping, oh I loved that, what therapy is shopping for a woman" I heard Ellen giggle at that remark "and I saw that my mum was as happy as before my daddy died and you had only known her for a day, I never saw her laughing like that all the time she was with Archie, she deserves you, I don't know how long you want us for but I hope you are as sincere as you sound Ken." I said "WOW Libby, you sound so grown up from the girl I rescued the other day and yes I do want to know you both better, I told the police that I am a family friend here to help but I lied, I feel that I am now more than that if it's okay with you, both you're mum and I think we know how we feel but it's you now, are we okay?" Libby said "WOW!!! Back Ken" then turning to her mum she said "Am I going to get a proper daddy again?" Ellen sat there gobsmacked and stuttered "I,-I,-I, Oh! Dear I think I'm going to faint, I'm so happy, how can this be happening" she stood and walked over to us, kneeled down and hugged both of us with tears running down her cheeks. I cleared my throat, there seemed to be a lump in it and my eyes were watering for some reason. Then I said "Look at us, you would think we had all sorts of problems, acting like this. I'm going to have to change a lot of things in my life now and yours too, what are we going to do about us? We all need somewhere to live, I am personally being fed up with hotel food, very nice once in a while but `nuffs enough. Maybe we should rent a house somewhere until all this trauma is behind us, it should have at least 3 bedrooms" Ellen blushed and Libby laughed at her "It should be near you're school Libby or a short cab ride away and we have to think about security as that little pimp and his gang haven't been brought to justice yet." Ellen then said "Ken, you seem to be taking over our lives and I for one, love it" I spoke to both of them "Look I don't know where this is going but I would like to tell you this, I have a big house in Sussex on the side of a hill with great views, Oh! It's got some furniture in it and some souvenirs from my travels but it hasn't seen any love yet, I think you would like it when you see it, so do you think that could be a definite maybe?" My mobile rang at that moment before I got an answer from them and when I answered it, a voice told me that it was the Partick police and asked if Mrs Ellen Murray was here, so I handed the phone to her and she spoke into it confirming who she was then listened for a minute or two and then thanked whoever was on the phone and hung up and handed the phone back to me and said "Someone has broken into the shop Archie had and has stolen a load of stock and set light in the stockroom, there's been a bit of damage before the Fire Brigade had it sorted, they also said that during the search they have carried out in the flat, no insurance documents have been found of any description" "Ellen" I said "I am going to ask Donnie McKay to act for you and if an accountant is needed I'll see if he can get that sorted as well, you need someone like him now" "No, well maybe, but what I really need is you to hold me" So I obliged and Libby stood by and sighed "I hope I get some of those hugs too" so I obliged her as well. I picked up the hotel phone and dialled Donnie's number and got his receptionist, she said "He's out at the moment, in court, but I'll get him to call as soon as he get's back in, maybe an hour or two if we are lucky, is it important? Can I get someone else to help you? Donnie has left me a lot of statements and notes to make up files on Mrs Murray, Ms McCowan and yourself, if you don't mind me saying Mr Richards, you have been very busy since you came to Scotland" "Thank you for offering but we can handle life till he returns, yes I have been busy but I wouldn't have missed any of it." I said my thanks and goodbyes then hung up. "Donnie will call when he can" I said "In the meantime I think we should get out of here and go shopping again" "OH, goody" said Libby and I replied "No, this time it's going to be for property, so go and get ready and I'll meet you at reception in about ¼ hour" Off they trouped and I changed my wet shirt and tie and went downstairs, I only waited another 5 minutes and they were there, then I ordered a taxi to take us to a good property rental shop where we leafed through a selection, Libby found just what we wanted just in a place called Hillhead off Byers Road near the university, she explained to me that Partick was about ½ a mile away from the property, it was seemed to be tastefully furnished and had 3 bedrooms and a well fitted modern kitchen and bathroom, it was a stone building and had an impressive entrance with double doors, I asked the member of staff about the price and was there any extras not listed and the availability for viewing, I was given the price and told that all utility bills would be separate, there was broadband internet and satellite connections in the house and that was part of the price but that I had to provide my own computer and television which I thought was reasonable. Both Ellen and Libby blanched a bit at the money but I said to the staff "When can we view?" Was told early this afternoon as the property wasn't occupied at the moment and so I made arrangements to meet their surveyor at the property at 2pm, it gave me some time to suss out the area with Ellen and Libby. I was very impressed by the area that we saw, we went to lunch at one of the many bistros on Byers Road and then met the surveyor, a young well dressed woman of about 25 and she showed us round the property, I loved the Victorian look of the outside of the mid terraced house with its large modern family bathroom and master bedroom with large ensuite and a kitchen designed for entertaining, an adjoining dining room and a large lounge, it was very big and both Ellen and Libby loved it too. After the woman had locked up the place up I hailed a cab and all of us all shared it back to her office then I produced my credit card and said to the woman "Please allow me to pay whatever deposit and the minimum rental period, whatever that is, I presume 6 month's (she nodded) with this" I got my passport out for them to prove who I was. I don't think they had had someone make up their mind as quick before and have the means to pay that kind of money in one go. I could tell that Ellen was a bit shocked too, Libby just didn't realise the significance, and she must have thought all credit cards were the same. I asked the sales girl how long it would take before we could move in and she replied that we would have to wait till the end of the day to confirm payment and that we could pick up the keys tomorrow morning and be moving in over the weekend, I got invited to sit down to sign all the relevant papers then I thanked her, asked her for the address and postcode of the house and the land line number, I gave them my mobile number and we left the office. Once we were outside Ellen grabbed hold of me and said "What kind of card did you give her? I've never seen one like that before and I don't think they have either." I said that it was a special credit card with no limits on it. She was visibly shocked and said "I didn't know there was such a thing" "It's not something you brag about or show to the wrong people, but it's quite useful" "You Ken, are full of surprises, I wouldn't want one of those, it frightens me that I know that you have one" "Ellen" I said "I keep forgetting that you will be needing you're independence but will also need finances to keep you and Libby going so today I'll phone my bank and tomorrow we will arrange for you to have access to an account of mine or I will put money into an account of you're choice" Ellen nearly fell, she said "Ken, I have a bit of money put aside that Archie never knew about, enough for us to pay our way for a week or two until we decide what we are going to do" I quickly replied "Please don't be offended Ellen, I want you and Libby to share what I have forever, God help me! I love you" People were staring at me as I was talking a bit loudly, not caring who heard, Libby was just jumping up and down and waving her arms about like a maniac and laughing then she grabbed her mum and said "If you don't marry him, I will" "Slow down you two" Ellen said "I have to think" "OK, while you're thinking I'll propose. (I got down on one bended knee in front of her and held her hand) Ellen, when this is all over, this situation we are in, will you marry me?" Libby just stood there a moment looking down at me with wide eyes and then looked at her Mum and said "Please answer Ken. MUMMY don't think, just say `YES'......Please" Ellen said "Yes please" I whooped, those passing by on the pavement must have thought us mad, but I didn't care, it seemed so right, I felt like a teenager. I stood up and picked Libby up and gave her a twirl, set her down and turned to Ellen, she said "Don't dare even thinking about it, Ken" Libby was laughing behind me, and she said "I'm so happy I could cry" I said "OK, look it's nearly 5pm lets go and celebrate, what kind of meal do you want tonight for a change? Chinese, Indian, Mexican, Japanese, what?" Ellen said "I'm sorry to disappoint you Ken, but we never went out to restaurants, so don't know anything about those exotic foods, if we went out it was just to the pub for a lunch or something, Archie said all that spicy food wasn't good for you, we didn't even have garlic in the flat and before that John, Libbies Dad thought the same way" "OK, we'll go Chinese, there is a lot of food they do that's got the same vegetables that we have and hardly any spices, and they just cook it differently so that's settled" Ellen calmed down and said "We are in you're hands Ken, be gentle with us" I hailed a cab and said to the cabbie "Please take us to the best Chinese in town" so he said that would be the one near Cowcaddens in the `Chinatown' he told us to jump in, it wasn't far. On arrival I paid the cabbie and tipped him and we entered the large restaurant and were greeted just inside the door by a small, smiling waitress, I said to her "We are celebrating today and my guests are not familiar with Chinese food, can we get a large table with a turntable" The girl knew what I wanted and showed us to a table next to a window, both Ellen and Libby were looking at me quizzically and Ellen was the first to speak "Why is there a turntable in the middle?" I replied that we would be given empty dinner plates and lots of smaller dishes of food would be put onto the turntable, then you can serve yourself by turning it to suit you instead of reaching over the other side of the table" The waitress asked if we were ready to order and I said to her "Could you bring egg fried rice and a mixture of stir-fried vegetables, noodles, chicken, pork, prawns all in separate dishes and some dipping sauces, enough for us three, we will also have chopsticks with the knives and forks. I leave the choices of dishes up to you. Thank you" Then I bowed and got a bow back and another smile and she left. Libby and Ellen were just sitting listening and watching intently and after the waitress had left Libby said "I thought when you go into a restaurant that you chose what you want to eat, you left the choice up to her, why?" "Most good Chinese places have a set mixture if you ask them and if there is something you don't like, it's just a matter of saying `please don't bring prawns or chicken' or whatever it is you don't like, easy, eh?" "We have a lot to learn from you, Ken" said Ellen "Well there's plenty of time and I ain't leaving you two". The meal was a great success, we all laughed at the chopsticks and they tried everything with wonderment, I knew I had made the right decision even if it was rushed, I had no second thoughts. We finished the meal with Lychees and ice cream, don't think they liked the Lychees but the ice cream disappeared, we had had some Chinese rice wine with the meal, even Libby had some though I had watered hers down a little and we were feeling good by the time the bill came, Ellen watched carefully as I stood and got out my debit card, I think she thought I was going to pay with the credit card she had seen earlier, but was pleasantly surprised by the normality of it. I left a generous tip and got a deep bow from the waitress which I answered and thanked her, she never stopped smiling, I love the Chinese people and respect their culture, after all it's been going a lot longer than ours, plus the food is very tasty and not hidden behind a lot of spices. Ellen and Libby were waiting for me and when we got outside we found there was a taxi rank close by and got one quite quickly and we made our way to the hotel. By the time we got there it was getting on for 8:30pm. The meal had taken us just over 2½ hours, not that I was counting, I just loved their company so much that time passed when you weren't looking. Libby looked tired again but this time it was a `happy' tired and when she said she was going to bed I naturally took hold of her, hugged her and kissed her forehead, she said "I want that every night from now on, I love you Ken and if Mummy ever decides you're not for her, I'll have you" She looked so serious, so I replied "I don't think you will get the chance Libby, but I love you anyway and always will darling" She smiled and turned to Ellen "He is my new daddy, Archie never earned my respect like Ken has, even in this short time, I'm sorry Archie is dead but I won't miss him, sorry mummy" Ellen said to her daughter "You don't have to apologise to me for Archie, it's only now that I know I love Ken, that I realise I never really loved Archie, I don't know what it was but it definitely wasn't love, so now you can go to bed and dream happy dreams my love" She hugged Libby and let her into the room then took my hand and we went into mine. She didn't stop, just kept holding my hand and we went into the bedroom, she said "I hadn't planned this, I just feel it's the right time for us, if you want to stop just say so, no pressure" "Ellen I'm supposed to say all that, but if you hadn't I would have, I love you, I love you're daughter too but you are so special to me" As I was saying it I began by removing her jacket, slipping it off her shoulders revealing a white cotton blouse, I dropped the jacket on the chair at the side of the bed and started opening the buttons of her blouse from the top, I got to the waist and was struggling, Ellen just loosened the skirt and let it drop and kicked it away while I continued with the buttons of the blouse and finally it was off and had joined the jacket, her skin was so white, she reached behind her back and removed her bra, I don't know why she wore it, her small breasts never moved, her nipples were pink and erect like buttons, I could not keep my hands off them as I tweaked and pulled on them, then leaned down and took one into my mouth, it tasted so sweet so I moved onto the other, all the time Ellen was moaning "Oh God!! I've never felt so good before and this feels so right" Then she babbled something and started to hum to herself, I gently pushed Ellen back onto the edge of the bed and she leaned back on her elbows and I followed her down and knelt beside the bed between her knees and then I pulled down her panties to reveal a sparse blonde pussy, that really looked delicious and I leaned in "What are you doing? What are you going to do?" She said watching me. "Shh" I said softly. I pulled her towards me and spread her legs slightly and licked the length of her slit, then with a hard tongue coaxed her clit out from it's hood and took it into my mouth then sucked and licked and kept it going as I tasted the flow coming from her like honey, Ellen had all this time been threshing about making funny vocal sounds in the back of her throat and as she started to flow she faltered then moaned ever so loudly in her orgasm and I lapped up all the honey pouring from her, well I tried, it finished up on my chin as well, I let her calm down slowly, and she looked at me smiling and said "You haven't even taken you're bloody tie off yet and you've made me into a wanton slut" She giggled. I stood and she watched through half closed eyes as I undressed and said finally "There the ties off, OK?" She just stared at my hardon and said "Is that for me?" I stood at the side of the bed between her legs and said "Yes, now scoot up a bit" She did and I climbed onto the bed, I sucked each toe on both feet then slowly crawled right up over her legs, gave her pussy a good licking on passing and moved up to her tummy, stuck my tongue in her belly button and she giggled then on and up to her breasts giving little kisses and nibbles on her nipples, she continued moaning in the back of her throat then I reached her lips and kissed them and pushed my tongue into her mouth as well and let her taste herself, we seemed to stay like that with me leaning on my elbows and kissing for ages. Then I came up for air and saw her smiling face, I said softly "I love you Ellen, very much but we have to stop now, I don't have any condoms and I'm not sure if Libby wants a little brother or sister, I'll go and ask her, now" I made as if I was going to get up and she almost shouted and grabbed my shoulders "You'll do no such thing, Ken" then she saw the laughter in my eyes and I giggled, "you....you....you" She stammered and broke up giggling as well, she then said softly "Ken, I don't care, just make love to me. I'll take my chances. I need you in me, now" She reached down between us, got hold of my best friend and tried to aim him towards it's goal, I helped by moving up a bit more, she raised her legs then bent her knees and her flower just naturally opened and allowed me entrance to the cauldron, she was so hot and wet, I slipped in so easily then laid still for a moment, taking my weight on my elbows, then the contractions started, I don't know how she did it but it felt like I was moving when I knew I wasn't, so I moved slowly out and she complained "Where are you going?" "Nowhere" I moved back in then out and in again, sped up then slowed down and every time I buried myself in her I ground my pubic area onto her clit, Ellen was threshing about making growling noises then as I ground down once again I held myself there and she screamed and I kissed her so I could quiet her down a little, (didn't want the management knocking on the door) then I moved out and in a few times and my own orgasm came as she had a few smaller ones and I spurted my love into Ellen three or more times, I continued kissing her as we both calmed down a little, I made to pull out of her and she objected "Please stay there for a moment" Then she sounded as if she were purring like a cat, I rolled us both onto our sides and held her close to me, still inside her for a moment, then it plopped out of its own accord "Oh, I've lost you" "No, you will never ever lose me Ellen, I love you so much" "You know what I mean, Ken" "Yes dear, but I'm not a teenager anymore and that part of me will take time to recover" "Well now, I wonder if it'll be a boy or a girl?" She said and giggled I said "Whatever it is, it will come into this world and have a wonderful sister in Libby" "Ken?" she asked seriously "What will everyone think of me? I have just lost a husband in a most horrid way and in bad circumstances, he hasn't even been buried yet and I have jumped into bed immediately with a young multi-millionaire, what kind of `trollop' does that makes me? I do love you so much Ken but you will have a lot of explaining to do to you're friends when you get back home" "All the friends I have Ellen, are from way back and I don't see much of them because I have been working away from home for 15 years on and off and anyway, who gives a damn what other people think or say, we are the only ones that matter and I personally will stand against anyone who ever say's anything to or about you" Ellen snuggled in to me and I said "This house we are moving into will have a spare bedroom, what are we going to do with it? I know, we will use it for a storeroom" "Why will it have a spare bed....Oh! What will Libby think?" "I think Libby already knows, I think she would be surprised if she found you in you're own bed in the morning, my love" "Maybe, I think you know Libby better than I do Ken, she loves you as well you know, I don't think she see's the difference in you're ages, I had better keep an eye on her" Then Ellen yawned and snuggled down, laid her head against my shoulder and went to sleep. Just like that. I lay and moved enough to get the covers pulled up over us, but Ellen never stirred, she looked so beautiful, I couldn't believe I could be so lucky, two beautiful blondes who loved me, it was like winning the lottery all over again, only better. Then I drifted off as well.
