SUMMARY: Carl is traveling on business when he starts feeling sick. The doctor, he ends up going to, has brought her teenage daughter, Courtney, with her to work for the day. With Carl's consent, Courtney takes part in Carl's examination and the diagnosis of his condition.

COMMENTARY: What a story! The author does a wonderful job, especially with the main character. Most of the story is told from his point of view. Throughout the story he has to deal with, on the one hand, being aroused by the attention he receives and, on the other hand, knowing that he is just a patient. This is done in such a wonderful manner that I couldn't help but "feel his pain" and be aroused at the same time. The story isn't about getting laid as much as it is about arousal.
I'm not too sure whether this story will naturally appeal readers of either the male or female persuasion. I think that I enjoyed it because (a) I found it arousing and (b) I was intrigued by Carl's dilemma. He enjoys what he's getting but he wants more and doesn't know how to get what he really wants. At the same time he isn't exactly in control of the situation. I'm not sure if most men would find this arousing. Is that really all that important? Probably not. Actually, it will probably appeal more to readers that want more than just vanilla sex, regardless of their gender.
One last note. Courtney's age is never explicitly revealed, but Carl guesses that she is thirteen or fourteen. This, Courtney's age, not Carl's guessing, would probably have bothered me if Carl had ended up in the sack with her. Because of the manner in which the story proceeds, I did not have a problem with Courtney being as young as she is. On the other hand, if she had been any younger I probably would not have enjoyed the story quite as much. A thirteen- or fourteen-year-old girl being interested in male anatomy is plausible. Which brings me to an important point, this story isn't about Courtney as much as it is about Carl. Her experiences are an integral part of the story, but they are not the focus of the story; his experiences are. Maybe I'm just trying to rationalize why I enjoyed this story, despite the fact that I usually don't care for stories that involve thirteen- or fourteen-year-old characters in sexual situations. Blah, blah, blah. Anyhow, I enjoyed the story. I recommend it, but at the same time I won't hold it against you if it turns you off or sickens you. I'm still not sure how I can justify enjoying this story, despite my usual stance on pedophilic stories. The bottom line is that I wanted to warn you that one of the characters is in her early teens.
