The plot is simple. This does not mean that the story begins with
Alex and Catherine in bed. The author avoids the classic mistake of having the sex continue non-stop, once it begins. The restraint shown by Alex and Catherine, primarily Catherine, does not make them great characters. It does however, show that the author knows what he is doing. |
