COMMENTARY: Its been a while since I have written anything resembling a
review, but here are some comments about a story that I re-read
just the other night. I originally read it about two and a half
years ago, before I started writing reviews.
It is very well written. It has plot and characters and dialogue
and even some humor. If you are looking for a quick fix then this
may not be the story for you, which is not to say that the story
isn't arousing or entertaining or well paced, because it is all of
those things. The whole story is arousing, not just the sex
scenes, in my opinion. There doesn't need to be nudity or even sex
play for a story to be arousing, there just needs to be sexual
tension, in my opinion (again!). The author does a great job of
creating that tension, although for the most part it seems to
exist inside the main characters head, which in some ways makes it
that much more interesting.
The bottom line is that this is a fun read, in my book, and I
strongly recommend it. Add it to your summer reading list. Tell
your neighbors, tell your friends. Write the author afterwords and
tell him how much you enjoyed it.
