No, that wasn't true at all. Some part of her enjoyed being the center of attention. Thrived on what they said about her and what they did to her. How they didn't really care. She was a hole to them. A willing hole. Their bucket.

Written from three different viewpoints. Clara, who she is and what she does, is barely understood by those who know her, including Clara herself.

A version of the first part was written several years ago. The story as it is now was written in 2011. About 5,100 words long.

Writing the Story:
Originally written from Clara's husband's viewpoint, this started as an attempt to write a traditional cuckold narrative. What happened was the husband's character, through his experiences and words, was much more fully developed than Clara's.

I changed the viewpoint from the first person to third in the first part and wrote two additional parts offering perception for what was happening from the other main characters in the story. What started out as a cuckold narrative evolved into a collective narrative by three persons who were trying to understand the extraordinary events unfolding around them.
