Background

My photographer friend Patrick asked me to write about an incident in his life for him. He's a great photographer and a good story teller but a lousy writer; thus this commission. Yeah commission as he's paying me to write it for him. Well sort of paying me as he's paying in kind. I'll write it from his point of view and Patrick isn't his real name although those familiar with the local industry will know who he really is. He doesn't mind that, he just can't use his real name for legal reasons.

Photographers

I'm twenty-eight years of age, solid build, fairly fit as I play sport three times a week. Short light hair, who knows what it is as it varies from white to light brown to light red with the light. Deep blue eyes, average height, average build and fit. My mixed European heritage includes English, Scottish, Irish, French, Italian, and Swedish ancestors in the last four generations, with a paternal main line going way back into Wales and a maternal main line going way back into Scotland. I'm Caucasian, smart, with a knack of finding innovative solutions to hard problems and a wicked sense of humour. My greatest skill is being able to set models and lighting up to get the perfect shot of them. This is what makes me so in demand for portfolios and custom photographic work. I'm very well off as I'm very well paid and have been for fifteen years. Many in the industry call me Perfectly Pat because of the quality of my work as they say the name describes both me and my work.

Randolph 'Randy' Carpenter is another photographer who sort of works for me. He's a good looking (according to some females) twenty-nine year old, athletic build, tall, short dark brown hair and the darkest brown, almost black, eyes I've ever seen. He's a very good photographer but not that smart where the ladies are concerned. In fact he can be outright stupid about women.

Businesses

Legally I have two photographic businesses; Pat's Photographic Services and Seaside Studio Services. Pat's is the one I established seven years ago and it does very well. Seaside is one I bought five years ago to help Randy out. Hell, we've been friends since primary school so I helped him out. I better digress and tell you all about that first.

Six years ago Randy got married. Neither of us knows exactly sure how that came about. He was dating a woman and before he knew it he'd bought her a diamond ring. I and a few others said she's just a gold digger. He had the most lucrative bachelor owned business in the district at that time. He had a lot of revenue but also very high expenses. Still, he made a good living. After some months of discussion he finally asked me to set things up to protect him if I'm right about her.

He needed to replace a lot of his equipment as he'd originally bought used gear and it was very worn out, often in need of expensive repairs. I was doing very well with slightly less revenue but a much higher profit margin because I used new equipment and operated differently. Many basic service charges were similar but my expenses were only a quarter of his. I set him up by starting a new business and registering the name; he was already using the name but hadn't registered it. I allowed him to use my registered business name to run his operation. I bought new digital equipment and lights which I rented to him at high rates while keeping separate records for both businesses. I found and bought a studio in a better location then helped him move in and rented it to him. It included a lovely attached six bedroom house with a large back yard and front garden. All bought in the business name and a mortgage in my name.

I had a business using his old business name that provided the equipment, studio and a nice house to live in, all at premium rental rates. This new business made very good profits which went into paying off the mortgage on the studio very quickly. He charged good rates, paid his operating costs of rents, utilities, and consumables. This left him with a very good income as well. He started putting some money in the bank towards when they'd have kids.

Seaside doesn't actually turn much of a cash profit for me. I'd loaned it money from Pat's to buy the equipment and took out a bank loan for the studio. Randy rents everything on a ten year rental agreement based on a starting rate and increased by CPI every quarter. The premium rental rates paid off the equipment loan from Pat's about the same time I bought the studio. The bank loan is over twenty years but the rents from Randy are paying it off very quickly as I'm putting most of the rent to the mortgage. At the current rate of repayment the mortgage should be paid out within seven years of being started.

It's quite funny in a way. I use an older studio because I like the light better. Also the place looks its age and seems very run down. I usually only work about twenty-five hours a week. Randy uses a larger and flashier premises while working about fifty hours a week. Yet I'm the one with all the assets and money as I'm paid more per special assignment and have a higher profit margin. I make a point of keeping the seaside books separate to Pat's as it's my intention to turn over the operation to Randy when I'm convinced it's time to do so. His work and he should get the profits in the long term, less the returns I'd have made on my investment if I'd made it elsewhere.

Bad News

Five years into the marriage and she's found someone new. She wants a divorce. They've no kids so it's a simply matter right; wrong. She wants half of his assets. The first he knows of all this is when he goes out to an outside assignment that takes most of the day and he returns to find his keys don't work. He can't get into the studio or the house and there's no answer to the doorbell as she's gone somewhere unknown. For once in his life he does the smartest thing he can, he immediately calls me. I call a good locksmith and we meet at the studio. I take all my Seaside paperwork with me.

First thing is I make Randy write me a request to break into the house as I'm the landlord and need this from the tenant for legal reasons, the lease is in his name only as the studio and house are one property. Next I've the locksmith bust into the studio. He uses his drill to bore out the centre of the lock. No messing about, sheer brute force against a cheap lock. We check all the equipment is there and OK while the locksmith replaces the lock with a high quality lock that won't readily succumb to the attack he just used. I take photos of everything we do as we do it. I want good evidence of our actions if it goes to court. Then it's the house. Inside the front door of the house are two bags with most of his clothes. On the dining room table are copies of all the paperwork she lodged at the court last month. I make photographs of every page of every document she has out and everything in every room. The locksmith is busy giving the front door a high quality lock and I have him do the same to the back doors. Both buildings have security grills on the windows so they're going to be very hard to break into after this. Randy calls the bank to find the joint account with most of their money has been emptied today. On my advice he immediately cancels the account with its linked cheque account and credit cards. The bank is happy to do all this so he races down the street to sign the paperwork before they close for the day at 4.00 pm.

While he's gone I move his car into the garage and remove the rotor button before locking it up. By the time he returns the locksmith has finished the front door and working on the back doors. I send Randy out for a 'Quik-lock' for his car. He's back at 4.30 pm and puts it on the car steering wheel. I hand him the rotor button to put in his pocket; he smiles as he does as keys won't start it now.

Just before 5.00 pm the locksmith is finished with all the exterior doors on both buildings, all four of them. The studio has a back door that opens into the house's back yard. All four are keyed alike to simplify access for Randy, he gets one key and I get one. Randy pays the locksmith from his takings for the day and keeps the bill for later. The locksmith will come back tomorrow and change the locks on the car.

Randy unpack his clothes and pack up hers. That takes several extra boxes; we also pack all the papers she has on the dining table. We take it all out and put it in the back of my van. I drive a Toyota Tarago van with three rows of seating (including the front seat) and plenty of storage room behind the last seat row. This gives me plenty of room to carry equipment and a couple of models as well; very handy for outside assignments. We sit in the van and wait for her to return.

Just after 6.30 pm a very new Mercedes Benz pulls to the kerb and parks. She gets out with a man neither of us knows. He's strongly built, must do weights at the gym or something, is very tall, blonde hair, blues eyes, what they call ruggedly handsome, and wearing about six thousand dollars worth of designer clothes. As they walk to the front door I ring the police on my mobile phone and ask them for assistance with a domestic situation that's about to get out of hand. The say they'll be down when they can. I thank them. She's trying her key in the lock and it won't fit, it won't even go in as it's a different type.

I tell Randy to stay in the car, he doesn't want to but grudgingly agrees. I get out of the car and cross the road. As I enter the gate, I say, "Evening Princess, got a problem?"

They both turn and look at me. The man says, "What's it to you?"

I reply, "Just asking my friend's wife if she has a problem I may be able to help with, that's all."

He says, "Soon to be ex-wife you mean. And it's nothing we can't handle."

I say, "That so, I wonder when she'll get around to telling him that. When I spoke to him earlier today he thought all was still well. I had to speak to him as I'm his landlord and I upgraded the security on the house and studio today at his request. Had high security locks put in late this afternoon. When the locksmith told me no one was at home I told him to drill the locks out and put the new ones in. He gave me the new keys when he finished."

When I mention being the landlord she spins round saying, "What the hell do you mean landlord. This is my house."

Shaking my head, I say, "No it isn't. The house and studio are mine, I rent them to Randy."

She screams and attacks me while yelling, "Give me the key to my house you lying bastard."

I back up and close the gate between us. The man is standing there stunned. I'm holding the gate shut while she's trying to pull it open and screaming abuse at me. The police arrive. On their orders I let go of the gate and back away a few metres. She heaves the gate open and starts after me. The female police officer does a very nice intercept. Princess is screaming and yelling as the police officer won't let her go. She attacks the police officer and scratches her arm so badly it's bleeding freely.

The police officer says, "Right, that's it." She forces Princess to the ground and handcuffs her. They lift her up and put her in the back of their van.

The other officer says, "I think we best finish this down at the station if you don't mind." I nod and the other man nods as well.

We all drive down to the station and give our stories to the police sergeant there as he writes it all down. They sergeant is handling this as the two officers are now involved in a case of assault on a police officer. After taking all our statements he has her charged. She puts up bail and has to appear before the local magistrate at 10.00 am the next day. So do I and her boyfriend, as witnesses. Randy didn't have a good view so he isn't a witness to the assault. Her new boyfriend has agreed to put her up over night, so while they process the paperwork on her Randy and I help him move her things from my van to his car, then we leave.

We get something to eat on the way home and spend the night preparing for tomorrow. I wonder which court she'll miss. At 10.00 am she's supposed to be in the Family Court about the divorce and at the local Magistrate's Court about the assault. We know about the family court from the papers we found. She'd never served any on Randy and those copies are amongst the papers I put in her bags, despite her signing a declaration about them being served. Randy and I spend a few hours copying and preparing paperwork. We visit a friend who's a Justice of the Peace to witness our signing several documents.

The next morning I find out her priorities. I'm at the local court at 9.30 am and she isn't. She doesn't even send a solicitor to represent her. I talk to the Police Prosecutor to tell her what I know and where I think she is. She calls the family court and finds out she signed in there at 9.35 am. She passes the information to the Clerk of the Court. Ours is the first case heard. The judge issues a warrant for her arrest and the police offer me a ride to the Family Court. I talk them into letting the Family Court finish with her before bringing her back if she requests it. They smile as they agree. If the Family Court takes too long she'll be in the cells overnight for a local court hearing tomorrow.

We arrive at the Family Court at 11.15 am. Randy tells me the Registrar has nearly finished reading the list and they'll be the first contested case heard. When the court sits they first go through the list to ensure everyone is on hand. If it can be quickly settled by agreement it's heard and dealt with, contested matters are sent out and brought back a little later; this is called 'reading the list.'

While Randy is telling me this the police are talking to her. She begs them to let her finish with this court first. They agree.

At 11.30 am we all file into the court room when their case is called. The Registrar is surprised to see two police officers walk in with her. The gist of the matter is she knows the house and studio were bought a few years earlier for cash and have a current value of $500,000, also the photographic equipment is insured for another $100,000, so she wants $300,000 dollars as her share of the common property. I greatly enjoy the look on her face when Randy stands up and says he doesn't own any assets other than his car which he owned before they got married. The only other assets they have are the $9,000 in the bank which she cleared out yesterday, his clothes, and the furniture in the house that's insured for $7,000 as it's all old and worn. The Registrar asks about the property and equipment. I stand and speak about owning the business since it was created several years ago. I also tell how Randy is a freelance photographer who works for me in an arrangement something like a share cropper works a farm. He rents the property and equipment from me as he can't afford to buy it, and he lives off what he makes beyond the rental costs. I explain about mortgaging my other property to raise the money to buy this one cash as I'm helping my long term school friend out. I show her all the paperwork. The Registrar finds there are no significant assets in the common property and rules each can keep what they currently have.

With the ruling given we exit the court at 12.30 pm. The police formally arrest Princess and lead her off. I get a lift back to the local Magistrate's Court with Randy. By the time the magistrate is finished with her she's on a twelve month Good Behaviour Bond and fined $2,000. She's not happy at all.

Randy and I go back to 'business as usual' that afternoon and forget about her. We leave the arrangements as they are in case she tries any further tricks.

Worse News

Several months after the separation Randy is hired to do some Studio shots of a sixteen year old girl and her mother is there to supervise the shoot. They pay him to do a portfolio of the girl in various clothes, swim suits, and nude. He's enjoying the work as he doesn't get much nude work. Because of the laws he sights the birth certificate before he starts the work and it states Alice XXX was born on such a date, making her nearly seventeen years old. The nude shots become a bit more graphic than he expected. The girl asks him to fuck her. He looks at the mother and she shrugs her shoulders, saying, "Her choice, she's on the pill." He can't believe his luck - if only he'd followed that thought. He gets undressed while taking more shots as the girl watches him undress. He sets the cameras to auto shoot mode and moves in on the girl, she eagerly welcomes him. They fuck like crazy for almost an hour as they have sex every which way he can. He comes in her several times. A good time is had by both.

That night he calls me over and tells me about his afternoon. I don't believe him so he gets out the memory cards and shows me. The cameras didn't get the whole session but got enough of it to prove his point. Many shots of him in her in varying ways. Even a few with the mother masturbating in the background. I'm not happy with what happened and tell him so.

I take copies of all the images and place them in secure storage. I write and send him a letter on my letterhead paper that I'm not happy with the events of that afternoon and ask him to refrain from similar activities in the future. When he asks me about the letter I explain he used what is legally my work premises and work equipment, thus making me an accomplice. If anything goes wrong I could be deep in it too. He writes a nice letter back apologising and saying he'll get my permission before doing any nude or sex related work in future, instead of doing them without my prior knowledge.

He prepares the portfolio as instructed and delivers it to the girl several days later. No photos of them having sex. As he hands it over the mother asks for $5,000 to keep quiet about his having sex with her fifteen year old daughter. His eyes bulge. Seems she has five daughters, a seventeen year old, twins fifteen years old, and twins fourteen years old. She'd shown him the birth certificate of the eldest while he was photographing one of the fifteen year old twins. She wants free portfolios of all the girls and an extra $5,000 cash or they'll tell the police he knew she was under age.

Now I should explain about our silly laws. It's legal for a person to have sex at sixteen years of age but must be eighteen years of age before they can engage in sex for any commercial reason, prostitution or paid to pose in a sexual manner. They can be photographed nude at any age as long as they're not in a sexually explicit pose if under sixteen years of age. If paid as a model they must sign a release form with their personal details and the basics of the work to be done, have to provide identification documents, and the form must be counter signed by a parent after they provide identification if under eighteen years of age. When you're hired as a photographer to do a portfolio no forms are needed. Generally when you take photos the photographer owns the copyright and can use the images how they wish. However in some cases this isn't so clear and the subject can have a say in allowing the use of the images. The release form is to ensure everyone knows who owns the images. When doing portfolios it usually doesn't matter as the photographer gets paid to do the work, so he gives the images to the model and will often sign a release form in favour of the model.

This pair neatly mouse trapped Randy. Since he was being commissioned he saw no need to give the ID papers a thorough check and make them sign the declarations in the release form. He has no evidence they claimed the girl was of legal age.

The upshot is they have a yelling match. He storms off and calls me. I head around to his place to find the police there about to enter the gate. Arriving at the front door just behind them I shake my head 'no' when one says, "May we come and talk to you about a matter?"

He replies, "I'm sorry, but my landlord is behind you and he's here about an important issue. Do you mind waiting here a moment and then I can talk to you?" They look at him then turn and look at me. Nod their heads and stand aside. I have him leave the door open while we go down the hallway to talk in the dining room. I make sure he sits where they can see him. That's when he hits me with the really bad part as he says, "Since the shoot I've been dating the girl and had sex on every date. I'm really interested in her and she's really interested in me." He gives me the girl's first name, Alice, and her phone number. We discuss the matter in detail and I give him the best advice I can.

After several minutes I get up and we go to the front door. I say, "OK, I'll have someone look into fixing the garage up and get a specialist to look at the roof. I'll let you know how things go."

Walking out of the house with me he replies, "Thanks, I'd like to see them fixed very soon. Mind waiting a moment as a witness. I think I know what these officers want." He shuts the front door behind him and we stand on the porch as he says, "Sorry about the delay, how may I help you officers?"

One of the officers says, "We have a complaint from a woman claiming you've been dating and having sex with her under age daughter." She names the girl as Jennifer.

He says, "Some weeks ago I meet a girl when her mother hired me to do a portfolio for the girl. The mother told me the girl was seventeen and showed me a birth certificate. The portfolio included semi clothed, clothed, and nude shots. The girl and I got on well. Since then we've been out a few times and had sex. I'd been told by both the girl and her mother she was seventeen years of age. Today while I was over there the mother told me her daughter is really only fifteen and said she'd have me charged if I didn't pay her some money. We had an argument about that, so I'm not surprised you're here."

They talk some more and wish to take him to the station. I advise him not to say anything more until he has a solicitor and I organise one to meet him at the police station. As they drive off I ring 'Alice' on her mobile phone. We talk at length. She explains her name is Jennifer, she knew it was a scam when she went to the studio but since then she's come to love Randy. She spoke to her mother about dropping the scam but her mother is angry. She doesn't want Jennifer to see Randy any more. She's not prepared to call her mother a liar but she's not prepared to lie in court either.

The police take about a week investigating things. The Police Prosecutor isn't all that sure they can get a conviction with a jury and Randy's solicitor is saying she'll go for a jury trial if they lose at the magistrate's hearing. In the end Randy suggests a compromise as he doesn't wish to see Jennifer being put through a harsh cross examination in the court as the sucker does really love her. They negotiate and he pleads 'No contest' to a lesser charge. The magistrate sentences him to a minimum security facility for nine months. The Police Prosecutor tells Jennifer he doesn't know what really went on but Randy agreed to the deal to avoid her having to face a hostile cross examination in court. She leaves his office crying as she swears at her mother. The week after Randy's hearing my solicitor gets a letter from a solicitor seeking compensation for the sexual abuse of their client by my employee, they cite the girl and Randy. My solicitor sends a polite letter back explaining he isn't, and never was, an employee but a freelance consult who rented facilities and equipment. She even includes copies of the letters Randy and I exchanged. It's clear this case doesn't have a leg to stand on. The other solicitor confirms receipt and acknowledges they don't have a case as the situation isn't what he'd thought it was.

The next month Jennifer writes Randy to tell him she's pregnant and includes the medical certificate. She starts talking about getting Randy out of prison early. He declines as if he stays the term that's it - all over. An early release will mean six or twelve months parole and other restrictions. And probably include not being allowed to see her at all.

New Management

I've no problem with closing Seaside up for nine months. But about then a developer offers me an extremely good price for my main studio which includes my residence, it's about 20% over market value. It seems mine is the last property holding up their major development project as they've been quietly buying properties for some months. Nearly all my work now is outside assignments or at the clients premises so I sell. I move into the house at Seaside and use it as my base of operations.

About eight weeks after Randy's court hearing I open up Seaside for the first time. About an hour later a woman walks in and says, "I thought this business was closed for a year?"

I say, "The previous photographer is away for several months and I'm in need of a new studio so I'm making use of this facility until Randy comes back. I'll be filling in for him and offering the same services as he does at similar rates. But I'll be away on outside assignments a bit more than he was."

She smiles and nods her head. She asks how much to do a portfolio for two of her daughters and my ears twitch at this. I reply, "Well, at my old studio I used to charge $1,500 for a portfolio for a model but Randy's charge sheet says $500. So since you've asked here and I'm filling in for him, it's $750 per person." She nods and thanks me as we set a date for the shoot.

Sexy Shoot

The day before the shoot I go around the studio setting up high quality digital video recorders and rigging them for remote or movement activation; they're well hidden. Every centimetre of the studio is covered by two or more of them and they all have good audio as well. I have a number of backdrops and scenes set up for doing a wide range of portfolios. I don't know the family name of the woman and girl involved with Randy but I'm very suspicious of the situation, and maybe just a touch paranoid by now.

The morning of the shoot and the woman arrives with two mid teen girls, very pretty blue eyed blond twins. Both are the same height and come to just under my chin, breasts appear to be a nice hand full and athletic builds. The mother shows me the birth certificates stating they turned sixteen just two weeks earlier, one is called Jennifer and the other Janice. I think, 'Maybe I'm not paranoid after all,' as I start the digital video cameras. Placing the birth certificates on a table just inside the door I use the certificates to copy the names as I enter the details into my version of a portfolio contract order and show them to the mother. Immediately above this table and focussed on it is a camera that's recording the details of the certificates and the forms.

The mother has to tick and sign beside the types of photography they want in the portfolio and the girl has to sign beside them as well. They tick and sign for clothed, lingerie, swimsuit, nude, beach, and general activity. I sign the forms and photocopy them before handing them the originals as I explain this is their copy of the work contract with me. The mother pays over the $1,500 and I write her a receipt before placing the money in the wall safe. I lock the exterior doors so no one can look in, the windows are all covered already.

The girls have different hair cuts so it's possible to tell them apart. I start with them doing a series of individual and paired poses in their current street clothes. They've both brought a number of changes of clothes along so we spend an hour doing mixed shots in different sets of street clothes. They both blush the first few times their mother tells them to change in front of me. I keep the cameras clicking away but I don't think they realise I'm still shooting them as they change. Next is thirty minutes of shots in various sets of sexy underwear and sleepwear, thirty minutes of nude shots, and thirty minutes of swimwear shots. In each case I shoot them singularly and as a pair.

By this time both girls are smiling at me and teasing me as they're very relaxed and happy. I suggest we move outside to get some lunch and go to the nearby beach for the beach shots. I take the camera with plenty of spare batteries and cards. As the girls walk down the street to a local fast food shop I keep walking around them taking shots from many angles. They're wearing very skimpy bikinis so they're good shots and it's a nice bright day with light cloud cover but not too sunny either, perfect shooting weather. The mother is carrying the towels for the beach. I take a break for a quick lunch but also get many shots of the girls eating, and I include the mother in the background of a lot of shots.

Down to the beach for plenty of shots of them running, playing, and sunning on the beach. Lots of action shots with them in the water with it at various heights. As they get dried I keep shooting and keep it up all the way back to the studio. I have them change into t-shirts and shorts before going into the yard where I shoot them playing in the yard like typical young girls.

Back into the studio and the mother says, "Look, this is all lovely work for their public portfolio but can we also get something a little more personal for their private portfolios?" I look at her and nod. Am I glad I have the cameras set to come on when the studio lights are turned on or there's some movement in it. I've got this all on digital video camera with sound.

Nodding agreement I have the girls take their time getting undressed in a sexy manner as I click away. I have them go through a range of sexy poses and some outright pornographic poses, ending with them kissing while nude. At their mother's command they start making love to each other on the set of a large plush carpet as I keep clicking away. After they spend thirty minutes like this the mother asks if I want to join them.

I reply, "Later. I want some mother daughter shots."

She responds, "I will, but not yet, and we're all on the pill."

I reply, "Get nude," she undresses and I shoot her striptease as she's nice too. Blue eyed blonde, mid thirties I'd say, very fit, athletic build, long legs, very buxom. Setting two of the cameras to take auto shots of the play area I strip and move onto the set. I know I shouldn't but I know I won't trap the mother unless I do and the girls are so sexy and appealing. Sure it sounds like I'm rationalising what I want to do, but it's also true.

Lying down beside them I gently caress the girl I'm told is Jennifer and softly fondle her breasts. I kiss her neck. I spend the next twenty minutes making love to her before I enter her and find out she's a virgin. Well, I assume the problem with entry was due to her hymen being broached. I experienced a similar issue with her sister whom I'm told is Janice. About an hour after entering the play area I'm holding Jennifer in my arms as I kiss her and she's crying. I notice her mother is turning off the two cameras she knows to be turned on and I grin about the ones she doesn't know about. I ask Jennifer what's wrong.

Jennifer replies, "How I wish things were different. I think I love you and that makes this so hard."

Grinning, I say, "Don't worry as I have enough love for both you and your sister. We can permanently double date so neither of you has to give me up for the other. Anyway, it's every man's dream to have twin sisters as their regular lovers." She gives me a weak smile and kisses me.

Her mother enters the stage setting and kisses Janice. We spend another lovely forty-five minutes as everyone has sex with everyone and I make love to Jennifer and Janice. Mummy isn't going to like those shots of her with her face in her daughter's groins. Don't you love good insurance policies.

It's very late in the afternoon when I suggest we get showered and dressed. Naturally I take lots of shots of the girls and mummy in the shower and getting dressed. I have them dress in the 'evening out' outfits they brought. I lead them next door and get dressed in similar clothes.

Double Duty

I ask if they'll do a small paid shoot for me and have them sign release forms for a shoot in a restaurant, putting the times down as from now to two hours time. They all sign the forms and sign for receipt of payment as I hand them $250 each. The mother is smiling as she doesn't realise what she's done.

I shoot the three of them leaving the house and walking down the street. We reach a local restaurant that's fairly famous but wants to become more famous. They need some good shots of the restaurant and have hired me to do them. Being here tonight is part of my schedule but having this team along is an added bonus. The restaurant isn't open yet but they let us in. With two cameras, tripods, and some lights on the pack on my back it's a bit obvious who I am.

Once inside I quickly set up for some shots of the ladies being welcomed and taken to a table, good shots of them ordering and drinks being served. Some general shots of the restaurant and it's opening time. As usual there's a small crowd waiting, so some shots of them entering; making sure to keep the general public unidentified by being behind them. Then it's dinner being served. Shots of my team being served and enjoying the meal. Some of the clients give approval to having photos taken of them while dining so I have them sign limited releases as these shots may only be used by the restaurant to publicise it. The people get a free bottle of wine each for agreeing.

Time for me to sit down and eat with the ladies. I pack up the lights and gear then sit down and eat. We have a fun time. After the meal I take photos of the ladies leaving and being shown out. Outside I ask them to spend the night at my place. The mother tells the girls to go ahead but she can't as she has to go home early and has some things to do early tomorrow.

Back at my house I let the girls in and we go to the master bedroom. I take my time gently undressing them both and we have a fun bath together. We spend the whole night making love, we even spend a reasonable amount of time having sex during the night as well.

Next Day

The next morning I cook us all breakfast and go to the studio. The girls follow me while wearing only a light weight long T-shirt each, they got them out of my cupboard. The shirt edge rests halfway down their thighs and does nothing to hide their lovely bodies.

In the studio I open up for clients to walk in before going over to the computer station and set it to remotely download all the images from all the cameras via a wireless network. I get the memories cards from all the cameras that aren't connected to the network and all the cards I used yesterday.

After downloading everything into the computer hard drive I quickly sort them into the restaurant shots and the others. The girls watch as I go through and examine each of the restaurant shots. Most are OK as they are but some need a little bit of light enhancing, some need a bit of cropping to remove people who don't wish to be shown. I soon have them all ready for the client. I set them to print out all of them as traditional snapshot sized prints while I select what I think are the best and print them as A4 sized prints, about two dozen of them. Sounds simple doesn't it, but it's nearly two hours of concentrated work at the computer to get everything ready and printed. I also copy it all onto a CD-ROM for the client.

As I wait for the restaurant owner to arrive, he said he'd be here between 11.00 am and noon, I set about reviewing all the still shots from yesterday. I set up folders for each type of shoot and move all the photos of that type into it. With that done I have the girls sit beside me while I go through the thousands of shots taken yesterday and pick out what I think are the best dozen in each group. These I copy into another folder. The girls are amazed at how well the photos come out. They're also a bit embarrassed about the shots taken while getting changed in the early stages, but also recognise they're some of the best shots taken on the day as they were so relaxed. I've finished selecting the seventy-five best shots of each girl for their portfolios before Mr Arturo arrives for his work.

I show him the whole set and the ones I think are best. As I place them in an envelope for him with the CD, he says, "I was told you would be expensive but the work would be well worth it. They were right as this is much better than I expected." He hands me the cheque for $5,000 which I place on the table as I write his receipt, the girls' eyes go wide. Jennifer starts to cry.

Handing him the receipt I say, "Now don't forget, under the terms of the contract you've only purchased limited use rights to these photos as I own them. You may use them in any media to publicise your restaurant and you may give away copies. But you may not transfer your rights except with the restaurant and you may not charge people for copies." He nods as he smiles.

He responds, "I'm well aware of your terms and why. My brother told me about your court case with 'those people.' I fully understand your position and your terms." He leaves a happy man.

Putting up a sign saying, 'Please make enquiries at the residence next door.' I lock up the studio and lead the girls back to the residence. We spend another hour or so making love and having sex. After another bath we have a late lunch. Both girls are now crying every time I look at them.

Truth Will Out

I sit them down at the table and say, "OK, what's wrong with you both?"

Janice replies, "We've both fallen in love with you and we can't go on with this lie any more. Mum showed you the birth certificates of our older sisters. Were really only fifteen and we turn sixteen in ten months time. Mum is trying to scam you out of thousands of dollars."

I ask, "Are you prepared to tell the truth if your mother takes this to the police?"

They both shake their heads and Jennifer replies, "No, we're too scared of her. She put one of our sisters in hospital a few months ago when she refused to help her in a similar scam. By the way I'm really Laura and my sister is Loren."

I respond, "Don't worry about the scam for now. This does mean we can't have sex again until after your real sixteenth birthday." Both nod then both look up wide eyed as they realise the full import of what I'd said. They smile and get up to give me a mutual hug, which goes on for a long time - nice.

Later we dress fully and go into my studio where I open up again. They watch as I finish preparing their real portfolios. They're marvellous. I also prepare some new release forms in their real names.

At closing time I lock up. I take the portfolios and copies of some other papers as well as some prints from the hidden cameras. We drive over to their mother's house.

Plan Backfires

I ring the doorbell and the mother opens the door to usher us in. The girls sit on the lounge beside another girl who's pregnant and looks extremely unhappy.

Mother looks through the portfolios and is surprised with the high quality. Looking up at me, she says, "Thanks for these, now I want similar jobs for the rest of my girls, my money back, and another $10,000. My daughters think they've been on the pill but they haven't and I'm sure you've got them pregnant by now." Both girls sit bolt upright and glare at her. She continues, "They're both only just turned fifteen years old so you face a lengthy prison sentence if I go to the police." She sits there and smirks at me.

I say, "You'll be the one in prison if you go to the police. You told me they were sixteen years of age and when you signed the release for the restaurant shoot you signed a legal document declaring them to be that age. So I have legal evidence you informed me they were of legal age." Her smile shrinks as I pour some salt into the wound and throw some extra photos on the table from the third portfolio I'm carrying. I say, "Take this to court and I have to put these in evidence." She goes white as she looks at the pictures of her engaging in oral sex with her daughters. Turning to the girls, I say, "Go get the tablets you were taking thinking they were contraceptive tablets." They get up and run into their room to quickly return with the tablets.

I closely examine them. They're a common brand of contraceptive tablet and the packet hasn't been tampered with. Looking at the mother, I say, "You just lied about the tablets, didn't you?" Crying, she nods her head while she holds her head in her hands as she's thoroughly beaten and knows it.

Turning to the pregnant girl, I ask, "Is your name Jennifer?" She nods and I say, "Are you waiting for your boyfriend Randy to get out of prison to run away with him?" Her eyes go wide as she nods again and gives her mother a frightened look. The mother looks up and turns to Jennifer. She starts to snarl at her. Quickly reaching across the coffee table between us I grab the mother's arm and pull her back as I say, "What's your name?"

She struggles but can't break free of my grip. Relaxing back into the chair as she glares at Jennifer, she says, "Suzanne, and don't you dare call me Suz or Susie."

Calmly looking at her, I say, "Susie slut, you're now MY slave and your family will come and live with me while you work as my housekeeper." She starts to thrust out of the seat towards me. Pushing her back I continue, "Behave yourself and I'll call you Sue or slut or slave. But while you misbehave you'll be Susie slave slut, understand me slave?" She drops her eyes to the table and sees the photos of her with her daughters. She gulps and nods as she sits down again.

Turning to Jennifer, I say, "Where's your twin?"

She replies, "Still in hospital for defying her, they could let her out but she doesn't want to leave yet. So they're keeping her in."

Smiling, I look at Loren, saying, "How long to pack up all the clothes etc you need to move the whole family out of here?"

"About two to three hours but it'll take two or three trips in your van."

Standing up I pull Sue out of her seat and say, "OK Sue slave, get your gear packed, I can move you all out right now and get the rest later. All of you pack your gear and we'll take what we can now. Make sure you have enough for a few days." Grinning widely Laura, Loren, and Jennifer do so.

It takes about half an hour for me to have all four safely in the van with two or three bags of clothes each. Loren secures the house and locks it up. On the way back we stop for dinner at a fast food place and visit Janice in the hospital.

Hospital Visit

As we walk into the hospital during visiting hours I can see Sue is getting some ideas about making a fuss. I let her work on them as we go to the ward Janice is in. Janice is very happy to see Jennifer walk in and loses her smile on seeing Sue, she smiles weakly at Laura and Loren.

When we reach her bed Janice's eyes go wide as I push Sue forward and say, "Sue slave slut, introduce me to Janice." Sue doesn't speak. I reach around and place a hand over her mouth as I grasp her right nipple to squeeze and twist it hard. She gurgles into my hand as her body writhes with the pain.

She turns, saying, "Janice, this is Pat, my master." Janice's eyes go wide and she smiles at me as she looks at the other girls to see them smiling too.

I say, "Janice, tomorrow after we've moved everything out of Sue's house to mine we'll come for a visit and talk to the doctors about taking you home. But only if you want to." She nods yes.

After a nice long visit we head home. Arriving there I quickly settle everyone into their own bedrooms except Sue. I set up a mattress at the foot of my bed. She's to sleep there when I don't have her in the bed with me or working around the house.

The first night at my place I have her tie ropes to the legs of the bed then tie her feet to the ropes so she has her legs spread, she also ties her left hand to the rope and I make her give me some oral stimulation before proceeding to give her a very thorough fucking. After a few years the laws on de facto marriages see our three way marriage legally recognised.

Although Janice has her own room she rarely uses it as she often sleeps with Jennifer and Randy after he's released, and sometimes with us. I continue to use Sue as a sex slave and domestic servant.

The business stays the same set up at Randy's insistence and we both operate from the one studio while we coordinate our work accordingly. When I use the studio itself I pay rent for doing so and we share the costs of the rent and living expenses of the house.

Three years after the events above Jennifer is pregnant again. Janice had a girl, Patricia, last year; Loren is expecting. My only regret in life is I didn't have a camera in my hand when Princess first met Randy with the twins under his arm. That would have been an international award winning photograph.
