Violet Mist

Violet Mist is all about the being alone, then being with the one you love who consumes you, and then being alone again with only the promise of her return to keep you going. There isn't any bondage in this one (horrors!) but there is definitely power exchange - although in this case, I think I would call it Power Sharing.
Violet is a wonderful woman who introduced me to the ways of Wicca and Paganism, something for which I will forever be in her debt. Gentle, intuitive and a heck of a writer, she became a close friend. She does, however, live quite a distance from me and our vanilla worlds would not handle a meeting anyway. Violet Mist is about the way that Violet came to me, over the internet, via chat and email - intense but brief and defined by boundaries instead of fulfillment. Part love letter, part ode.
