Promises

Promises is a short little story about a promise made and then paid. Not much detail went into the actual circumstances behind the promise making, and only a teaser is told of the promise being paid. I liked that - it's all about the promise, not about the what's and the why's and the particulars. I was thinking when writing this story that two people in love can explore each other's boundaries, interests, desires with the use of little games. The scene in this story is the result of one of these little games, a game of Promises and the anticipation of fulfilling a promise with the one you love.
Also interesting is the female as a cat theme. I love cats, way more than dogs, you might say. I know there has been debates and studies and whatever about why a person will get along better with a cat as opposed to a dog. For me, I just love the personality, the "fuck you, I'm doing what I want" and "It IS all about me" attitudes. My image of the perfect Domme is that of a sexy, beautiful, mysterious cat. What's lurking behind those eyes? Is She looking at me with affection or hunger? In the words of my generation, too cool.
