Feedback: Every author in his or her own way makes it a point to ask for feedback when posting a story, well me I don't usually. But there are several reasons as to why a reader should consider taking the time to give it. The simple fact is that giving some form of feedback is truly the most important thing a reader can do after reading and enjoying a story. Hopefully in the process providing that author with at least one viable reason as to what you liked about the story. This small amount of time spent will no doubt inspire the author to write more and possibly at a quicker pace, knowing that they have a fan base who are waiting on their next works. So thanks for the feedback and please keep it comin.

Lindsey hung up the phone and pulled her pants back up. What a great way to start the day, on the phone with her girlfriend. She stepped out of her room and walked down the stairs. At the bottom, Jamie was waiting for her with her keys already in hand.

“What took you so long? I'm gonna be late for work.” Jamie complained as she ushered her little sister out the door.

“Why does it matter? Nobody shows up this early anyway.” Lindsey said as she plopped down in the car. Jamie knew that she was right, but wasn't about to admit it. Jamie drove Lindsey to the hospital and dropped her off with her girlfriend before going to work herself. On the way she decided to call Nick and see what he was up to. She started to fish her phone out of her purse when it started to ring. She looked at the ID and saw that it was just who she wanted to talk to.

“Hey Nicky, what's up?” Jamie said happily.

“Nothing. I just wanted to call to say hello before you had to go to work.”

“I'm on my way now. Why don't you drop by later. We could hang out. Nobody will be there.” Jamie added that last sentence in a way she hoped he would understand. She needed it badly and needed to get Nick out of his innocent phase anyhow. He agreed to drop by after he took a shower and he would pick up some breakfast for the two of them.

Jamie opened up the store and waited. It was about twenty minutes since she had talked to Nick when she heard the bell on the door ring. Jamie looked up, expecting to see Nick, and saw a short man rush in holding an old backpack and a gun. He had his jacket pulled up to cover most of his face, but Jamie recognized him as Jason McAllister, a guy who comes in occasionally to buy old jazz records. “Put the money in this bag and we wont have any trouble.”

“Come on, Jason. Don't do this. You've been coming in here for years.” Jamie said as she slowly reached for the bat underneath the counter.

“Listen! I don't know anybody named Jason! Just put the money in the bag!” He became enraged and scared when he realized that she recognized him. He cocked his gun and started waving it.

Jamie opened the register with one hand on her concealed weapon. “You don't have to do this. You can just walk out and we can forget this ever happened.”

“It doesn't work that way, Jamie. It's too late now. You know who I am.” Jason raised the gun at Jamie just as she pulled the bat from it's hiding place. In one motion he pulled the trigger as the bat connected with his head. Jason collapsed on the floor as Jamie bounced back against the rack of CDs on the wall. Jamie looked up and saw the doors fly open and a dark figure run in just as she began to lose consciousness.

---------------------L8r--------------------The Hospital----------------------------

“The doors are locked. Jamie's at work. The nurse is busy. I think that's everything.” Lindsey said as she started to pull off her shirt. She slid over Allie and began kissing her passionately. “Are you sure you wanna do this?”

“Of course. I've needed you so badly” Allie said as she began to undo Lindsey's bra. Lindsey masterfully removed Allie's hospital gown without removing her lips from her girlfriend's. Allie held on to her love, never wanting to let go. Her head started to spin as she realized that she was holding the girl she wanted to spend the rest of her life with in her arms. “Lindsey, wait a second. I have to say something.”

“Did you change your mind?” Lindsey asked as she reached to redo the belt she had just undone.

“No, I just wanted you to know that I love you more than anything. I don't ever want to leave you and I hope you won't ever leave me. I want to spend forever in your arms.”

“Oh, is that all.” Lindsey said and then laughed when she saw Allie's mouth drop. “Honey! I'm kidding! Of course I feel the same way. I won't leave you. You're stuck with me forever.”

Allie wrapped her good arm around her girlfriend and pulled her down to her. Their tongues found each other and the dance ensued. Neither one needed to say a thing. Their bodies did the talking for them. Lindsey quickly shed her jeans and panties before moving her head to her lovers thighs, kissing every few inches along the way. Finally she reached her destination. Lindsey began to move her tongue around Allie, taking care not to touch her clit. Allie moaned, half in pleasure, half in annoyance. Lindsey continued to torture her lover by ignoring the one place she desperately needed touched. Allie couldn't help but love the attention she was getting. The more Lindsey teased her, the more her need grew. It didn't take long for Lindsey to realize that she had pushed it as far as it could go and began to violently attack Allie's clit. Her tongue thrashed wildly as Allie pulled the pillow behind her over her face, unable to quell the moans of pleasure escaping her lips. Before long Allie reached her limit and climaxed in her most powerful orgasm ever.

“That....is the.....best......I've ever felt.....in my entire....... life!” Allie panted as she kissed Lindsey's forehead. Lindsey leaned her head up and the two began to share a passionate kiss, Allie's sweet juices still on her lover's lips. “I love you more than anything in the world.”

“Oh yeah,” Lindsey said as she sat up over top of Allie. “prove it.” Her smug smile was all Allie needed as she grabbed Lindsey by the waist and pulled her to her mouth. Allie might not have been able to move her position, but that didn't impede her mouth as she began working on her girlfriend's pussy. Allie had to use every weapon in her arsenal to top Lindsey's performance, but her handicap wasn't about to stop her now. Her tongue became a hurricane inside of Lindsey's body. Lindsey began to struggle to hold her position over Allie's mouth as her knees began to give. She placed her hands on the rail above the hospital bed and held on for her life as her orgasm began. She could feel every inch of resolve drain from her body and she gently laid down beside of her lover and rested her head on her breasts. Allie wrapped her arm around Lindsey protectively and ran her fingers through her hair. “I'm so high right now.” Lindsey said as she hugged Allie with the little bit of strength left in her.

“You don't have to come down yet. And when you do I'll be her to catch you.” Allie said, continuing to pet her girlfriend's hair. Neither knew what to say after that. For the next few minutes they just stared at each other in silence. That's when Allie remembered watching the Three Musketeers on T.V. The other day when she was bored. She began to sing, not exactly to Lindsey as much to her self, although the worlds were meant for her love. “When it's love you give, I'll be a man of good faith. Then in love you live. I'll make a stand. I won't break. I'll be the rock you can build on, be there when you're old, to have and to hold. “

Allie was caught of guard when Lindsey cut her off and began to sing the next few verses. “When there's love inside, I swear I'll always be strong. Then there's a reason why. I'll prove to you we belong. I'll be the wall that protects you from the wind and the rain, from the hurt and pain.” They both joined and began to sing together softly, their joined gaze never faltering. “Let's make it all for one and all for love. Let the one you hold be the one you want, the one you need, 'cause when it's all for one it's one for all. When there's someone that should know, then just let your feelings show and make it all for one and all for love.” They kissed softly and Lindsey helped Allie dress before dressing herself. She then unlocked the door and slid back into bed, where they both slept away the afternoon.

------------Meanwhile---------------------------Kip's Discount Records------------

“Jamie! Jamie, Oh My God! Please wake up. I love you.” Nick cried with Jamie's body cradled in his arms. He brushed her soft brown hair from her face and kissed her cheeks gently.

“Do you really love me?” Nick heard weakly escape the lips of the woman in his arms. Jamie blinked and opened her eyes slowly. Her head was light, but she sat up and looked Nick in the eyes. “Do you?”

Nick couldn't say anything. He simply nodded his head yes, unable to comprehend how she could regain consciousness so completely after being shot in the chest. “I thought you were dead.”

Jamie investigated the bullet hole in her shirt and then pulled the large pendant that Mary had given her from underneath. The bullet was lodged deep within the medallion, hitting with enough force to just break the skin on Jamie's chest. The small amount of blood had soaked through to her white shirt, fooling even her. Jamie reached up and wiped the tears from his eyes. The two kissed passionately for a moment, happy that they were both alive and madly in love, before remembering that they weren't alone. Jason lay unconscious on the floor near them. The blow to the head was enough to know him out cold. Nick picked up the gun while Jamie called the police. When the cops arrived they revived Jason and took him away, leaving Nick and Jamie alone, for the moment.

“Nick, I don't know how to thank you for being here for me. Aside from my little sister, and now her girlfriend, you're all I have.” Jamie said, tears in her eyes, as she hugged Nick.

“I don't remember life before you. It is totally unimportant.” Nick held Jamie in his arms tightly. Kip came in to the store at that time and the two proceeded to fill him in on the events earlier. Nick stayed the rest of the day, only leaving Jamie's side once when she went to the bathroom, and even then he had to be coaxed.

-----------L8r-----------------------The Hospital--------------------------------------

Allie heard the knock outside the door faintly. She was still half asleep when it opened and her father walked in. He approached the bed and cleared his throat loudly to wake them both. Lindsey sprung awake and jumped out of the bed, expecting a reproachful glare from Charlie. Both girls were surprised when he just smiled at them. He then sat down on the vacant chair and his face dropped. “Allie, I have some bad news. It happened yesterday and I was going to have the nurses tell you, but I decided it would be better to do it in person. Baby, I'm sorry, but your mother fell from a cliff we were climbing yesterday. She didn't make it.”

Lindsey looked at Allie, expecting her to burst into tears. Not one teardrop fell from her eyes. She was in too much shock to feel sorrow in that moment. A billion thoughts crossed Allie's mind in those few seconds. Not one thought was pleasant, but the worst thought of all was that she knew nobody could save her from him now. That's when the tears fell. No hysterical crying, just tears that streamed down her face as she continued to stare blankly at the wall.

“Charlie, I'm not going home with you.” Allie said after a few minutes of silence. Charlie and Lindsey stared at her in shock.

“What do you mean my angel.” Charlie said as he reached for her face to touch her hair. She jerked away.

“Don't touch me anymore, Charlie.” Allie continued. Her voice never broke or showed signs of anger. She was completely calm. “I am moving out of your house. I'll get emancipated if I have to. I have no reason to fear you anymore. The most you can do is hurt me, but lets face it, you've been hurting me my whole life. I'm used to it.”

Charlie looked angry at first, then hurt, then just confused. He stood and walked to the door. No words were exchanged as he nodded to her and walked out of her life. As soon as he was gone the real tears came. The tears for her mother. Lindsey couldn't say anything. What could she say? She just crawled beside of her love and held her as she cried.

“Jamie will let you move in. You don't have to explain anything to me that you don't want to, but I'm always gonna be here.” Lindsey said these things knowing that Allie couldn't answer between sobs. No answer was needed. Allie would move in, it was that simple. Allie curled her head under Lindsey's and cried until she fell asleep.
