This is a valid 'opt-in' email subscription list, so to prevent
unwanted emails and bogus email addresses, an initial confirmation

will be sent and must be replied to in order to be included on this
list. Just enter a valid email address, read the email you will be sent
with a code number and a link to confirm your subscription. Enter the
code number and you will be on the list for updates.
You can use this form to unsubscribe your email address also. Just
enter the email address you signed up with, check the 'unsubscribe' box
and submit. That email address will automagically be removed.

Users, Note: It is recommended
that if you have an AOL email account, that you not sign up for
this list. There
have been problems for years sending email to AOL accounts from all
kinds of email servers. It is known all over the web, worldwide. It is
because of AOL policies and procedures, which often differ from that of
the rest of the sane Internet. There is virtually no problem with
almost any other mail provider, only AOL. The problem lies at AOL, not
any other email sending server or service, such as the one this list is
hosted on. If you wish to bypass this problem, get a real email account at a real email
provider.
Yahoo email servers are also
rejecting emails from this list. Like AOL, it is apparently an
anti-spam/span filtering process on their end. Changes to the email
server that the list is on will not be made in an attempt to overcome
the AOL or Yahoo problems. Sorry.
