Announcemets July 16, 2011 I've just finished editing chapter 1 of 1985.  My brain feels like cold oatmeal. In doing research for this chapter I learned more than I ever wanted to know about the human menstrual cycle.  I am shocked and horrified.  Ladies, I have no idea how you do it. Now that I've mentioned menstruation, let me assure you that there is no menstrual play in the story.  I simply don't have the stomach to imagine it, much less put it down in words.  If you are one of the fine people that does enjoy that type of sexual play, I apologize for my weakness. I'd like to thank all the young women out there who posted to various sites and forums, medical and otherwise, asking for advice about their periods.  If any you are reading this, shame on you.  Go read something edifying.  I hear Twilight is popular now days, but I, myself, have always been a fan of Chales Dickens.
